🎀 Normally I'm super cranky in the morning because I'm not exactly a morning person plus I wake up in a loud, yelling household so ofc, instantly I'm waken up in little space. Luckily, mornings are top tier meant for relaxation sessions when over stimulated:

🧸 After using the bathroom, because I have siblings and my parents go to work in the mornings I always have to hurry with my self care, brushing my teeth while dancing in the mirror and taking a nice warm bath always cheers me up in little space and just in general (so relaxing truly 😍)

🧸 When I have it, I try to wear dresses mostly if I find any to wear around the house or some of my most softest clothes, I'm not exactly a sock person with my attire but if I can find my fuzzy/fluffy soft socks then I will wear them (i have these white ones and they are so soft and comfy on my feet)

🧸 Normally in the morning I'm cleaning up and I find myself spacing out often so I always make sure to daydream about happy things (💥my mind can go negative pretty quickly so I always make sure when in little I make sure to think as happy as possible💥)

🧸 After that the rest of the morning towards the afternoon I'm either laying down hand scrolling through my phone because I'm out of little space or if im not or feel scared that I'll go back then I always hug my pillow like you would a teddy bear to keep me calm (I feel this is a little more enjoyable for me then when i am fidgeting with my fingers it's like stimming for me)

🎀Night Routine🎀

🎀 Nighttime I tend to be most awake and not that much in little space anymore. But it's also the most time I spend looking at pretty photos and talking to my friends which will put me in little space so normally what I do is:

🧸 At night I'm the one who has to cook unless my mom is doing something so it's always fun for me (if I'm not interrupted ofc)

(BONUS:to make cooking more fun imagine your on a cooking/baking cartoon its so nice and calming)

🧸 I make sure to take a warm bath because during the afternoon I'm normally drained from all the energy I've been around and it can make me both sleepy and irritated especially if if one of those days where I really went little but I couldn't show it due to the environment

🧸 For bedtime, I try getting as comfy as possible and snuggle in my blanket while watching movies on my TV or phone

🧸 Because I stay up longer at night listening to music is super helpful for me or I'd talk myself to sleep when needed

When I'm little I definitely try to make it as non noticeable as possible because I don't want people to notice it and start asking questions that trigger it more so sometimes my routine may change, not having a caregiver doesn't make it any easier either since I find myself most vulnerable in my little state which scares me because I know anything can hurt me deeply when like this, but with practice and soothing techniques I'm always able to keep my cool when needed but I just want you guys to know; it's totally OK if sometimes being little makes you feel stuff 1000 times harder or your having a hard time with the world don't let anyone make you feel like your feelings are bad or overdramatic not everyone is perfect and everyone has been a little dramatic at least once so don't feel terrible about that at all, everyone process and let's out there emotions different so never feel ashamed for how you release them (ofc unless it is really bad such as self harm or self harming thoughts I definitely advice and advocate for you to talk to someone you trust if you do get to that point and/or seek professional help immediately if you ever get to that point, everyone deserves to live life to the fullest and be happy and so do you!

in terms of a confession, my opinion on that changes a lot. i think generally what i've settled on is the idea that they never really officially confess (i.e. have an "i-i like you!!" kind of moment lmao). it's more like over time they just get closer and eventually it morphs into a romantic relationship without ever having a moment where it officially becomes one lol.

i drafted up a very overdramatic fic a couple days ago which is probably the closest thing they would have to a confession scene.

a quick summary of it is that jevil has realised that he's Catching Feelings for spamton and he can't rlly handle it bc having feelings means he cares abt somebody. and that's very hard for him bc he knows the world he lives in is a game and could be destroyed at any moment and he's previously seen himself as being above it all (like "hehehehe im an epic murder clown who never takes everything seriously and i know everything and care abt nobody" kind of shtick) and viewed feelings as sort of a weakness?? so once he realises he's getting gay for spamton he isolates himself and tries to avoid him to make the feelings go away bc he doesn't want to let himself be vulnerable like that. spamton notices though and seeks him out on purpose and jevil's facade breaks down very quickly and he tells spamton abt how he's scared to lose him etc. spamton responds by reassuring him that he won't go anywhere blah blah blah and they end up having a lil kissy moment.

