The breathtaking expanse of this new frontier sprawled out in every direction as far as your awestruck eyes could perceive - a sight none of you conscripted scouts ever fathomed witnessing beyond those towering walls hemming your entire reality since birth.

Even as the rest of Levi's elite squad trekked grimly onward adhering to their regimented protocols during this unprecedented reconnaissance mission into the enigmatic lands of Marley; your footsteps gradually slowed to a meandering pace.

Every minuscule sensory detail flooding your awakened awareness with childlike wonderment unlike anything you'd known before now.

The vibrant colors alone radiating across those quaint thatched rooftops, cobblestone lanes and bustling market stalls erupted into a kaleidoscopic mosaic igniting your nerves with rapturous delight.

Such trivial sights taken for granted by the locals yet perceived like divine manifestations defying all previous boundaries constraining your world solely within those dreary monochrome walls.

You pivoted aimlessly soaking in each new marvel presenting itself with infectious glee sparkling through your captivated irises even brighter than the sun's gilded rays dancing across the rustic scenery.

From the sweet fragrant bouquets wafting through the brisk autumn zephyrs carried flavors utterly foreign yet blissfully intoxicating upon your virgin palate.

To the sights of children frolicking with that carefree jubilance you'd only witnessed glimmers of back home before the cruel realities thrust duties far too grievous for any youth to bear without being shattered under their karmic tonnage.

Watching those unburdened souls skipping about without any premature loss of innocence plastered a euphoric smile across your own features now shining with crystalline elation cascading freely down your flushed cheeks.

Even the humblest peddler hawking their exotic wares like some sort of sweet frozen dairy delicacy they called "ice cream" instilled raptures you never imagined possible beyond those oppressive constraints until now.

Eagerly exchanging a few meager coins from your supplies for that peculiar indulgence then wholeheartedly sampling the foreign confection for the first time:

Its creamy richness coating your palate evoking utterly saccharine waves of blissful tingles rippling across every single hypersensitized nerve ending flooding you with unequivocal revelry.

So much so that a few childlike titters even escaped past your reverent lips before you even realized it as your aura radiated incandescent jubilation that moment.

In fact, you'd become so thoroughly enraptured exploring this uncharted realm of wonders that the unmistakable presence of Eren Yeager silently accompanying your gleeful peregrinations had virtually slipped your consciousness entirely.

At least until sidling up conspicuously close enough for his trademark smokey baritone to caress the shell of your ear with a hushed timbre dripping equal parts bemusement and something more molten still blazing behind those emerald depths:

"Y'know, considering the gravity of our mission here...seeing somebody experiencing genuine happiness without inhibitions like this sure's one helluva rarity these days, ain't it?"

His murmur skated across your electrified senses still basking in those euphoric afterglow emanations even as the rigidly self-possessed Alpha scout gradually stepped into your peripheral vision.

The faint spectral aquamarine highlights coruscating through those disheveled chocolate locks framed that severely chiseled visage adopting his trademark impassive mask yet again...

...Well, almost.

For despite Eren's herculean efforts at refortifying that signature stoic exterior you couldn't help noticing the infinitesimal sparks dancing through the mossy jade pools where his razor focus remained transfixed upon your auras' jubilant interplay still rippling outwards.

Like he was savoring those ebullient kinematics stirring something primordial lying dormant within his resonance through the closest empathic proximity available.

Even still, the fleeting traces of mirth subtly crinkling the corners of those piercing emerald spheres conveyed wordlessly just how infinitely more precious such unabashed revelry had become in his existence defined by constant struggle and sacrifice of any frivolous indulgences amidst their neverending war against oblivion.

So despite fully knowing this temporary reprieve of jubilant exploration through Marley's streets didn't remotely align with their covert infiltration directive, Eren couldn't quite muster the stoic willpower to jar you from that liberated headspace yet.

Not when your uninhibited enchantment and reveries shone with the radiant hope he was fighting titanic battles to secure for everybody still suffering under that same oppressive despair they'd narrowly escaped beyond those walls...

