MASSIVE WARNING FOR II 17 SPOILERS ++ INANIMATE INSANITY THEORY ++ ADAM KATZ TWITTER CODE SOLVING !!

i am holding onto way more hope than i should, however, this is a stray theory of mine that im holding onto for said hopes sake.

to those who haven't watched ii 17 yet, PLEASE keep scrolling. i mention just about everything that happened in the episode, and im basically reviewing it at the start. the episode is so much better without any spoilers!!

so, inanimate insanity 17. if you don't wanna hear me blabber on and on about the episode, scroll to the other big text. otherwise i am RANTING i need an outlet. 3:

inanimate insanity 17 was a rodeo. me and my partner had a few straggling theories before we watched it, and a few of them were true. knife did indeed punch cobs, they really did fight, everyone that heard was disappointed to find out they were made by mephone 4.

starting with the majority of the opening sequence, going from memory here, knife's desperation? ow. suitcase's new found paranoia? OW. them doing everything to find out what was wrong was so bittersweet, because you can just tell that they don't know how to stop it and are holding onto to random theories and hope.

nearing more of the middle section, i completely forgot that bow could possess people. made me giggle a bit tbh….. besides that, I HATE COBS HE MANIPULATED MY BABY, TOILET. ☹️ the admission of guilt from mephone 4, only to realize his apology could never speak loud enough almost killed me. lightbulb, fan, and test tube, all dead. the bright lights poly. when toilet told mepad that he understood it wasn't a competition anymore? and when cobs pulled off toilet and begun killing everyone? jesus christ dude (also im a little sad at the lack of extra pronunciation on "your" when paper yelled at salt saying "hes not your boyfriend" as a payjay shipper but....)

more on the end side, the fight convinced me for a damn while. it doesn't make sense to me how one single throw got knife extremely scuffed and chipped, but it's finneee, it's show logic!! :3 anygays. the main painful time. the pull of the plug, prompting toilet to call himself "the best assistant", the way knife put his hand on suitcase to comfort her, the way cobs SACRIFICED MEPHONE X??? dude this show is gonna make me go bonkers.

last but not least, "the show is over," and mephone 4 has no choice but to go back "home" with cobs. ow.

there are still so many questions. the eggs helped power everything, but were they fake? how did mephone 4 find the land he built inanimate insanity on? obviously it isn't fake, he's still sitting on it at the end of the episode. where's 3gs? what about mepad? was mepad made up? too much to answer with too little information.

overall, what a painful episode. it seems like the end, right? wrong.

inanimate insanity is not over. we are getting ii18.

at least, thats my theory. average movie length spans 1½ hours to 2½ hours. us inanimate insanity fans were told that this finale would be as long as a movie. right now, we are only at an hour. i dont remember the last time i watched a movie that was only an hour. they're out there, yes, but i doubt the creators would pray on very short movies to support their angst.

adam katz's teasing on twitter / x, saying that mephone x was after him, only for his account to be seemingly gone or empty? there's no way adam simply quit twitter because he ended his line of work. it's a thing that happens, but i dont think this is that. most of adam's characters in the show died before the plug was pulled. is that a direct reference? i don't know.

as of october 15th, adam seemingly returned to twitter, but instead as the robot from ii17. why would they bring him back suddenly, why would they make this teaser? there's no real, legitimate explanation in my eyes... other than them maybe just wanting to torture us. that, however, is not the point.

continuing on adam robot twitter thing, on his twitter / x profile / status, (idk what it's called i don't use twitter / x,) it says, "Loading a large amount of files... / Estimated wait tim: 2880 minutes, 0 seconds". that directly translates to two days. we're heavily likely to get the true final episode or the trailer of such of ii2 in 2 days.

update for the above. on october 18th, around 3pm EST, a code to decipher was posted. someone in the comments of the twitter / x post said that it was "you seek to know the true reason for such a tragic second season if you decide you want to show more there may be something to restore see .com/insert code". we, the viewers might be bringing the show back.

