he's from around where the deepsea metro is/was. had to leave because of unstable surroundings from an unknown to him cause. he's best friends with Rust and her kids, im gonna be honest i haven't actually thought through how they met and ive just realized this oops. since he spent most of his life underground and now lives in the splatlands he gets sunburnt way too frequently to not be covered up constantly, though he wears thing like tank tops and shorts during splatfest since those mostly occur during the night.

He met wisteria and ember first and then 72. they didnt apoint him as leader nor do they really care to have one but he's the tallest so everyone assumes its him. he's the most softspoken out of the 4 of them but thats a really low bar, he has a hard time making decisions but once he does he will die on that hill

(since its not on his ref like the other three)

72 escaped the metro before agent 8 went through it, he had found a memcake that was dropped after a test giving him just a clear enough mind to think for himself some. he ended up finding his way out after a while of accumulating a couple more memcakes, barely any where his though so hes walking around with memories that aren't his. It also took him a while to get used to the fact he isnt a soldier nor a test subject anymore. If he saw another sanitized mollusk he'd probably hide or run away </3.

72 met Ghost while after wandering around the area for a while, and ended up crashing in his car the whole time on ghosts way back to the splatlands (he thought 72 was like, drunk or something since he was tumbling around and seemed to be not the most coherent). he doesnt blink or breath unless hes actively thinking about it :[.

he had a hard time discerning things for a while but hes gotten better, at first he thought ember was just a weird octoling because she wears the old octoling goggles. we beat the evil soap with friendship in this house!!!

personality wise hes pretty hyper and cheerful which isnt usually your first thought upon seeing a zombie, forgot his age but hes an adult, he was encouraged to pick his own birthday :]

She's a callie superfan with a vulgar sense of humor, usually the one who purposefully makes other players angry. born and raised in the splatlands she knows all the places to hide and get you lost in.

he's been friends with ember the longest, they where online friends until ember moved to splatsville. was introduced to ghost and 72 later by ember, he likes to antagonize 72 (think sibling antagonizing, theyre both in on it). down to fist fight you in the back of a waffle house

Ember's both a video game and turf/anarchy streamer, she has camera in their goggles for the latter. bad habit of talking in twitch/internet lingo outside of streaming. Once she has eyes on something its nearly impossible to get her to do something else. Very friendly outside fighting, will give you nice words and a pat on the back after a game whether they won or not.

met ghost while playing turf war in a random que, he was, in her words, "a bit to intense to be playing in turf" and told him after the game that he should try out anarchy, he was scared of it since he was new to the area. they ended up teaming up and playing a couple games together, later inviting wisteria and eventually 72.

Who are your clowns, and where can I learn more?

UNFORTUNATELY my lore is being held on unlisted toyhouse pages bc 1) spoilers and theyre basically my notes 2) the lore across several pages is completely outdated and 3) im shy 😔

HOWEVER i can talk here :)

so from left to right: cosmas, eunice, lorelai, charlot, and miette. theres 2 more, beatrix and sebastian but i dont have designs for them yet. charlot and lorelai used to be triplets actually, with mirabelle being the 3rd sister but i eventually cut her bc i didnt feel she added anything to the story.

cosmas is the oldest of the clowns by far, and serves as the clowns de facto "leader". in reality hes just a mouthpiece for their father, and is in fact pretty scared of falling out his favor. hes very much a yes man. cosmas and charlot have a very contentious dynamic, and frequently argue with each other. cosmas, unlike the twins, is very reclusive and its up for debate whether he even really exists

eunice is the second oldest, and is close to cosmas. she has augments that allow her to maintain a constant feed of every camera in the entire resort. because of this sheer level of processing power required for this though, she is generally confined to her office motionlessly keeping an eye on things. she has a somewhat motherly nature to her, which lorelai and miette appreciate, but charlot resents. shes the favorite child of all the clowns

lorelai is charlots twin sister and is the face to charlots heel. while shes still fairly successful she doesnt have nearly the popularity of charlot, who people are more drawn to for his more audacious personality. lorelai and charlot were once very close, but charlots heel persona bleeding into his rare unrecorded moments significantly strained their relationship. lorelai is an outwardly kind person but has a jealousy streak she tries to hide.