I'll be wrapping up one of my multi-chapter fics this month and I've been debating what should take its place. In a fit of rare good timing, I was overcome with a new idea two days ago.

Stetopher secret identity mutual pining but with layers.

In a world where the supernatural is known, some of them live normal lives, others become villains, some become heroes to fight those villains.

To the outside world, Chris and Peter are a normal, nice married couple. Secretly, they are the leaders of a group of vigilantes, who step in when the heroes don't get the job done because of their high morals.

Stiles is the best friend of their son-in-law Scott who also became a close friend to their daughter Allison. He's cute, clever, funny and they are more than just smitten with him, but he's also just a normal human boy and they can't drag him into the life of danger, villainy and law-bending that they lead.

Lil Red is the "man in the chair" and partner to their biggest pain in the ass, the national treasure and biggest hero of the country, the True Alpha. Together with their squad, they'd caused so many problems that Chris and Peter had to take care of, so the couple holds a lot of resentment for the snarky genius behind their nation's greatest hero.

The Black Fox is one of the deadliest magic users and dark-gray vigilantes they ever had the pleasure of seeing work and Chris and Peter have been trying to seduce him into their bed and into their team for a long time.

Here's the thing Chris and Peter don't know about Lil Red and the Black Fox: They're the same person. And Stiles? Stiles isn't as human, or innocent, as the two may think.

Ninjago AU: Shatter Squad

With the insanity that has been the Ninjago Community on Halloween 2024, I personally an most excited to see Jay join the Forbidden Five and the return of Morro. And ever since then, I've had this really cool idea for an AU. I haven't started it since season 3 of Dragons Rising hasn't even been officially revealed yet, but when the time is right I swear I'm gonna make it a reality no matter what BS I have to use to make it work.

After the Forbidden Five have been dealt with, Jay is separated into two separate people. There is Jay Walker, the Blue Ninja and Elemental Master of Lightning who went missing in the Merge, and Ranga, the Former Forbidden Sixth and unknowing Elemental Master of Electricity who first woke up in the Administration after the Merge.

As a result of the Ninja healing Jay's shattered soul, his shattered half and post-merge memories were expelled from Jay and found themselves a new body. That is when Ranga, a Wolf Formling who looks very much like Jay with wolf ears and a tail, was born.

The Element of Electricity is very similar to Lightning, in a way that Heat is similar to Fire. Electricity can't match the power of Lightning and the user cannot generate their own, but its a lot better at controlling the output of electricity and absorbing electricity from other sources. The Master of Electricity can also store computer data and intercept radio signals since they're both forms of communication that rely on electricity, although the Master cannot understand this information without something to output it to.

At the same time, Morro is wandering around aimlessly through the Merged Realms with no Element to wield, no Master to serve, no place to call home, and no purpose in life except to survive (Lore and Details TBD).

Ranga and Morro meet up and become quick friends due to their shared trauma of living in another Ninja's shadow and no longer being the Master of their original Elements. They start traveling through the Merged Realms together.

Ranga, having learned Shatterspin from the Forbidden Five themselves with no need for a Wolf Mask, offers to teach Morro. As a former Elemental Master, he still has the spark of mastery required to learn it and it won't leave him completely defenseless in these dangerous and uncharted Merged Lands.

While Ranga teaches him Shatterspin, Morro points out how unhealthy and self-destructive the ideology is. As a result, Ranga refines both himself and his teachings to become less violent and hateful while Morro is able to better defend himself with Shatterspin.

Ranga's version of Shatterspin becomes less about "Forcing the world to bend to your will" and "Strength is Everything", to "Being the change you wish to see in the world" and "Using your pain to prevent others from feeling it".

Ranga and Morro often train together, Morro practicing his Shatterspin and Ranga practicing fighting in his Wolf Form. Ranga's weapons of choice are Nun-chucks and a Sickle, depending on the situation (Jay's weapon of choice, a Kusarigama, split into two). Morro's weapons of choice are a dual bladed Glaive (like in the leaked set) and a retractable Bo staff (in memory of Wu).

