Hey just wanted to say you're not a killjoy at all, you're actually absolutely correct
Thank you, I wish I didn't have to be 😔 I wish we lived in a world where gender equality was so long solidified that we could make silly jokes like that and not have it inadvertently feed into real world misogyny. I could see a world where women's inequality was so far in the past that 'ugh i wish i could just have someone else pay for everything' could be a funny #relatable 'we all hate working' kind of joke because everyone understood we don't actually want dependency. But that's not this time period when so many people genuinely believe that a woman's place is only in the home, and when young women might see that joke and believe that giving up their independence is a good idea or that women fighting for the right to equality in employment was a mistake. It inadvertently feeds into the rising tide of misogyny and points people towards those "traditional values" influencers that really push the idea that women should (god i hate the phrase "women should") submit to men and that their only valid life path is being a wife and mother. Especially when algorithms tend to push people down alt-right rabbit holes, like, even my insta feed is full of trad wife fundamentalist christian content because I hate watch it and then the algo feeds me more 😂 that's on me really I should just block all those accounts.
I mean, I sympathize, I hate my job sometimes too, I think everyone would like to have a life where they didn't have to work 40+ hours a week and had more leisure time. Unfortunately we live in a world where money by and large equates to freedom. So my go to complaint isn't wow I wish I had no life choices and was dependent on a man for my livelihood! when I'm irritated about work 😂
A lot of the content made by younger women online recently seems kind of regressive in its approach to gender roles, "i can't do this i'm just a girlie" and so on (I'm aware it's a joke, but oftentimes stuff starts as a joke and then reaches people who don't see it as one), and I worry about us backsliding. I'm concerned by young women idealizing the Trad Wife lifestyle, not knowing their history and how dangerous a position it puts women in. I'm concerned by the 'stay at home girlfriend' trend, possibly MORE dangerous for how it lacks even the meager property and alimony protections of marriages. I'm concerned by the increasing gendered political divide and radicalization of young men, the way misogyny has become more and more virulent and loud and normalized over the past few years. The way women's rights are being rolled back with even more restrictions being pushed by the Right in an attempt to hold onto power and maintain their hierarchical worldview.
We need feminism more than ever right now, and additionally I think we all need to reclaim it from radfems and terfs. The word has become too associated with them, to the point I fear people are afraid to call themselves feminists for fear of it being misinterpreted, and I'm sick of it, why should terfs get to define it? Especially when our rights in society are all entwined. Reproductive rights--an issue that doesn't solely impact women but does disproportionately affect women--arises from the same root issue of fundamental bodily autonomy as does trans rights. Moreover the existence of trans and nonbinary people reinforces gender equality because if gender and sex are malleable, not fundamental and binary, then upon what basis is the oppression of women? How can one claim that women are less than men, or that women and men 'should' hold such and such roles when even the role of 'woman' or 'man' is not discrete. I hope terfs can come around to seeing that.
I don't believe in policing people's online activity unless it's like actually threatening hate speech, so I'm certainly not going to tell them they can't joke how they want. I just hope they think about why that's where their mind goes when they don't want to work, instead of wishing that society didn't work people to the bone, that people had more leisure time, that jobs were better and more meaningful etc. I hope they think about the women around the world who are still denied education and denied the right to work and forced to depend on their family or husband with no freedom or autonomy, and how much work it took women in the past to even get where we are, and how much there still is left to do.
#idk WHAT'S gotten into me today with this XD i guess i've been watching a lot of feminist youtube so its in my head#don't worry i'll return to my regularly scheduled program of writing about my blorbos soon#feminism#misogyny#ask#anonymous

This made me really sad. Hollywood will always be the same I hope there change one day

Wow.... this really hurts my heart for real. 😥
I've heard Taraji talk about this inequality in pay in Hollywood for ages... In fact, I've even posted some of her videos to my blog where she spills the tea and really breaks down for you how much she actually is able to keep from her paychecks. But I have NEVER seen her breakdown like this.... 😭🥺
This just really hurt my spirit... 😔 I keep telling people that a LOT of your faves in Hollywood really aren't making as much money as you THINK they're making. 😔 ESPECIALLY poc.
