My contribution to week 8 of the Ineffable Prompt-A-Thon by @ineffablyruined is for everyone and anyone who is sexually attracted to ✨Bildad the Shuhite✨
There once was a midwife and cobbler whose hair was a shiny as copper. He didn't kill kids, he drank wine and ate ribs, and we all found him hotter than proper.
(it’s only “improper” because you wouldn't wanna get too hot and bothered in the middle of the desert)
I used this older sketch as a starting point, and then I had a lot of fun playing around with halftones again! Look at those CMYK layers! I even made a gif!

Prompt for Week Eight:
Overheated.
Did the Bentley *gasp* breakdown? Is someone struggling with the temperature in Hell? Do clothes need to be removed because of the hot summer sun? You create it - everyone else gets to enjoy!
But most especially @interesting-egg and me. Because we love you all very much.
The Rules Are Simple:
Every Friday until the Season 3 premiere, I'll post a prompt.
You will have a week to write, draw, paper craft, record, completely scrap and start from the beginning after a crisis of confidence (oh, is that just me?), and post your interpretation of the prompt.
Tag your post #IneffablePromptAThon, #IneffablePAT #Ineffable Prompt-A-Thon, and/or #IPAT. Make sure to use them on Tumblr, X, IG, and AO3 so everyone can easily find your works!
Also tag your posts and AO3 with the Week Number and the Prompt, so we can all tell which prompt your creation accompanies.
Tag me @ineffablyruined in all of your posts, too, so I can reblog!
Add your contribution to the Ineffable Prompt-A-Thon collection on AO3 for this week. Link is below!
Look for the next prompt. Rinse. Repeat.
HAVE FUN!
This is meant to be zero stress. If you can't do a week, that's completely fine! Prompt not working for you? Skip it. Going to be late? No worries at all!
It is just meant to be a fun outlet to get your creative juices flowing and keep the fandom well-fed with copious amounts of fic and fun until our Ineffable Duo makes their return to our screens (whenever that may be).
There is no length requirement, no rating requirement, no timeline requirement. It can be canon-compliant, AU, crossover, whatever tickles your fancy, as long as it's Good Omens related and incorporates the prompt. It's all Tickety-Boo!
If you want to be tagged in the posts, let me know!

Ineffable Prompt A-Thon, Week 8: Overheated 🔥
Happy Friday! 💖 I just posted another super smutty installment of my Ineffable Prompt A Thon AU inspired by @ineffablyruined following Mistaken Identity, Unraveled, and Whisper!
Week 8’s prompt is Overheated ✨❤️🔥
Tags: Human AU, Coffee Shop AU, Dom Aziraphale, Sub Crowley, Top Aziraphale/Bottom Crowley, Jealous Aziraphale, Possessive Aziraphale, Possessive Sex, Workplace Sex, Barebacking, Anal Sex, Bow tie Bondage, Dirty Talk, Slight Slut Shaming, Orgasm Control/Denial, Feelings, Light Angst, Pining While Fucking and much more!
Excerpt:
He stops at the edge of the table, and Crowley can feel his brow furrow as he asks, concerned, “alright, angel? You’re bright red.” He wonders if Aziraphale could be coming down with something— there’s been a lot going around the last few weeks.
Aziraphale shifts awkwardly in his chair as he mutters almost too quietly for Crowley to hear, “yes, I’m perfectly alright, just— it’s rather hot in here, is all, and I’m just a bit…overheated, I suppose.”
Crowley blinks a few times, even more perplexed.
Something is off, in both Aziraphale’s tone and his affect. His words are short, they’re stiff, and his eyes are oddly feverish, they’re unnaturally bright. Besides, it’s not very warm in the cafe at the moment; the windows are open a tad to let in some of the chilly autumn air, and Crowley turned off the heat in the morning once it had warmed up, the constant barrage of customers always helping in that regard. Now, as it’s been slower for the last hour or so, the temperature is pleasant; it’s even leaning towards cool, most especially where Aziraphale sits, bracketed by two of the cracked windows.
