As a Muslim, I have big news for all the Christian people on this site.
Your Holy Texts are NOT to be translated
They were never meant to be. They were meant to be preserved as the way they were. Yes, you can have translated versions to understand the meaning, but the original text and language should've always been there. They should've taught kids Hibru as a second language instead of translating.
Translation opens room for alteration because a lot is lost when translating from one language to every language.
That's how governments and people with agendas push those agendas onto the population. Like capitalism and giving a lot of money to your religious and political leaders, or subconsciously believing women are less than men somehow.
They.
Altered.
The.
Parables.
Eve was never tricked by the snake into giving the apple to Adam. They both ate it, both repented, both were forgiven and both entered heaven. It wasn't her fault alone.
Mary, the mother of Jesus PBUH was never saved by the "kindness of Josef to marry an unchaste woman". God made Jesus talk as a baby and he defended his mother's honor. SHE was never the burden. (Her backstory in the Qur'an btw)
Jesus PBUH never encouraged giving a lot of money to leaders or churches. He would flip tables and say "Is this a place of God, or is this a market place?!"
Jesus didn't say "Thou shall not kill" but he said "Thou shall not murder" as in illegal killing. They changed that in translation to keep you docile no matter how oppressive they get.
Which leads me to the second, biggest plot twist,
this is gonna blow your mind btw,
Ready?
.

.

.
.
.
.
There has only ever been one Bible.
the real one.
It was never called the "bible", which is why this word is never mentioned inside the book itself.
That's a westernisation.
The injeel is it's real name.
The "versions" were just an excuse to write, rewrite, add, erase and change to their liking without criticism.
Look it up online. I can't make this sh*t up.
Even before English or the modern or medieval ages were there, they were changing shit in order to rise to power and get what they want.
They weren't even that good at it anyway.
Like how churches in the west tell the unsuspecting people that they should pledge allegiance to the less-than-100 year-old-aparthied-Israel, not knowing Israel was another name for the prophet Jacob PBUH, and the house in question was his house.
Or how they made up a chronology of prophets from the day of creation to this day that says the universe is less than 6000 years old. They didn't know science at the time. They don't even know the chronology. They never did. There has been over 100,000 prophets sent to people all over the world at different, most of which were undocumented and their stories were never told by God.
These people never knew that at the time. So they made shit up.
And God called them out on it
The Holy Qur'an
Surah Al-Baqara Verse 79
فويل للذين يكتبون الكتاب بأيديهم ثم يقولون هذا من عند الله ليشتروا به ثمنا قليلا فويل لهم مما كتبت أيديهم وويل لهم مما يكسبون
"Then woe to those who write the book with their hands and say 'this is from God' to buy with it a cheap price then woe to them from what their hands have written and woe to them from what they gain"
That's why they created Islamophoia.
To keep you, the unsuspecting people, from ever finding out.
The fact this simple, bare truth that I'm telling you seems like a crazy conspiracy theory just tells you about the age we live in.
i hate the phrase 'none of these words are in the bible' because it's either true for Every word in the english language (the bible wasn't originally in english) or for None of them (i could translate the bible badly enough to contain any word at all)

Islam And Christianity: A Comparison
Sura 5:73 They have certainly disbelieved who say, ” Allah is the third of three.” And there is no god except one God. And if they do not desist from what they are saying, there will surely afflict the disbelievers among them a painful punishment. Sura 5:17 They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allah is Christ, the son of Mary. Say, “Then who could prevent Allah at all if He had intended…

O Allah! Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Magnificent Throne. Our Lord and the Lord of everything. Splitter of the grain and the date-stone, Revealer of the Torah and the Injeel (the Bible) and the Furqan (the Qur'an), I seek refuge in You from the evil of everything that You shall seize by the forelock. O Allah! You are the First and nothing has come before you, and You are the Last, and nothing may come after You. You are the Most High, nothing is above You and You are the Most Near, and nothing is nearer than You. Remove our debts from us and enrich us against poverty.

