Ikepri reigns as real life countries

Hi there again my dear Belles. As we all know, ikemen prince reigns ar based on real life countries, or at least, that's what it looks like, specially knowing character's names, I mean, we have Chevalier (french), Von Obsidian (dutch - german), Ricci (italian), Yves (french), Kagari Amagase (japanese)... But, even though some kingdoms are easily "recognised" in real life countries, there are some others that are not that clear. That's why I've decided to match each kingdom to a country. This is just my opinion, so feel free to expose yours. Hope you enjoy little rabbits!!!!!!

Rhodolite - France

Romantic and Elegant Atmosphere: France is often seen as the epitome of romance, known for its picturesque landscapes, charming cafés, and the enchanting ambiance of cities like Paris. Rhodolite reflects this romantic and elegant atmosphere through the bookshops, the taverns, the little plaza with the fountain, the market, the pastisseries, the landscapes, the town… creating a kingdom where love stories unfold against a backdrop of beautiful scenery and intimate settings. The kingdom features elements like festivals or traditions that celebrate love, happiness, freedom and union.

Art, Fashion, Culture and roses: France has a rich artistic heritage, being the birthplace of influential movements such as Impressionism and home to iconic fashion houses. Rhodolite emphasizes this connection by showcasing characters who pay close attention to this type of visual and external things, such as Nokto with the jewelry, fashion, perfumes, etc. The presence of roses as a symbol of beauty and love could be significant in Rhodolite, with gardens filled with rose varieties and floral motifs present in everything, echoing the French appreciation for aesthetics, and also, it is known that France’s national flower is the rose.

It almost looks like the greater houses are pretty rich while the rest of the population might live in poverty.

Kogyoku seems to embody this sense of tradition through its customs, ceremonies, and the way its inhabitants celebrate their history. The kingdom highlights tea ceremonies, calligraphy, and traditional music, emphasizing the importance of honoring one’s ancestors and cultural practices, thus creating a deep sense of identity.

Sakura trees: Sakura (cherry blossom) trees are iconic in Japanese culture, symbolizing beauty, the transient nature of life, and the arrival of spring. Kogyoku incorporates these trees into its landscape, creating scenes of breathtaking beauty during the cherry blossom season. Hello and welcome to my first challenge. I am proud to present to you the Love Booth challenge, a month long exploration of love for the underrated characters of the Ikemen games.

General Rules

Works and art of all forms are welcome! Fanarts, fanfics, headcanons, moodboards, playlists and everything you can manage to think of is included. 

Limited to Ikemen fandoms and to certain suitors, due to popularity of some characters more than others I have decided to host a challenge exclusively for the less appreciated.

I had this idea since forever what took me so long to post it was the creations of the prompts I created in association with my lovely friend MO @xxsycamore.

I did my best to include most of the less loved characters from the Ikemen games exclusively with an English version.

That said if you think about other less popular characters, belonging to one of these games or to other Ikemen games that are not out in English yet, You are allowed to use these prompts as inspiration.

The main focus is to show love to characters not so loved by the fandom/game all year around without limit for this reason I won't make a masterlist.

When posting your works, use the tag #love booth challenge - you can as well tag me @queengiuliettafirstlady in your posts! It will help find other creations for those interested to check them out.

Posting to other sites is allowed - as long as you mention the challenge and its creators.

Content Rules

Decided to dip my toes back into writing and tumblr for @queengiuliettafirstlady and @candied-boys Ikemen Advent event! Fandom: Ikemen Revolution Prompt: Woolen Clothes Just wholesome Black Army shenanigans! (+ a lil Red Army at the end) I wanted to write something cosy! No particular pairings or anything Word count: 996 ------------------------- Though cold winds blew outside, it was warm and lively as ever in the Black Army headquarters. It wasn’t yet Christmas day (weeks away, even), but nonetheless the officers and Alice had been summoned by Seth for “Santa Seth’s Super Special Gift Extravaganza ☆”.

“… Seth, your naming taste gets worse every year,” Luka remarked as they all made their way inside the lounge.

“Bah!!” Seth shook his head dramatically. “This is why I have to get you in the spirit of the season, Luka!!”

“What’s it even supposed to mean? Ya got us gifts already? Ain’t it a bit early?” Fenrir tilted his head, confused.

“That’s why it’s special ♪” Seth chirped. “Now, now, everyone, please sit.”