By the time everyone has a cut, they're not left with as much money as reported. That has to be so discouraging. I know how I feel when I see how much Uncle Sam takes from my pay check every pay period... 🙄 I can't imagine having that AND having to pay my team on top of that.
Now we know why some of these actors are always out here WORKING.... Like, some people are like, "wow, they're ALWAYS working huh?" Or, "Geez, they're in everything!" But now I see, a lot of these actors are working so hard because they HAVE to! Plain and simple!
I remember when people were saying that Zendaya is a "workaholic", or "works too much", and I'll admit, there was even a time in the past when I felt like she could have afforded to take a little break here and there... but now I realize... we don't always know all the facts or what's going on bts! Woc, esp in Hollywood are NOT given the same opportunities/roles as their white (or even male) counterparts, and not only that, but when they DO land a role, they're earning so much LESS than others. It's so sad and, quite frankly, insulting. 😤
My heart goes out to Taraji, because she's been in the game for years, and she's steadily done more and more amazing work year after year... so the fact that she's not getting her due compensation is just awful. 😔 I'm glad she's exposing this.
Even Terence Howard is suing because he feels like he hasn't been compensated half as much as his peers in Hollywood, even though he and Taraji had that hit show "Empire" on Fox for YEARS! I never watched the show past the first season, but I know how POPULAR and well-watched that show was.... it even won awards... So it's just awful that they aren't being paid their worth.
I really hope she doesn't give up acting, because she's so talented. 🥺🙏🏾
Thanks for sharing this Anon.
BTW, here's the FULL portion of the interview in case anyone is interested:

To that one anon,
I absolutely agree that actively hating on JK is veryyy uncalled for when we can see Jikook doing great and we don't have all the bts information. Lately, though, I've also seen a lot of Jikook accts minimizing what happened to FACE and Jimin. Celebrating JK's achievements is one thing but I cannot stand to see jkks of all ppl downgrading what happened to Jimin and his records as they're broken by the extra push the company gives JK. Everyone is speculating and trying their best to understand things and for some, that's sidelining Jimin as an accessory to make it make sense. There needs to be fair discourse in all sides of this community without romanticizing the darker parts of it. It's not JK's fault and we don't know all, but we still need to be able to talk about it. Like the fact that some of LC's numbers disappeared right when Seven needed space on the Korean charts. The fact that the FACE wasn't restocked for months when seven was in ready supply almost every week. What happened to LC and the rise of Seven is related even on a minor scale. This is a fact. Some accts were so focused on debunking videos, and celebrating JK that the topic of where Jimin's award nominations and streams are going became taboo because apparently "Jimin is happy as a cheerleader" ...what?!
Actively hating is way too far I agree but all I'm saying is we should still be able to talk about the inequality regarding them as individuals and how that relates to Jikook as a whole. Believing in Jikook and discussing these things should not be mutually exclusive. Everyone has their own opinions. Again not supporting the hate, but we should be allowed to share thoughts shouldn't we, regardless if we won't all agree?
No, I dont disagree. But personally talking about it just seems to get people riled up and that's how Jikookers end up resenting JK. I would rather copy paste a PJM on twitter when they are tagging BH and Geffen and anyone else fucking over Jimin.
I haven't 4go10 everything our man has been through. This man has millions of fans and they only released 13k LC cds. Meanwhile other members got up to 50k. His shit not getting restocked even still?? You cannot tell me this is something Jimin would be okay with. His fans wanting to buy his music and not being able to? No way he's just okay with this.
But I also fail to see how he's not aware of it?? He has to be aware of what happened to him.