What does the Quran say about Jesus and his life? What do Muslims believe to be the truth about his reported miracles? In other words, do Muslims believe in the gospel accounts of miracles by Jesus or in other writings/hadith regarding it or some sort of combination? Weird question, I know.
🌸
Thank you angel for the ask... This is going to be a long answer I hope I can explain well with my little knowledge and even little eloquence... and No this is not weird question...
Jesus (peace be upon him) was the son of Mary, servant of Allah and a messenger of Allah to guide people... His (peace be upon him) birth was a miracle as mention in the Quran (3:45) because He (peace be upon him) was born to the virgin Mary. Indeed Allah creates what He wills. Another miracle He (peace be upon him) had was, He (peace be upon him) spoke while being a infant giving the proof that His (peace be upon him) mother was not unchaste (Quran 19:16). He (peace be upon him) was a prophet from the birth. In the Quran we get to know that He (peace be upon him) confirmed the teachings of the Torah (Bible) and Allah gave Him (peace be upon him) a new book the Injeel (Gospel). His (peace be upon him) other miracles are healing the blind, and the lepers, even bringing the dead back to life, making birds shapes and breathing life in them, telling people what they had cooked in their houses and what they ate (Quran 5:110) (3:49). These all miracles happened with Allah's will. I read some of the miracles in Gospel, and I think in Gospel, His (peace be upon him) miracles were elaborated more but in Quran they were generalized to show that He (peace be upon him) was a true prophet from Allah. I don't know if it will be counted as a miracle but Allah provided Him (peace be upon him) and the companions with the food from heaven (Quran 5:112). And ofcourse last but not least Allah lifted Him (peace be upon him) up to heavens when people plotted to crucify Him (peace be upon him) (Quran 3:55). He (peace be upon him) will be back to this world near judgement day. His (peace be upon him) life was dedicated to educate people to believe in one Allah. He (peace be upon him) is one of the closest person to Allah. He (peace be upon him)
Lastly here is link for Ahadeeth which have mentioned Jesus (peace be upon him). This link is also helpful. I will ask you to read Surah Maryam and have a good understanding.

*Allah Said:*
And this Qur'an is not such as could ever be produced by other than Allah (Lord of the heavens and the earth), but it is a confirmation of (the revelation) which was before it [i.e. the Taurat (Torah), and the Injeel (Gospel)], and a full explanation of the Book (i.e. laws, decreed for mankind) - wherein there is no doubt - from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinn, and all that exists).
Or do they say: "He (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) has forged it?" Say: "Bring then a Surah (chapter) like unto it, and call upon whomsoever you can besides Allah, if you are truthful!"
Nay, they have belied the knowledge whereof they could not comprehend and what has not yet been fulfilled (i.e. their punishment). Thus those before them did belie. Then see what was the end of the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers)!
And of them there are some who believe therein; and of them there are some who believe not therein, and your Lord is All-Aware of the Mufsidun (evil-doers, liars).
*Qur'an Surah 10, Verses 37 - 40.*
*Translated by, Al-Hilali and Muhsin Khan, ( The Noble Qur'an ).*

After this, it is you who kill one another and drive out a party of you from their homes, assist (their enemies) against them in sin and transgression. And if they come to you as captives, you ransom them, although their expulsion was forbidden to you. Then do you believe in a part of the Scripture and reject the rest? Then what is the recompense of those who do so among you, except disgrace in the life of this world, and on the Day of Resurrection, they shall be consigned to the most grievous torment. And Allah is not unaware of what you do [Al Baqarah -85].
This ayah is about Bani Israel. Allah is saying this to the Bani Israel that: you kill your own people, and you expel a group among yourselves. First, you make them a “Fareeq,” which means you cast them out yourselves. You say to yourselves that these people are outcast, they have left the religion, they are a deviant group, they are a disease in our society, they are Fareeq (separated from us somehow). Once you establish that, then you think it is okay for you to kick them out of their homes.
You advance against them in animosity, justifying your sin by saying they are deviant people; these are murtad, these are munafiq, we are supposed to fight them.
Do you see the similarity? First they cast them out, separate them, put them into groups, divide the people, because division makes them weak, and then they kick them out of their homes. They justify their sin by saying, “those are animals, people of darkness, terrorists, so we are supposed to fight them. We are not doing anything wrong. They deserve it.”
Those are they who have bought the life of this world at the price of the Hereafter. Their torment shall not be lightened nor shall they be helped [Al Baqarah - 85]
And indeed, We gave Musa (Moses) the Book and followed him up with a succession of Messengers. And We gave 'Iesa (Jesus), the son of Maryam (Mary), clear signs and supported him with Ruh-ul-Qudus [Jibrael (Gabriel) ]. Is it that whenever there came to you a Messenger with what you yourselves desired not, you grew arrogant? Some, you disbelieved and some, you killed [Al Baqarah - 86]
In this ayah, Allah is saying that “we swear we gave the book to Musa AS, and we sent messenger after messenger after Musa AS who confirmed about the book. It began with Musa AS and ended with Esa AS. We gave Esa AS clearest proof and we aided him with Rooh ul Quds - the rooh of the sanctified one, (this is the title used for Jibraeel AS). Every single time a Messenger would come to you with something you didn’t like, it wasn’t suited to you, you didn’t find it adjustable to your personality, then you sought your own greatness. You thought that you were greater than the text. Saying, “I am not comfortable with this Hukm over here. I am not sure I like what Allah says here.” This attitude is Istikbaar. Thinking your own greatness. And there was a group of people you lied against, And a group of them, you killed.
And they say, "Our hearts are wrapped (i.e. do not hear or understand Allah's Word)." Nay, Allah has cursed them for their disbelief, so little is that which they disbelieve. [Al Baqarah - 87]
They say to the Prophet peace be upon him, that no matter what you say, we cannot understand because our hearts are wrapped. Prophet peace be upon him is telling them about all the crimes that they (Quraysh) have committed, and they are saying, we do not see them, our hearts are secured by Allah. Allah has protected our hearts from this kind of talk.
Allay says, no, Allah has cursed them for their disbelief; it's not some veiling that Allah did to protect them.
And when there came to them (the Jews), a Book (this Quran) from Allah confirming what is with them [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)], although aforetime they had invoked Allah (for the coming of Muhammad Peace be upon him) in order to gain victory over those who disbelieved, then when there came to them that which they had recognized, they disbelieved in it. So let the Curse of Allah be on the disbelievers.
They used to pray for the Prophet pbuh. But when He came, they disbelieved.
How bad is that for which they have sold their own selves, that they should disbelieve in that which Allah has revealed (the Quran), grudging that Allah should reveal of His Grace unto whom He will of His slaves. So they have drawn on themselves wrath upon wrath. And for the disbelievers, there is a disgracing torment.
They don’t want to accept the superiority of an Arab; they wanted themselves to be the chosen nation. They had the urge to dominate over the Arab people. Their problem was “why did the messenger come from the Arab nation?, why didn’t the final messenger come from among us?
Allah says, what a horrible trade they made. To keep their pride, they sold the truth for it. Then they drew upon themselves rage on top of rage.
They saw humiliation for themselves in accepting a prophet from another nation. So, for them, there will be a humiliating punishment.