At his instruction, they all took their seats, some more begrudgingly than others. Without further ado, Seth clapped his hands together, and spun about to fetch the presents. With a flourish, he gave each of them their own neatly-wrapped box - complete with glittering bows and cute name tags, of course.

“Don’t open them just yet!” he tutted, mostly to Fenrir - whose fingers were already itching to unwrap his present as soon as it landed in his lap. Beside him, Ray lifted up his own, giving it a shake to try and puzzle out what was inside.

At last, after twirling around the room, Seth was left only with one present to hold: suspiciously, his own.

“Wow, you really went all out, Seth!” Alice exclaimed, admiring all the sparkles and decorations. Of course, he had added extra ribbons specially for her.

“Aahh I knew a sweet girl like yourself would appreciate good presentation!”

Sirius regarded the present with more skepticism. “Shall we open them now?”

“Don’t you need your reading glasses first, old man?~” Seth ignored Sirius’ warning glare. “Okayyy, everybody, you can open them!”

For a few moments, the only sound in the room was that of torn wrapping paper: Fenrir eagerly digging out his present, Ray unable to quite contain a bit of childlike enthusiasm either, Sirius reluctantly (but nonetheless carefully) unfolding the paper, Alice teetering between excitement and worry as she tried not to ruin Seth’s hard work present-wrapping… while Luka unwrapped his with some sense of dread, as if something might leap out at him.

Soon, they had all opened the presents to reveal… Christmas sweaters. Though they were matching, they were all personalised to some degree: the wool dyed different colours and woven into festive patterns, alongside the more… unique choices, clearly willed into existence by Seth himself.

“Ta-daa!!” Seth triumphantly lifted his sweater up, his signature shade of green, patterned with cute little foxes in Santa hats. “Aren’t they just adorable?”

Sirius was the first to speak up. “Seth. What is this?”

His sweater proudly declared “Santa’s FAVOURITE DADDY”, decorated with silhouettes of his “children” - the Black Army brats and Chutney.

“Sirius, it’s fashionable for a refined older gentlemaaaaa–”

Seth flailed his arms as he ran away from Sirius, still clutching onto his sweater, its sleeves flailing around behind him.

“How many times do I have to tell you brats that I’m only 30?”

“I’m sorry, daddy Sirius~!” Seth called out as he wiggled away from the grumbling “old man”…

“Woah! Look, Ray, ours match!!” Fenrir excitedly held up his sweater against Ray’s - the Ace of Spades had a strange combination of dogs and guns. Even dogs WITH guns. Ray’s had a variety of kitty cats in regal poses, wearing crowns and capes fit for a King.

“… Not bad,” Ray decided with a smile, quietly satisfied to match with his bro.

Having escaped Sirius (for now), Seth nodded enthusiastically at them. “Right?! I thought we could all wear matching sweaters for Christmas day! Aren’t they sooo cute?”

“… Seth,” Luka spoke without looking up from his sweater.

“Yesss, darling angel?” Seth gazed down at him, eyes glittering with hope.

“Can I give mine back?” Luka casually destroyed that hope.

Seth looked appalled, wailing. “Nooo!! How could you say that?!”

“Luka, you have to admit, it is very cute…” Alice gently nudged him, a gleam in her eyes as if she was already picturing him in it.

It was alarmingly cute. With chubby-cheeked hamsters and angels, hamster angels even, with halos and wings, the wool all soft pastel colours.

“That’s the problem, Alice. And matching sweaters… aren’t we too old for this? It’s cheesy.” Luka pouted.

“But it’s perfect for the angel of the Black Army!” Seth chimed in.

“Please stop calling me that…” Luka muttered, blushing already as he imagined the future fawning he’d be subject to.

“Hmmm… I don’t know, I think it’s a sweet tradition,” Alice joked, showing off her own sweater, decorated with all the cute little candies and desserts she made and enjoyed in Cradle.

Ray reached over to ruffle Alice’s hair with a grin. “Just perfect for our resident sweets-lover, huh?”

Sirius rolled his eyes with fond exasperation before suggesting: “Well, if it’ll make the little lady happy…”

Luka sighed, relenting. “I guess I can wear it for one day…”

Seth brightened up immediately, pulling them both into a hug. “Yippee! We’ll be one big, festive family! ♡”

Which character is the most punctual

I have this headcanon that both Sirius and Lancelot are really punctual, have been for most of their lives, but that Harr really does easily lose track of time and back in school, both men were the ones to make sure that Harr didn’t get too wrapped up in something and that he made it to all his classes or appointments or such on time.