(New video here for those who are yet to watch it. As always they do Jimin Jimin great justice)
The 🛴 thing is confusing seeing as he's credited on FACE but whatever.
Unfortunately we will never know how he feels or whats going on unless he or one of the members outright tell us about it. The unfairness is so bad if I look at it too much it makes me tear up. I haven't 4go10 he is still the only member who didn't get a cake. I know it's just a cake but damn this always rubs me the wrong way. @magicshop-pjm1 gets it 🤭🤭🤭
All I know anon, which makes me less sad, is the fact that Jimin renewed with Hybe. That has to mean something. And so I will just be here and support him the best way I can. I am choosing to trust his decision here because we are clearly missing something.
I don't post these asks because tbh they are a downer and they make everyone upset. I don't like to be upset. Until we know the truth I would rather avoid the topic all together. But that's just me 😔😔 It doesn't do me any favours.
But yes, Jikookers should be able to discuss whats been going on without being called JK antis. Provided they're not acting like JK antis.

for what it's worth, i don't think the 911 fandom is capable of critically engaging neither with the source material nor fandom... behaviours. your words are wasted on this audience, babe. 😔
OOF
NGL— I don’t actually expect to change hearts and minds if I don’t have an interpersonal relationship with someone. The internet isn’t really designed for revolutionary discussions because by design, it creates “echo chambers” and rather abrupt “culture shock” from the inelegant melding of worldviews. People are confronted with worldviews and analyses before they’ve been equipped with the background knowledge and vocabulary for the discussion at hand.
So someone with a conservative worldview, let’s say, will see a tweet by a history museum that seeks to teach about racial inequality. That tweet includes an infographic about how the nuclear family and perfectionism are features of cultural white supremacy. However, that conservative has not had the necessary pre-requisite conversations that establish the definitions of “social construct” or the features of “white supremacy” or the political origins of the “nuclear family.” But they know the tweet has something to do with race and racism because it mentions “white culture,” and so—through the knowledge they have—assume that this history museum is calling parenthood racist.
This is an actual thing that happened in US American Political discourse.
Given the primary criticism my post received was in regards to me “making up” reasons to hate a trope and trying to “moralize” dislike for a common feature of 911 fanfiction, I think it’s safe to assume that most 911 fans have not previously had discussion about the mammy trope. They’ve yet to essentially be taught to recognize the way racist writing tropes manifest in character building, the development of a character’s interpersonal relationships with other characters, and in plot and plot devices. (Although, I do find it hard to believe that they’ve never heard this criticism of the way they write Black Women, as there are Black Women in this fandom who have certainly said something before. Like… there is no way this has gone unsaid.)
Because they’re unfamiliar with this, they very likely think that their writing does no harm, despite the fact they’re shoving these characters into caricatures with a very long history in stereotypes and bigotry. They’re also unlikely to assume that these caricatures have affected the way they view people because they’re unaware of how they’re based in stereotypes or how these stereotypes do harm. Assigning the “caregiver” role to a Black Woman just feels right to them, no analysis on why they came to that gut assumption.
Then they see a post criticizing something they do and it feels to them like making a mountain out of a molehill.
(A recent example— although not race-related— being that one 911 blog who claimed that gay men are non-committal, sleep around a lot, and really lax about prophylactics and disease. When called out on that, her reasoning was that stereotypes must come from somewhere, and that “somewhere” must be reality. But while a hegemonic class may base stereotypes in some part of a political reality: the disparate treatment of a marginalized class by the hegemonic class, they are not materially true (aka— those realities that exist on the ground). EX: It is a political reality that queer communities were devastated by the HIV/AIDS epidemic, but the reason for that devastation was literal governmental neglect. The hegemonic class used this very real political truth to portray queer men as diseased, sexually deviant, and to further stigmatize queerness. It is true that queerness has been stigmatized by disease, but it is untrue that this is the fault of certain members of the queer community and their inherent behavior. A stereotype is ultimately a political narrative.)
