Oh, yeah- in Phantom Hourglass specifically, (and for the purposes of my post-ph concept) I headcanon him as being a distant descendant of Nabooru.

It's a slightly more recent headcanon? I've been on the fence about it for a while and just a couple months ago decided to actually tack it on as another headcanon.

#i say ph specifically bc ive got a bunch of aus and shit so things change from story to story #linebeck n nabooru being related kinda leans into the (small number of kinda substantial) parallels between them anyways #and in loz there does seem to be the idea of history repeating itself within characters who are related or implied to be related or whateve #plus in post ph (and this seems to be kinda common [?] among some other post ww/ph plot ideas) sages are important again #so eh why not toss in a few descendants or whatever of the oot sages #also in post ph ive kinda given up on linebeck just being some guy. granted hes not just some guy in any of my aus but oh well #in post ph specifically i want a balance between him being some guy but also being important #the balance ive decided on being yes hes important but also oh god why is he important hes the worst option he doesnt want this job #asks #roskii #ill tag this as #linebeck #and #nabooru #but not ph or anything #this is a #post ph #deal so it gets that tag #i think in the early days of post ph i initally had it so he was related to ganondorf but that got cut early on for multiple reasons #loz #legend of zelda

If you are still curious and want to learn more about OCD, you can visit the International OCD Foundation's website. I also recommend this amazing TED ED video "Starving The Monster", which was my first introduction to the disorder and this video by John Green about his own experience with OCD.

The IOCDF's website can also help you find support groups, therapy, and has lots of online guides and resources as well if you or a loved one is struggling with the disorder. It is very comprehensive!
