compared  to  CUPID  IS  DUMB,  JUST  DANCE  received  a  little  less  attention,  yet  the  music  video  still  managed  to  get  more  than  70  MILLION  VIEWS  in  the  first  24  hours! 

during  one  of  the  encore  stages,  VIVA  received  a  lot  of  attention  for  successfully  doing  the  high  note  that  is  originally  TOMIE’s!  netizens  complimented  her  voice  and  asked  if  she’ll  receive  high  notes  in  the  future. 

CHERUBS  got  into  a  bit  of  an  argument  with  ZE_ROSE  due  to  their  song  being  titled  BE  THE  ONE,  which  is  in  ZEROBASEONE’s  greeting.  a  lot  of  the  other  people  who  are  not  in  either  of  those  fandoms  have  said  that  the  argument  is  pointless,  and  they’re  reaching;  that  it  was  all  just  a  coincidence.  the  fights  were  mostly  on  twitter,  so  it  was  easy  for  others  to  miss  out  on  them  or  straight  up  not  even  see  them. 

the  members  confirmed  that  they  all  got  creative  freedom  for  this  album.  CHESKA  said,  “GLOOMY  called  us  all  into  his  studio,  and  he  said  ‘the  album  is  yours.  do  whatever  you  want  with  it’,  so  we  did.  it  was  very  fun  to  have  the  reigns  in  our  hands,  but  also  nerve-wracking.  GLOOMY  still  helped  but  from  the  sidelines,  most  of  it  was  us”.  the  other  girls  confirmed,  saying  it  was  tough  but  felt  satisfied  once  the  album  was  finished.  in  the  end,  ILYMORE  feels  more  special  to  both  the  girls  and  their  fandom.

Oh, okay, a best of... love it! Not sure if these are my top top or my current faves, but we'll go with it.

Funniest: Jordan in 510 is hilarious. Especially when he's like, "Alright, OKAY..." right after Clay threatens Layla, and Layla's like, uhhh what are you doing?

Romantic: the proposal. Nothing I'd change from the setting, the music, the proposal, the acceptance, all of it was just so romantically stunning.

Angsty: ugh, their fight in 416. Perfect scene. Perfect build. Exactly what all of those scenes prior were leading up to.

ST: I think their moments in 418 were WHEW. Like, if we're going with UST.

Passionate: the ily's. holy hell

Heartbreaking: Them sitting against the fridge at 3 in the morning bc Jordan isn't his dad. :( :(

The Moment: I'd say their moment in 210 when he tells her he's meant to be escorting her. I think there were little little hints before that. But once we got that scene, it was inevitable.

Nol is leaving because he thought he's a bad guy, he doesn't deserve his friends and they're better off without him. He's wearing his personal hoodie, indicating it's the real Nolan.

Shinae is looking at Kousuke, searching for the answer of why Nol is leaving them, and wondered when he'll be back. There's a drap of Yeong-Gi's jacket on Shinae's shoulder, meaning Nol left behind his Yeong-Gi persona and it's a mean to protect her. It could also mean that this time, Shinae will become the "new Yeong-Gi" -- it's her time to be the hero Nol needs in his life.

Kousuke just saw Nol leaving, didn't even try to stop him. It's like he's saying, "That's right, keep walking you fool. Just stop befriending everyone, be depressed for all I care. Stop being so bright, stop being a hindrance to get me to Father."

Minhyuk is chatting with Shinae because she's the only person he's familiar with. He also has his back turned on Nol, unaware of Nol's turmoil. (Other interpretation; he's trying to distract Shinae so she won't be too hung up on Nol -- based on his expression towards Nol throughout the night, he's convinced(?) Nol was not a good friend for Shinae, since he brought too much trouble).

Dieter and Soushi, unfortunately, also has their back turned against Nol, blissfully unaware of what Nol is really going through (like, Soushi barely appeared when Nol first fell off the second floor, and Dieter was busy betting his money with Minhyuk). I'm not sure about Soushi's future -- whether he'll stay friends with Nol or not, but since on this pic Dieter doesn't have his back completely turned, it should be easy for him to turn his head, see how Nol is faring, and try to get him back.

