disclaimer i have a bad memory so i dont remember much of what pearl was like after the timeskip (i played SOJ in august and i didnt get to play the DD dlc where she shows up i think) (i also dont think about SOJ that much) so im going off what little i remember and also making my own stuff up👍! sorry if my pearl lore is off in general

i wanted to make a casual outfit for her eventually because i feel like as she grows and gets more freedom to do things and makes more friends she’d develop more interests outside of spirit channelling. i think she’d still be a spirit medium and stuff but she’d find interests in other things. i also think pearl would spend some time with iris and would visit her sometimes to get to know her , i like the thought of iris teaching her how to braid her hair too! i also think that pearl would like cute accessories a lot , so i gave her some small stuff like hair clips, cute socks and a pearl bracelet(which was a gift from trucy, in my head)

i made these because i dont really like pearl’s timeskip design, it doesnt feel like much effort was put into it. in my frog opinion. and also her having the hair bead (unsure if it has an actual name) on a small strand of hair at the front has always annoyed me i feel like that’d be very annoying for pearl lol .. again none of these r final because im indecisive !! thank u for reading my rambling \(^_^)/

Reason why i think we will get amnesia vi in arcane season 2

• So for people who don’t know, in game vi has amnesia hence why she has no in game voice lines with any of the zaunites she knew (like jinx and ekko etc).

• This then brings me to why i think we will see her develop it in the show.

• When the first trailer/mini trailer came out we saw this scene here ⬇️

• This at first made me think that this was going to be the way they put it into the show as it looked like vi was going to be (accidentally?) hit by caitlyn’s hex bullet, but now that the full trailer is released this is what i think now.

• In the new trailer we see this clip at the very end⬇️

• Now what i’m thinking is that this is 100% the fight scene with jinx so therefore this would make more sense instead of her partner accidentally shoot her, so i think that the explosion in this clip could be similar to the one at silco’s warehouse in season one with the monkey hex thing, and we saw how powerful that was (rip claggor and mylo) so this is why i suspect it to be powerful enough to damage her brain, as i doubt that riot would kill any of their in game characters off giving them this perfect chance to make vi game lore accurate (we can also see this as her hair is longer now just like game vi)

Something people didn’t catch was that in this animation, which is supposed to take place around the time Eddie moved into the neighborhood, he had his mail hat! But, currently, he doesn’t! That’s not because he lost it, Howdy actually stole it! Howdy immediately attempted to scam Eddie when he first arrived, stealing his hat and trying to sell it back to him, but he did not know that Eddie would not give a fuck. Howdy thought Eddie cared way more about his job then he actually does. So, Eddie’s hat is still currently decaying under Howdy’s desk.

All the characters have trauma or something depressing about them… except Julie! I’m not sure why but I just.. never came up with something reasonable for her backstory. I came up with a lot of ideas, but a lot of them seemed to cliche and controversial? Like, one of my ideas was some sort of sex working trauma, but I thought oooh of course you gave the most feminine character the sex working backstory! Another idea was eating disorder trauma, but again, ooh i gave the fem one the ED! The same thing happened with SA trauma, it all just felt so… cliche. And I felt like I would get a lot of backlash if I tried to implement this. So.. im still working on it!

^ originally Franks backstory was going to be completely SA related, but I changed that. Still not spoiling how, though.

^^ also I really liked the sex working idea! Because I think it would be interesting if thats how Eddie and her met. Not that Eddie bought sex from her, but that they like worked together and slowly became friends! Eddie kept her safe n stuff, beat the shit out of ppl that didnt pay yknow? Explored a deeper level of understanding between them

Ive been daydreaming about attempting to make my own little bootleg “play fellow exhibition” not nearly to the extent that Clown did, but just some sort of fake “restored” things! Maybe even fake interviews with those that remember the show! Ive even recorded some lines, of my own voice, of fake voice clips restored from the show. I haven’t had the confidence to post any of them just yet aa. I think my Eddie impression is IMPECCABLE though. Maybe bc I have a southern accent

The number of fingers they have is inconsistent, and that is not lore related! I am just an idiot! You might notice that sometimes they have 5, sometimes they have 4. I.. have no actual reason for this. I literally just.. forget! Im literally currently drawing a piece with Julie and Sally where they both have 5 fingers. Why?? Bc the reference I used was of two human girls so!! Just wanted to put it out there, that is not on purpose

I hide a lot of secrets in my art. Bc its fun. If you ever see something in my art thats a little too dark, feel free to up the brightness and see what you find. Does something sort of look like Morse code? Feel free to try it out! I’ll give you a hint, I have used both of these techniques to hide secrets in my art already. The Morse code one is really hard to find, though, so props to you if you find it!