it's kind of a confession, at the very least it's the point where they both realise there are like. mutual romantic feelings goin on. even after that though they aren't rlly officially in a relationship. they just get more comfortable with each other over time and have a few more moments like that and it sorta just happens.

i think although i can imagine jevil flirting with/teasing spamton a lot, he's not very good with actual serious romantic stuff or making actual moves. spamton would be the one to initiate a lot of it i think. it would definitely be awkward at times at first bc spamton is still affected by his "bigshot" era and initially feels like he has to impress jevil and show off to him. he realises pretty quickly though that jevil doesn't care one bit abt anything like that though and would rather like. go to mcdonalds or play mini golf than going on some fancy schmancy dinner date somewhere lol. eventually spamton starts letting himself relax and show his true personality around jevil without feeling pressure on him to be somebody else, and in return jevil becomes more honest and starts allowing himself to feel emotions, even though that can be painful for him sometimes

sorry this ended up being rlly rambly but! yeah! i don't think either of them really uses words as a love language so a confession would be much more of a subtle physical thing. like holding hands and the other person doesn't pull their hand away, sharing little kisses and hugs, etc. they're show don't tell kinda fellas

Instead of being a shy and serious guy he’d be the overdramatic theatre kid everyone either really loves or really hates.

He’d wear loose shirts that that aren’t completely buttoned up and constantly have the hot, messy I-just-woke-up look and he won’t clean his messes.

Instead of being the one getting Bill (or in this case Will) and Dipper out of violence/trouble and calming their arguments down he would be the devil on your shoulder encouraging it and maybe starting some fights and getting in trouble himself.

He would abuse the power of being Dipper’s (and Will if you’re a poly/multi shipper) boyfriend without hesitating and not be polite or respectful to anyone, including to Dipper.

Except Will. Will would be the exception.

Rev! Wirt would defiantly be the type to keep up with fast-paces songs and knows the entire playlist to his favorite musicals and songs like the back of his hand.

He’s not afraid of challenges, especially drinking or singing contests, because how many lyrics he knows and how high his alcohol tolerance is.

He doesn’t get along with Rev! Pacifica that much because before he started dating Dipper, she would constantly streak his attention from Wirt when Dipper still had a crush on her.

this is probably the first time he's crushing on someone & he absolutely does not have a clue how to go about it. all he knows is stuff he's seen in movies, but those are so overdramatic and cheesy.

hes a mess, afraid he's gonna stutter or forget what hes gonna say, he doesn't wanna make himself look stupid. what if you start thinking he's weird?

when it comes down to confessing... you'd have to be the one to initiate something. unless he's 100% sure you return his feelings, he's not going to confess first. hes too nervous, bless him. doesn't wanna ruin your friendship in case you don't feel the same :( he's willing to stay quiet and keep his feelings to himself if that means you keep being friends. so either make sure you drop hints, or just outright tell him!

because it’s a Tiny Bit widespread within the dream apologists to sort of,, overdramatize stuff like l’manberg hurting him. like they’re not a 100% wrong but if you look at it subjectively you can see some sort of bias going into that sort of thing that makes the character’s mistreatment a bit more blatant and intentional which,, it really wasn’t? and there wasn’t That Much of it either. especially on twitter (tumblr is much better about it) people just jump to conclusions it seems and yeah. since you brought it up i was wondering if you wanted to write a bit about it from your perspective!

we’re kinda from different corners of the fandom but i still notice that once you are too attached to a character you start taking certain evidence and giving it more weight than it actually has. there’s a blurry line between “taking away a character’s humanity” and woobification and it’s extremely difficult to find a balance when said character shows pretty much nothing of his emotional life (e. g. putting up the intimidating villain act in front of only c!tommy, pretty much everything he does making rational sense with no emotional subtext) and a lot of the fandom instantly jumps to one side or the other while it’s like.

we don’t know by far enough to say “he’s traumatized” or “he isn’t traumatized” or “he was villainized and it hurt him” or “l’manberg didn’t affect him at all”

as a very analytical person people constantly jumping to conclusions grinds my gears, but that’s about it for my own view of the situation - sorry for the rambling.

in general i agree with you that both dehumanization and woobification is Bad and i really hope getting Actual Context sorts this out (e. g. him saying he was betrayed by his friends doesn’t mean it wasn’t partially his fault or that they were allowed to leave him, but it also shows that he did care about that happening. mentioning the cat doesn’t mean anything about what happened to c!tommy but it also shows that he did care about what happened to it. it’s just always interesting to get more information about the way he feels because he usually does a very good job at hiding it.) because man.

