Life Model Mira, Part 2

(Plus my refs ^^)

I like to think that, while rare, Mira would sometimes strike a pose from HUNTR/X's choreography for the students to draw :] roughly half the time the sketches for those poses come out just barely completed or jittery because the students are too preoccupied with trying to not fangirl their brains out to fully focus on sketching haha

And that's not taking into account any of the students getting bombarded with queer awakenings just from how attractive Mira looks which is a nonzero amount of art students--

New HC for Huntrix girls:

Rumi's nails always grow longer, sharper and faster than any normal human nails should. She would usually kept them short, trimmed them every so often.

However when she start to accept her demon side post movie, she suddenly has claws. It's retractable as Rumi figured out quickly - her fingers and nails will lengthen into a claws as it tips grow purple. It became much darker at the edge. When her claws are out because she's feeling something strong than the purple will spread up to her arm. Even so, contentment will also makes Rumi instinctively let out her demon claws. Absentmindedly scratching on surfaces to mark her teritorry or to knead into soft pillows, bed and couch.

Mira is absolutely annoyed because Rumi might as well shred their pillow and couch into nothing - Rumi's own bed and pillows doesn't matter. Rumi is much more careful with them and doesn't knead them as much since it's already smell and feel like hers.

So she tried to go and trim Rumi's demon claws.

Key word; try.

Rumi doesn't like her demon claws trimmed.

She like them sharp.

Even when Mira reasoned with her that she's pretty much destroying their pillows and couch at this point - the scratches on the walls and doors too, but they are not much of a big problem-

But Rumi still refuse. She literally growled and snarled at Mira, baring her fangs as she eyed the trimmer angrily. Zoey who is pretty much on Mira side in this one try to help by putting Rumi in a headlock - except Rumi can teleport and therefore keep on teleporting away until she decide that the fucking roof of their tower is the best place to run to.

Mira and Zoey eventually managed to trim Rumi's demon claws later after they drugged Rumi with Holy Water of all things and knocked her out cold. Rumi is not happy with the outcome as she stared at her claws for hours in disdain.

To solve her problem, Rumi decide that she'll turn one particular side of the wall to be her scratching post to make her demon claws sharp again.

Needless to say, Mira and Zoey now has to get her away from the wall.

(They eventually come into an agreement that so long that Rumi doesn't scracth any walls that is outside her room and the couch, than they won't forcefully trimm her claws again.)

(Rumi agreed, and proceed to layer one of side of her walls in a particular metal - it's one specific stuff that has the kind of surface she likes-)

Okay, no, I lied - this isn't exactly new to me since I mentioned this idea in one of my asks.. If I remember correctly, it was the ask sended to @missnevertell...

I come bearing another new AU: pole dancer Mira, bartender Zoey, and bouncer Rumi. The girls all work together at the same club, and in an effort to get to know Rumi better, the girls offer to teach her their jobs. Rumi learns how to mix drinks from Zoey, dance from Mira, and (in a shocking turn of events) flirts with the two of them RELENTLESSLY.

It starts out simple enough. The girls notice that Rumi is ripped, and Zoey wants an excuse to touch her muscles. So, in a desperate attempt to flirt, Zoey offers to teach Rumi how to make drinks. Rumi, desperate to show her aunt Celine that she can fill in for anyone, agrees without hesitation. Zoey then spends the hour before opening each day teaching her to make cocktails, which Rumi is a natural at because she used to watch the other bartenders when she was a teenager.

Mira wants to spend time with her too, and tells Rumi that she should try pole dancing. Both girls manage to convince her that it's easier to do in a crop-top, and spend the next seven to ten business days frothing at the mouth over her abs. Rumi, for her part, isn't completely oblivious, and decides that it's her life's goal to fluster the two girls as much as humanly possible.

Rumi starts flirting with Mira and Zoey shamelessly, and quickly graduating to more intense things. She manages to catch Zoey in a back room, and pins her against the wall, murmuring that she should be careful because someone at the bar is trying to flirt with her and "no one gets to fluster my Zoey except me", before kissing her nose and leaving to go patrol the bar.

It's a bit more difficult for Mira, considering the other girl is taller than Rumi and much more calm than Zoey. One day, Rumi gets lucky though, and spots Mira sitting alone on a couch. She had noticed some assholes flirting with her Mira, and quickly takes the opportunity to talk to her about it. Mira, for her part, is taken aback when Rumi's foot slams into the couch next to her as she leans close and places a single finger under Mira's chin. "Be careful, sweetheart. I'd hate to have to show off in front of all these people. I don't think they'd want to know the lengths I would go to for you."