season one and season three's final episodes ended with a "the end". ii17 did not have this end card. this seems like a very crucial thing that they couldn't just "leave out". after all, why on the most important finale of all of the finales so far, would they leave out saying "the end"? if it's truly the end, they wouldn't leave it with a black screen and a sobbing community. (the last part, maybe, but not the first part.....)

both season one ended with 18 episodes, and season three ended with 19 episodes. season two seems to almost be ending on episode 17. this could go either way, with season two ending with a pattern of 17-18-19, OR, if we're really lucky, 18-19-20. (or we just get an extra 18 or smth idk)

there is a reason why this is only a stray theory of mine. only 6 days before the release of ii17, adam katz and brian koch were saying their thank you's and goodbye's to the inanimate insanity community. it feels like the end of this show is near, if not sadly over now.

overall, i still have hope. but this wont be clear until we either see a ii18 trailer or we dont. i will regularly update this with new information as it gets found by me and my partner. goodbye for now, inanimate insanity community, and good luck.

connecting to that, more hints have already been found. there was a code on cabby's wiki that is decoded to “You want the second key word? These pages are your answer. however, i do know one thing. it's been solved, and my theory was proven true.

Sword x Reader x Rocket

yay polyamorous time, im questioning if im poly and my sister just straight up is so coolio, so should be accurate, im also a swocket shipper, but this is a x reader blog so the only shipping that will occur is poly self shipping :]

- Getting with one of your friends was unexpected, getting with two of your friends who were already dating was even more unexpected

- They were both so sweet about it, they had thoroughly discussed it before hand and all three of you gave each other equal amounts of attention and affection, like Sword wrapping his wings (hc) around both of you, one on each side, or Rocket laying across the both of you, legs on one head in the other, before swapping to get his head pet by both of you equally

- It was an adjustment to figure out how to go about certain couple-y things though, you found that if you all wanted to sleep in the same bed it couldn’t be Rocket’s his was too small so it would have to be yours or Sword’s, and with that Sword had to be big spoon due to his wings so that left you and Rocket to choose who was little spoon and who was medium spoon on any given night

- Kissing was also something that led to confusion and experimentation, onetime you tried to all kiss at the same time, you ended up getting a bloody nose, Rocket loosing his shit laughing and Sword helping you by giving you tissues and telling Rocket to calm down, you guys just decided on two of you kiss, then two of you, then the last two, maybe more time consuming but less risk of injury

- Speaking of Rocket would purposely ‘miss place’ his leg so you two would carry him somewhere, like to the living room or to whoever’s bedroom, while one of you could do it by yourself, or maybe just Sword, he always insisted the both of you carry him, going ‘woe is me’ you two would roll your eyes but go it nonetheless

- You and Rocket would help Sword preen his wings, one of you gets one wing the other takes the other, you carefully go through his feathers while you all chat, you can also afterwards see Sword itching to do the same but since neither of you have wings he can’t, but his semi-bird brain wants to preen you in appreciation for preening him

- You guys all get plenty of one on one time though, you and Sword going out for dinner, Rocket inviting you over to play video games, Sword and Rocket training together, you all know you don’t have to do everything with all three of you, and sometimes you need some time with just one of you, or even some alone time since having two partners can be a little more tiring sometimes

- If two of you go out on a date for food and bring back leftovers, whoever wasn’t on said date can and will eat the leftovers, Sword does so after asking, and Rocket gets mad if neither of you bring back any leftovers for him to eat, so you and Sword learned to leave a little bit of food so you don’t have to deal with a huffy Rocket that can and will throw his bionic arm at you in retaliation

- You guys definitely have sleepovers, like full on teen girl movie sleepovers with nail painting, face masks, gossip, prank calls, it’s all so silly and unserious but all three of you adore them, Sword surprisingly is amazing at nail painting and Rocket can absolutely slay in some makeup, you all laugh and then fall asleep in each others arms, you probably wake up sore because you fell asleep in awkward positions but oh well

- You made the three of you matching lockets that contain the other two’s pictures, both thought it was the sweetest thing and you guys almost never take them off unless showering or think it might get damaged like in phights, which you cheer on Rocket and Sword if your not a phighter, if you are you guys make some goofy trio moves and accidentally distract each other during the matches

