So guess who was up and dressed (in actual, day time, people clothes!) for the first time in 16 days?! Yup, ME!! I’m extremely excited about this, even though I was only up and about from 2pm til 8pm... I managed to cook a massive pot of spaghetti bolognese (one meal today, one for tomorrow, and three in the freezer!) and a load of fairy 🧚🏻‍♀️ cakes 🍰, and do a load of dishes (from my own cooking, and the boys cooking before me). I also spent some time hanging out with two of my housemates, Josh and Robbie, which was nice... as much as they can drive me barmy, I’ve missed them! Feeling very proud of myself... it’s only a little thing, but today is a step in the right direction. It’s like my mum always says, one day at a time, one step at a time! However I am knackered now 😴! Also, stress baking/cooking is extremely good for wonky mental health, and I’m feeling much better/happier this evening 😁!