Uskoro ogromno povećanje poreza na vikendice. Izračunali smo koliko ćete plaćati

HRVATSKA U novom poreznom paketu Vlada je udovoljila gradovima i općinama koji su već dulje vrijeme tražili da se poveća gornja granica poreza na kuće za odmor. Novi raspon iznosit će od 0,60 do pet eura po četvornom metru korisne površine, a sad je bio od 0,66 do 1,99 eura. Može se očekivati da će većina lokalnih jedinica dignuti porez na maksimalan iznos, što će biti snažan udarac po džepu za vlasnike vikendica i apartmana     Tportal je nedavno pisao o problematici poreza na kuće za odmor. Samo ćemo kratko podsjetiti da se, prema Zakonu o lokalnim porezima, kućom za odmor smatra svaka zgrada, dio zgrade ili stan koji se koristi povremeno ili sezonski.   Znači, glavni kriterij za utvrđivanje statusa kuće za odmor je činjenica da se ta nekretnina koristi povremeno ili sezonski ili ima drugu namjenu. Sukladno tome, kućom za odmor ne smatra se nekretnina koja se koristi cijele godine, i to neovisno o tome koristi li je vlasnik za svoje stanovanje ili je ona u trajnom najmu, kao ni nekretnina pogodna za stanovanje koja se uopće ne koristi.   Još početkom devedesetih godina utvrđen je raspon za oporezivanje vikendica i apartmana od pet do 15 kuna, odnosno od 0,66 do 1,99 eura, te se sve dosad nije mijenjao. Tome je došao kraj u sklopu aktualne porezne reforme. Jedinicama lokalne samouprave Vlada je ukinula prirez, a kako ne bi imale velike financijske gubitke, dopustila im je da same odrede iznos poreza na dohodak. Uz to im je omogućila da povećaju prihode od poreza na vikendice i apartmane dizanjem gornje granice oporezivanja na pet eura.  

Tko podnosi prijavu?

Svaki vlasnik nekretnine koji je, sukladno odredbama Zakona o lokalnim porezima, koristi povremeno ili sezonski treba je prijaviti poreznicima radi utvrđivanja porezne obveze. Podatke o svojoj kući za odmor (mjesto gdje se nalazi i korisnu površinu) mora dostaviti nadležnoj ispostavi Porezne uprave, točnije nadležnom tijelu lokalne samouprave ako ga samo obračunava i naplaćuje, do 31. ožujka godine za koju se utvrđuje porez. Za nepodnošenje prijave s podacima nužnim za utvrđivanje poreza predviđene su novčane kazne za prekršaj u iznosu od 2000 do 25.000 kuna, sukladno članku 56. Zakona o lokalnim porezima. Navedene porezne izmjene stupit će na snagu od 1. siječnja iduće godine, što znači da vlasnike kuća za odmor čekaju veći izdaci. Koliko točno, pokazat ćemo na četiri primjera. Prema dosadašnjem rasponu poreza od 0,66 do 1,99 eura za vikendicu ili apartman od 50 kvadrata, kakve većina ljudi ima, vlasnik je plaćao minimalno 33 eura, a maksimalno 100 eura, ovisno o tome koliko su gradski ili općinski oci bili milostivi. Iduće godine oni sretniji plaćat će 30 eura, a ondje gdje porez bude pet eura, što se može očekivati u većini lokalnih jedinica, vlasnik će morati iskeširati 250 eura na godinu. Za vikendicu ili apartman od 30 kvadrata maksimalni porez iznosi 60 eura godišnje, a iduće godine bit će 150 eura ili čak 110 eura više. Za vikendicu ili apartman od 70 kvadrata sad maksimalni porez iznosi 140 eura godišnje, a iduće godine bit će 350 eura ili čak 210 eura više. Vlasnici kuća za odmor od 100 kvadrata trenutno za porez najviše izdvajaju 200 eura, a prema novoj računici, to će ih na godinu koštati 500 eura - čak 300 eura više nego ove godine.
