today was you and minghaos 5th year wedding annivesary. Minghao was supposed to bring you out for dinner today to celebrate, or so you thought.

you were getting ready for your dinner date with your husband, who was supposedly on the way to pick you up from home until suddenly you got a notification from minghao,:

HUBBY<3: sorry sweetheart, but i dont think i can make it today… theres an emergency at work, i promise i’ll make it up to u alright?

You sighed reading that message, Minghao had always been a very caring and loving man but you knew minghao was often very busy, and you have always been patient about it. But today was the last straw.

You thought to yourself, maybe minghao finally made time to spend time with you on this special day, but a part of you also knew you shouldn’t get your hopes too high. You leaned back in ur chair amd looked at that messgae again feeling disappointed and … angry.

you sat on the couch waiting for your husband pissed off.

it was about midnight till he finally arrived home from work. You heard the keypad from outside and the door opening.

The atmosphere was thick with tension. Minghao walked uo to you, saying,

the question has just barely rose in the air when its met with immediate rejection.

rejection in the form of both his friends turning away from him with their own respective excuses.

"im going back to the dorms" megumi turns around first, already dialing ijichi's phone number while walking away.

"i am gonna go shopping." nobara turns to the staircase that lead to the shopping plaza and races up to get away from him as soon as possible.

and just like that, they run away from him. traitors!

yuji places his hands at his hips and pouts at their blatant refusal to watch the movie with him before it hits him - he has you, the realisation has him blushing and smiling, his beautiful girlfriend.

yes! she'd definitely watch it with me. he thinks to himself before pulling out his phone and walks towards the cinema. a lovesick smile already forming on his face when he opens the messaging app and finds your contact on top.

as he's typing up the text to send you, his peripheral vision catches the sight of a flower shop, his smile widens.

you look away from the window of the car to pick up your phone. your heart skips a beat in happiness when you see its yuji, quickly you send a reply back.

yuji sends you the location, and you tell nitta to turn around and head to the shopping plaza in the opposite direction.

you get out of the car after reaching the place and the first thing you see is yuji tumbling towards you with a bouquet of flowers. the sight brings out the biggest smile on your face upon seeing the boy.

when yuji reaches you, he quickly gets down on one of his knee with his head bowed and the hand holding the flowers raised high - peonies and daisies, towards you "these are for you, my lady" he says dramatically although you assume the heavy breathing is from his run. you laugh out loud at his antics, taking the flowers from him "why thank you, handsome" you reply back while curtsying, returning the same energy in your theatrics.

you smell the flowers with a smile on your face while you watch yuji get up to his full height, his smile mirroring yours. you create distance between you and the flowers when he reaches to you to hold you in an embrace, both of you swaying side to side.

"thank you for agreeing to this" he says after releasing you from the hug, his eyes shining in adoration at your smile.

you nod "anything for my handsome boyfriend" and stand on your tip toes to place a kiss on his cheek, laughing at the way his eyes widen before they crinkle when he laughs at his own surprise along with you.

"lets go! the movie will start soon and we need to get snacks before it does!" he says turning towards the cinema with your hand in his.

he explains the basic knowledge about the movie to you so you aren't left confused during it while you both wait in line for the snacks and you smile to yourself, proud of yourself for sucking up to watch the movie you have no interest in.

if watching that worm movie with you is what gets him happy enough to literally jog towards the auditorium with you in tow, then you will gladly suck it up everytime.

He would always take a picture of your character and send it to you. It was honestly very precious. <3

Oh he would be so ecstatic like Seokmin. When you found out you ran to the dance practice room just so you could tell him before anyone else could. When he saw you he'd give you a hug out of instinct but once you *casually* told him you got the role he would pick you up and spin you around. He would then shout and tell whoever else in the room the happy news causing everyone else to cheer.

He would have found out from a news source before you had the opportunity to tell you. He'd be at your door with a bouquet of flowers and take out from your favorite restaurant. I feel like recently, fanfic isn’t given enough love and (idk maybe it’s just my perspective) but I feel like the jkk writing community has diminished over the years. This is most definitely because of the amount of hate and harassment authors receive. The amount of authors I follow on Twitter who have completely stopped writing for jkk or even left the fandom breaks my heart.

