The Great Sea (Phantom Hourglass verison)

- The part where it goes Ab - G minor - C minor SLAPS so hard, Istg sometimes I listen to this song only for those 5 seconds

-Idk I just love that part, it makes it different from the WW version - more nostalgic, in a way? It feels like… traveling. Being on an adventure far from home, and having fun yet missing the way things used to be

Dragon Roost Island (Wind Waker)

- A rhythmical masterpiece

- This song stands out for being both energetic, catchy, nostalgic, wistful, a little sad, and happy all at once

- Obsessed with part where it goes G minor - F - Bb . Maybe it’s because it finally breaks free from the G minor - F that we’ve been hearing up until this point

- I don’t have the musical vocabulary to explain why I love this one lmao. Rhythm is energetic and bouncy, flute/melody is soft and based on long, soaring notes. They complement each other so well

Hytopia (Tri Force Heroes)

- Embarrassingly enough I heard this one for the first time just last week

- I particularly love the beginning, and I love the instrumentation! The accordion fits so well to the vibe of a cozy, medieval village/town (I’ve never played tri force heroes, idk anything about what hytopia is like 🤡)

- It stands out as a very original/easily recognizable village theme but maintains some important elements from the Kakariko village theme! The guitar plays a figure that’s similar to Kakariko

Eagle’s Tower (Link’s Awakening)

- I’m pretty sure my favorite dungeon theme from this game is the Face Shrine, but this one has been stuck in my head way more recently

- It’s so eerie! While Face Shrine is as well, Face Shrine is more sad and dramatic while this one is just plain creepy

- Maybe I’m biased because I enjoyed playing this dungeon very much (I’m p sure I jumped back and forth between floors waaay more than necessary though 🫠)

- It’s like Link is just going through the motions at this point

Lanayru Mining Facility (Skyward Sword)

- Mmm yummy musical texture

- I can’t tell you what instruments are playing but I can tell you that they’re really satisfying to listen to

- I don’t care for the horn that comes in a few seconds in, I just love the mallets (???) and melodic percussion

Last Song: “You don’t belong here” by Jeon Sejin from Black Out OST album. I’m a sucker for instrumental music, Korean dramas do have really nice instrumental soundtracks 👍🏻

Favorite Color: Black and Purple (and nude colors). Black is just perfect, I once wanted to dye my room all black but it didn’t work out haha. I like wearing all black or black & white, I feel confident and I think it suits me best, and purple I just LOVE different shades of purple because it gives me a sense of power, tho I don’t wear the color much but even my phone case is purple rn.

Last Book: Umm the last book I read must be, “A good girl’s guide to murder” one day after hitting the gym I stopped by the bookstore and it caught my eye, then I sat at the cafe nearby, started reading and couldn’t put it down, there’s a murder going on and after five years a high school girl decides to reveal the truth behind it. *yes I am a sucker for mystery thriller books/movies* I totally recommend the series, I’m reading the second book rn.

Last Movie: “Hijack 1971 2024”. In one word HEARTBREAKING. I couldn’t stop crying in the end. And “The Crow 2024” I like movies with dark themes, and crows are one of my favorite animals, such clever creatures 👌🏻 I used a line of the movie in my recent fic hehe

Last TV-Show: I just finished watching the last episode of “Doubt” a not surprisingly mystery drama. But I didn’t enjoy it as much? I mean the story was ok but it could be better if wrapped up in 6 eps instead of 12, a little bit hard to get through but the cinematography kept me going, loved it👌🏻 *beside thriller-mystery dramas you can fool me with dope cinematography😺*

Also I’m currently watching Go Jun’s “Oh my baby” his character is so boyfriend material istg and his outfits 👌🏻 thanks to costume department

Sweet/Spicy/Savory: I like all flavors, anything tasty is okay with me, but for me spicy is always first choice 🤤 I am allergic to it and my arms itch when I eat too much of it but will that stop me? HELL NO!

Relationship Status: In a longterm relationship with Leon S. Kennedy, Thank you very much (in delululand) other than that single, I love my own company more than anyone’s.