Needless to say, both girls want to climb Rumi like a tree, and she is more than willing to let them.

The idea of Rumi being hypermobile (loosely based on my experience being hypermobile and only realizing it now), aka my contribution to the cat!Rumi propaganda

Fun fact: I didn’t realize until Domics’s Pet Peeves 2 video and he animated the bit about the nail flying that maayyybbeeeee not everyone twists into a cross-legged pretzel in bed just to trim their toenails . .

Why on earth I have decided to go for a somewhat competitively viable Pokemon team for HUNTR/X in the KPDH Pokemon AU I have no idea it was because they fight as a unit and they MUST cover each others' weaknesses but I have committed to it and MMMNNHHHH

I have decided that in my take of this AU they have Pokemon type no-nos to add to the faults and fears thing (Ghost, Poison, Dark-- which would be associated with Gwi-Ma tho Dark not as much as the first two), but that means that I am nerfing my selection because I am gatekept by myself from some absolute UNITS -m-

The fact that you're taking the extra effort to draw the idea yourself is good enough already! You'll get better with time, I assure you ^^

If and when you choose to study anatomy, Line of Action is a good resource! It's a site with thousands of stock images of models to use for reference drawings for different purposes-- it's pretty good for a digital resource, and on top of that, you can adjust the settings as per your preferences ^^

Its main feature is the life drawing feature, in which you have a limited time to draw the pose in the image before moving on to the next. It'll help in figuring out how to get poses down and figure out the shapes of objects very quickly and efficiently :3 it may not speed up the art process, but it sure as hell's gonna help build line confidence

I do recommend drawing on paper for these too, helps yeet that good ol' digital art perfectionism haha

For those of you who helped out with donations for my wheelchair, I have a cool update for you!!!

I now own a wheelchair!👨‍🦽

I'm still paying it off technically since I didn't have the funds on my own, but it's in my house and being incredibly helpful for me - I've already used it to go into town and do some shopping, it was a hell of a learning curve and I totally didn't crash in an elevator (⁄ง⁄ ื⁄▿⁄ ื⁄)ว

I've also already started to decorate it haha

The donation page will still be open since I'm still paying it off, but I thought you guys should know I'm not stuck at home as much as I was before! I'm doing good <3 I'm super happy with my wheelchair and I would never have gotten this far without everyones help!

When she wakes, there is no warmth in the body beside her. She clings to her all the same, burying her face in her lover's shoulder and sobbing silently until there are no tears left to cry. Even then, she does not let go, and it is only hours later, when one of the girls knocks on the door and calls for them both, that Mira slowly extracts herself from the bed.

No blanket version:

god can you imagine though? 10 years of silence. of solitude. of no one's voice but yours after a while. and knowing the only people who want to come around want to profit off your death instead of doing anything to help

ghost/demon!rumi doesn't show herself when chasing off ghost hunters, but she does use her demonic abilities such as large claws to scratch the walls in great concrete gashes near investigators. she growls/snarls/yells at them to get out, rattling the foundation and the hearts of people who came to "check out, no, for real, it's totally haunted" the building where rumi's spirit stays

she did the same thing of course when mira and zoey came along, and mira convinces zoey to leave when rumi starts throwing things at them because she doesn't want her gf hurt.

but the next day mira comes back. no equipment. no zoey. just herself.

"I want to help. It's not fair that you're stuck like this. let me help you. what do you want to help gain peace?"

rumi of course, scratches her in anger, leaving deep marks on mira. but mira doesn't even wince.

"what do you want?" mira asks again as she lets the blood drip sluggishly down her arm.

rumi roars. she throws things. she rattles the building with her anger until ceiling tiles break free and crash to the floor.

mira just keeps asking what rumi wants over and over.

rumi eventually goes quiet.

"I want to know why I had to die. I want to know why I wasn't allowed a life"

"then let us help you"

rumi flings the doors wide open. "get out"

trust is hard after the last time she trusted someone, she wound up buried in a shallow grave

Polytrix nation.. May I present to you Chiikawa Huntrix?

Will be making and selling an initial 25 sticker sheets, with a bonus sticker for the first batch bought! I’ll keep you all updated on when they’re up on my shop.

I plan to make more kpdh stickers and possibly other merch but it’ll majorly depend on the success of these ones