So, thank you for sharing these stories so we’re exposed to all these wonderful creators! Accounts like yours are so important for maintaining creative spaces within fandoms!

I completely agree with you. There are so many authors and stories that do not get the recognition and the love they deserve. I am grateful for the writers, for always comforting us with their stories. I had to leave twitter too because of the toxic environment pertaing to fanfiction and so many authors who were my friends and some still were harassed. A lot of fan fic rec accounts were harassed too qehn i left twitter in 2022. I have writer friends who have left twitter because of the constant bullying and similar experiences, and it hurts me that they will never feel safe on that app anyomorw. So many authors have deleted their stories because of the harassement, and it is so disheartening. I somehow managed to gain courage to open a twitter account but deep down I am still afraid. This is the main reason I don't post on my Twitter account. I was so afraid to begin this account, but jikookficsdiarry has become my safe place🤍🥹

I really wanted a platform where I could still express my love for writers and fanfiction and jikook without being afraid. I am so greatful to have finally found it. For art specifically I like making like,, paper cut out sculpture type things, like paper dolls and paper lanterns. Writing is obvious- I like reading romance novels and I dabble in classic literature but I am THEE biggest Gulliver's Travels hater. For music my taste is pretty diverse, I like ICP, cigarettes after sex, pierce the veil, my chem, Taylor swift, stuff like that. I like talking about a lot of stuff, I'll talk about whatever comes to mind, really. I really hate daylight savings time. I hate algebra in all forms. I hate onions and fish. For my personality I'm non-confrontational and I'm pretty anxious, jealous, and avoidant but I'm also very passionate. The thing that makes me different uhhhhhhhhhh my favorite chemical element is Erbium because it can be pink ^w^ I'm fine with being matched with anyone, criminal or not, man or woman, I don't have a preference! Something that I value on others is their ability to like,, atleast act like they care about what I'm yapping about 😭🙏 I can't stand being made fun of or harshly criticized I'll cry. I'll get really defensive or I'll be absolutely heartbroken and will not recover from it for a LONG time, but it really depends on how I'm being made fun of.

I was between Chuuya, Kyoka, and Lucy. HOWEVER, I eventually decided on Kyoka.

Kyoka would happily indulge in your interests, and views it as her duty to keep you safe and happy. When you do small things to her, it makes her overjoyed. If you ever argue, she will do her best to become better for you. She's always trying to become better for you. She would help you get revenge if you asked, but is willing to change in any way. If you're made fun of badly, she would be really fucking angry because she knows how you don't respond well to that at all. You make her feel like less of a monster and for that, she would do anything for you. Say the word and she will do it. She doesn't really have much criticism for you, but if you wanted to overcome something she'd do her best to help you. She would try to soothe your worries and match what you need at the moment. Also, definitely the type to tell the waiter that you asked for no onions, and threaten them about what she will do if it happens again. You two would probably take care of a rabbit together and it would lay in one of your laps and you and Kyoka would eat tofu or crepes. Since she hates thunder, whenever there's a storm you'll read to her, and she'll listen to you talk about whatever you'd like. Seeing how passionate you are about things is something she loves, and so she will pay plenty of attention until it takes her mind off the lightning. She doesn't do much to make you jealous, and actively avoids doing anything that can cause those feelings. Her love language is acts of service, so she would definitely make it up to you if she messes up. If you mess up, she loves hydrangeas (this is actually canon), so you can get her a bouquet and physical affection. I imagine her liking receiving physical affection more than the other love languages because she has never received much from anyone else. It's something unique to the two of you. Hugs, kisses, hand-holding, you name it. She does deeply appreciate how loyal the two of you are to each other, though.

Any aches or pains she was feeling, she read your work to keep her mind occupied on something else other than how achey she was. She actually went into labor in the middle of the 4th chapter, I believe, of that story where you have bucky as gifs? I don't remember what that is called but she was reading it.
