i think its funny that i actually have no idea how i am perceived and idk if its the community that i have grown up in (my chem fans who are chronically online and turned into irl friends) and the fact that like MOST of my friends are somewhere on the map aside from a few token cishets but only TWICE in my life have i been told that i am visibly queer and both times it happened to be by a coworker who i wasnt close with/didnt share my life with but both times they said it with SUCH conviction that it was actually a shock and i burst out laughing because i just.....other than those two times i had no idea that i was sending such strong signals out into the universe lmfao....

#deja vu of the day is like trying to explain to my transman coworker #my opinion relating to some issue surrounding lgbt ppl at work #and trying to explain that i am also lgBT without sounding like a freak #and them looking at me and being like. uh. YEAH.#this exact scenario has happened twice #I CRACKED UP!!!!#i think people assume i am cishet unless i say something #apparently......no #is it just the hair???#they never explain #theyre just like uh...fucking duh #and i go oh ok....

#THIS TOOK ME FOREVER RAAHHHH #i had help from my mom with stuff like the parts of the traje de mestiza which is the outfit shes wearing #this trend looks so much fun and i wanted to join in.. im first gen canadian though so ive never been to the philippines and only #know thru stories of my parents growing up. im proud of my heritage but there are some things i didnt grow up with that #make me feel disconnected from my culture. so it was nice to talk to my mom abt it and ask for her help with this :3 #the pleated tapis is meant to resemble her skirt.. i had no way of adding her stockings but i noticed the piano key design #so i used that for the saya. the bandana is meant to resemble her hairties and shes wearing bakya wooden slippers with embroidery #i kinda wanted to add the panuelo to resemble her tie as a finishing touch but i forgor ;w; just imagine it i guess #my mom really likes this. shes a little confused abt the blue hair and i had to explain her hair is like that but she thinks shes pretty #originally i wanted her holding the woven pamaypay and fanning herself because ITS HOT ITS 25 FUCKING DEGREES TODAY #but i couldnt get the pose right so i settled for this. i wanna draw her and brazilian miku high fiving ill do that tmrw #my art #myart #hatsune miku #miku worldwide #philippines #vocaloid #miku

i feel like a lot of the 'i hate kids' crowd would be more tolerant if they understood that due to a kid's limited experience of the world that 4 hour flight might just be the longest they've ever had to sit still for or that trapped finger might literally be the most pain they've ever felt in their short life or they might not have ever seen a person with pink hair ever so of course they want to touch it or nobody's told them yet that they can't run around the museum and they only just learned cheetahs are the fastest animals so of course they want to put that to the test. how were they supposed to know etc etc.

I think its really funny when people get mad at the pro-hairy pussy posts on this site (yes including posts hating on bald pussy) and take an angle of “wow everyone is being so weird about shaving now and its so wrong to judge peoples choices like this” because like. Okay. Either you dont fuck or go outside, or you have been doing whats expected of you so long you have no idea how people who dont make the same choice as you are mistreated. Because so many people ESPECIALLY MEN are still convinced simply having body hair is unhygienic and will shame and dehumanize anyone who has it in the most vile and unnecessary way.