But that doesn’t mean there aren’t people who are simply… underinformed. They see that same post and go, “Huh. I didn’t consider— that’s a good point.” They have a light-bulb moment and come to see what they were reading in a new light. An example being—well—you during 911’s “daddy discourse,” where you said that in hindsight, you recognize that your discomfort with “daddy,” but not “mommy” was due to your relationship with archetypes of masculinity as a woman in a patriarchal society.
And while I do write these posts for that light-bulb moment among a few, I ultimately write them for the people who are directly impacted. If you roll your eyes and say, “Why does everything have to be about controversy, just let me write whatever without criticism; I’m giving it to you for free,” you aren’t my intended audience. My intended audience is ALWAYS the individual who has been scrolling through the main tags, blocking people left and right for bad takes and terrible caricatures. My intended audience is the fan who wants to give up on a fan space because of how hostile it is to them. They deserve to see that there are people in that same fan space who recognize.

This year I set myself a goal to complete FIFTY books, and keep a record of what I read including what I thought about/learned from each book in terms of writing techniques, story structure, or just wrt developing a better idea of my own writing goals and tastes. I demolished this goal before June, which I am extremely pleased about, and I am still in the process of demolishing this goal, having completed another three books since I last updated this list a week or two ago!
The aim of this exercise was the following:
Re-establish reading habit, and improve attention span.
Re-Learn how to write down my thoughts about books, even if they are uncritical observations, opinions, or ideas inspired by what I'm reading.
Cover as much ground as possible as fast as possible, over a wide range of topics and genres (audiobooks and written books both count!)
Book quality was not a factor I considered when picking what to read - if it fell into my lap I read it and wrote down my thoughts, and let me tell you I definitely read some sub-par books in 2023. I read some really great ones too! But when one is not picky you kinda get what you get, and I think next year I might be a bit more discerning/tactical in my approach. I also did NOT go to tik tok for book recs because I don't believe in tik tok the same way some people don't believe in the spherical earth. I picked books based on word of mouth, recommendations spoon fed to me by via the audible algorithm (still evil, but the devil one knows and all that), and via on-the-ground perusal of book shops and stacks and the 'recently returned' feed on the libby app. Despite this, I know some booktok faves managed to find their way onto my list. I am working very hard not to acknowledge this, please don't draw undue attention to it 😂
Speaking of libby, my hold list also grew astronomically this year. My poor local library is limited, and I have been waiting for a few books I really want for MONTHS (riyria revelations v1, the colour of magic, the king in yellow...). I was able to borrow as many cosy murder mysteries as I wanted, though, because small town libraries seem to have 10000000 of those available per patron per anum. Unfortunately, I have discovered I am neutral at best about this genre. 😔
The best books I read this year across all genres and in no particular order were as follows:
The southern book clubs guide to slaying vampires - Grady Hendrix: this appealed deeply to my love of and familiarity with horror movies of the 80s-2010s. It had an innovative and articulate approach to themes like powerlessness, rage, desperation, boredom, inequity, and guilt - at least compared to everything else i read this year. I noted paralells between this and Ira levins stepford wives, much of Stephen kings horrific americana, plus some other books and movies which I alluded to in my notes but for some reason I didn't write down (foolish 😓). Some big TWs would apply for this one, however.
The day of the triffids - John Wyndham: genuinely I do not know how I enjoyed this so much. I had no business enjoying this so much. Despite being from 1951, parts of this felt very contemporary in style and concept, tho sometimes dubious ideas about humanity or society would appear in the text as if they were a natural fact. Nevertheless, I went out and read another Wyndham book straight after, because there was also some beautiful prose in this, and it's always interesting to personally experience the origin of so many tropes which are like. Ubiquitous now.