🍃🕊🍃 Those who follow the Apostle-Prophet, the Ummi, whom they find written down with them in the Taurat and the Injeel (who) enjoins them good and forbids them evil, and makes lawful to them the good things and makes unlawful to them impure things, and removes from them their burden and the shackles which were upon them; so (as for) those who believe in him and honor him and help him, and follow the light which has been sent down with him, these it is that are the successful.

ISLAM 101: Basic Islamic Phrases: Part 4
Islamic Terms
Hijra: To migrate. This term refers firstly to the great migration of the Muslims in the year 622 from the hostile city of Mecca, which was controlled by idol-worshippers, to the safer city of Madinah (then called Yathrib) where Islam could exist freely. The Islamic calendar begins with the Hijra as the first year.
'Ibadah: This term is often translated as “worship” but it is not a correct translation. The word worship in English just means praying and bowing, like worshipping in a church. But the term 'Ibadah literally means “service” and it comes from the root word, “to serve.” When we say that Islam considers all life to be 'Ibadah, we mean that our whole life should be lived in the service of Allah. We are here to serve Allah. In Islam, any good deed, action or thought, even just holding a steady job or smiling at someone is considered doing 'Ibadah for Allah.

Iblees: Satan
Iftar: The meal you eat after sunset in Ramadan. Suhoor is the light breakfast before first light in the morning during Ramadan.

Ilm: Knowledge
Imam: Literally: leader. Although most Muslims take this term in the sense of a leader of the prayers, it does apply to the group leader outside of prayer as well. An Imam must be elected by the Muslims or at least accepted by them if he is appointed from outside. If the community rejects him, then he cannot be the Imam.
Eman: (Eemaan) Belief or faith. The root word of Eman is Amuna. It implies three meanings: 1) to believe, 2) to confirm that belief in your heart, and 3) to feel safe. Eman is what makes a person a Muslim. Often spelled “Iman”.
Ihsaan: Usually translated as “goodness”. The Prophet (p) defined it as knowing that Allah is watching you even though you don’t see Him.
Injeel: The Gospel of Prophet 'Esa (Jesus). The New Testament of the Bible is not the Gospel of Jesus. The New Testament was written by a lot of different authors well after Jesus went up to the heavens, and it contains stories about Prophet 'Esa, but it is not 'Esa’s message. The present New Testament was assembled three hundred years after the time of Prophet 'Esa by a group of white men on a Greek Island who voted on what their “holy” book should contain. Most of the votes were hotly debated! The Roman emperor who ordered them to do it then told all Christians to accept this new compilation of writings. All other Christian writings were ordered to be destroyed. The New Testament contains four books called Gospels: (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John). Hundreds more “Gospels” from other authors were burned. A few such as the Gospel of Barnabas and Thomas have survived. The Gospel of Jesus was never written down and is lost.
Insha'llah: If Allah wills something to happen only then will it happen.
Iqamah: The second call to prayer just before the actual prayer begins.
Islam: A submission to God. To surrender to Allah and find peace. To submit oneself TOTALLY to the lord.
Jahannam: Hell.
Jam'a: Together, in a group.
Jannah: Paradise, Heaven. It literally means “the Garden.”
Jibra'il: The angel that brought Allah’s revelation to the Prophet. Allah is so powerful and majestic that it is beneath him to reveal Himself to humans. We are like an ant next to a star in comparison to Allah. He sends the angels to do these small jobs, though He doesn’t need them. In English his name is Gabriel.