I like to think that the AU’s show is like Rick and Morty. It started out this comedic, very clearly adult-humored show, but slowly the characters had lore! People started watching not for the humor but for the interesting characters. Like when Rick was revealed to have a depressing story with his wife and all that, it was the same as when ppl first found out about Frank’s strange amnesia and PTSD. Like “?? Who put lore in my funny adult comedy??” Yknow what i mean

^ i like to think there was some mind-bending moment where it was revealed Frank doesnt remember anything about his childhood and everyone watching was like :O

Originally in the show, (like season one), the characters were the way they are to make fun of those things. Confusing, but what i mean is that Poppy was a trans woman to make fun of trans people, Eddie and Frank were to make jokes about gay ppl, etc. but SIKE once the show got more seasons and got lift off they became actual characters instead of just jokes! The creators just wanted to make ppl love the show before they made the gay characters actually have personalities, so they couldn’t get cancelled prematurely! HA SUCKERS!!

So it’s sort of a combination of both of those. I thought up the fic idea, then sat down and watched clips of Alex Brightman’s performance (and a few of the others musical BJ actors of course) to try to really get a good handle on the character. I’ve always headcanoned Beetlejuice as autistic because. Look at him. And non-binary because demons probably have a different grasp on gender than us! His mood ring hair color has been charted out since the start, of course. While plotting out the fic in its entirety, including through part 3, I really pondered why he’s Like That. I ended up putting a lot of my personal experiences (coughtraumacough) into him, since I obviously know how to write from the perspective of someone with those experiences, and I really wanted him to feel as real of a (not) person as possible.

I had to figure out demon lore right away, of course, and how that impacted Beetlejuice, because I love LOVE world building/species creation. And I wanted to have there be more to his past, since he’s thousands of years old and probably has a lot of Lore, so I plotted out characters and experiences from his past and made sure to reference them when considering how he reacts and speaks!

The rest really came to me as a wrote, like his horns and legs when I wanted to make sure he was very obviously not human at his core, and to help create a cool thematic through-line of sheep/lambs and wolves and such. Some things were added for jokes, some things were thought up too late to add in, and will probably be added in the post-mortem rewrite!

chaos infinity while refering to the black sea could also be an undersea thing, what with the leviathins (nobody else remember how the pearl shard gillion has came from one? and how the pearl was never supposed to even see the light of day probs let alone be in some cat mans evil base? just me?)

while i wanna say aster mythborne aeiliana shes not real here so she cant be garden giant

BUT we do have a known leviathin(? could just be a dragon turtle) named duke who has plant shit and is controlled by a gollieth

it could apply that the "nameless prince" could refer to someone "unnamed" who holds power like that prince from edison kingdom or smth

it could also reference marshal jon, who's canon first name has been forgotten and canon last name is jon

fallen grizzly redraw! I got inspired and felt like redrawing the old one I made back in January 2021:

yeah,,, the backgrounds on both aren't the best but honestly I think the fact that grizzly is bigger in the redraw just makes the blocky shapes okay since he covers most of it lol

there's also details that got cut off by other aspects like a small cut + earring on his right ear, his wings are clipped (I did take a pic of that: )

I was going to go with the bat ish like wings again like in the og drawing, but honestly I didn't really like them so I went with the "fallen angel" type thing and had them appear clipped (so in lore/theory you could say the other three clipped his wings before sending him down to hell/the nether habfk)

also tried to make his wings look disheveled and like they haven't been preened ever since he fell

one last ramble lmao but I love how the pose turned out compared to the old one

I wanted grizzly to be just batshit angry and in the video he's got a long ass sword so a sword that long being held by one hand technically wouldn't work- so over the shoulder two hands it is :3c

So this here is my little trio of demon ocs that like, want to basically completely stop all the petty wars and infighting going on in the Demon Realm. Because if SDBH has taught me anything it's that the demon gods all hate each other.

Granted these ladies' reasons are more serious than my silly takes on the Demon Realm and its lore.

So!

Kuru's is easy. She's a medicinal expert and worked in the medical field prior to her breaking off, so she obviously is constantly seeing the carnage that comes from these petty wars and spats. She finds it to be a senseless loss of life in the Realm, especially considering in my writing that the Demon Realm's population is said to be at quite the low.