He’s also wearing a jacket over his waistcoat, which he then, as if on cue, removes, shrugging it from his shoulders inelegantly, and Aziraphale is rarely if everso sloppy with his clothing. He pulls the sleeves off clumsily and then tugs at his bow tie, like he really is too hot, and Crowley is now really rather worried.
“Right…let me get you some water, yeah? I’ll lock up and get everything sorted,” Crowley’s already turning around to get Aziraphale said water, but Aziraphale reaches out and grabs a corner of his apron, halting him in his tracks.
They’re alone in the shop now, but still, the thrill of being so openly touched by Aziraphale in this space makes Crowley gasp faintly, even if it is just something he’s wearing that’s in the other man’s grasp instead of his actual body.
“Lock the door and stand behind the counter,” Aziraphale murmurs after a minute of silence that borders on tense, leaving no room for any sort of protest spoken or imagined, and Crowley’s stomach flips along with his heart, “facing the door.”
Maybe it is much warmer inside than Crowley realized; he’s certainly gone from relatively comfortable to sweltering in a matter of seconds.
“Yes, sir,” he whispers, following the instructions without another word, flipping the sign on the front of the door to CLOSED and locking it with a thumb and forefinger that shake.
As he walks back to stand behind the till as he’d been told, Aziraphale is already there unbuttoning his sleeves, his normally careful folding of his cuffs forgone in favor of rapidly rolling them up his forearms to his elbows, and Crowley himself is overheated, now. There is a devastating element to this ritual, of his dominant undressing even in the smallest of ways; each inch of skin he reveals to Crowley should be kissed and worshipped, he thinks, each sliver of him deserves to be blessed however he’s allowed to do so. Even popping the buttons of his waistcoat free from their confines has Crowley squirming.

Past and Recent Climate Reports and Discussing Solutions
I started this week’s assigned readings with the World Scientists’ Warning to Humanity, 1992 UN Earth Summit blog. The blog was a call to action from scientists all over the world to express the concerning changes to our environment as a result of climate change. Our oceans are becoming increasingly acidic, our critical forests are disappearing, our groundwater is depleting and contaminated. The blog listed all instability and continued fragility of the planet’s food systems and ecosystems. Even more shockingly, this report was written in 1992. Almost thirty years later, all the scientists’ concerns still sound familiar today. We are still grappling with the very same issues with many ominous signs ahead. In another climate report from Warning Update 2017, it shows a recent report of the many concerning areas. We are still seeing critical habitats and biodiversity disappearing, the atmospheric greenhouse gases are still increasing, our food systems weakening. The stark reality of our changing climate is no longer in the near future but happening in front of our eyes.
However, the grim state of the future planet should not be completely shadowed with pessimism. Towards the end of the World Scientists’ Warning to Humanity, 1992 UN Earth Summit blog, scientists included a list of next steps toward minimising the worst case scenarios of climate change. For one, it includes reducing immediately the environmentally damaging activities. The Warning Update 2017 report mentions the importance and potential of containing the short-lived pollutants in our environment. The reduction of methane, black carbon, and hydrofluorocarbons will bring drastic changes to air quality which in turn increases crop yields and can reduce the short-term warming trend. Although short-lived pollutants sound like it is not a big cause of concern because it stays in the atmosphere for a relatively short period of time, it can drastically improve the level of dangerous heat worldwide. In another, the World Scientists’ Warning to Humanity, 1992 UN Earth Summit blog recommended stabilizing pollution. From the five billion in 1992, we are reaching eight billion people on the planet. Importantly, to understand how we have risen to eight billion in just under thirty years, we have to explore the IPAT model. This model was developed to measure the environmental impact of human activities based on three factors: population size, affluence, and technology. Due to technological advances in medicine and hygiene, the population has steadily increased. It is a cause for concern because as our population increases, we are increasingly placing stress on our food supply. However, the Warning Update 2017 report is noticing a decrease in the fertility rate worldwide.