i believe that will be it for me this year digital art-wise considering my tablet cord has had enough of my nonsense and now it's basically dead (tablet itself seems okay though so that's good... but its pretty old...) and also i'm going out of town soon so there won't be much time to do any drawing for a good while i think. maybe i should take my sketchbook though... guess i'll put some thoughts under a readmore

well... what a year. i should write about it on my neocities before i have to fly out. remember neocities? i sure didn't for a solid six months. hey, html is hard, what can i say? that aside, i'd like to thank everyone for the support this year. my blog grew quite a lot because i was drawing quite a bit of subway boss stuff and apparently that was a good idea. like, dude... i've just been having a prolonged brainrot episode and it's still probably going to keep going for a good long while. even larry hasn't distracted me long enough to not draw ingo and emmet for one day. even without submas art i would probably still be drawing pokemon stuff, unless i decide to be real bold and re-experience my great ace attorney phase (yes i had one (no i didn't post about it. thank god)) or something like that. regardless of whether my interests shift of my activity rises or falls, and whether those who follow me now stick around or move on, i'd still like to express my gratitude for your support. and not just to people following me, but to the people liking and/or reblogging my content and to those who will follow me in the future. without the feedback, i figure i would not be posting so much. funny little notification on funny little computer make the smooth little brain become happier brain, which is a "i want to draw" brain. the amount of notes doesn't matter overall, but it's nice to be acknowledged. i still do a lot of drawing that isn't shared here because it's just stuff i do for me, but its still pretty nice to be able to make stuff that is suitable to post and to see it actually get attention.

i dont think ive written it down anywhere but the way they meet is like. roughly a month after freya arrives to the train and has befriended isel she keeps hearing the name of this one guy show up and is like alright im gonna figure out who olzhas is. she spends like an entire day just scaling the entire perimeter of the train until she locates em in the midst of renovating eir restaurant and just like stands outside waiting saying nothing. and olzhas seemingly doesnt notice so she just keeps coming by and standing outside for like a week till e's like hey you can come in you know.

and from then on the two start to talk and freya's like. trying to figure out what this guy's deal is because e keeps being mentioned in the context of isel but isel himself just does not want ANYTHING to do with em and olzhas detects this thought with eir clairvoyance and just like. resignedly explains the entire matter of the two's divorce and then is like wow that felt great to talk about. freya's kind of just amused by everything and is like alright. kind of want to put this man under a microscope

freya just starts to visit eir place more and more frequently to the point where it becomes a daily thing.... theyve taken up the habit of having dinner together notably and just generally discussing whatever the fuck. like the major thing between them is just idle chat and forming inside jokes and its all just very leisurely and relaxed between the two of them

eventually after a few conversations about olzhas' telepathic powers (which freya finds very very cool.) e's like hey do you want to try out connecting our thoughts its basically like a secret way to talk. freya (fan of talking and fan of secrets) is immediately willing to try it out and thats basically the basis for the two always being psychically connected. uhh they just get like a full repertoire of one anothers thoughts and emotions and evidently it lead to their understanding of one another getting rounded out VERY quickly, theyre both very familiar with one anothers state of mind and can be super sensitive to any discomfort which has both lead to some interesting stories the two've talked out and also them quickly figuring out precise ways to help one another calm down and whatnot

and honestly its very important for freya shes very shy very anxious about talking to new people in general even if she conducts herself in a kinda grandiose whimsical manner. and shes gotten better about it since then but like her befriending olzhas was a fucking anomaly and it was a very lucky one. over time shes become more outspoken and confident just because those traits of eirs rubbed off on her and conversely olzhas started to gain both a better sense of responsbility and a better sense of joviality because of her.