Jihad: A struggle
Jinn: These are another type of creature Allah created. They are invisible to us but they can see us. They were made from fire elements and thus are pure energy. They are not like ghosts or weird monsters. They can influence your thoughts, encourage you to do wrong, and whisper fears into your mind. They can be good or bad. The good jinn leave us alone. The bad ones, who are also called Shayateen, or Devils, want to destroy you. Astrologers and fortune tellers get their “predictions” and “readings"from them. Jinn spy on the Angels and learn secrets about the future, then they whisper it into the minds of the fortune tellers. Jinn live, die and have families like us but they exist on another plane altogether. The Prophets could control the Jinn but none of us ordinary people can. Although we believe Jinn can possess a human body, Islam teaches that it’s not very common. Don’t believe every “Jinn story” Muslim immigrants will tell you about their aunt or second cousin’s brother. Most of it will be superstitious stories that are culturally based.
Jumu'ah: The Friday Prayer in which all Muslims gather to hear a sermon called a Khutba. It’s time is in place of the Zuhr Salah, usually somewhere between 12 pm and 2 pm. It is mandatory on all men to attend. It is optional for women. The Prophet said if you miss three Jumu'ahs in a row then hypocrisy will start to enter your heart.

Kafir: People who conceal the Truth and actively plot against Islam. Usually we say the easier English word “unbeliever.” The plural is Kuffar. (Unbelievers.) The noun (unbelief) is Kufr.
Khalifah: This word means Steward, Manager or Care-taker. Allah made humans to be the Khalifah of the earth. In other words, we were given the earth as a trust to take care of. We shouldn’t ruin it or pollute it. The head of the Muslim Ummah is also called a Khalifah because he is to take care of the Muslim community. Muslims are supposed to elect a Khalifah, but there hasn’t been a world-wide Khalifah for a long time.
Khatib: The person who gives the Khutbah, or Friday sermon. The preacher during Friday services.
Kitabullah: The Book of Allah. (The Qur'an.) The word Kitab means book.
Mahr: The money (or whatever else) that the man has to give to a woman in order to marry her. It is called the marriage-gift and a woman can ask for whatever she wants. If it is money, it can be deferred and paid gradually over time. The husband can never take it away for any reason.
Malik ul Mawt: The Angel of Death.
Masjid: Literally means, “the place of bowing.” This is the name for a Muslim prayer hall or commonly known as Mosque.
Madhhab: This means, “School of Thought.” In Islam we have the Qur'an, the example of the Prophet and the sayings and guidance of the Prophet’s companions. Through the centuries, various Muslim scholars have tried to make those teachings easier for Muslims to live by through organizing them, talking about them and trying to use those tools to find answers to questions where those first three sources are quiet.
Of course different opinions developed between different scholars and some people chose to follow one scholar or the other. Those differences in ideas about how to follow Islamic rules are called “Schools of Thought.” There are 4 main schools today. Some people say you have to “follow” one of those schools to be a Muslim, but this is not true. You have to follow Islamic teachings but you don’t have to put some label on yourself. Each of the four schools is named after the scholar who founded or inspired it. The four are: Maliki, Hanafi, Hanbali, Shaf'i. The books and writings of the schools are a good source of information about the particulars of Islam, but our real label is, “I am a Muslim, and only a Muslim.” The Hanafi and Shaf'i schools are considered the easiest school and the Hanbali is considered the hardest in terms of social and personal rules. But they are all right in their own way and it is recommended to follow one in order to safe guard ones self from following ones own desires although it is not obligatory it is recommended.
Mecca: (Also spelled Makkah). A city in Arabia founded thousands of years ago by Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham). At that time it was called “Becca.” Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, was born there in the year 570.
Medina: (Also spelled Madinah). A city about 200 miles north of Mecca. The Prophet established the Islamic community there. He passed away there and is buried there.
Mu'adhan: The person who does the call for prayer.
Mujahid: A person who does Jihad or holy war.
Mu'min: A person with Iman(faith). A true believer.
Mus-haf: The Arabic text of the Qur'an. “Brother, hand me a Mus-haf.” (Qur'an with the Arabic in it).
Mushrik: A person who commits Shirk (making partners with Allah). Usually an idol-worshipper. A Hindu would be considered a Mushrik because they bow down to many idols and statues.
Muslim: A person who surrendered to Allah and is working at finding peace.
Nabi: This term means Prophet.
Nafs: This is often translated as “soul” but it really means “the self,” i.e. “You and only you.”
Naar: The fire (of Hell).
Nikkah: The Islamic wedding ceremony.

Niyyah: Intention