Eventually they come across a village that is being harassed by Wolf Clan Remnants, Wolf Clan Warriors whose masks have fused to their faces, becoming these cursed, half-human half-wolf creatures, like the Lycan King but smaller and less formidable.

Ranga and Morro fight them off and the Wolf Clan Remnants retreat, and the village thanks them and gives them food and shelter. The village leader tells them that the Remnants will be back unless they deal with the Alpha. They promise food, money, and whatever they can spare to help them with their problem. Morro convinces Ranga to help and he reluctantly agrees because they are broke.

When the Remnants next attack, their Alpha comes with them to raid. Morro deals with the Warriors while Ranga faces off against the Alpha. Unlike the others, the Alpha's mask hasn't fully fused to their face, they have Shatterspin armor, and they can use the type of Shatterspin that a Wolf Mask provides. The Alpha's attacks are strong and relentless, but wild and uncoordinated.

During the fight, Ranga reaches his True Potential and discovers he's the Master of Electricity by switching his goal from beating the Alpha to saving him by removing the mask, accepting the part of himself that wants to help people instead of hiding it away out of fear of being left behind again. When he's pinned down by the Alpha, he absorbs the electricity of the village and uses it to subdue the Alpha, knocking them out. Ranga removes the Mask and the Alpha is revealed to be Cinder.

When Cinder awakens a day or two later, he's hostile to Ranga and Morro but explains his situation (Details TBD, but excessive use of the Wolf Masks made him lose control and his memory becomes hazy).

Ranga and Morro talk and decide that if left alone, Cinder will just keep using a Wolf Mask and eventually fully succumb to the Wolf Mask. They decide to train him in their way of Shatterspin in the hopes of leading him down a better path. Cinder jumps at the chance at learning the Five's true techniques, but Ranga warns him that he's teaching him HIS way of Shatterspin and that he must follow everything he says to the letter, much to Cinder's chagrin.

After talking to Ranga about finding his True Potential, Morro decides to follow a feeling he's been having and the trio decides to set out towards an area that has been experiencing bad storms ever since the Merge.

On their way to the storm, Ranga and Morro train Cinder, starting with getting him to calm down and learn patience and control. They give him an incense lantern on the end of a chain (like in his concept art) to learn discipline. At first Cinder thinks its stupid and beneath him, but reluctantly comes around when Ranga explains a storm that happens only once a decade is more destructive than a storm that happens every week because the people affected have less experience on how to deal with it. This Incense chain eventually becomes Cinder's weapon of choice, along with two Scimitars.

Eventually when they reach the edge of the Storm-lands, they explain their mission to a village leader who explains that the eye of the storm is the peak of a nearby mountain and offers them a reward if they can stop the storm that wrecks havoc on them constantly.

At the top of the mountain, the trio finds the Storm Amulet that went missing along with Wojira at the end of Seabound. Morro keeps it and learns that because he is the Former Master of Wind, he can tap into the powers of the Amulet as long as he keeps the Amulet on him (in this AU, the Amulet is only about 4 inches in diameter instead of the size of someone's entire torso).

After the mission is over, the trio decide to keep traveling together and helping the people of the Merged Lands, officially forming the Shatter Squad.

Eventually I wanna add two other members to Shatter Squad to mirror the Forbidden Five, but who those members are is TBD. The only other non-OC character I can think of adding is Jordana as the resident Magic User who can use Shatterspin due to Rox possessing her, but DR seems to already be doing something with her so I'm not confident in adding her just yet.

The "omega bestie" thing was smth Shanks probably told Luffy - ((Shanks sees a tiny unscented little pup all alone and went "Oh it's free real estate" /hj.)) In actuality, Makino raised Luffy for a good deal of time, but he is a rambunctious child, and I think he'd pester Shanks for stories and songs and all sorts of things. Shanks is a softie and so absolutely caved. Luffy learned a lot of the pirate's code from Shanks as a very small child and he treated it like GOSPEL, bc Shanks was, is and always will be his hero. So he definitely also got some very silly stories about Shanks' youth, and Buggy starred in more than a few, but never explicitly by name, it was always "my best friend" or "my packmate" or, on really sentimental evenings, "my baby brother".