Which character is the most political

Both Kings want what is best for Cradle and its citizens. It comes with their positions and they both have strong ideas on how that should be accomplished, as far as how much sacrifice is acceptable to achieve that peace.

Which character is the most likely to want children

You can bet your sweet asses that Sirius has such a huge breeding kink. That man will rest his hands on his partner’s stomach and tell them how he can’t wait for their belly to grow all nice and round with his children before making sure it does. I think part of it is purely a sexual kink but at the same time, he’s definitely interested in making a family of his own and would love to have kids, plural, since his own upbringing included having so many brothers and sisters.

Which character likes pineapple on their pizza

Now, he’d never be so crass as to actually eat something as inelegant as pizza (in public at least and even in private, he’s totally one of those people who eat pizza with a knife and a fork), but it’s Jonah. I think he really loves pineapple in general and he’d like the mix of sweet and savory that pineapple on pizza gives.

Which character drives too fast

If Cradle had cars, I feel like Fenrir would be a speed-demon, but a responsible driver. Seth drives too fast sometimes but his real danger is that he’s such an irresponsible driver who steers with his knees while he reaches for something in the passenger seat or who would talk on his phone while driving and who gets minor road rage.

Which character is the most likely to be a smoker

I do strongly headcanon Dalim smoking cigarettes. Blanc prefers a pipe every now and again and I think Claudius smoked both cigarettes and cigars. I actually have a pretty strong headcanon that Edgar would have some issues with lovers or close friends smoking around him because the smell takes him right back to Claudius and everything about his past with his uncle.

Which character would go vegan

I feel like Blanc doesn’t eat a lot of meat and neither does Harr. Harr eats a lot of fish so he couldn’t go vegan, but I feel like Blanc probably could if he ever chose to.

Which character is a pop music fan

I think, out of the Black Army, Seth and Luka would be bubblegum pop fans, while in the Red Army, it would be Jonah and, surprisingly, Edgar who really took to pop music. Seth definitely sings along to pop music while doing his hair and skin routines.

Which character is a showoff

Both Jonah and Seth, to me, come off as men who can be quite the show-offs, given that both are very dramatic and both of them do quite like attention. Loki can also be somewhat of a show-off at times, because again – attention, please. Fenrir, meanwhile, comes off as a show-off but he really isn’t because he doesn’t do a lot of what he does for attention, but rather because it seemed fun.

Which character is the most religious/spiritual

I don’t think Cradle has the same religions as our universe does, but I do think Amon is religious, in a very cultish way, and that that could be part of what is driving him to do what he does.

Which character skips/skipped classes often

I honestly feel like, though they both tried really hard to be good students, there are times when Ray and Fenrir ended up skipping class and it was probably more frequent than it should have been. Both were just not made to be cooped up at a desk and when a better adventure presented itself, I feel like these two had to take that adventure no matter what.

Which character is the meanest

Have any of you met Oliver? Like, that boy/man has such an acerbic wit and he’s really bad at holding them in. While he is perfectly capable of feeling bad if he does end up hurting someone, he doesn’t pull punches and his words and attitude can cause a lot of people some emotional pain and offense.

Which character can’t swallow pills

I actually have a really strong headcanon that Loki, to go along with his other cat-like features, can’t swallow pills and is really bad at taking any medicine, to the point where Harr has to hide his medication in food or drink whenever Loki gets sick.

Which character takes the scenic route more often than the most direct route

I feel like both Blanc and Mousse are really bad for this. Blanc just gets lost in his thoughts easily and he just kind of idles along, thinking about this and that and taking in the pretty scenery and while he’d meant to take the most direct route, he gets a little turned around and lost and ends up almost having to loop around Cradle just to get where he’s going. Mousse, meanwhile, just likes a slow life without much pressure or stress and he wants the time to stop and smell the flowers and gaze at a really pretty tree or take a nap by a stream. The direct route just seems too impatient, almost, to him.

Which character has the most irrational fears

Ghosts, monsters, and scary stories tend to freak Fenrir the fuck out. Seriously. Does he know those things aren’t real? Does he know there’s no monster in the closet or under the bed and that haunted houses don’t come to life and gush blood from their walls? Yes, logically he knows all of this. But they feel so real whenever he hears one of those stories and he will have some nightmares about them.