Uglies series - Scott Westerfield: another unexpected winner. I never read these books as a teen and I consider that a good thing because they would have made my little adolescent brain crazy. These books are crammed with paraphernalia which would have been the coolest shit to a 13 year old me, all masterfully concealing themes about beauty and social hierarchy and state surveillance in a way that seems exponentially more relevant now than it did nearly 20 years ago. I was so impressed with these books honestly, and the way this author used language was something else. I didn't even notice what was going on until it was pointed out by the story, having simply resigned myself to reading an averagely written book full of weird dialect quirks just because it was pitched at a teen reader. I was way wrong, and ive never seen such an elegant example of style justified by the narrative itself. I really wish I could do something that skillfull in my own work!
Braiding sweetgrass - Robin wall Kimmerer: gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous. a sensory joy. Seriously beautiful, and surprisingly emotionally intense. I had to read this in short bursts because it made me feel too much about trees.
Boy Parts - Eliza Clark: this one made me feel things I haven't figured out yet. Unlike everything else ive ever read, I could have believed that I wrote this, and that recognition of the self was horrifying because there wasn't a moment in the story i didnt struggle to reconcile revulsion with the exquisite beauty of it all. Easily the scariest book of the year, Easily the one i have thought about the most, Easily the biggest TW of my 2023 recommendations. I'm gonna be defining my own work against this for at least the next six months, or until I have matched it in calibre/distanced myself from it so completely that I am forced to recreate myself and my art anew.
In 2024, I plan to narrow my scope more and focus back on horror, fantasy, and non-fiction. Based on how good I was in 23, I'm going to aim for 65 books in 2024!!!

Sadly inequality like the kind you mentioned (tax breaks for corporations and the wealthy) exists here in Canada too 😞
yeah 😔 i live in a big city, and it's so in your face how systems ease things for those with money and privilege and make it harder for those without. i don't have answers obviously, but it does change your world view. thanks for writing
to the anon who said about a privileged person that their charity work is admirable, do you really admire them for this? i think those who dedicate their lives to making things better for others are admirable. privileged people who spend some time doing charity work when you have the luxury of time and money to give, isn't it the least you can do? i include myself as privileged.

tw//rape, abuse
sometimes i hesitate to call myself a feminist cuz i still use misogynistic slurs to women who date rapists and abusers. the only reason i think like that is cuz my mom isn’t a feminist and hasn’t read an inch of feminist theory but she thinks dating rapists and abusers is wrong and i’ve dealt with women like that irl i don’t think i can ever support women who do that 😔😔
you don’t need to feel ashamed. there are women who are absolutely class-traitors, and your rage towards them is understandable. idk how old you are, but it took me years of learning (actually researching and reading feminist literature) to work on understanding the generational patriarchal brainwashing that women have experienced. only after that was i able to fully forgive those women, and it’s not that simple for women whose lives have been ruined by a trusted older female figure looking the other way or promoting male violence. using gendered slurs is obviously not ideal, but they’re understandably hard to cut from your vocabulary (which i know is something even the “best” among us still struggle with btw) …
anyways, what i’m saying is: you don’t need to be perfect to be a feminist, or have to unconditionally support all women’s actions, nor do you have to label yourself so strictly. please don’t let those worries deter you from the feminist community. there’s many subsections of feminism as a movement, but the uniting feature is fighting sexist inequalities women have faced for millennia. in basic terms, radical feminism focuses primarily on eliminating the male supremacy that is prominent in all factors of society, and thusly recognizes that this patriarchal society is, by nature, inherently oppressive to women. if you believe those things, you agree with radfem ideologies; you don’t have to relearn everything overnight, just be open-minded and willing to combat cognitive dissonance.
#sorry this is so long omfg#i promise you are not a Bad Person#you don’t need to be ideologically pure to be ‘good enough’ to call yourself a feminst#anon asks

Our Statement on the Ethical Imperative to Reject War and Killing
War and the taking of human life are actions that can never be justified. The inherent value of every human life demands that we seek and embrace peaceful resolutions to conflicts. The devastation wrought by war extends beyond the battlefield, inflicting suffering on innocent civilians, destroying communities, and leaving deep psychological scars that can persist for generations.
