"[Lou] was a good friend through everything. We had this brother-sister type relationship in the group, and it lasted long after the group split. We would always exchange Christmas cards, Valentine cards. It was one of those friendships where it didn't matter if you didn't see each other a lot. We'd meet up after two years or five years and it would be like we'd seen each other last week. As you get older, you come to realize that that kind of friendship is rare, so I miss him a hell of a lot. It's just dawning on me that he's not out there anymore...Now Andy's gone, Sterling's gone, Nico's gone and Lou's gone. It feels strange. I miss them all, but I really miss Lou.
He was a great songwriter who pushed the boundaries in terms of what he was writing about, but more importantly, he was a good and loyal friend. It doesn't seem right that I won't be sending him a Christmas card." (via)

2024 XXL FRESHMAN RICH AMIRI SHARES NEW SINGLE "KEEP IT COOL" (W/ INTERNET MONEY)
Following his hit track “ONE CALL” (675M streams) going Platinum this week, Rich Amiri, the recently announced 2024 XXL Freshman, joins forces with Internet Money for new single "KEEP IT COOL". The track arrives alongside the announcement that he'll be embarking on a 12-date headlining European tour this fall. A highly-anticipated release thanks to its viral TikTok snippet, "KEEP IT COOL" is an energetic track that blends Rich Amiri's full-toned vocals with a glitchy trap instrumental courtesy of Internet Money production masterminds Synthetic and Sharkboy. The song stamps the third release following the success of the rapper's breakthrough album Ghetto Fabulous and “ONE CALL”, which marked his debut on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
An artist who cut his teeth in the online DIY scene while still in high school, Rich Amiri signed a joint venture with Internet Money/10K after initially making waves with projects For the Better and Evolution, the latter of which was highlighted by the Lil Tecca-featuring “Poppin” (20M Streams). Now fresh off a US headlining tour that saw him perform five sold-out shows, a trip to New York for Fashion Week, and electric appearances at Rolling Loud California and Lyrical Lemonade's Summer Smash, Rich Amiri is continuing his hot streak with tracks like “MADONNA & RIHANNA” (17M+ Streams) and "OUT MY MIND". Making waves with his futuristic blend of soul, trap, and R&B, Rich Amiri is laying the groundwork for a monster 2024 with "KEEP IT COOL" (w/ Internet Money) as he prepares to release a new album later this year.