Which character has the most sexual experience

I think both Blanc and Dalim have a fair amount of sexual experience, honestly. It’s hinted that Blanc is very old, much older than he looks, and that he’s a bit of a ladies’ man and I do feel like he’s had a sexual affair here and there. I also see Dalim as being a ladies’ man, but he’s more of a playboy who likes casual one-night stands.

Which character is the most fearful of commitment

So, those sexual affairs I mentioned Blanc has? They’re almost entirely with women who are of higher status and thus wouldn’t be allowed to commit to him or to women who are otherwise betrothed or even married and it’s all very hush-hush. He doesn’t want to be with women who could entangle themselves in his life, could push him for commitment because I do feel like he had commitment once, it ended up in some serious heartache for him, and he’s now very trigger-shy about any future commitment.

I was tagged by @missn11 to play the fic authors' self rec game! Spreading the self-love keeps fandom alive! Below are five of my favorite fics I've written.

"A Monastery Hides More Than Bones" - VtM Anatole/Beckett - This fic was a real magical moment for me. An Anon suggested I write for the pairing. My brain latched onto the idea, and the words flowed easy. It took me like less than 4 days to write, edit, and publish. The a03 comments are particularly effusive and kind--and led to a long online friendship.

"What Is Made" - Star Trek TOS, Gen - I'm proud of this one because 1) a publisher considered it for a hot minute and 2) I actually made a plot, and 3) it features cameos of original characters who are dear and do not appear elsewhere. With fanfic, I tend to skip to the good bits. Here I made myself slow down. And I made a friend laugh about how a muffin is a pivotal plot point.

"Patriotism and Prejudice" - MCU/P&P crossover, Steve/Bucky - In addition to being fun to write and inspired by the Marrying Mr Darcy card game, this fic makes my wife laugh so much. If I wasn't proud then, I am now.

"Bonpensiero Bloodlines Remix" - VtM:B, Beckett/OC - Speaking of pride, I'm proud of this one because it accomplished exactly what I wanted. That is, to insert the Bonpensieros into Bloodlines. I envisioned this fic as like, scaffolding to attach to the main Bloodlines game and/or other fanfic retellings. The result not only accomplishes this goal, but also stands fairly well on its own.

"Army Appreciation Trip 18XX" - Ikemen Revolution, Seth/Alice(/Sirius/Harr) - This one I've talked about a lot on tumblr. I'm so happy with all the technical aspects. I got to indulge the blorbos. I juggled 15 prompts into a cohesive narrative. The MC's gender is blank. I made the posts pretty, posted them on time, and boosted them. This fic was the first time it twigged in my brain "hey, what if you looked up reference photos for the sex stuff, like you would for a drawing?" IDK why I didn't think of that before. Complicated sex scenes became WAY easier to describe and the prose much better.

I hope you enjoy. This is my first attempt at writing something like this. I'm used to writing with another person, you see. So writing in this format is complicated for me. And while constructive criticism is very much appreciated, you don't have to be rude about it.

Harr sensed the soldiers the moment they stepped through the treeline, lifting the hood of his cloak to conceal himself from view as he casted a simple teleportation spell. The area was bathed in a light blue illumination, leaving no traces that he had been there at all. Arriving at his destination, peeking over the side of a tree, the wizard eyed the group of soldiers, his ears picking up on their conversation.

"Where do you think the girl is? This forest doesn't appear to be ending anytime soon." The lone soldier complained, following the others. He stepped over a fallen log in the middle of the man-made trail, readjusting his anti-magic rifle. "The Magic Tower gave us clues about where to find the girl. That clue led us here, so she's somewhere in this forest." The captain responded calmly, then glared down at the low ranking soldier. "If the Commander heard you complaining, he'd punish you severely for your insubordination. He wants her alive, so make sure you don't harm her. Accidentally, or otherwise. Do I make myself perfectly clear? He already has plans for her." The other soldiers saluted their captain in response, pressing onward with renewed vigor, intending to carry out the commander's orders even if it meant their deaths.

