iruka + a random headcanon: iruka actually sets money aside for naruto. if there was a bank, he’d probably open one account up just for the kid. but as is, i assume there’d be some sort of retirement plan ( regardless how unpopular since shinobis tend to not live long ), so a bit of his money every month goes to a plan that he’s dedicated for naruto. he doesn’t tell naruto, of course; but a few people know, and would’ve informed naruto of its existence if anything had happened to iruka.
