in this post we'll be talking about habits and little ways in which u can improve ur health and appearance without doing anything too drastic. a micro-glow up to stay polished��💬🎀

LIPS AND MOUTH ;

brush ur lips everytime u brush ur teeth for some easy exfoliation. to make a simple scrub combine sugar with vaseline or coconut oil and just use that once a week or once every two weeks cuz the skin on ur lips is super delicate. wipe it off with a warm wet towel.

♡ chapsticks with SPF are so good

now onto ur oral health and hygiene which is so important to me i think. so first off brush ur teeth 2x a day. ik some people brush between meals but thats too much effort and most times im not in a spot where i can easily just go and brush my teeth after every single meal so i brush my teeth first thing in the morning and before bed.

furthermore i floss every single day (at night) and i floss every single tooth individually. i use mouthwash every single time i brush and i brush 2x then rinse 2x with water and finish it off with some mouthwash. i also use my tongue scraper in the mornings to clean my tongue cuz bad breath starts on the tongue.

FOR THE BODY ;

sunscreen + moisturizer on ur neck because SKINCARE DOESNT STOP AT YOUR CHIN. show ur neck some loveee. the skin on ur neck is super duper delicate. make sure to exfoliate ur skin 1-2x a week. use one of those exfoliation gloves or an african net sponge to be super duper clean and baby soft.

u dont wanna over exfoliate ur skin though so make sure not to do it every single day consecutively. if u shave make sure to exfoliate ur skin before hand and use warm water to soften the hair before u shave it. moisturize after with a body oil or butter.

ARMPITS ;

use the panoxyl 4% wash underneath ur arms every now and then to kind of "reset" under ur arms and get rid of odor entirely before u wash. use an antiperspirant deodorant and if u find that u sweat a lot, carry ur deodorant with u so that u can feel secure 💗

NAILS, FEET AND HANDS ;

nail care routine : gently scrub the area around ur fingers and nails → file nails → massage cuticles with any nourishing oil → finish off with some hand cream

nail dip : warm water + olive oil + lemon juice (soak for 10 minutes)

oil nails to prevent breakage

baby oil as cuticle oils + vaseline around cuticles to seal in moisture

use hand creams that have SPF in them especially if u drive cuz ur hands are gonna be directly in the sun while u drive and that can cause WRINKLES. (dont worry about this though if ur still young cuz its not for u to worry about rn) just something to note for the future.

dont neglect ur feet either. make sure that ur washing ur feet and using an exfoliator to keep ur feet super soft and pretty. invest in one of those feet soaker thingy's. i have one and i give myself pedicures every two weeks and it has made a WORLD of a difference. ur feet are carrying u all day so make sure to show them some love.

CAN WE ALSO PLEASE TALK ABOUT THIS SCENE?!?!?!

IT WAS NOT A KISS SCENE BUT IT WAS AS POWERFUL AS ONE!!!

Their THE KISS scene on season 3 episode 5 (yes i remember exactly dont ask why) it was REALLY powerful because it literally showed us the development between the two characters from them trying to kill one another (mostly Rayla) to saving each other and Callum expressing it such a beautiful way by his speech with "Because she's Rayla" Playing in the background was just TO DIE FOR!!!! it was emotional, romantic, strong! It was everything! It wasnt forced it was just there in the perfect time. I can never stop praising the shows writers enough istg. Even rn im listening to that ost in the background.

I cant lie bc it was adorable seeing these two being all lovey dovey with each other by kissing and hugging etc. But when season 4 begins, their relationship is just not there anymore. Yes there are bits and pieces but they're scattered everywhere. Callum reminiscing about her and their time together gives us half of the answer. Something happened that pulled them apart but what is it?

When he was looking out in the balcony to the sky, their theme was also playing at the background but so soft and so weak that you felt Callums' pain. It was a sad track, it was a tragic track. Raylas' memories were still there but not herself. And it made him so sad that the dude said it was NOT his BIRTHDAY but the ANNIVERSARY OF RAYLAS' LEAVING!!!! THIS BOY CARES ABOUT RAYLA MORE THAN HE CARES ABOUT HIMSELF!!!

From then on the relationship starts to have a second build up. Its like strangers to friends to lovers to strangers to ??? . The only difference of this build up compared to first three seasons is that there is already an established relationship, its just broken. So in a way they start again. Going on adventures, being there for each other in case either of them needs help. Callum doesnt let his feelings for her suppress his hurt which was also caused by her but little by little it starts to heal. It starts to fix.

Here we see Rayla admit to her mistake of going after revenge and leaving the most important thing she has behind (aka Callum obv) . Her admitting this out loud is so great to hear. Because she know she made a mistake and that mistake hurt Callum and she intends to FIX that mistake. She gives him the space he needs while also staying close enough in case he would need her. Just like Soren said "sometimes you need time to work through the weird, and then it'll work out or dont. The heart do what it do or dont what it dont"

And thats exactly what happens! With time the awkwardness becomes less and less and their hearts do the job. Their feelings for each other were never gone in the first place, and when they both finally realise that it just keeps getting better. In the form of saving friends (Zym and Soren) they remember how it felt working together which helps them get closer.