As Harr stepped backwards, he made the simple mistake of snapping a twig in half with his left boot. The noise alerted the small group of soldiers. "Aye, it appears we have some company." The captain silently made a command with a hand gesture, walking in the direction where the noise came from. Harr gritted his teeth as he attempted to get away from the soldiers before they noticed his presence, however, a hand grabbed his upper arm, the expression on Harr's face contorted in pain as the fingers of the soldier keeping him in place dug into the fabric of his cloak. The skin along that area felt tender the longer the other man continued to grip him firmly. Harr was pulled and shoved along before he made eye contact with whom he assumed was the leader of the group, pressing his lips into a thin line, schooling the expression on his face as not to give them the satisfaction of showing emotion.

"Well, well, well." The captain approached Harr, his lips forming a wicked grin, forcing the wizard down onto his knees on the ground, while a soldier kept Harr in place. "The Magic Tower told us about a wizard living out here. I never thought one of our targets would make the job easier. Isn't this a nice surprise?" The man was given incoherent, verbal agreement from his subordinates. "Since you so kindly offered yourself without any trouble, I'm going to give you a chance to tell us where the girl is." Harr refused to bargain with them. He loved Eirene too much to give her up. The captain frowned, clearly displeased. "Don't make this any harder for yourself. All we want is the girl. Our Commander harbors no ill will towards you people. He just has some unfinished business and it involves that girl. Now, tell us where she is." Callous fingers quickly removed the hood to forcefully yank Harr's head back by his hair. The pain along his scalp caused the muscles in his face to twitch in response to the harsh treatment. The eye that wasn't obscurred by a silver mask weaved back and forth, studying the captain's oily and sweaty features.

"The sooner you give us her location, the sooner all of this mayhem will end."

Harr remained silent, which angered the captain, grunting when the older man sent a balled fist against the left side of his face. The wizard fell backwards onto the ground due to the force of the blow, his left ear ringing, as a seering pain emitted along his bottom lip where he must have accidentally bitten down from the impact of the punch. With his eye squeezed shut, Harr shifted slightly, the scent of moist dirt, leaves and iron reached his nose, pain radiating in the left side of his jaw. A bruise was likely forming. That much was obvious by how much his face swelled up in a matter of moments. Though all he could focus on was the pain and how disoriented he felt.

Before long, the sensation of two hands grabbing a hold of his cloak made Harr open his eye in time to watch the soldier who captured him minutes ago force him to sit upright, releasing his cloak to step away. The captain impatiently paced back and forth, feeling the wizard's gaze following him. "Why are you refusing to give her up? Don't you want this war to end? Don't you want peace to be returned?" The man stopped pacing to coldly regard Harr. "We know you have her hidden somewhere; the Magic Tower was forthcoming with information, after all. So staying quiet won't help you, wizard." While his silence could be taken for defiance, Harr was actually contemplating his next move, eyeing the soldiers while gauging the chances of defeating them. There were at least five in total. All were carrying weapons made to be utilized against magic wielders. He's heard of the term anti-magic through his dealings with merchants from overseas. If these Glassian soldiers were to use these anti-magic weapons, his magic would be useless against them. It didn't mean he was powerless, though. He just had to be patient and coordinate accordingly.

Meet Nate - the 3 of Hearts in the Red Army

Like many of the officers, the 3 of Hearts is an inherited rank. Unlike most of the Red Army, however, he doesn't come from a wealthy background. His family fell on hard times two generations ago. Now all his pay goes to support his widowed mother, who struggles to make ends meet.

Due to the unruly reputation of his hereditary rank, he gets all the "trouble makers" reassigned to his unit whether he likes it or not.

New recruits shake in their boots when lining up for training because they've all heard stories of Nate's "yakuza-like" aura and how merciless he can be, just like the rumored organized crime ring his grandfather had been the head of. Whether the tales of their gangster background are true or not, most give him a wide berth and try to stay on his good side.

Nate works his soldiers hard, and he works even harder on himself. He's constantly exercising, training, and lifting. He has never felt like he fit in at the Red Army, with all their noble lineage and displays of wealth. It makes sense that his closest friends would be Zero and Kyle. The Queen of Hearts considers his presence a blight on the noble rank, but most of the pressure on Nate's shoulders comes from himself. He just wants to keep his mom healthy and make her proud of him.

His favorite story about his grandfather, the previous 3 of Hearts, is how he became a master at unarmed combat. When the family was practically destitute, he decided to sell his saber. It had been one of the legendary weapons in the Red Army. The proceeds from the sale meant his daughter could get married and raise a family. “But that left his grandfather without a weapon,” argued the other officers. To which he replied, "No it doesn't. I've got these," raising his fists proudly. From that day onward, he devoted himself to every martial arts practice he could find. No one could even come close when it came to bare knuckle brawling like the 3 of Hearts. His methods were deemed uncouth and beneath an officer, but he never lost a fight.