more broadly speaking i just like their dynamic because its like.... sooooo fucking funny to me conceptually freya's strongest friendships being ones with two divorced men who hate each other so bad but theyd both drop dead for her because shes so endearing. and with these two in particular they're just complete gadflies but olzhas is very blunt and morose and freya has this cheery friendly air about her. but also olzhas is arguably the more levelheaded the one more willing to help others the one who acts objectively, freya contrarily can be extremely self-oriented and willing to disregard consequence or others feelings for the sake of her own wants and needs.... HOWEVER they care about one anothers wellbeing so bad and they know one another inside out and kind of just know how to approach one anothers shortcomings. they balance one another out and its like easy for them to confront one another.... theres this weird mutual elegance and understanding that actually makes it so that they each find it fun to 'argue' because they know it comes from a good place and no matter what theyll hear one another out. at the same time theyre so in tune with one another that it can become insular and they can appear very strange or mean to any onlookers. idk their discrepancies and double standards in the context of how they act as a duo is so charming to me its my favorite thing to write about

SO. Agent Connecticut! his mom (he considers her to be like his mom)! design wise, completely unintentional that they both style their hair to cover the right side of their face, but hey it works out :D

when it was revealed Zone was, in fact, NOT an adult, it was frequently brought up that he looked similar to two Freelancers, York and CT. it made things somewhat awkward between Zone and CT. during PFL (esp b4 the break in) Zone was more shy and stuck with Maine, but still very much a little shithead fucks around and finds out. CT

CT goes on missions with Zone to get her rank up on the leaderboard, but does warm up to him after a bit, and they eventually do form some kind of mother-son bond (even if CT is 5’4 and Zone is 5’8 and she has to look up at him a bit). CT and Zone get closer, and Zone eventually tells her that he doesnt trust the Director, even after hes given him his position as an Agent, and tells her that he sees ghosts in the places he’s been. this makes CT go “oh shit”. CT vaguely mentions what will eventually happen in S10 EP2 (her defecting), but doesnt tell him a lot because he’s still pretty close with a good chunk of Freelancers that would absolutely rat her out.

CT defects to the Insurrection. Zone is in denial because, well yes he was somewhat warned, he didnt expect it- plus his mom just fucking left without a hint**.

during the planning of the shipyard mission, he was interrogated by the Director and Counselor to see if CT has told him anything (she hadnt). he wasnt allowed to go on the shipyard mission due to the fact that he would have either joined CT or would let her and the Insurrection Leader to escape.

Zone finds out that Connecticut died. he does not interact with anyone other than Maine and Sigma and blames the Director fully for CT’s death. break-in comes, and Sigma requests Arizona to stay with him and Maine until he successfully gets ahold of Iota and Eta.

(quick note AZ hasnt aged much bc he fucked-around-and-found-out with Wyoming after taking on the Variagrade title, going after Gamma. he got smacked and Wyoming used his damaged-from-an-ambush time distortion and got him stuck as a teenager. he hates it.)

CT’s ghost eventually finds Zone, who reacts with a multitude of emotions, mainly anger and sadness. he was mad she hasnt found him any time before he was the Variagrade, sad that she hadn’t found him until now, yet happy that she had found him. he lets her stay around him, but is a bit resentful, and tries not to show it.

fun bonus fact: CT used to help cut Zone’s hair during PFL . it got longer after she died and during his time with the Meta. Donut, another ghost-seer, currently helps him with tips from CT.

from Zone's toyhouse: C.T. was wary of Arizona at first, but eventually started warming up to him after they began going on missions with each other. C.T. and Zone formed a mother-son relationship, and ended up sharing the idea of bad the Director was. Zone was in denial when she defected, then when C.T. dies, he doesn't interact with anyone other than Maine and Sigma, fully blaming the Director for Connecticut's death.

