Being in fandom is so hard and frustrating sometimes. People can post the the simplest of posts sharing their opinion about a character only to get bullied by blogs and users with "I took out the trash in X-characters tag so you didn't have to" into apologizing.

People aren't allowed to have different likes and dislikes anymore? We all have to like the characters in the way you say we do? Why do you feel you have the right to control the conversation? Why do you feel entitled to control the entire narrative.

Some days it makes me wanna stop engaging in the fandom and just keep my own corner of the internet.

Some days I wanna be a bitch in the tags and reclaim some of the space we're allowed to have.

We're all allowed to have different views and opinions about characters. You are not the author. You have no right to control the conversation about anything.

Accept the fact that people look, think, feel, and believe differently than you and learn to be okay with that.

- tagging it as a heritage post or even tagging @hellsite-hall-of-fame

- writing the absolute worst take known to man in the comment section so OP can prepare for a week long argument taking place in their notes

- making OP realize that they made a penis typo and it's too late to correct it

Buck dated a man for six months, they somehow barely knew one another in the end, he full body cringed at the idea of being in love with said man, then he basically called him a gay savior and asked him to move in.

If being perfectly mentally well is our measure, Buck is not ready for shit. Please.

That man wants to be in love so bad he is willing to sacrifice every part of himself to keep a partner he barely even knows and who clearly doesn't know him. He is terrified of dying alone and being left behind and that manifests as desperate clinging to any vague prospect that appears before him.

That is not healthy behavior.

They both need to work out their shit. But there is no reason they can't do that together.

Because even people who are not perfectly mentally healthy deserve love, actually.

Just a reminder that when s3 came out, most of Reddit was completely denying any possibility of Will being gay.

Then in s4 when Will’s sexuality couldn’t be denied anymore (though some of them STILL thought he was straight) they argued he wasn’t in love with Mike before vol 2 released.

Now that they’ve been proven wrong (twice), they’re insisting that there’s absolutely no way in hell that Mike could ever be gay/bi and actually love Will back. 🤡