Beck's was already set. Husband died when their son was still young, probanly from illness. Beck treasured the hell out of her son and did everything she could to ensure he got the best life ever while she ran their small family restaurant on the side. Son grows up and decides he wants to join the army of the then king to not only protect his mother but many ithers, despite Beck being a lil hesitant. He then dies in one of these petty wars and it completely destroys Beck since she lost everyone. She ends up losing her restaurant too given she was too grief-stricken to keep running it.

Eventually Kuru comes across her and helps her get back on her feet. With a clearer mind, Beck realizes her son wouldn't want her to be crying all the time and decides she wants to help dismantle the entire ruling system of the DR in the name of her son

Delais is a botanist. I decided she had a love for carnivorous plants and wanted to break the stigma of them not being as pretty as any other plant. Let alone, she starts collecting poisonous plants for the same manner. A lord ruling over the area Delais lived in approached her, requesting that she lend her plants to aid in an ongoing war against another faction, but Delais refuses. Not only was it something she didn't agree with, but it would only worsen the stigma around her beloved plants. Well, the lord wasn't too happy about that. To not only retaliate against Delais but also ensure no other faction would get access to her plants, they burnt her home and everything to the ground. Years of her work went up in smoke, and the only plant that survived was the one clipped to the back of her hair.

Having lost her life's work after saying she wanted no part in a petty spat, Delais decides that...maybe letting her plants eat humanoid beings is fine for the sake of stopping all this madness.

So, she joined with the other two and has been steadly regrowing a collection.

The fun thing with Delais is the flower clipped to the back of her hair is a version of drosera capensis she disguised to look like a regular flower. So, when the situation calls for it, she lets its arms come out of the flower disguise like tentacles and help her attack. So yeah she's the one that is, less opposed to killing out of the three.

can you tell us what tags you use on the regularly? can be for anything, stuff you align with, laugh at, find cool etc etc

okay so I'm pretty bad at tagging things/having a tagging system, I had a blog back in 2016 (middle school) and I was so efficient at tagging my reblogged supernatural gifs, dan and phil clips, and voltron posting but when I lost access to that blog and made this new one I told myself not to take it as seriously (and somehow thought it'd be cringey if i was ultra organized?? which doesn't make sense and I'm still upset at myself for,,) SO for the first half of this blog I didn't tag anything I reblogged at all, I'd just go to town and go through tags I liked (mainly danganronpa) and reblogged infinitely. and I LOVE text shit-posts so it was a mix of everything I enjoyed and found funny

recently though I decided I want to be more organized about things I reblog, at least the main stuff. nagito komaeda is a character that my loved ones will have to pry out of my cold dead hands when i decease so i tag most things about him/art of him with just #nagito, similar to #hajime because they're the 2 characters i blog about the most, and of course the ship between them as #komahina -- I scroll through that one whenever I need comfort lols so having posts that I already love tagged as them on here is helpful for that.

if i see any general danganronpa art that isnt mainly nagito and/or hajime, ill add the #danganronpa/#dr2 tag (though not always)

((unfortunately since I got into that habit of not tagging ANYTHING when this blog started, half the time, I don't add tags even though I should. it's really more a vibes feeling, if I'm in a tagging-mood things will be tagged, and if I'm not then I don't))

i tag #taylor swift in case any of my followers want to mute posts about her since my main thing is dangan, and I know a lot of people dont like her. i also tag general other interests like #persona 5 and #sims 2 (the lore in this game goes CRAZY i cant even WHATEVER U GET IT)

i tag #suggestive for anything mildly NSFW again to help filter that content out for anyone uncomfortable seeing that

my #lisa tag is for my partner, anything that reminds me of her. tags like #ref are usually for posts that I want to re-read later or revisit, or anything that will be useful to me one day. sometimes ill see something interesting but dont have time to read it then and there so i reblog in a rush. #reminders is a recent one, it's for the same thing except more personal/more for me. and if i ever use #for me, it's essentially for the same.

ive started trying to use #lilyyaps for any post that I'm directly writing/shit-posting because I've never had a personalized tag for me yapping and posting (i was allergic to it until recently)

but yeah that's the extent of any "system" i have, all vibes no thoughts. nothing strict or crazy as u can tell. THANK you for asking though I really really appreciate the opportunity you handed me to yap <3<3
