All-Knowing Lord of Deceit and Magic

Shadow Milk Cookie based on Myrddin Wyllt (Welsh legend) and Queen Rennala of the Full Moon (Elden Ring)

Going to still credit @cuppajj for the ideas and posting more myths crossed with the Beasts.

This time: I have Shadow Milk/Blueberry Milk Cookie inspired by Queen Rennala of the Full Moon with a Welsh legend.

My idea behind this is from a few factors; Shadow Milk Cookie is the cookie who held the Virtue of Knowledge, henceforth, knows all magic ranging from Pure Moon magic to Necromancy.

Why did I decide to choose Myrddin Wyllt? Sort of trying to Burning Spice Cookie with the Welsh accent- I thought a Welsh legend should fit (plus, Myrddin Wyllt was an inspiration for Merlin the Great). As a Bard, his presence in Welsh literature is him living as a madman where he relives the defeat of a great battle ("Battle of Arfderydd").

As for Queen Rennala, I like how the game presents her and the careful creations of her sorrow and power. Granted, her boss fight was created by her daughter, Ranni the Witch- but I still drew inspiration from the boss fight to this character!

I find it challenging to combine myths to cookies who nearly tie into Real World myths/legends because there are so many options to choose. I do have more plans to make more of these Beasts crossed with myths/legends but I have a chapter to write!

I'll leave with some notes here!

Lord Blue (a temporary nickname) has possessed the Soul Jam of Truth so he's sort of like a combined cookie of Pure Vanilla's empathy and Shadow Milk's jester-like attitude.

His hair/"icing" is liquid. So it floats and bubbles and reacts to his emotions (like in game where his form bubbles or goops out)

I mainly see this rendition as someone who mostly uses Dark Moon magic for more complicated spells but he will use other forms of magic for spells, helping his Beasts, etc....

He also has bubbles in his hair because I thought it would be cute

Definitely has that Welsh accent!

His glasses: I love seeing other artists/authors make Shadow Milk with a monocle but I thought this would work if he has glasses with those glasses chains

In Sickness and Never in Health AU belongs to @mercy-love-joy, also kinda late birthday present bc I wanted to make a fic but I got stuck sooo, here Mercy hope u like it pffff.

His relationship with Golden Cheese (or in this case Golden-Lacquered Cookie AKA. the Golden BITC- /J) would start the same as canon, she took him into her kingdom after being found alone in the dessert with no memories of who he was, becoming her loyal guard with a new name while she became his whole world, maybe even falling in love with her in the process.

But after a while, she started to act... Strange, but he shrugged it off.

Grave Bane wishes he listened to his own guts because before he knew, she has taken away the Soul Jam of the other Ancient Heroes and become a power hungry tyrant. And somehow, he stayed by her side as she took over the world; maybe it was out of fear, or maybe he thought she was still in there, deep inside...

But she only got worse, specially after 'adopting' a child from a far away kingdom. He would be in charge of guarding the child's room when he got 'grounded', to make sure he didn't sneaked out.

It broke his heart when he heard him cry at night.

It went from bad to worse when the Ancient Heroes died but Golden-Lacquered still stood.

He knew he couldn't keep pretending to be on her side, he wanted out.

Luckily, he was sometimes in charge of trying to find rebel group hideouts and he would always make note of those he found, then thrown of the cheesebird guards by marking them incorrectly on the maps.

Sadly, he couldn't bring the child the queen 'adopted', too suspicious... Instead, in the dead of night, he brought a Cheesebird he had befriended and hated what the queen has become like him, and an infant baby he found in a room inside the palace...

On average, what is the total MONTHLY amount that you spend on dining out*?

*(This doesn't only count going out to restaurants, but also stuff like picking up fast food to bring home, getting a coffee on the way to work, getting a premade sandwich from a grocery store deli during lunch, buying a quick snack from a convenience store or food cart whilst walking somewhere, ordering a pizza or any other food to be delivered to your home, etc.)

(I'm sure polls similar to this have been made before (very common topic), I just haven't personally seen one that I can remember, so, I was curious to do my own! I was discussing this with a group of people today and it was very interesting to see how widely the number varied between individuals. :0c )

a break from artfight for some good news! i have finally scheduled a surgical consult to have my enemy (read: uterus) removed. this is a bit of a scarier prospect than my breast reduction was, but i think it will be an equally impactful quality of life improvement when all is said and done!!

anyway those of yall who have been here since the beginning may remember me posting through that whole process so i figure why stop now.

Lord of Destruction and Flames

Burning Spice Cookie based on "Apophis" and "Messier"

Inspired by @cuppajj and their idea of GC as Ra while Burning Spice is Apophis. I decided to make it with Messier from Elden Ring because Messier has those snakes, Apophis is a giant snake, bada-bing-bada-boom

I am proud of this and I would to add some notes on the design choices here:

The only thing you can see in the helmet is the burning desire to bring destruction to the world

Do you think Burning Spice Cookie would talk with a Welsh accent like they do in-game or do you think he would have that booming voice a god would have when addressing an enemy? (I headcanon that he has a Welsh accent and speaks Gaelic because Silent Salt spoke Garlic)

I may not be super active today. Lucy got into some flowers and got extremely sick last night. By the time I woke up this morning, she was drooling and stumbling and just in horrible shape.

I rushed her into the vet still in my pajamas and they recommended hooking her up to an IV and getting her rehydrated. As of last update, she’s doing okay: calm and resting but alert. I’m expecting a call with more details here shortly after the doctor comes back from lunch.

Please keep us in your thoughts, or pray for her if you pray. Her middle name is Athena because she’s my brave little warrior. I’m praying she pulls through now as well.

If you have Clover living with their monster friends, you gotta play up the differences between their biologies and make Clover look like a genuine freak in their eyes. You just gotta.

Starlo thinks he knows humans soooooooo well because he's watched human movies, yet the split second he sees their nose bleeding from the dry air, he's like "Ah shit. Any sort of bleeding is bad. Is this a fatal amount of blood loss? What do I do??? It just keeps coming out!" Ceroba is like "There can't be that many differences between a monster kid and a human kid. I've already raised one, how hard can another one be?" And then they get the flu, and since disease isn't really a thing with monsters, she's concerned that they're starting to Fall Down (<- okay, this one isn't funny). Martlet finds out that humans need to supplement their diet with things like fiber and iron, but apparently you can't just feed them cut up pieces of cloth and iron filings, that'll kill them. They find out that humans have internal organs and are made of cells and they're be simultaneously disgusted and intrigued. Like, you're made of a bunch of little parts? And those parts make up flesh tubes in your body and stuff? And they're doing their own thing all the time?? Without your awareness??? Does it feel weird????

"Oh, Clover has a 105°F fever but that's only a few degrees higher than how warm they usually are, I'm sure they're fine." <- Deranged statement uttered by one of them at some point.