The loss of life, the trauma inflicted on survivors, and the long-term disruption of societies underscore the profound immorality of war. Every act of violence diminishes our collective humanity, making it clear that war is not a path to resolution but a tragic failure of our capacity to coexist peacefully.
Those who believe that war and killing can be justified are in dire need of moral and philosophical evolution. The belief in the necessity or righteousness of war is rooted in outdated paradigms that prioritize power and dominance over empathy and understanding. In a world interconnected by shared human experiences and mutual dependencies, resorting to violence reflects a profound lack of imagination and a failure to recognize our shared humanity.
To evolve, we must embrace the principles of empathy, compassion, and mutual respect. We must commit to resolving our differences through dialogue, negotiation, and a commitment to justice. This evolution requires a shift from a mindset that sees violence as a solution to one that understands it as a profound problem.
Education, cultural exchange, and international cooperation are vital in this transformative process. By fostering a global culture that values human life above all else, we can begin to address the root causes of conflict—such as inequality, injustice, and resource scarcity—without resorting to violence.
In conclusion, the justification of war and killing is a relic of a less evolved human consciousness. It is our ethical imperative to transcend these beliefs and work towards a world where peace is achieved through understanding, cooperation, and respect for the dignity of every individual. Only by doing so can we hope to build a future that honors the sanctity of human life and the profound interconnectedness of all people.
Namaste, Peace be with us.😔🙏🏻✨🌎💫🦋

Towards Inner Peace 🌿
I have been in a state of mental and emotional turmoil lately. 😔 It was just recently that I felt that I was recovering. And day after day, I feel the constant distractions and demands. 💭 I discussed the idea of being mindful in my recent blog post. 📝 As I read more about this, I guess this can serve as my personal beacon of hope since I am often seeking inner peace and mental clarity. 🌟 Since this concept is not new, it's more about application. The path to mindfulness is not without its challenges.
Lately, I have had a relentless chatter of the mind. My thoughts race like a runaway train. 🚆
Being pulled away from the present moment, caused a whirlwind of worries to flood my mind. More 'what ifs' and hypothetical dilemmas: learning to quiet this mental noise (which I tried) is really difficult, as it requires patience and persistence. This served as a gentle reminder to return to the breath whenever the mind begins to wander. 🌬️
We live in a society that values productivity and multitasking, making it difficult to carve out moments of stillness amidst the chaos. Finding the time to sit quietly and practice mindfulness can feel like an uphill battle, especially when faced with pressing deadlines and endless to-do lists. However, prioritizing self-care and setting boundaries around our time can help create space for mindfulness to flourish. We need a lot of effort for this to materialize, as well as to ignore external boundaries. ⏰
We should not overlook the emotional challenges of mindfulness; confronting our feelings and sensations without judgment can be uncomfortable, and encountering resistance or fear along the way is not uncommon. Yet, it is through this process of self-exploration and acceptance that true healing and growth can occur. 💪
Societal and cultural factors can present barriers to mindfulness, particularly for marginalized communities. Factors such as systemic oppression, economic inequality, and historical trauma can exacerbate stress and prevent individuals from accessing resources that promote well-being. In order to truly embrace mindfulness as a universal practice, it's essential to address these systemic issues and create inclusive spaces where everyone feels welcome and supported. 🌍
Despite these challenges, the journey of mindfulness is a deeply rewarding one. By cultivating present-moment awareness and compassion for ourselves and others, we can tap into a source of resilience and inner peace that transcends the ups and downs of daily life. As we navigate the obstacles along the way, may we remember that each moment is an opportunity to come back home to ourselves and find refuge in the stillness within. 🏠
Let's embrace ourselves from the inside. 🌻

Anon wanting us to be colorblind when our society is not is shortsighted. It's like conservatives wanting to eliminate all race and ethnic studies programs. That doesn't eliminate the racial inequalities in this country, just tries to sweep them under the rug. When Z is constantly compared to her white peers we have to remind anons how her experience of Hollywood is totally different from that of white actresses. For example, she can't be cast in the vast majority of award bait period pieces unless she wants to play a slave. This is just reality
Don't forget all of the other microagressions that woc go through in this industry. Like, for example, not having the correct shade of makeup for photo shoots or even filming. Many black woman have had to do their own makeup (or hair) or bring their own products to photo shoots.
