I was replying to @in2tswft's ask about coach and I fell into a rabbit hole of a conspiracy and it all revolves around one very strange, throw-away line of scripted dialogue (as in this was written into the script and not Orny improvising).

This is from the scene where Stiles pulls the fire alarm. Coach drags him outside and tells him off for pulling the alarm and says "If I were four years younger, I'd... I'd punch you" to which Stiles replies “What? Coach, that doesn't make sense!” and Coach quickly snaps, “Oh, well, it does to me!”

So what difference does four years make? Coach is still a pretty strong, athletic guy, he could definitely land a punch. Maybe four years ago he wasn't a teacher and wouldn't get in as much trouble for punching a kid? Or maybe something happened four years before.

And what happened four years before this?

The Hale house fire.

What if Coach was bound in some way to a member of the Hale family and had supernatural strength that way? And the reason he would have punched Stiles with supernatural strength is because he thinks Stiles is one of the supernatural creatures (he hangs out with the pack, is always there when supernatural things happen, he was the one with the chains in his locker)--and therefore he can't punch him now (as a human) because if Stiles were supernatural, punching him would only hurt Coach.

It would also explain the alcoholism; he's trying to drown his pain and grief after losing someone he loved.

To take this a step further, Coach is very pro-LGBTQIA+.

He supports any students who come out and doesn't judge anyone for who they choose to love. So, what if coach was in love with a man? (gay, bi, pan, aro, ace, whatever you like, but in love with a man) And his lover had a nickname for him, one he has admitted he liked to be called: Cupcake.

I wouldn't say that's where we're at, at this point.

Red states are being called before blue states are being called, so he's getting his states on the board sooner than she is. That doesn't mean she won't eventually get her states.

Dress Up

Written for the @steddiemicrofic October challenge, ‘dress’ | word target: 350 | rating: T | CW: none

Of all the stupid things he’s ever agreed to, Eddie’s sure this is the stupidest.

Outside his bedroom, Steve yells,

“You ready yet?”

“Yeah, kinda. I’m just-”

Eddie’s voice cracks and tails off, hinting that he’s not in a happy place.

“C‘mon man, we’re gonna be late for Dustin’s Halloween costume party. I’m sure you look fine.”

No answer. 

Frustrated, and increasingly uncomfortable in his pinstripe suit and slick-backed hair, the point of which nobody has yet explained, Steve grabs the handle.

“Okay, I’m coming in…”

“No! Steve, wait!”

Steve steps through. And stops dead.

Eddie fears the worst, his face screwing up into a mortified grimace, trying to cover himself with folded arms and flopping hair. 

Babbling, he tries explaining,

“I look stupid, I know. Nancy said something about reinforcing patriarchal stereotypes of sexualised Halloween costuming, Robin flatly refused, Max said she was going as Wednesday and Argyle confirmed he was Cousin Itt, so to stop them all arguing I said I’d do it. I’ll get changed, just- just gimme a minute, okay?”

He reaches for tissues, hoping to wipe off some of the obviously terrible makeup before Steve can fully see. But he’s stopped by a powerful hand grabbing his wrist.

“No, don’t!”

Steve pleads,

“Let me… Can I see you? Please?”

His timbre is soft, but Eddie isn’t convinced that he’s not utterly horrified. Reluctantly, he turns.

And is met by Steve’s gorgeous hazel eyes, blown pupils drinking him in. 

The way the black velvet hugs his body. The low neckline that highlights his chest hair and allows the slightest peek at his tattoos. The black nail polish showcasing his long fingers. The dark eye makeup and deep lipstick accentuating his features. The hint of fishnets visible through a thigh-length slit, descending down into freshly-polished, laced-up, platform New Rocks. The subtle bulge at the apex of his thighs…

Steve swallows, his roving gaze eventually travelling back up to Eddie’s.

Before Eddie can speak another word, Steve has one more thing to say. He holds Eddie’s hand, takes half a step forward and slowly, deeply, purrs, 

“Cara Mia…”

Do you think coach knew about the werewolves,supernatural and everything or at least suspected something.I mean basically every supernatural creature has either played on his team or dated a supernatural creature on coach’s team

He's got to have known something. He's got a bunch of teenagers with inhuman reflexes and super strength, he got infected by a virus that the Pharmacist released that only affected supernatural creatures, he took an arrow to the chest and was okay (which isn't really proof considering they have a hospital nearby, but it is still quite a feat for a human), He chose not to question why Stiles - a teenage boy - had a bunch of chains in his locker,

He saw Kira catch a lacrosse ball last second and throw it back super hard,

In 6B, he knocks a guy unconscious to save Jackson and Ethan without questioning why they're there or how they got hurt (at a time when all the supernatural creatures in the area or their friends knew it was hunters vs supernatural),

and - the scene I like to point out the most - when Isaac was beating up Ethan, Coach was shouting at him and couldn't get through to him but Scott shouted once and Isaac listened, and that got Coach's attention.

Coach stares at Scott.

How much he knew, I have no idea. It doesn't help that Orny (by his own admission) didn't read the scripts after season 2 and played it off as Coach not knowing anything.

I like to believe he knows more than he lets on, but tries to deny it and that's why he drinks.

“Hey, King Steve. Watcha doin’?”

Eddie yells sarcastically towards the sports field on his way to his spot in the woods, watching Steve Harrington. He’s running up and down the worn-out track, checking his probably-much-fancier-than-Eddie’s digital watch every time he stops.

Steve punches a button and frowns, muttering a goddamnit before turning to face the least athletic-looking person he’s ever met.

“Just trying to improve my times, break my own record.”

Bitingly, he adds,

“Not that you’d know anything about self-improvement, freak.”

Eddie blows a derisory raspberry with his lips, lifts his arm and shakes his lunchbox.

“Well, if you’re interested I’ve got some things in here that might help.”

Steve responds,

“No thanks, I’m against artificial enhancement. And I don’t think a blunt’ll make me run any faster either. Most likely the opposite.”

Eddie retorts, sardonically,

“Maybe not, but I sure know a thing or two about post-game relaxation. You’ve gotta balance your training, Steve.”

He smirks, concluding,

“It might make you care a little less about your timings, too.”

Eddie cackles as he wanders off between the trees, leaving Steve to watch his retreating form with incredulity, and a little fascination, on his face.

That first time was coincidental. Steve, intrigued, followed Eddie into the woods, and they shared one of Eddie’s pre-rolls. Steve’s sprint times did indeed slip from his mind, and they talked and laughed more than either’d anticipated. Perhaps they’d leaned in and bumped shoulders a little too often. Perhaps Steve also spent a little too long staring at Eddie’s lips. Perhaps Eddie’d liked it a little too much…

Now, Steve finds out when Eddie’s going to be in his spot, and then takes some private track time exactly then. To work on his sprint, or whatever.

Moments after his battered lunchbox clatters against the old table, Eddie’s on his knees in the dirt, his own cock in his hand. Steve, with his head thrown back and arms spread across the edge of the tabletop, groans as his sweaty shorts are pulled aside and his long cock fills Eddie’s mouth and starts to nudge the back of his throat.