*AZ, Wash, Donut, and a few other characters can see ghosts. wash spec bc he seems like he doesnt believe in ghosts >:)

**CT knew Maine and other Agents that Arizona was close to would most likely come to hunt them down twice as much, especially with Zone’s enhancements and his status as the resident homicidal teen

PERSONALITY TIME. k. so Agent Arizona B here is a bit emotionally underdeveloped. he doesnt remember anything before the Labyrinth Archives- he lived there for a couple of years at least, which only had worker robots and the occasional hostile pest- and had to relearn some things. he’s introverted, shy (he was WAY more shy during PFL, but slowly gained confidence), and aggressive, especially after the Meta. he was often compared to the (then MIA, but announced KIA) former Agent Arizona by the Director and a few other Freelancers.

he’s self-destructive, stubborn, and a perfectionist. he’s also willing to change, as he joins the Red Team on Chorus and sees himself relaxing more before joining the Rebels. he can go from calmly reading to racing someone if he feels up for it. he’s sarcastic, sassy, and kind of an asshole, but he means well. he’s fairly vengeful, and gets quiet when he’s super mad. on some Freelancer missions where he was particlarly pissed so he said fuck it we ball and managed to get shot but complete the missions (still got points deducted for recklessness; he calls it blind courage)

1. Probably going to change their species a bit, probably a pegasus or Maybe a kelpie? Maybe just a merhorse? Don't have much personality wise, just a old horse/some kind of equine that lives by themselves in an swamp/marshland. [have to choose which] (Shades and Shadows)

2. A mershark, tends to spend most of his time in the deep ocean [mermaids in this universe can switch between legs and an tail and between lungs and gills, most mermaids tend to spend almost half/half on land and in the ocean]. However when he is on land he almost always goes to the restaurant mentioned in 3s info so has got to know is friends with them both.  (Explosive Dusk)

3. One of the most frequent visitors of the local library, massive lover of marine biology [as well as microbiology], is the type of person to have alot of biology fun facts to give out,  currently studying to be an Marine Biologist and works part time at her girlfriend's parents beachside restaurant. 4. Bug/Horse hybrid? [Was an lab creation]. Not sure on specifics of species as I do like the idea of bughorses but worried about making them too similar to mlp neon changelings [which I do like alot but don't want to just copy]. She is an scientist [botanist] herself and she makes a bunch of cool plants [like walking venus fly traps, glowing floating roses etc]. (Shades and Shadows)

Wanted to have nicer art of Craft and Meghan so I could make toyhouse profiles for them. [Changed Craft's hair a bit] Really like how this came out but probs just going to draw very sketchy art for a bit after this as this was tiring [or at least physically I have been 100% sh/t for the two past days so this was tiring for me right now]. and yes I actually drew proper hands for once, using my own hands as reference. to dead to say anything about the character right now sorry or anything of otherwise real substance.

More of the usual slight redesigns of characters [make the colours a bit more saturated]. They have alot of forms they like taking and generally like long worm like or just a slime looking type forms. They are an apple farmer. That's all I have to say uh.

Literally just an digital version [though I guess chibified] of the only other drawing I have of them, drawing has been very hard lately, idk maybe I think a new mouse, maybe my wrist is messed up, maybe physically im just not doing well generally. maybe its just to hot and shit. Desert robot, idk if sand corrodes metal, but I guess you would some type of clothes just so you dont get sand all stuck to you and also metal gets hot doesnt it so if you are a robot like a walking computer ish you woundt want to overheat to much or you wouldnt be able to mentally function much.

Need to have some more bird characters, particularly crows and pigeons [and maybe some plague doctor style characters]. Pigeons are really cool birds, and always have very nice colours. Originally was going to go with arm wings rather than separate wings and arms that are in the same style as there legs.

Just a little doodle [Not the happiest with how this came out] Dangles [what the above character is] can't naturally have hair [as in head hair like humans] but can have hair by using wigs or magic. The background is meant to be a specific place, though I need to uh think more of how it is meant to look and flesh it out I guess. The above character is unnamed currently. Wonder what they are doing in this strange place?

Design on the left [blue one] was adopted from https://toyhou.se/Badvibez and designed by https://toyhou.se/jaspering, changed their design a bit [and although I'm not 100% sure what their original species was I don't think they were originally a wolf]. Also changed sparklepaw's [temp name for one on the right] design a bit. Wanted to draw something cute and simple so here are sparklewolf girlfriends. Like the way this came out alot, especially how colourful this is.

Only had the design of their head figured out last time I drew him but now have the whole design figured out. Also they are now named Nyapolitan! [originally named them Neopolitan as I go by Neo but I think I like this better, plus its a pun : D and also its just a one letter difference from Neapolitan].

