Fit Test -- Insanity day 1
I must be really insane for this but.... Switch Kicks: 110 Power Jacks: 30 Power Knees: 80 Power Jumps: 25 Globe Jumps: 7 (49 jump squats total) Suicide Jumps: 5 (these are basically burpees, just backward) Push-up Jacks: 29 (did these against the wall - cannot do regular push-ups) Low Plank Obliques: 32

I just finished the second Insanity fit-test and I improved so much on some of the exercises! So happy right know - it's such a motivation factor! Also I'm thinking about creating a sort of motivation wall, but idk yet.聽

The new year is off and running! .... And so am I!!! I decided that this year I am going to change up my workout routine a little. I am starting the year with the insanity challenge while I finish of perfecting my yoga/dance class ready to get into teaching this Feb! I am super keen to get started on this fitness overhaul. This year I am not only going to improve my fitness but I am focusing on improving the strength and stability in my 'dodgey' shoulder!