Nate decided to keep up the tradition when he inherited the rank, partly because he didn't have the money to buy a sword, but also because he wanted to show those snooty rich brats that true strength isn't measured by who has the best weapons. He thought it a fitting tribute to his grandfather.

* Nate does not "act" tough; that's just the vibe he gives off unconsciously.

He doesn't realize that he has a fierce aura emanating from him when he's concentrating, competing, or giving instructions. His extreme energy output makes him seem angry when actually he's just intensely focused on the activity. The result of this is intimidating his soldiers into submission without even knowing he's doing it. He just thinks they're incredibly obedient and hard-working. He's totally oblivious to the fact that he has this effect on people.

The only people who can see what's happening are Kyle and Zero, and neither of them say anything because they assume Nate's method is intentional. But they are the only officers who understand he isn't scary or perpetually angry.

Little-known fact: Nate and Lancelot share the same great-grandparents on their mother's side, the Quorays. Their grandpas (Solomon "Sal" and Andrew Quoray) were brothers, meaning their mothers (Julia and Nanette) were first cousins, making Nate and Lancelot second cousins. Nanette Quoray married a Kingsley and made both prestigious families very proud, while Julia Quoray married Mitch Stromm who was a nobody in her grandfather's eyes. But Julia's father liked the guy and all that mattered was that they loved one another. The Kingsleys were the line to the rank/office of the King of Hearts. The Quorays were the line to the rank/office of the 3 of Hearts. Both have noble blood, their lineage going several generations back to the founding of Cradle.

Ikemen vampire is my favorite ikemen game so far, which other ikemen games should I check out and that is still playable?

Hello anon! Thank you for the question!

You could pretty much get the idea of what the rest of the ikeseries games are about just by their looks alone... the ones playable in english right now are Ikemen Sengoku, Ikemen Prince, and Ikemen Revolution which won't get any new content but is technically still playable. Same with Midnight Cinderella which is an old title and discontinued since 2021, but I'm assuming you're asking about the former two as regularly updated titles.

Now, it depends what you loved most in ikemen vampire to determine which of the two you should check out. I think all ikeseries games are really alike as they take a certain setting and time period and revolve around forbidden love, the mcs are quite alike (not only because they share a similar fate, but personality-wise too) the love interests share characteristics across the series as you can play spot the eyepatch guy, the glasses guy, the doctor, the playboy, etc etc.

If you liked the dark and the angsty part of ikevamp, you'll love that about ikepri, as you receive ten times more of it. Every route will take you on a rollercoaster of emotions, as the suitors here have their pasts entangled around one another, with a few deep dark personal secrets there and there. Even the seemingly laidback ones would make you bawl your eyes out crying when you discover more about them.

If you liked the chaotic energy of ikevamp, you'll see a lot of that in ikesen, and more. Now, not that ikepri doesn't have its chaotic moments, plenty of them actually (most of those princes are quite the eccentrics), it's just the serious part of it that tips the scales towards the more mature side. In ikesen you'll be encountering a lot of iconic lines delivered by MC, as she brings a lot of her 21st century humor into her new life, confusing the heck out of the warlords sometimes. It's something I found lacking in ikevamp, actually! It's hilarious and will make you recover faster from the angst which is also plentiful in ikesen.

If you like historical stuff, you'll appreciate ikesen for that. Just like ikevamp, in ikesen everyone has an irl counterpart, and the mc finds herself sent back into a certain time period. A lot of that same getting used to her new life, looking for a way back home, trying not to fall inlove or won't ever return, making friends with a person who similarly found themselves there but before her.

If you want something different as for the setting, you will enjoy ikepri's worldbuilding. The story is taking place in a fictional country that is loosely based on France, in a period that is...medieval for the most part. The neighboring countries are involved too, with some of the suitors being from them. I won't spoil you about the identity of the mc but she is different for not going through all of that time and space stuff. It brings a nice change among the other titles and it has much to explore about it.