But even tho they act close their words are still apart. They dont admit it. They dont talk about it. They just go along with it. But then Rayla gets caught sneaking Runaans' bow. When Callum orders them to release her even without knowing the reason why, Rayla picks up what he's putting down. He trusts her, he doesnt push her to explain him anything because he knows that she will when she is ready. She sees that there is still a chance to make things just like before maybe even better.

(Also in this scene when they're going to the grand bookery and they cross this path, she says "its an old wound that's healing" I cant help but feel like its a parallel to their relationship. The wound of leaving for two years but now finally working through it. Its just perfect)

So yep after everything she admits it, which is also perfect because she was the one that made a mistake so she does fix it and she does it right.

"Im glad we could be here together, looking at the stars..." She says.

And Callum feeling the same way rests his head on hers. ITS JUST PERFECT AAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!! THE WAY THAT THEY STILL KEEP TALKING ABOUT STARS AND THIS WHOLE SCENE HAVING AS MUCH POWER AS THEIR KISS SCENE AND DARE I SAY EVEN MORE (i dont know which wins bc i was jumping around screaming when they kissed after Callums' poetic speech LOL it was ROMANTIC ALRIGHT?! 😭😭😭😭 SAME GOES FOR THIS ONE)

And the thing is that it'ss so easy to mess up. They could've gone for a route like "hey im back after two years of absence" "Oh hi its great to see you again" And its not just the characters and their relationships but also the world that you're telling to the audience. It is so easy to get it wrong ESPECIALLY if you are writing Fantasy. With so many kingdoms, dragons, elves and other species with also magic its very very simple to mess up. Im glad that they went this way with the story telling. Its more natural, more enjoyable and it just works perfectly.

almost got a 2 for one, I hc tang to be the kind of person that doesn't really stutter or close off when he gets flustered he just starts laughing. It'll start out as soft chuckles and giggling but it just grows deeper and louder the more flustered he gets. Pigsy, being completely enamored with his man, tends to fall into a laughing fit with him and then they just become a flustered happy giggling heep in each other's arms. A soft sigh fell from your lips as you started to wake up. The morning light that flooded into the room blinded you making you groan and mutter a curse word under your breath. You tried to turn away from the windows Hoping that would relieve the discomfort of the blinding sunlight, but unfortunately you couldn’t move.

Wrapped around your waist was your boyfriend’s large biceps. He had spent the night after a long awaited date now he was holding you prisoner against him.

Jude’s soft snores filled your ears as he slept soundly behind you. You loved Jude dearly but it was awful hearing his snoring.

You moved Jude’s arm trying to wiggle your way out of his grip. Jude stirred, waking up from you moving him “stop moving.”

“Jude move your arm. I need to turn. Too bright.” You said with a groan.

Jude grunted but moved his arm anyway from your waist. You turned around facing him.

“you woke me from my beauty sleep.” Jude mumbled as he squeezed his eyes shut trying so hard to go back to sleep.

You laughed softly at his words. “Good morning to you too”

Jude laughed softly as a soft smirked played on his face. He opened his eyes looking at you.

“good morning.” He leaned over and kissed you.

Jude pulled away “How’d you sleep”

“I slept fine especially next to you.” You smiled at him as you brought your hand up to his jaw. You ran your finger over his stubbed jaw as you looked at him with so much love.

Jude felt his insides turn to mush. He’s never felt the way he felt for you for any of his past girlfriends. You were everything to him. The way you could make his shitty days better just by your smile made him go crazy in the inside. Even though you only been together for 5 months it felt like a lifetime with you. The best lifetime ever.

“Yeah?” Jude leaned over and kissed you again this time a little more passionately then the last.

“I don’t gotta train today.” Jude said once he pulled away from you. “maybe we can have a lazy day. Just relaxing and watching movies. What you think?”

“I think that’s a good idea.”

“Ok.” Jude pulled back the covers and climbed out of bed. “im going to make breakfast. You find something to watch.”

You watched as he slipped on a shirt and walked out of the door.

A good 30 minutes went by before Jude returned with your breakfast. You had already settled on a show for you both to watch and was just waiting for him.

“ok I made us some eggs and bacon.” Jude handed you the plate and took a seat down beside you.

“I’m surprise you didn’t burn it.”

Jude sighed and out the corner of your eye you could see him rolling his.

“you’re very funny. My laugh will arrive in 4 business days.”

You snorted before stuffing your mouth with eggs.

You both began to watch your show as you ate. The day flew by after that. By 6pm you both were exhausted from all the shows you watched.

As you laid in bed while the credit scene rolled in Jude couldn’t help but stare at you.

You were fucking stunning he thought to himself. Jude sighed causing you to look over at him.

“What?” You smiled and sat up on your forearm.

“I love you.” Jude couldn’t help but say those words. Sure it took him by surprise because he wasn’t expecting those words to fall from his lips but he definitely meant it.

You looked at him shocked.

“you don’t have to say it back but I just wanted to say it.” Jude started to panic thinking it wasn’t the best idea to have said that.

“No no Jude.” You took his face in your hands. “I love you too baby.”

Jude’s face lit up. “your for real?”

You nodded “I’d never lie. I love you.”

Jude couldn’t help the smile that formed on his face.

“I love hearing that come from your mouth.”

“Yeah?” You sat up and wrapped your arms around his neck pulling him close to your lips. “yeah.” he muttered as his lips ghosted yours.