it’s like being stuck between a rock and a hard place, especially if you also are attached to the character and are expected to automatically agree with everything the people on “your side” say. it just ends up with everyone being mad and the character being mischaracterised overall.

and by woobification, i mean exactly what you’ve already pointed out— the people who will say l’manberg purposely villainized dream, the people who will say wilbur faked his mental illness to manipulate dream, the people who are pretty much always talking about how badly dream was treated by people who were acting only fairly for themselves, usually.

for example people who act like dream was a perfect peacemaker before tommy showed up, or that tommy started most conflict. these are just actual lies that are told by c!dream himself to justify his abuse of tommy, and people fall for them incredibly easily because not a lot of people watched early dsmp and know that truthfully it was chaotic even then, and that dream was chaotic too. not to mention wilbur soot tried very hard to secede peacefully with l’manberg and dream jumped directly into war with no warning. and then people say he was forced into their war when, no, he started it.

theres also people who will say like, dream and sapnap for example are such good friends. i’m sure they cared for each other, but dream on multiple occasions has done horrible things to sapnap with no regard for his feelings (like leading fundy to sapnaps pets during the petwar, leading tommy to sapnaps pets during the other petwar and encouraging him to kill them, handing mars over to tommy to use as leverage against sapnap, etc). george he’s been less awful too but he certainly spoke over him and ignored his feelings enough that george felt hurt. he had places in his hall of attachments for beckerson and mars. george and sapnap were right to walk away from being treated like that.

there’s also what you just said here — “dream puts on a villain persona for tommy”— but honestly he acts like that around quite a few people (example: eret) and it’s usually when he’s revealing crucial info, which leads me and many others to believe that ‘persona’ is actually a more truthful version of him.

there’s the fact that he really isn’t safe for people to be around (or at least he wasn't before the prison) because he was planning to come up with ways to control every single person by stealing and threatening their attachments (some of which were not items but were living animals, or a real breathing person).

and then people will say dream was doing exile to enforce rules, or to keep the peace— when it’s very clear in canon it was a deliberate plan to get tommy on his own and into the prison. (from the way he was framing tommy for multiple crimes, and having sam set up the prison, and kidnapping tommy instead of correctly exiling him, all at the same time).

not even going into how he wants to kill and revive people for fun or make tommy immortal.

it’s just— ignoring all these actual facts and saying “oh he misses his friends, let’s get him some friends now” reminds me of like. when people would put flower crowns on pictures of serial killers. and then, there’s hardly anyone on the server who wasn’t subject to dream’s plans, so there’s absolutely no one i would be okay with him interacting with.

just remembered about the torture thing, and wow i still hate it so much. it’s someone’s sick revenge fantasy twisted into a way to get a manipulative villain sympathy, and it’s just gross to me on every account. i do think dream is traumatized-- just not by l’manberg, which was a conflict he started on his own terms. i would think l’manberg did affect him, because he was scared of losing control.

i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again— my ideal ending for dream would be for him to be sent far away from dsmp to an island full of therapy animals and super strong therapists who have never met him before. and for him to get a shit ton of therapy until he becomes a halfway normal person. and then eventually he could get integrated into society again; but a different one with new people. (although maybe dteam + bbh + puffy can visit him, they might still like him.)

none of the people on the server (who have all been affected by dream) should be burdened with befriending him or rehabilitating him— look how that turned out with sam! sam had a personal grudge towards dream and it ended with the poor dude being tortured every day; and sam himself falling into corruption and literally cutting off his boyfriends arm. like we can all see thats fucking awful right?

no one who was affected by dream should have to deal with him ever again. and contrary to popular belief, that includes a LOT more people then just tommy. dream isn’t just tommy’s antagonist, hes almost everybody’s.

the only person on the server who might also be able to stand to help dream is techno, and that’s from sheer lack of ability to give a shit. but techno is probably THE furthest thing from a good therapist there is lol, and dream needs better then that.

this kind of just ended up being a rant about my thoughts on c!dream, so im so sorry op. especially since it was probably negative for you. i hope you’re doing very well.

