I find conversions to be so interesting like, 4t3, 3t2, 2t4 etc conversions, because this breeds such specific gameplays. There are sims 4 cc in the sims 2 right now. The sims from the second game are out there with clay hairs. And there are sims 4 clothes on sims 3. Also on sims 3, there are mods to make the cass fully white. Alpha players work hard to give the sims 4 that sims 3 feeling. It's like thw community worked together to mix those games with one another to create gameplays that are so diverse that SOMETIMES it gets hard to tell the games apart! And i think that's SO COOL

i also watched the demo video for inzoi and i am so sat. i've seen other people play the demo too. i said before how much i love super realistic games. so if that actually launches at any point, i will be purchasing it. i wanna give it a shot. it looks heavy though fr. i hope my pc can handle it. it seems like a mix of gta v and the sims. they even said they're gonna have a program for making mods and cc for the game so if it does come out and that happens, i wanna try that out too. i hope it actually comes to fruition. like this is the exact simulation game i've wanted for a while. it's supposed to come out later this year soooo we'll see.

idc what ppl play in their own time (especially if u ain't paying for it) but it's a lil funny to see the double standards sometimes. like, ppl's total condemnation of cc creators for using cf, but turning around to lick ea's booty over lovestruck & new dragon age when ea started the whole collab with overwolf in the first place & profit the most from them. same thing with inzoi now- there's a shiny new toy to enjoy, so who cares about them using cf and ai?

it'd be different if everybody was consistent bout it but. idk. it's just clear that it's easy to be the most hateful mf alive when u already dislike somebody & easy to boycott shit that u don't use/has no affect on ur life anyways, but the minute it's something that actually gives u serotonin & is shiny and new... suddenly everyone else is just a hater of fun. it's kinda weird ngl

like, play that shit! it's fine! no ones gonna come to ur house or anything over some demo lol. it's really not that serious and anyone sending hate over it is a loser. but just keep it consistent and maybe think about all them nasty anons u sent to others over the exact same thing ur doing before u start getting in ur feelings... ya know?

that would have to be casper and coco, look at this behemoth doc i have of vague ideas & dialogue for them (mostly for coco) 😭

the problem is that i was planning to write casper out of frozen pines when he went off to college, but i was sick of only writing teenagers & their parents, so i kept him around for a fresh perspective. i didn't expect myself to project so much onto him and i didn't plan on making coco into such a complex character that i would fall sooo in love with. so it all kind of ballooned into this massive plot that, even back when i had free time, i was never going to have time to write :( it sucks because i would LOVE to be able to tell their story, but i think it would've worked better as an entirely separate story to frozen pines.

third i suppose would be finn... i actually wrote this whole fake podcast transcript based around his murder, i've written countless oneshots that aren't finished enough for me to post them, and every single AU version of him lives in my mind like they're all their own characters. i love him so so bad... writing from his point of view feels so natural to me

Lil Sam Sims update ~

I have been itching to clean out my CC closet and sort through all of my CC and get rid of the stuff I never use or never will use. I did a big chunk of it tonight but left the hard folders behind (hair, furniture, clothes).

Still the progress feels good.

After this, though, I want to go and build a new base save and redo all the townies. I'll likely share my progress here because, why not? Follow along for fun sims content!

And I know this new expansion is gonna break the game in all sorts of exciting new ways. However I am going to explore the new expansion with Tiana's gen! Princess legacy will return in August!

I also hope to bring back the Farmer BC I started! The save got corrupted so I am back to square one and need to add back in all our lovely contestants. But it is on the books to come back with the new romance dynamics!

All this to say that I miss you all and love you and will be back to sharing sims with you soon! Until then ~ see you at the beach 🏖

ugh this might be a shitty opinion but i kinda dislike when people just come to my blog to hunt for cc, they reblog it but dont like it and then never interact with my blog again unless it's for only cc. like i wanna put my cute gameplay out but it gets 8 notes and then my cc gets 200+ notes idk it kinda makes it hard to enjoy posting my sims when clearly the people just want cc lol.

My mom didn’t want anything for Mother’s Day and didn’t really wanna do anything either. Only thing she wanted to do today was garden, so I’ve been out with her in the dirt most of the day. It’s our thing. We tend her garden together every single year. And after her stroke last year, I’m extra grateful we get to garden together this year.
