Fire & Blood: medieval fantasy/game of thrones (a song of ice and fire for the ones who know) au with a/b/o dynamics. mercedes are the rulers of the land and their dragons' fire melted the gold in their crowns and the moulded their iron throne. but a dragon can die and a dragon can be killed. a dragon can be shot from the sky and brought down to earth or a dragon can be trapped in a dungeon till it can fly no more. a dragon's neck can be pierced by a lion's teeth.

Hell is a Teenager: this is a pretty dark fic where i actually do some social commentary on the a/b/o universe. so george and alex are neighbours and the best of friends who are just on the edge of more. at 14 george presents as an omega and is shipped off to an all-omega private boarding school. alex doesn't hear from him till their final year of high school and all of a sudden george is back in town. he is not the same boy that cried in alex's arms the night before he left begging for him to love him. george has changed even if no one else can tell, what happened in there? why is he back? why does alex's heart still give a stutter when he looks into those blue eyes? even if those eyes no longer sparkle. *sigh* yeah this is a toughie

Originally Ro was a warcraft oc of mine, she was a night elf Druid that over time got corrupted by N’Zoth via a long process that I won’t go into here but yeah, she had an existence prior to gw2 and she’s the only one of my blorbos so far who has.

In gw2, Ro’wynne is my sylvari firstborn of the Pale Tree. She had an incredibly strong dream connection that lets her basically send feelings and speak to people through the dream. However before she awoke this dream connection was so strong that she unknowingly delved deep enough into the dream that she touched mordremoth, who in turn planted a little seed in her brain that slowly wormed its way into her thoughts until she thought its commands were her own, but it didn’t affect her until later in life.

When she awoke she kept her strong dream connection, and saw herself as the protector of her fellow firstborn. She loved all of them dearly (except Faolain sorry she tried), especially Kahendins, her brother, and Wynne, her unrequited love. As tragedy after tragedy hit the first of the sylvari Ro became increasingly fearful of the world and isolated herself emotionally (she was already very shy and had a hard time communicating unless it was through the dream) becoming a distant and intimidating figure who tirelessly trained to protect the remaining sylvari. She only left the grove a few times in her life pre HoT and all of those times were to rescue sylvari who needed her (the secondborn and Tiachren).

During the attack on the Pale Tree by mordremoth, Ro fled with the other mordrem, influenced by the elder dragon to seek him out. He twisted her into one of her champions, giving her a monstrous form but making sure that she was still recognizable as the once noble protector of the Grove. He also twisted her perception of what was happening, and she believed that by converting sylvari to mordrem she was healing her poor people, and she became known as a formidable enemy to the pact. Using her intense dream connection to overwhelm sylvari and turn them, as well as her new strength and speed made her a force to be reckoned with. She was never killed, and once mordremoth died she fell into a deep hibernation that lasted a year, where her body tried to go back to its old form and heal.

Eventually she woke up in an almost trancelike state and purely on instinct started heading to the grove, by the time she was near populated areas of Caledon she was conscious and began remembering the horrible things she had done, and with her dream connection restored on waking up again, local sylvari could sense a serious distress and found her wandering in the woods. Aife and Niamh came to see if the rumors of their sister being alive were true, and when they found her she begged them for a quick death. Seeing her as Ro’wynne again and not a mordrem, they decided to take her back since she was to weak/upset to hurt them.

Completely separate. The gist of it is that Logan and Oscar grew up in a small town and dated a little bit, but then Oscar went off to play college baseball and Logan was left behind. At the start of the fic, Oscar has just gotten into the MLB while Logan just released his first album and absolutely blew up, and now it’s impossible for Oscar to avoid thinking about Logan.

as a nico apologist something i find really interesting about his time in formula 1 is how kind of uncomfortable he is in/with english. like even tho he speaks it very well and with a relatively minimal accent, listening to him speak in other languages really shows how much more at ease he is with them. i can't comment on his german but his italian and french are so natural and fluent and he always seems so much more comfortable and open and happy speaking them than he does when he has to speak in english. i also think that the interactions he has with the press in those languages is much more positive than he ever got from the english speaking/british press, and i think that if more f1 fans could speak those languages/watch those broadcasts and questions they would view him more positively. sometimes i think that people dismiss his polyglotism as a pr thing (like when i think will buxton talked about him greeting the press in their own languages and using that as evidence of his pr savvy) but i do think that he's a lot more comfortable speaking in other languages, and that it must be exhausting to speak english all the time (imo his language skills rank: german, italian, french, english, spanish)

We include all kinds of different people, some Serenas will go the champion route while a Lillie did the island challenge in an Ashless universe. Most tend to have caught their regions’ Mythical/Legendary Pokemon so you could have so many unique battle opportunities.

An invite should be sent to you after the Masters Eight Tournament finale. Heads up, we try not to do the “I was hurt worse/went through more pain” thing cause we’ve all suffered :,). You can talk to people resurrected to continue giving you the world. Or the similar theme of adults not being able to step up to help us when we need it. Word of advice never push anybody in battling with the word “Nuzlocke” on their nametag. Their worlds are where Pokemon die in what would be regular battles. Sometimes it is even only just them suffering from the Nuzlocke Curse.

The basics are: Hoenn gets environmentally messed up causing mass Pokemon migration, Unova gets caught in a political war in which the possibility of Plasma being right pops up once in a Blue Moon, Kalos deals with the ultimate weapon always destroying Geosenge Town, Alola tends to sort itself out since Lusamine is the only one kidnapped by Nihilego or the Ultra Recon Squad handles Necrozma, Galar is precarious with Enternatus needing to be distracted long enough for the legendary wolves to show, and lastly Kanto-Johto only ever gets truly bad when Giovanni is far more greedy than usual. We had to take down the dimension-hopping Rocket Boss a while back.

Do not try to catch the Mystery Dungeon universes’ heroes. Pokeballs affect them weirdly and they can dodge quite well from having to be in direct battle against smart wild Pokemon. Not to mention most of them were human at one point so it’s kinda insensitive to capture them when they still speak English/Common. Took a collab between Sophocleses Clemonts and other technology gifted to allow them the choice of temporarily changing back to human. They will fight you on equal terms if angered.

pierre/charles, i've already talked about a bit here, but i can never get enough of them, so here's even MORE 😘 OTP, of course - it was always going to be OTP for them, hahaha, god. six of the seven fics i have published are piarles (and the seventh has implied piarles) so, yeah, i think that sums up my relationship with them pretty well. they have taken over my entire brain, i adore them with my entire heart, i can't even watch a movie or listen to a song without thinking "ooooh, i could turn this into a piarles fic!"

as for charles/lewis, hmmm, that one would have to be a BROTP for me! two reasons for this: one is because of how my brain works with ships, and that's the fact that i lock onto an OTP and then i can't picture either of those characters in an endgame sort of pairing with anyone else. for charles, well, obviously, i locked onto piarles, so i only really want him romantically with pierre. for lewis, well, sewis is very likely my second favourite pairing in all of f1, which means that i've locked lewis into being with seb. (except for the past angsty brocedes - i do love me a little bit of past!brocedes, for angst and extra beautiful sewis in the end 😌)

secondly, i don't know, i've always gotten more mentor/protégé vibes from charles and lewis than anything else? like, when i watch their interactions, it's charles who always seems starry-eyed and like "wow he's my hero, he's so amazing, definitely an 8 times world champion" whereas lewis is the proud mentor figure. at least for me, i'm not a particular fan of translating that into romance - i'm all about equal relationships, and the power dynamic of turning a mentorship romantic isn't one that i particularly enjoy.
