worst way to start my new year, thanks. i have a lot of things to say about these companies but i'm tired and just keeping it focused to the pin side of things for this one. do not ever buy pins from these companies, literally ALL of them are stolen from small artists like me. if you want to buy enamel pins, check out etsy, and artist's personal websites and shops! (though even Etsy has some bootleg pins that ship straight from china, so tread carefully…)

Every pin I've designed is, thus far, EXCLUSIVE to my etsy. if you find it anywhere else, it's been ripped off! and once these stupid bootlegs pop up, it's basically a never ending game of whack-a-mole trying to get them all taken down...

Chinese/Lunar New Year

So uh for the past few days I’d been contemplating a Chinese New Year piece for this year in particular because uh it’s the Year of the Dragon and that plus dragon dance so perfect a combination it makes, but uh… admittedly I bit more than I could chew so uh :’D

I wasn’t able to make a full artwork in time, but I do have my cleaned up sketch to show for the holiday, so without further ado, happy Chinese/Lunar New Year Stilton fandom <3

It’s very not complete and the dragon’s details aren’t even drawn in but I hope ya’ll like it anyway

I am planning on finishing this tho so stay tuned for that :3

I’d love to turn my apartment into a lush, leafy forest, but alas—sunlight is a rare guest here. So, I’ve resorted to fake plants, and you know what? That’s just fine. But now, I’m running out of room to sneak them in! So here’s my brilliant plan: drumroll please—an alternative greenery solution! I’m hoping to order it soon, but the real dilemma? I can’t make up my mind. Choices, choices!

This last one seems to have the perfect colors that just sing with my current boho vibe. I know, I’m a little late to the boho party, but hey—my local Goodwill has suddenly become a treasure trove of the stuff! I’m all about working with my budget, and honestly, boho just speaks to my senses. That said, I’m also head over heels for shabby chic, Japanese/Korean aesthetics, and a touch of Victorian vintage. I have a feeling my space is going to end up with the most delightful eclectic mix soon—who says you can’t have it all? Oh, and who says shower curtains can’t double as actual curtains? Not only are they way cheaper, but the print options are endless! I’m all in for transforming my space into a dreamy, magical dream haven. Why not let your imagination run wild?

what do i have to say to my sister to convince her not to by a $49 temu/shein wedding dress 😐

"temu and shein offer alluring photos of models in these dresses, but the dress you get will not be one of the ones they wear. temu and shein are known for their poor craftsmanship (caused by poor conditions to workers) and i would hate for you to wait 3 months for a dress to arrive that doesnt match up with the image you have in your head. if budget is the problem we can work something out together and i know we can find something thatll suit you best :)"
