Ya'll can blame @cancelforcipe for this one. Took some inspiration from comments in tags they made, and this is the results. Forcipe wanted sexy music to play every time Lord Eclipse takes off his armour for maintenance. Servant Sun is happy to provide, after downloading a program on smooth jazz and saxophone playing.

eclipse/ruin - 8/10 - okay im actually writing these out of order and i was almost done THEN FUCKING FORGOT THIS. toxic yaoi at its finest. while ruin is still forcing eclipse to work for him he gets Silly™️ and just goes "i can do whatever i want and nobody will stop me" and ofc he does. if that includes torture or messing with him until his mind breaks then thats up to you. would this be accurate to canon ruin? absolutely not. do i care? fuck no <3

eclipse/earth - 6/10 - not my favorite but its good for fluffy shit. idk why but every time i decide to doodle eclipse being flustered its always with earth. she just appears and makes it her job. idk what to do my hands just move on their own

eclipse/nexus - 5/10 - lower than old moon bc i just dont find it as interesting

eclipse/lunar - 5/10 - personally not that interested in it. but if you bring it up in the middle of a conversation another alter WILL come running over. he responds to it faster than his own damn name. ask him and he'd start going OFF.

eclipse/ballora - 4/10 never think about it but it could be fun

eclipse/bloodmoon - 4/10 - think it could be fun. again, could be toxic or fluffy.

eclipse/killcode - 4/10 - yet another "good ship but not personally interested". tho i think it could be fun. giant soft monster x angry small creature

eclipse/puppet - 3/10 - i like it more than puppet/foxy but thats only bc its eclipse added. i just. i dont like puppet. shes getting better but for a while she was SO annoying to me and i just. my opinion is tainted 😔

eclipse/vincent - 2/10 - i can see it? maybe? who fuckin knows lol

eclipse/anyone else - 1/10 - im just lumping everyone else into one thing so i dont go on forever. basically just the "never thought about it and probably wont continue thinking about it" ships

More ship headcanons? I do love to ramble. So let me get right on it.

Since you liked me mentioning SolarSun last time. Let's start there

Sun buys solar cups for his coffe with silly little jokes/phrases/pictures on them. Solar's favorite is the one with middel finger on the bottom on the cup that you can see when you take a big swig.

Solar makes charms out for the scraps of metal left over when he is working. Sun wears them on the friendship bracelets he shows off as example for the kids arts and crafts. He has so many that this point. He changes the charms for the example every day. (Solar so makes dublicates of his charms for the kids to use)

Sun was the first to confess, solar was the first to initiate a kiss.

They have secretly danced in the daycare together at night.

Servant Sun / Lord Eclipse.

Sun always makes a bunch of light snacks the morning that he either gives, or leaves in stratic places for his lord to eat. So that he takes better care of himself.

Lord eclipse doesn't enjoy cooking. But after a paricaliarly rough emotional night his servant had. He made him a lavish breakfast the next morning. After seeing how happy it made sun. He is now making breakfast more often just to see that same smile bloom on his face

Lord eclipse actively encourages his servant to read the books in his library to educate himself.And over time sun has started to, but just actively enjoys going though the romance fiction section more...he has noticed the section has grown since he started. Eclipce denies this.

The first time they kissed, was after they got into a fight while in another demenison. Servant sun had a perfect window to leave his lord. And eclipse really thought he would have despite their strained relationship having grown closer. Instead sun rushed in and decked one of the people trying to attacked him and managed to drag the both of them through the portal to their home. Sun had grabbed eclipse faceplate wig worry checking him over for injuries ,(the star was already healing them now that they were back) then with a sob of relief he was kissed.

Earth/eclipse v4

Eclipse hates how much he loves earths hugs. He hates it so much. It makes him feel all warm and weird. He has only hugged back once. It made it even better and that was even scarier.

Earth while learning to knit has made a few plushies. She gave eclipse a black cat one. He scoffed saying he was not sun before taking it. It's still on his desk to this day.

The first time eclipse received a kiss from her (it was on the forehead) he blue screen. It scared earth as hile collapsed for a second. She was sworn the secretary. She teases him in private though.

Eclipse doesn't go outside much. But if he does and sees a goose he takes a picture and send it to earth.

im back again to drop more ship thoughts

ik a lot of ppl like to make sunvant/lord eclipse sweet and fluffy but they have SUCH toxic potential

like eclipse literally killed and revived sun repeatedly. he couldve revived any other person and killed them (specifically moon bc we know how much he hates moon) but he chose sun

like. they would have such an unhealthy attachment to each other. its physically and emotionally abusive with a power imbalance. but i also feel like they need each other. its like a parasitic relationship. if eclipse dies then sun dies. if sun dies (permanently) then eclipse dies. theyre like stars circling around each other until they eventually collide and explode.

eclipse may have the star but he lost everything after the witherstorm and exhausted himself. all he had was sun. sun was his entertainment, his only source of attention and worship, a loyal toy he could play with freely. what would he do without sun? what would he have left? a dead world? a star thats slowly eating him alive?

sun is only alive bc of eclipse. he only exists bc of eclipse. his purpose is eclipse. he is nothing if not a servant. hes nothing without his god. he is a mere speck compared to him. he cant live without eclipse. if eclipse isnt there then neither is sun. without the star sun would die. sun wouldve died a long time ago. and he should appreciate his lord for letting him be in his holy presence. to keep him alive when the others were long gone