When Luffy first met Buggy in Orangetown, the few braincells he has left sparked a connection - blue haired, sweet smelling, silly, greedy, trickster clown man? Blue haired, sweet smelling, silly, greedy, trickster omega packmate of his semi-adopted dad? Yes, that math is mathing. Small world. Anyway, gotta beat this clown. His hands are rated E for Everyone.

So yeah Luffy definitely knows Buggy is an omega, and when Buggy mentions "we served on the same crew", it just clicks. It's not really a big deal to him anyway, it feels stupid to care about that kind of stuff. You could not PAY him to care (but if you want to try, it's best to pay in food).

But yeah, Rayleigh and Crocus just both went "Ah, the kids will be fine" and then the kids went and were very much Not Fine At All. But that's a conversation for a different time.

Their parental instincts only kick in when Buggy gets flirted with or when Shanks gets hit on with complete seriousness for followup. It's both obnoxious and also funny.

Shanks gets a heart flutter, and by nightfall his denden is ringing bc Rayleigh is 🤏 close to swimming out there what is going on, red-?

When Crocodile and Mihawk finally get their shit straight and start the whole Courting Thing, the Dad Squad Of Remaining Rogers are in perfect synchrony detecting a Disturbance In The Sanctity Of Their Children.

Crocus calls Rayleigh. Rayleigh talks to Crocus. Neither have Buggy's number. How did that happen? Damn. If only Rayleigh lived with a woman who has an expansive information network where she can check for Buggy's contact information. If only Buggy was part of a widely known business with contact information for business needs. If only they considered this information and just how many options they DO have at hand.

Instead, they call Shanks - Shanks who is having a meltdown because "Bugs is growing up" and "two Alphas, really?!"

This does NOT bode well.

One prospective courtship is one thing. TWO simultaneous courtships are complicated. Those two Alphas enacting the courtship being former warlords, a mafia boss and the world's greatest swordsman, is something else entirely.

Crocus is sharpening his harpoon, debating his options. Rayleigh is seriously debating free swimming to the New World. Things are about to go DOWN and it's chaos all around.

Meanwhile, on Karai Bari, the Cross Guild Poly has finally hit the Holding Hands Stage, because they're stupid, silly and none of them are actually working with anything resembling game. Buggy blushes every time Mihawk pulls out his chair, he melts whenever Crocodile gets the door for him, and he's absolutely LOSING IT every time they ask him to spar.

Fighting has become their love language somehow and every time Buggy lands a hit of some kind, the others damn near swoon, which makes HIM swoon, and the crew and mercenaries are just watching this like the weirdest slow burn soap opera ever conceived.

Anyway yee I'm sleepy so I'm off, byyyeee~~~~

How has your “sim style” changed throughout your years of playing? i spent the first manyyyy years of simming without cc ,, idk how i did it man. i used to use alpha cc for sims 4 then i ended up switching to mostly maxis match! for sims 2 i switched hair systems twice (started with new hair system, then simgaroop, now it's mostly poppet v2). i can recall switching eye defaults too. that's all i can think of

How long have you had a simblr? hmmmm i think i've had this one for 3-4 years? but it's been longer than that bc i have a sims 4 simblr that i completely abandoned as i no longer play sims 4, i havent played it since right before infants came out

How do you edit your pictures? for gameplay pics i just cropped them for the most part, occasionally adding a silly lil detail to it. i add woohoo heart to censor nudity when needed. for cc i honestly seem to just do whatever i feel like doing, lately i think i just take the pic, crop it, n add text to it

What expansion/game/stuff pack do you want next? i only play sims 2 so no more packs for me! other than cc packs that our lovely community makes!