What else... ikepri's atmosphere is more elegant and refined while ikesen's is rather warm and homely. The princes are not having the best relationships among each other whereas the warlords might be at each other's throats but are also more likely to get into shenanigans together. Both games deal with themes of war. Ikesen's interface might not be to your liking as the game is quite old, whereas ikepri only came out about three years ago and has a lot of new stuff like bond level with the characters.

In case you decide to give Ikerev a try, the premise is: inspired from alice in wonderland; mc finds herself not back in time but in a whole another world altogether instead, there is a war going on that she will play a key part of, there is magic, she can go back to her world in about a month, tries not to fall inlove, does, remains there... the two rival sides of the conflict are armies led by a king each, one army is chill and like a family, the other is founded on authority... real fun and while the angst will make you cry, you will be smiling twice as much. The entangled fates of the characters here are a lot of what i love ikerev for, you'll hardly find a character that doesn't share something big with others from the cast, another thing that i missed in ikevamp.

As someone whose first ikeseries game was ikevamp, after it I enjoyed ikerev the most. In fact, i've played more ikerev routes than of any other game, and i think it's the closest to ikevamp. Ahhh this became a very long post! My advice is, just see the prologue of the games in youtube (if they're available and you don't wanna go through the bother of downloading them just for that) and see what's to your liking. You're welcomed here to talk about your impressions afterwards if you want to! :) I'm putting this on the games' tags in case someone else finds this helpful!

Godspeed Family Birthday HC

A/N: I’m still working on Sophia and Fenrir for Fenrir’s birthday (we’ll ignore the fact that it was like 2 days ago) so instead, have some headcannons about how the Godspeed’s celebrate their son and granddaughter’s birthdays since they are so close together.

These headcannons are for when Finley is a child, as when she is a teenager, she gets a huge party with all her friends at the venue of her choosing.

Gathering together for both Fenrir and Finley’s birthdays turns into a huge event, even though it’s only the four of them. Of course they threw a big party for Fenrir in town, and Finley gets her big Black Army Bash, but Mr. and Mrs. Godspeed spare no expense for a lovely and extravagant evening with their two most precious ones.

Finley gets to pick the theme of the decorations, which tends to always be Halloween related. Her favorite animal is bats, so they get a specialty cake made in the shape of one. Her second favorite kind of cake besides chocolate, which Luka makes her, is red velvet with creme cheese icing. That’s the kind she gets at this evening.

Fenrir tends to lean more toward an array of pastries for his special dessert. By the time they get to this event for their birthdays, he’s had enough cake.

A lavish dinner is prepared, in many courses. All the favorites of both Finley and Fenrir and they all eat way too much within one evening.

They are a family of game players. From hide and seek to poker, the Godspeeds will spend as much time playing together as they can. Finley especially loves playing poker as Mr. Godspeed’s advisor. He is a master poker player and the pair always win. Finley likes to wear an old pair of glasses to match her aging grandfather.

Another big tradition between the family is stargazing after they’ve cut the cake and before presents. The Godspeed Manor has an observatory where they can still watch and talk about the stars even when it’s too chilly to be outside.

Presents are kept to a minimum. Though Finley is considered spoiled, she only receives a few gifts that consist of one thing she asked for, one surprise toy, some clothes or other necessity, and a gift that invests in her future. She has a Hope Chest that they keep in her bedroom at the manor for her to take when she gets her own place. Mrs. Godspeed puts something in their for all holidays, even if gifts are not a typical part of that holiday.

This birthday celebration always lasts overnight. Since Finley came along, the Godspeeds tend to spend the night in the living room surrounded by the fire, having stayed up much too late reading stories and enjoying each others company. Mrs. Godspeed adores that for Finley’s third and fourth birthdays, Fenrir and Finley both fell asleep on the floor with Finley wrapped up in her father’s arms.

The morning after, Finley and Mr. Godspeed are on cooking duty while Fenrir and his mother take a walk in the garden together. The chaotic duo in the kitchen tend to stick to the basics, eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc. They’ve tried some of Luka’s recipes from Finley’s memory but it turns into a disaster leaving the kitchen covered in flour and eggs like a war zone.

Fenrir doesn’t see his family as often as he would like, so he takes these walks on the day after his birthday celebration to ask more advice about raising his child. He knows the best person to ask his mother, and he loves to learn as much as he can from her.

After breakfast, Fenrir and Finley return to Black Headquarters. It’s a long goodbye. Usually takes at least half an hour to get into the carriage and on the road back to HQ. Everyone is all smiles and full of love.