Can you rate all TSAMS Sun ships?

im gonna be careful with this one so im gonna try and avoid the ships that might be/are "incestuous" since i quite enjoy having friends and staying out of drama. once more ill probably forget some character so i apologize </3 (last post i fucking forgot dark sun im so sorry augh). also leaving out poly ships bc, again, this would go on Forever. AND ALSO same as before, the lower the rating the less i ship it and it isnt about me "disliking" it but rather not personally enjoying it

sun/eclipse - 10/10 - there is soooo much flexibility with this ship istg. probably why i always come back to it lol. it can be toxic, abusive, fluffy, enemies to lovers, fix-it, etc. *slaps suneclipse* you can fit so many dynamics in this bad boy

sun/solar - 10/10 - its on equal footing with sun/eclipse especially bc its the first ship i had in this fandom (tho i was very shy </3) cuz its just. ITS SO GOOD! its wonderful hurt/comfort and helping each other heal from the past they had with different versions of the other while also acknowledging that they arent the same and thats what makes them Better

sun/dark sun - 9/10 - do i just like selfcest? yes. yes i do. i think dark sun should let sun go apeshit and they take over the world while holding hands and kissing send post

sun/sunbeam - 8/10 - something something learning from an alternate/older version of yourself. i feel like sun would be able to guide sunbeam through a lot of things bc he understands sunbeam in a way others cant. or maybe i just like selfcest-

The classic fournets is probably my favorite, i like that theyre all in love and together and happy. I like the inclusion of Seth for totheark reasons, and sometimes the bridge of Alex with Amy connecting to Sarah and Jess, but at times that makes my mind too complicated fjdjd.

I also really like occasional smaller groups of three. My partner roleplays as Seth a lot- started as a coincidental side character back when they only played Tim, but then when we made stuff more serious and they took on Brian too, Seth just sort of naturally fell into place. He’s become a super fully fleshed out character to the both of us, and just really naturally fits in with the other four guys. I know some people find it annoying when Seth gets treated like a big character when he was only in three entries and think it can be mysogonistic that the lady characters dont get the same treatment, and while I see where they’re coming from, I have no issue with making the lady characters equally fleshed out and important, and so I enjoy doing the same with Seth :3 i just like gay people more than straight and i dont often put the girls and guys together unless im in the mood for it lmao

Ive written fic and stuff about Amy and Alex before, so i do enjoy them, but I havent played with them much on the poly side of things. I bet it would be fun tho! I have an rp going on where Sarah is dating Brian, and Brian is dating Alex, and Alex is dating Tim, and that sort of extended line of a polycule has been SUPER fun! I’d say I really like Brian and Sarah together for sure, and would probably pair them up a lot more.

Being a multi shipper is awesome. Being an actual polyamorous person who likes multi shipping is more awesome. Shanks — as of rn i dont influence the story tbh...... we'll have to re-address this in a decade when we get more red-haired pirates and after shanks dies KJHSDFJKHB but for now im just kinda lingering whenever theres rhp moments. my first appearance is the luffy wanted poster scene and i make a lil comment to mihawk (smthn like "always lovely to see you hawk-eyes" yk ambiguous enough), then im in the bg during the bit where rockstar calls shanks, im missing during marineford and then i show up during whitebeard/ace's funeral and im consistently w the red-haired pirates from then on. during the wano bit i finally get another line agreeing w lime juice after he mentions barto, then a passing goodbye to marco. im shown towards the side of the bar scene in elbaf reading a book and then im in the big wide-shot as theyre approaching the red force; the one "big" change is that im the one who hands the info on kidd off to shanks (bc that is Technically my official job as communications officer) and hongo and i have a tiny exchange. oda also talks abt me a bit in an sbs, he says im the only officer who hasnt met luffy and mentions im from a new world island, n says i joined the crew five yrs prior to the present

Kuroo — another one where i have minimal impact on the canon LOL but he and i r coworkers to lovers soooooo i only show up at the very end!!! i think im a recurring character in the final timeskip match chapters, i appear four or five times w the final time being w kuroo's appearance and described as his colleague. maybe later on theres an extra sketch of us grabbing a drink in our work uniforms and it sparks hella shippers

💞: Aside from with your f/o, who else would you commonly be shipped with? Why?