The very well known "Akai me no Kaibutsu" or as "The Red-eyes Monster" of Konoha as that time her team was ambushed by a fully armed Shinobi which her friends and teacher was killed and in the process her Sharingan and then her Mangekyou has appeared and she killed everyone and then a ninja from Konoha saw it all. A 10 year old girl killed an army . Her Susano'o barely was barely complete but it did not failed to protect her. When growing up and rising to rank Jonin she and her brother Itachi become Anbu together.She was then imprisoned by Danzo and sealed her never to be seen by anyone after the massacre of her clan, but years later she was released by the man named 'Madara' and recruited her to Akatsuki. She has hidden herself to anyone but her brother and the organization,but when the war has come she revealed herself and was killed by the hands of Kaguya Otsutsuki but unbeknownst to Kaguya, Y/n was the reincarnation of her.

Upon arriving to Valhalla and meeting Brunhilde she found herself at Japanese Pantheon. Reuniting with many familiar faces that she knows back at her own world, the world of Shinobi and her love ones.

When hearing the news of the rise of the demons, she created an association together with the Demon Slayers and Valkyries and Humanities Champions(during the selection). The leaders Herself, Ubuyashiki and Brunhilde became the three main leaders of the association that will ensure the safety of all the beings.

The association was created even before the announcement of eradication of humanity or even the meeting of all the Gods.

Going back, The three main leaders has planned upon the following and the group that will be called :

Alpha squadron consist of all Shinobi together guarding the Swordsmiths and are assigned to go around every pantheons secretly and investigate if there are demons or suspicious around and will kill in secrecy. This squadron has 3 sector :

the Cavaliers who will kill without any hesitations and is grouped to any squadron or group. They are mostly assigned to protect and/or assassinate.

The Revolutionists consist of Akatsuki members but they are the group who will want changes as they all want to go against the Gods since they want to eradicate humanity they are assigned sometimes for negotiations or stealing. Some of them only agreed because they were going to be paid(hi kakuzu) they are the ones who are also called Protestants. They are mostly assigned to protest and to spread rumors.

The Investigators most likely consist of all kages but there are some who are not kages and is assigned to find any traces of Demons around and any suspicious people.

Beta squadron consist of Demon Slayers the ones who will hunts down Demons along with the Cavalier group. Yoriichi tsugikuni, Michikatsu tsugikuni, Lady Tamayo and Yushiro has also become a part of the corps ever since knowing that demons still roam around.

Delta consist of Human Champions(even Buddha is allowed) and Valkyries they are the ones on the spotlight. It was supposedly only the Valkyries but then the eradication of humanity was announced.

But then Brunhilde, Lord Ubuyashiki and Y/n found their selves at the presence of the creators of their world. Along with Nyx, her husband Erebus ,along with the Titans and the rest of the creators has blessed those who are to protect everyone. Which Blessed all those who are in the association. Especially. You.

The Alpha and Beta squad is not to be seen, they are only the darkness and shadow of the Delta squad. They are the ones who will guard down the whole place and every pantheons and never to be seen. No one, not even the Gods has noticed their existence. Except to the God of Underworld.

But before the creation of the association, she asked Brunhilde if she can work at the Norse Pantheon to which she agreed. And informed the Gods rather late.

Her duty at the Norse Pantheon is a maid which was quickly makes everyone question...even Odin was left questioning as to why such a human herself wound want to work...since...working there would be endless. And no human can last forever. or are they?

And the eyes of the Storm meets the incarnation of Otsutsuki Kaguya.

A few Hours Later...

Across the absolute blood and carnage left behind by both the sisters with now both the undead risen back to life and what's worse is after the sister's first mutation not only both the enhanced t and G virus have become airborne but also the bio mass left behind by Hsien-Ko began growing more rapidly completely covering and infecting both local wild life, the livestock of these villages practically infecting any organism within it's proximity. The most terrifying thing about them is that the biomass itself is alive growing eyes and what appear to be jagged teeth kick starting the beginning of an apocalyptic event unlike anything the world has ever endured that will ravage the planet in a wide global scale if this situation left unchecked. Through the infestation of the undead they too started to mutate into much, much worse. The zombies upon their mutation have become more aggressive and hostile than any zombie type from previous bioterrorist incidents.

