So once again we are in the month of Ramadan where girls and women in muslim families would be starving for the whole day while also cooking so much food for the whole family to eat in iftar, cleaning the entire house for unexpected guests, not allowed to fast during menstruation but also still can’t eat anything because men of the family shouldn’t know she’s on her periods nor can she take rest because she still has to do the cooking, washing loads of dishes after the entire family is done with the iftar and then also cooking dinner. Meanwhile men would sleep for the entire day, would go to mosque just one or two times to pray and then come back and lie on their bed again while watching TV , and then later complain about the food not being cooked properly like the shameless filths they are. Even if a man would stand up and help his female family members in the kitchen, muslim women would praise him like he deserves a noble peace prize for that.

I am glad i stopped fasting in ramadan months a long time ago. I am happily eating my food and drinking water and not doing anything for anyone. I don’t give a shit if any one of these fasting morons feel hungry or thirsty while watching me enjoying my food.

Marriage in general is fucked in the middle east..

I hate hate HATE living in a country where girls being married off at 15 is seen as something to be envious of.. is seen as something to be admired for..for fuck sakes! That's a fucking child!! I remember a classmate talking about i think a cousin of hers who's 15 who's married to a 29/30 year old man and how MUCH he LOVES her and how everyday he does her FUCKING HAIR FOR FUCKING SCHOOL!!!!

i saw a video of a 26 year old mother selling food on the street to make money and the top comment on that video was a man (sincerely) offering to marry her and he had like 100 replies of people asking him if he did it already and praising him for it..

And you know what's annoying is when i try to point out how fucked up those things are.. I'm almost always in the minority, I'm almost always argued against and people try to justify something like this by being like "this is our culture"....

fuck this culture and religion because you know damn well this shit is rooted in religion.. girls married off when they hit puberty to men twice their age is seen as an accomplishment.. men being encouraged to grace widows and divorced women with their kindness and marry them like they're broken or used (even if it meant getting a second, third or a fourth wife)...

And i know to most people reading this shit it sounds like I'm making it up but I'm not and you have no idea how much i wish i was..

Iraq has passed a law legalising child marriage, lowering the legal age of marriage for girls from 18 to 9.

The silence of the liberal left on women’s rights in islamic countries and the unnecessary sympathy for muslims over Islamophobia in west are contributing to the rise of the dangerous islamic cult that is oppressing women in both left and right parts of the world.

We need to put a stop to this!

World needs to wake up and speak up against islamic culture and laws!