Our textbook, Living in the Environment, continues to indicate that we are living unsustainably. Although technology has helped us improve the environmental degradation of the planet by improving efficiency, we are still far away from achieving efficiency. Higher income countries continue to like unproportionately and wastefully. Although more people are able to live more comfortably now, the textbook still calculates that we need 1.7 planets to sustain the way we are currently living. Ecosystems services are important in helping us keep the environment clean and toward the continued preservation of it. I did not realise that there were so many services that we benefit from the ecosystem. They make human life possible. For example, as part of the regulating services, ecosystems and living organisms moderate extreme events. More specifically, watersheds play a crucial role in helping prevent floods and filtering pollutants from reaching a larger stream of water,
As the Warning Update 2017 report mentions that “[c]onsumption of solar and wind energy has increased 373% per decade, but in 2018, it was still 28 times smaller than fossil fuel consumption” Although fossil fuel consumption continues to be use more intensely, the world is starting to get on board with clean energy. As the textbook also mentions, economics, politics, and ethics can provide us with some principles of sustainability. Politics can try to find win-win solutions to save the environment without losing profits. Clean energy is becoming a win-win solution for some countries. For one, clean energy is both sustainable and renewable without exhausting already scarce resources. In another, countries can increase employment rates by employING people to build infrastructure for clean energy. The switch to clean energy will continue to demand immense cooperation from countries internationally.
According to the Ecological Footprint Quiz, we would need two Earths if everybody lived like me. The results are quite shocking because I consider myself to produce less waste and to have less of a carbon footprint than the average person.

Hopeful Fashion Students Trafficked to China to Work in Factoryby Khy Sovuthy and Zsombor Peter | January 9, 2017 F T L E WA Cambodian man has been arrested and charged with human trafficking for sending 19 students to China who were promised scholarships to study fashion and design, but ended up working seven days a week at a garment factory.Police and the NGO that helped with the case, however, gave conflicting information about whether some of the students were still stuck in China and whether the local company that sent them abroad was licensed.Inn Simanann, owner and director of the Ipat institute, was arrested late last year after a complaint from seven of the eight students who returned to Cambodia in June, said So Vandy, deputy director of the Interior Ministry’s anti-human trafficking department, on Sunday. He said Mr. Simanann was charged under the anti-human trafficking law by the Phnom Penh Municipal Court and was awaiting trial at Prey Sar Prison.“Those students said they were forced to work at the factory and did not study fashion and design like the director of the Ipat institute promised them they would,” he said. “All 19 students had paid Inn Simanann $2,500 to study.”Mr. Vandy said Mr. Simanann’s company had been operating without a license and was shut down. “This is the first time that a case like this has happened,” he added. “Now we are investigating the case because we want to rescue the other students who were sent to China.”He said his department was working with the Foreign Affairs Ministry to repatriate the other 11 students. A spokesman for the ministry could not be reached for comment.Chab Dai, the anti-human trafficking NGO that has helped with the case, said on Sunday that all 19 students had returned to Cambodia.“Chab Dai helped and worked with 19 students, the eight who escaped [and] ran to the [Cambodian] consulate, and then the consulate and the students together helped the rest of the students. So that all 19 students could go back to Cambodia,” Chab Dai adviser Nadia Jung said via email. She also said that the Ipat institute was licensed.Ms. Jung agreed with the anti-human trafficking police, however, that the case was unusual.“[N]ormally you would say that victims of trafficking mainly are vulnerable, poor, uneducated people. But here they choose a group of well-educated students. This is not at all normal,” she said. “Hopefully this method will not develop, but it is always difficult to say.”Chab Dai did not specify when each of the students had left Cambodia or when they returned. One of the students told the NGO that he left in December 2015 and returned in June, after fleeing to the Cambodian Consulate in Shanghai.Representatives for Mr. Simanann and the Ipat institute could not be reached.According to a statement about the case released by Chab Dai last week, the students were promised places on four-year programs at China’s Yantai Nanshan University. But upon arrival, they said, they were put to work at a garment factory and given only one or two hours of Chinese language instruction. The university is owned and operated by the Nanshan Group, a Chinese conglomerate that operates a subsidiary which makes fabrics and garments.