Shanks — i think any of the other red-haired officers is common but lime juice is the go-to for me simply bc of that one interaction in wano LMFAOOOOOOOO and then hongo later on for the elbaf interaction pfft. beckman is also a regular name in a "pair the spares" sense but icl i dont think hes ever spoken to me in canon (simply bc i do not have much screentime) & mihawk is also Somewhat up there again be of my one line. OH AND MARCO..... i think when he leaves the ship after wano he passes me and does an ambiguous hug/hand to the arm thing that has ppl like wtf was that 🫣

Kuroo — i think kenma bc im shown in the bg of a few of his shots!!! and i think theres a panel or two of me interacting w ushijima so theres a few instances of that...... theres like one super dedicated crackshipper of me and iwa LOL

Shanks — ohhhh a mix.... i think whenever im involved its either relatively low-key fluff or a super in-depth character deep-dive. im often used as a catalyst for mishanks or shuggy or any manner of other m/m ships tho which means ig its angst for shuvi 😔

Kuroo — def fluff, but also a bit of angst. in a similar light a lot of fics im in have me being a catalyst specifically for kuroken, and there r probs just as many poly fics as there are of just me n kuroo, but by n large the Actual shipfics are cutesy work romance vibes

💌: How would your dynamic be portrayed? What might people focus on most? Any misconceptions?

Shanks — honestly the dynamic is varying bc theres just not much content of me or us interacting as of yet, just the tiniest bit of banter and then a very professional back n forth. shanks tends to be portrayed as Down Bad in ships so i think that is accurate, but i do think people generally overemphasize the captain/subordinate thing and a lot of the nuance wrt the nature of my joining the crew is not considered fully until my full backstory is discussed

Kuroo — sjhdfusbfv fuckboy kuroo my beloathed....... but i feel its not That bad. idk our dynamic is soooo Normal obvi its a v subtle ship/only vaguely hinted at so the specifics of our strangers-to-friends-to-lovers slow burn is not known,,,,,, i think generally the dynamic is far faster and not drawn out in fanon. people focus more on the working together, boss/secretary vibe (when i rlly quit my job right as we get together rip) and write us as having a very nuclear family i think.

To answer your question, yeah I'm kinda a multi shipper to be honest, oakworthy (hermiexnormal) gothcleats (scaryxlink), swiftli (linkxtaylor) and kickworthy (linkxhermie) are some of my faves. (Yes I mostly ship link ships, he's cool okay).

Im not big on scaryxtaylor, hermiexscary or normalxscary (escpecially the last one, unless its like all teens in a poly relashonship, cause i just see those as platonic mostly, or in scaryxhermie case very one sided). Polywagon is great, scarica is fun (scaryxerika), honestly most saphic Scary ships (like with margarita or hero are intresting), not big on any d00d ships tbh, they just feel too imature to be. I think im open to most ships, and am not a hater of any (unless like incest or parent-guardian/child are involved), althought as i said im not a fan of a few.

picking a favorite ship is so hard, because im a multishipper and real big on leaving my options open so that i have the most opportunity in any given story!! like, brudick and sladick are both ones i love for dark stories, but they each give such different angles and paths that you can take. all combinations of robins are dear to me for different reasons. and even within the context of one ship, i can usually come up with a lot of different directions that they can go it!!

i can't even say "X is my favorite for Y types of stories" because with a good pairing theres so much you can do with a variety of types of stories!! so. def cant pick a favorite, but i can list some that i like! they mostly involve Dick, bc my biases are quite obivious, lol.