i guess in the end it’s true what you said— people will highlight or ignore things based on what characters they like, and it’s especially easy to do in this fandom, where half the content doesn’t even get watched and then we become a big echo chamber of half-truths.

considering dream has hurt so many of the characters i care about, i almost can’t understand how he could be someone’s favorite or comfort character— but he is nonetheless, and it would be unfair of me to be rude about that.

essentially it just bothers me to see someone who was a perpetrator of accurately portrayed abuse and manipulation (using both those words in their actual definitions, not just as random buzzwords lol) being given the flower crown edit effect. especially since he’s hurt the characters i care about a lot.

well. hes not THRILLED about this discovery. But given how often he’s gone, either for work or running from the law, he cant exactly blame you. you have needs he’s clearly not meeting.

he’s pretty tempted to take your batteries away from you for badness. 

he gets a devious idea looking at your toys. He’s offended! how could you replace him with plastic and silicone?! he’s much better than any toy. guess he’ll just have to prove it to you. 

he’ll probably confront you as soon as you get home. something like “been keeping secrets from me?” but like. in a sexy voice, not an angry one. 

He’s obviously a little ticked off but tries to keep it playful. you can definitely expect him to spend the day making it up to you. he’s going to tease you, hes going to ask if you think of him while you use them , maybe even use some of them on you himself but pulling away at the last moment as punishment . if you want relief you’ll have to ask him nicely.

he’d be absolutely speechless if you flipped the script on him. listen he might be 60 but suddenly he’s a teenager again, embarrassed and unable to form coherent sentences in the face of your exuberant confidence. once he gets his footing back however you two are going to be playing hella games. he’s going to want to sext while he’s gone, send you naughty photos and get some back. maybe the toys aren't such a bad thing after all?

he was looking through your things on purpose because he’s a nosy shit. He likes knowing your secrets to mess with you later. He wished he had a camera to record his reaction upon finding THIS secret.sheer unfiltered joy  .He’s for sure recording your reaction to him putting you on blast so you two can laugh about it later.

 he might feel a LITTLE guilty depending on your reaction. if you react badly or really embarrassed he might feel bad for crossing a line and apologise . He’s still a little shit about it but he’s an apologetic little shit. 

all of these riddlers pretend they're the most confident person in the room but , like the others, if you turn your charm and confidence on him, he’ll crumble like a dry sandcastle.

i have tik tok drafts that are literally too painful to watch because they are from a time which i was literally dying mentally and it’s like horrible to see myself in that state but also amazing bc then i compare them and it’s just insane how much i’ve glown up and progressed and kind of found and accepted myself, like my life is NOT PERFECT AT ALL, but i was definitely at rock bottom last year and it’s just really nice to see that i’m making it through yet another winter, but this time without the dead/psycho/disassociating look in my eyes. it doesn’t seem possible that someone could be all of those things at once but i definitely was and i feel like it was just physically rolling off of me. it’s also crazy to think how visible and noticeable the fact that i was literally falling apart was, and how it not only stemmed from the people around me, but that it was also ignored completely. like to me i see just a video or a picture of myself at that time and im shocked, but some people actually saw me and talked to me every day and didn’t even acknowledge my issues. it’s a really important aspect that i need to consider when i think about my old friends and miss them, that they didn’t really care about me. sometimes it really seems like they did, and they seem so fun to be around, and i miss them a lot, but i need to remember that when i was speaking about the issues in my life they were literally ignoring and talking over me. i just cannot emphasize enough the chaos and disgustingness of my mental state at that time, like i was truly rotting away. it was a huge fight every day at every moment. like i wasn’t just fighting to wake up, i was fighting with every second of the day, and every person in my life, including myself. i was high for almost every minute of it too cuz i was so miserable. everything that happened was so horrible and confusing. i was constantly confused. nothing made sense. i thought i was in actual hell multiple times. now i don’t know about how much of this was visible, but there was obviously a lot going on up in the old noggin. now, if my friends literally just didn’t notice, they did not care or give a fuck about me. if they literally were ignoring my 8 month long depressive/psychotic episode, they are literal shitbags for not caring enough to say something. either way, they are shitbags. they always have, and always will be, dirtbag scum for they say they acted about my mental issues. i’m not saying that they’re responsible because of their lack of involvement, but as my literal lifelong best friends, they should’ve AT LEAST FUCKING ACKNOWLEDGED IT.
