(I posted something similar on Twitter so I will here too just in case someone needs to hear it, have a little comfort)

The husbands that hold our hearts together are a story that has a happy ending. They belong together, they always have and always will. We will see it eventually too.

There isn't a single universe where they don't end up in each other's arms. And if you think of them as existing before and after the Universe has, they always find a way to each other within it and outside it too. Whatever the fate throws at them. So their story is in a way finished, they are one. And we are going to see how. One version of it. The one Terry wanted for them. The others are outlined in the many many artworks this talented fandom is sharing now for 3 and half decades. And I have a feeling will do even a long time from now.

And remember, don't ever feel bad for loving something good, something beautiful. The fault here is not with you, it never is, it is entirely with someone else. Remember this if you ever fall for a wrong person, give your friendship to someone who hurts, uses you. Your love and your kindness is not diminished by someone who harms others and you are certainly not to blame for your trust. Loving things, being kind and enthusiastic and open are good qualities. We need more of this. Don't let the shadows of the world lessen your light. This is not what you deserve. This is on them.

Marauders era headcannon:

Mary gets teased during her early years at Hogwarts because of the nursery rhyme ‘Mary had a little lamb’ by her classmates.

They constantly ask where her lamb is and sing the nursery rhyme when she walks in a room and it pisses her off like nothing else until…

Lily and Marlene start calling her ‘lamb’, ‘lamb-y’ or ‘little lamb’ as an affectionate nickname.

I imagine she’d grow to love the nickname and over time the whole of Gryffindor would pick up on it - especially with her being well loved and on the quidditch team.

By fourth year, she’d barely remember the relentless teasing of the nursery rhyme because of her friend’s turning it into loving affection.

However, her friends don’t live forever and eventually there’s no one left to call her ‘little lamb’…

When she later had kids, after obliviating herself, she could never bring herself to sing ‘Mary had a little lamb’ to them because there was always a nagging sadness whenever she tried.

Mary was 13 the first time she was called ‘little lamb’. She was 21 the last time she was called it.

the way the invincible fandom treats amber really annoys me. i know we have only had one season, but there are literal space colonisers, murderers and villains (shout out to nolan) in season one alone and yet amber is the most HATED character right now, when her worst offense was being an annoying teenage girl (and the victim of shoddy writing). if amber had no backbone like she did in the comics, yall would call her boring– but her having a strong personality in the show isn't any better, because y'all call her a 'bitch'. I was on TikTok the other day, and I saw that a page I follow posted a video MOCKINGLY making fun of the B&C… saying that little Prince Jaehaerys is serving the red of his house’s colors…. with a screenshot of the maid holding the bloody cloth…. with a laughing audio in the background. And another kicker, they have the Palestinian flag in their bio… disgusting doesn’t even cover the vileness of it all.

TRUST, I unfollowed them.

Helaena didn’t deserve what happened to her. And I highly believe Lucerys wouldn’t want that. Despite how you feel about him personally, he had kindness and he wouldn’t want that. And I don’t believe Rhaenyra wanted that either. The problem with the series is that men are entitled and horrific. Helaena and her children shouldn’t have to pay for a man’s crime.

When I say I can’t stand the team discourse and the fanatics, I’m mean for ALL. Team black and team green—- this shit is so vile. Any stupid ass who does shit like that around me will get blocked and exposed, doesn’t matter what team you’re on. Be a good person.

Hi Gina, another harry larrie here. I've been a Harry fan since 2017 and Louis fan and larrie since 2020, and I remember when I created my twitter account I was afraid to say I loved Harry, or that I was on Harry's lane because everyone seemed to love Louis but not so much Harry (maybe it was just the people I followed). They were always like: I feel so safe being a louis fan, harry fans are horrible... and that sort of thing. It made me feel like it was wrong to love Harry more than Louis.

I don't know, the thing is I love them both although I've always connected more with Harry. I love Louis, but lately I'm like you, I don't understand things he does or says, but that doesn't mean I hate him. Anyway, I just wanted to say this because I think some people are afraid to say they are harry larries because the fans themselves make us feel like it's wrong, or that you're only a Louis fan because of larry (and it's not like that at all).

Your English is perfect and I’m glad you shared your thoughts. There are shitty harries, absolutely. But there are terrible people in every corner of this fandom. It would honestly be really nice to have more people talk about why they love Harry when it has to do with his music or his personality etc so it would drown out the het nonsense that clogs my FYP etc.

It’s just the height of stupidity to attack someone because they like X more than Y. Why tf do you care so much what I do? I just think everyone should follow accounts of people whose content they enjoy, and leave everyone else alone to do their own thing. Don’t hate follow. Use the block button/blacklist. And don’t be a self righteous cunt because you think you and your mutuals are the only ones who see fandom accurately.