Dick ships: Bruce, Slade, Talia, Slade/Talia, Tim, Jason, Steph, Damian (but it depends a lot on context, i see Dick as being very careful about not taking advantage), any poly robins combo, Slade/Rose, Tara

other ships: Slade/Rose, Slade/Talia, any robins together, Bruce/Talia (but only if Talia is having daddy issues about it), Nyssa/Talia (Nyssa repeatedly kills and revives her to make her understand her anger at Ra's. the rituals. they're intricate i swear-)(but also in arkham knight Nyssa compares her love for Talia to Bruce's explicitly romantic love for Talia and i've never been normal about that), any combo of the Al Ghuls tbh they're so mentally ill about each other

fic ideas!!! i have some shorter ones, like a Blackfire/Robin non-con based on that one scene from tt03, but i kinda wanna take this chance to ramble about my longer ideas!

u may have seen some of these, but i have a series called "days without incident" which is a bunch of shorter than usual fics stringing together random semi canon compliant scenes of Dick being in dangerous sexual situations, which are eventually going to end in a rlly angsty fic of Dick being assaulted and just accepting it. it sounds dark, and it is, but due to the length and format they really just serve as quick writing warm-ups more than anything.

DIDick AU. a friend of mine has been on the receiving end of so many DMs of me fleshing out these alter OCs, to the point that it would feel weird if I didn't write anything for it. the problem is that when I think about it, it all revolves around characters and there's no real plot line to use for it. I could just rant about it, bc figuring out what I want to do for a story about them is really tricky. it's also tough bc it's a teeny bit more personal than I usually go for. do /I/ have DID? unclear. I probably wouldn't tell you either way. anyways, it's an idea i want to more with but it's just more complicated to work on than most others.

suicide fic. "Where The Dead Stay Dead", title in reference to this being in a "Jason Stays Dead AU". i want to take a sort of dark comedy direction, but i have trouble controlling how the tone ends up when I write. Dick tries to kill himself post Jason's death + many other bad times but Slade just happens to pop in to try and bother him that day, and is uh. he doesn't know how to feel about it, the kid dying in front of him, but he drags Dick to a safe house and does some made-up comic book science fuckery to give Dick his healing factor. Dick is not very happy about this when he wakes up. the rest of the story follows an arrangement where Dick searches for a way to perma die and is generally a depressed grumpy bitch about everything, and Slade secretly tries to get him to stop doing that while trying to figure out a way to revive Jason. whichever ends up being easier. a lot of it would probably just be about Slade feeling lost with this "new" version of Dick, as well as the two of them swapping stories about dead loved ones and learning how to mourn.

timcel fic. that was the placeholder title, before i settled on "Nature's Order (As Told From Alpha To Beta)", but i still call it the timcel fic for short <3 the alpha in that title is Ra's, and the beta is Tim. the kick off for the story is that Ra's kidnaps omega Dick to use as a human incubator bc he and Talia had a spat that's left him heir-less, and he kidnaps Tim to make Dick more compliant. it's a really extreme take on "right wing alpha male pipeline, but omegaverse". it's gonna be a lot of bad times for Dick <3 i've talked about it so much with my friend that one time they mentioned basing smth partially off of Nature's Order Tim, and I think that's a good sign that I should really be writing this properly at this point. I have started chapter one! but bc it's gonna be a long one I want to get three chapters done before I start posting, bc having a few extra chapters written will help with my nerves a bit.

i dont know how public ive been about this but im a huge paradise polycule person.

i would make fanfiction for them if i wasnt a coward. it makes sense (the older strawhats are meant to illustrate what life can be for alienated adults and they're validated by bouncing off eachother and creating a whole narrative) and i like it cause they're my favourite characters in the whole series. and i love sexualizing brook. and i love sexualizing nonhumans in general. peak ship choice. i shipped this before it even had an actual name. if i get over writing the pressure of writing the characters i think are better written individually than the eb5 ill give them sloppy inhuman makeouts one day i promise

ace/sanji - compels me, makes sense

im not a big "mlm only wlw only" shipper for this fandom and i feel like that's one of those choices. regardless. i do enjoy this. their one night stand mustve been amazing. i love ace and i love sanji and i love their parallels whats not to like? i love the asl brothers more than i care to mention on this blog and ace is my favourite out of the three. him and whitebeard are absolutely amazing from oda. i think this ship is funny and people who make content for it are funny which is why it gets on my good side
