i can feel his eyes on me. he watches, and i am tired. i cannot sleep. i cannot eat. he knows every inch of me. he has seen every crinkle and corner. he has felt it all. his eyes never seem to stop. it has always been this way. it seems he wants to learn every bit of me. there is nothing i can hide from those eyes. i didn’t mind it, before. it was nice to be known. but now i only know fear. i only know his touch. i only know his eyes. even when i am not looking at him, i can feel it. his eyes. i used to think people had to blink. now i know he is not a person. his eyes haunt me even in sleep. i have given sleep up. i used to avoid showering for days and days. but he knows everything now. i don’t care enough to stop it. if i am to speak, he knows what i will say. he knows if i am about to cry. he knows i have given up on crying. i don’t remember when it started. i have given up on remembering. i only know his eyes. i miss the time before he had hands. i was so much more scared, but i know better now. i know his hands are so much worse than his eyes. i don’t remember when he got a body. it was only eyes for so long. but now he is real. not real like you. not real like me. or maybe i am not real like him. i haven’t eaten in months. i don’t think i am a person anymore either. i think i stopped being real the moment his hands touched me. his eyes can see further than i ever could. i don’t know if i have eyes anymore. i don’t care to see. i know that he sees it all before i do. i can feel his eyes on me. i don’t care to exist for them anymore.