Title: Ghoul Dog Concept Design As soon as I finished this I had a new design idea for them in mind, oh well I will get that down and out my head soon enough. Maybe later today, got a very sudden artistic motivation boost, which is odd as before yesterday the last time I drew was the on new years. "Ghoul Dog" is a placeholder for the species name as not all of them will be dog like. Might just call them Spoke [Ghosts in afrikaans], though not sure. Though probably will be an afrikaans word as the species name as I have some other related species that also have afrikaans words as species names.

Cassidy and Casanova are now personal ocs rather than my fursona and sona. Just don't feel as connected to them anymore, though I have been brainstorming a new "sona" [more a mascot really] and went for a neapolitan ice-cream themed shapeshifter named Neopolitan [This is their cat form!] [Neo as I mostly have been vibing with the name Neo lately]. This icon may be a temp one as most of my socials don't allow gif icons [like tumblr], but not sure.

reason / meaning behind OCs name

i participated a thread on toyhouse earlier that question "explain the story behind your ocs name" aaand i want to write it more throughly here too.

Darlene

When i was writing her in early development. She was unnamed yet, she's a typical woman with the habit of using various pet names toward others. She says "oh dear," frequently and address her children or husband with "honey, sweetheart, darlings" etc.

I empty-headedly calls her Darlene—something that sounded similar to darling. It had became her name now ; v ; <3

George

okay so the name "George" randomly sticks in my brain when I saw his visual. I feel it resonated with him. So i just go with it without much thinking~ Then I remembered that name came from the classic movie Back to The Future, George Mcfly. I was like.. oh..! OHH..?!?! These two are similarly boyfailures who were fortunate enough to meet their true love after falling from a tree or fences! Haha. (ps. editing this gif outta the movie clip makes me nostalgic, i'm going to rewatch this movie sometime soon :D)

Allen and Frey

's names were randomly picked. No special meaning behind it, wasn't expecting i would be greatly attached to them.....i used to regret on how poorly they were named.. sadly I figured out it's too late to change their names LOL (Unless i extremely changing my mind in the future)

However i coped by giving middle + last names that i like for them and accepted it just fine now! Additionally they share similarly AL in their names...(which has become an advantage for their story ;) they noticed each other presences in class because their names are next to each other on the student list hehe)

Allen Gracelaine (fullname)

I found the word "Elaine" on google that means bright, sunray, shining light. I LOVE IT SO MUCH. Allen Elaine funnily rhymes with each other, but its too short. So I mashed it with the word "Grace", its second alternative that i liked for Allen.

Bam! → Gracelaine. If you put together, Allen Gracelaine could be roughly translated as a rock that shine brightly with gracefulness.💛 I really love her name... Tho im not sure if she has a family name included. It might have some connection to her family background that yet to be revealed.

the jaiden siblings

As Frey was previously explained above, 'Mika' was also randomly popped out in my head, I think its cute! When I brainstormed for the jaiden siblings full names. I browsed through "christian baby names list" on google..... until i can find something that resonated with them LOL.

Michaella was fitting for Mika's fullname. I like how Rafael rhymed with Alfrey, as if they were reversed. Suitable for brothers who are twins.

By the way, I feel like if Alfrey wasn't named Alfrey, i'd call him "Nathaniel" ... i decided to put it as his middle name. The rest of his siblings' mid name are still wip tho X9

BONUS : Waffle the dog

I... dont quite remember why i named him Waffle exactly. Pretty much randomly thinking food names that matched him. But in the story, he does have a reasoning of the name. In his profile, it's written ;

Puppy Waffle used to sit watching mom cook every morning, making him smell like breakfast. For the most part, it'd be waffles. :)

i think thats all i could write for allen & co. casts for now. The rest of side characters' name are mostly randomly picked, not yet published for public even. Will update it once i have new characters with established design.

I've written the PABears as well, but I might.....just post it separately because ;) it turned out even longer and its better if i make a specific post.

footnoote : i rly need to find a title / name for allen's universe for easier tagging aeguhgegh for now i'll just write #hapimi for the general topic
