Appearance

Yuuri has tan skin and short light brown hair with side-swept bangs that go right. Their eyes are the same shade of brown as their hair with a slight amber hue to them. The lower part of their hair has two parallel sections framing their neck that are longer than the rest of their short hairstyle. Since their second year of middle school, in preparation for high school (they said), they have dyed their pink. They have a pink streak to the right of their bangs, and the lower part of their hair is a light reddish pink. They are around 5’4”.

Yuuri’s regular uniform vest is pink. They also have a ribbon around their left arm like other students that has a pendant of their original dorm logo design (a black rabbit with red eyes on a pink background). Dire Crowley has yet to say anything against it and thus they have made no changes to their attire.

Personality

Yuuri is a chaotic and energetic person who came to the Twisted Wonderland by chance. They are the current Prefect of Ramshackle Dorm and one of Grim's minions (proudly). Yuuri is intrigued by fairies, they have been since they were young. Because of this, they are quick to gravitate to Diasomnia to ask questions and that is where they meet their first friend, a loud boy with light green hair.

Yuuri is a kindhearted person who is very bubbly and energetic. They liked to draw, sing, write, and participate in social events. They are hardly ever upset and people wonder if they can be (similarly to Kalim Al-Asim). Yuuri is the type to go with the flow and often agrees to things because they seem "fun" or "interesting" while ignoring the danger posted (think: Playful Land). They are a trustworthy friend, however, and will always have someone's back. They are loyal to a fault.

They are a creative spirit and cannot be contained. Being stifled or otherwise forced to adhere too much can make their mental health spiral for the worse. They need to be provided with an apt opportunity to be creative and expressive in their life or the depression will hit them like a ton of bricks.

Except for their intense need for a creative outlet, Yuuri is otherwise fairly adaptable as a person and tends to take things as they happen, worrying about things later rather than right off the bat. This is a part of how they handled the transition to magical living. They were too excited by the prospect of magic school to be worrying about or for their family and friends right off the bat (they also assumed everything was fine because of “anime isekai laws”).

Been writing stories, mostly fanfiction, for years and I am finally gonna put myself out there more.

I primarily write on AO3 now, see my stories here.

Currently I write multiple stories with no real set update schedule so if you're reading, bear with me.

This series features four main stories, a side story I wrote for fun, and takes place in a multi fandom universe where basically anything can happen.

The Ages of Nokori series are fanfiction I write because of the amazing @lordsalissoon, who's Webcomic Ages of Nokori, deserves all the love and attention I can try and give it. Two of these stories take place in a world similar to the webcomic source with a major split later on, and one totally different AU where things get more interesting.

This is my Solo Stories series, basically stories that are not part of any specific group and basically stand alone.

Nara Division 🦌🍁

Welcome to our ancient city where the deer roam free!

Nara Division “Miraitabi (未来旅)” is an all-male rap group consisting of the part-timer and division leader; Yuuya Kanata, the wagashi artist; Asahi Tomoharu, and the property appraiser; Saigo Fuyugami. Each member also contains a kanji of “season” in their surname.

The group’s color is “Deer Brown (#BA8759)” like the famous animal of Nara’s.

The group’s symbol is a deer 🦌 and Momiji (Japanese Maple) leaves 🍁. While the deer is believed to be a sacred messenger of gods according to Shintoism, the momiji leaves are a symbol of autumn —the picturesque season associated with time and change.

For the symbol of the group, each member has at least one bronze momiji somewhere near the position of their heart: Yuuya has a small charm hanging beside his omamori pendant, Asahi has a clip clutching at the left lapel of his clothes, and Saigo has a couple of them on his chain brooch. 

The group’s hand sign from Rhyme Anima is extending one’s thumb up and pointing pinky finger out while holding the other curled. When holding it up near one’s ear, it is interpreted as “Call me hand 🤙”; meaning no matter what happens, they are still in connected and will always get each other’s back.

Even if they’re clearly unique in their own styles, their differences mean to facilitate the best in each other. And although their lives just intersect by a certain slip of fate, their bonds gradually woven into that of a family.