Looking Forward To: I wanna finish reading “If we were villains” it’s been sitting in my library for how long I don’t know T~T

⌗ the mario high does not die down after the movie so y’all play for a bit on the wii just for nostalgia

In the rare case you get yourself a Nomad bf: a bulletpoint round

1. Get used to them randomly including your name in their songs, not only makes it so the whole ship now knows you have a thing with an Astartes, it makes it too so now you're forever a part of his history/life. Breakups will hurt, and they will hurt a fucking lot

i have given you song recs before but i cannot stop obsessively thinking about your fic and so i wanted to share more ✨nico di angelo songs ✨ (or at least ones i think would fit interestingly)

firstly!! 'everything to help you sleep' by julien baker (i reccomended one of her songs last time to but they're all so nda coded) and this one fits esp with the recent chapter where nico had a nightmare. it has quite religious themes but feels a lot like it could be him talking to bianca 'thought i made out your reply / the seconds between sound and light' and 'if i scream a little louder, i know you would have heard it'. her song 'turn out the lights' also has a similar idea of not being able to keep away nightmares (that one is a bit more self-deprecating though - but also one id highly recommend!!)

and more by her!! 'good news' is from her first album and i love it a lot - it doesn't fit perfectly but some lyrics really do - 'your long hair, a short walk / my biggest fear and a slow watch' and then straight after 'always scared that every situation ends the same' only for the song to end with 'i ruin everything i think could be good news'

and then 'repeat' (still jb) is also very nico to me and maybe aimed more at will? 'say i miss you like a mantra til i forget what it means / doesn't matter what you tell me i just need to hear you speak' - i feel like it kind of has that same of theme of how nico feels like bad things will just keep happening to him over and over again.

also!! this might not fit super well as a nico song but 'cartwheel' by lucy dacus is so so so solangelo to me (my goal in life is to write a will solace-centric fic called 'skin scarred and sun-kissed lol) especially in your universe with nico's father - not so much the second verse though.

okay then 'dream state...' by lucy dacus could potentially be a devestating nico song about bianca. i mean it literally begins with 'we woke up to the thunder' 'and then the water came / and washed it all away' and then she says 'without you i am surely the last of our kind' (this song also has a sequel in '...familiar place')

then (final song lol) 'keep the rain' by searows (he even has a song called haunted which is also kind of nico and i thought was a funny parallel) feels very much like nico + therapy + talking to will: 'i don't know what steps to take / i do the easy ones until it helps' and then THE RAIN MOTIF comes through again 'when you keep the rain from coming'

and i would just overall highly recommend listening to lucy dacus and julien baker!! i love them both so much as artists + they both have some of the best lyricism i have seen + their work is just very masterful

✧ On a happier note tho I got my membership kit! The last group I bothered buying a membership for was bts and it took BigHit literally 11 to 13 months to bother sending it to me. And considering how small KQ is, I expected the same and wasn’t too worried about it - so when it showed up at my door on Friday I was so delighted. The tarot style cards are so cute. I decided to pull out 22 and sleeve them to use as an actual major arcana readings deck (some conversions ofc - like The Emperor is now The Sea King, Death is now The Wolf, The Devil is now Desire, etc) - I’m waiting on the sleeves to come now. I was so happy to see that they put the little fortune telling answer book in both english and korean, and it’s such a nice cute little size. I don’t want to give too many spoilers if you’ve not gotten yours yet/don’t want spoilers but it’s so nice.

✧Oh! Speaking of tarot I learned they’re making a Good Omens tarot deck, it’s coming out end of November. I preordered it, call it an xmas gift lol - I love Good Omens, it’s by far one of my favorite novels of all time and I adore the show (David Tennant has always been a favorite actor and he’s such a good person, and Michael Sheen is so sweet… Ironically rn my kid is watching Dr Who for the first time with me and we just finished Tennant’s arc, he was so upset when he regenerated - I felt bad but also… a whole mood kid, 10 is my Doctor).

1. I've never watched SSR's filmography as a purposeful sitdown. His movies usually air like casual reruns every week on some channel or the other. But if a movie of his would make me feel like I have to re-experience his basket of films, it would be Eega for sure. I mean I can go on and on about that movie. It's either Eega or Magadheera because both were milestones in both his career and in the Telugu film industry.

2. I haven't really (don't come at me SSR fans) because I feel like any of his movies set in the present world and having normal storylines (besides Chatrapathi, that movie is iconic) are a one time watch. SSR has a knack for nailing the period pieces and weird themes so I don't really watch all his movies in chronological order. But if they come on tv in that order (here they kinda do that stuff if they wanna celebrate a birthday or a new award etc) then I could fathom sitting down and giving them a watch

Bahubali the Beginning - Shivudu's tribal mom. Girlboss. Icon. She's strong, she loves her adopted kid enough to walk up and down from the river to the Shivalinga a million times. She is the moment.

Bahubali the Conclusion - none. Istg this movie gets on my nerves as a writer because literally every character except Bahu is ooc (just my perspective, everybody is entitled to their opinion)

RRR - BHEEM. come to me in a thousand years and my answer still won't change. My smol bean, my raja, my entirety, my love, my heart. He's one of the best written characters of all of SSR's characters (the list is: Bheem, Chatrapathi's friend, Sivagami, honestly Priyamani's character in Yamadonga a bit?, the cycle in Maryada Ramanna - the perfect enemies to reluctant friends arc, and Nani)