Or, like Z's agent who basically told her, "just take this opportunity because they haven't had a black girl on the cover in a while, so you're fortunate to even get this opportunity". 🙄
I mean, women just in general go through a lot of craziness in this industry to begin with, but when you add on the fact that you're a woc, and also a woc with BLACK ancestry in addition to all of that, then it becomes even more dicey, and you have very unique experiences that a lot of others don't go through. It's a unique experience for sure imo, because I feel like most of the world is basically anti-black. 😔 Even in countries where the majority are poc.

advance ko na political views ko :((( . parang ayaw niyo yata sa pro-capitalism 😔☹️. i did not choose a business-related course for no reason wahahahaha.
i think masama ang impression sa capitalism kasi yung capitalists na involved, normally greedy and selfish, but seriously, it's important to study capitalism to improve the economy. before yung china, communist country, then they accepted tiny bits of capitalism and then tadaaa! their economy improved. ang nagiging problema lang, yung wealth, nag-aaccumulate sa iisang tao/private corporation/business entity instead na equally distributed kaya yung inequality mataas pa rin, tas isa yun na factor para madetermine kung healthy or maganda ba economy. hindi rin naman maganda kung papalitan na communism yung capitalism. it's too idealistic, unless hindi scarce resources.
delete ko kung may violent reaction bahala kayo diyan. 🤣✌️

I find myself confused, alarmed and...I don't know; nonplussed I supposed.
I currently work with three men. They are all...open minded (though I use the term loosely in this situation) two of them can conversate on a variety of topics that go beyond the normal day to day things. The third one can dip in but is not terribly open minded in conjunction with the others. The three of them are conspiracy theorists are indulge in such conversations often. One of them I have been helping to open up further. He is very into spirituality and energy work and I have been aiding in his growth. However, this is where I am perplexed. All three men have a hatred toward women. 😒
I am find more in common and enjoy female relations more often than I do male relations and I a feminist. Though I fully believe in equality on both sides. (Divine femininity and Divine masculinity) though I support the feminine rising.
These three guys are open minded, believing in possibilities of dimensions and realms beyond our own, yet they do not believe in female equality. Going so far as to blame femininity for most of the issues they find around themselves! Even though the issues do not effect them at all! 🙄
Thus I find myself perplexed. How can people be so open minded and yet close minded at the same time. How is it. That a person can be so adept at healing and energy work and yet be so filled with hatred and inequality. It makes me so sad😔.
I do not judge others. I do not think negatively of others and their lives. Yet I work with these men who HATE women and it makes me so sad. It hurts me. I am a nonbinary person and I see all equally. No hate. No judgment. No clouded vision. I see only the souls that live within the body. The energy that radiates from the soul is what I see. Not color. Not age. Not ethnicity. Not gender. Only the soul.
Why is it so hard for people to look beyond the flesh? People openly accept other breeds of dogs without difference. People accept different kinds of horses and cats without reservation. Yet when humans look at other humans, they are unwilling to accept the differences which lay only skin deep. Tear away the flesh and it will look no different. The true difference is in the energy of the being inhabiting the body. It makes me rather sad that people like the ones I work with are so addicted to their own hatred that they are blind to the beauty within. I've stood up for the feminine many, many times. I still do. It just hurts to see so much hatred.