With the entire planet is currently at steak they came in. Through the helicopter flying above then slowly landing. Coming out of the said chopper they reveal themselves to be mercenaries but these aren't your typical mercenaries. They're umbrella corp a very powerful paramilitary organization who're always one step ahead of both the BSAA and blue umbrella. Taking advantage of the situation as always as umbrella corp start quarantining the entire area as more of them showed up through support choppers with weapons drawn scanning their perimeter through out the area and standing amongst these frequently skilled zombie hunters is their commander of the operation and one man that was a legend during the time right before umbrella's downfall the grim reaper himself Hunk stand fourth with his squad also comprises of former USS soldiers that had survived the raccoon city incident and a few other members. Commanding the rest of umbrella corp mercenaries to gather up reminding them of the mission.

" Alright men gather up the chances of completing the mission is slim but as long as we work fast enough we'll have a chance of containing both viruses and also tracking down two B.O.W.s. that are responsible for the viruses to spread... "

" We need both of them alive the two are high value targets even if it cause casualties we also need wipe out the infected and this still growing bio mass and collect samples to send in to our clients any questions? "

One of his squad mates 3A-7 chuckles while cocking his handgun.

The other operative who was one of the original alpha team members before the raccoon city incident had occured by the name of J. Martinez codenamed ghost wearing his ruined attire reminding him of his past and guilt nodded his head.

With that Hunk gathered the rest of his new squad to come with to begin their objective while the rest of the umbrella corp set up base camp in parts of the entire area while they continue with the quarantine making sure nobody gets in or out infected or not they're not taking any chances.

Tagging whoever would like to do this - I'm just home from work on a Sunday, so only light tasks for my brain please.

What’s your favorite Sims death?

I've never been the type who enjoyed killing off their Sims, so I haven't been very interested in the various death-types. Years ago I've seen someone reply to this question "the mummy curse, because of the darkening vision effect and the sandy death-animation and ghost". This inspired a generation of my gameplay legacy, but I manipulated it so the Sim turned into a mummy instead of dying.

Alpha CC or MaxisMatch?

Maxis match, especially for clothing. I like the clear silhouettes of MaxisMatch clothing and I think they work best with most animations.

Do you cheat your sims weight?

In gameplay I prefer to achieve weight-changes the natural way. In storytelling of course I make the characters the way I need them.

Do you move objects?

In storytelling always, in gameplay sometimes to decorate.

Favorite Mod?

The technically obvious answer is NRaas because the game is literally unplayble without them. I love how many gameplay mods are being released these days.

First Expansion/Game Pack/Stuff Pack?

For every Sims game I was a bit late to the party and waited until it came with a pets expansion. This and Seasons. The world is not complete without animals and seasons.

Do you pronounce live mode like aLIVE or LIVing?

As @nocturnalazure said, I understand it as "we're live now". It's called "Live-Modus" in German and in a German word that's the only way "live" is pronounced.

Who’s your favorite sim that you’ve made?

I still think the cast of Of Chevalry are the best Sims I've ever made. I don't see characters' faces very clearly in my head, but these really turned out the way I hazily imagined them.

I like the braided updo from the basegame. I use a lot of EA hair actually, especially for male Sims.

Favorite life stage?

Depends. For babies, toddlers, and to some extend children, I wish there were more content and gameplay in the actual game. On the other hand, this makes it fun to make mods for them. Teens and elders I wish were more different from adults, and I wish the developers had gone the extra step and made all clothing available teen-to-elder, like in Sims 4. In my stories I try to show my characters' development in whatever age they currently are.

Are you a builder or are you in it for the gameplay?

I'm not a very good builder. My best own buildings are square and simple.

Are you a CC creator?

I dare say.

Do you have any Simblr friends or a Sim Squad?

I feel really old when I think of all my mutuals who are no longer active. Around 2015 there were so many historical and storytelling Sims 3 simmers! Sometimes I think of their stories and how they might have continued...

Until last year there was a cardboard plumbob hanging next to our family-computer. But we finally realized every family member has their own computer now, so we removed that office corner.

Do you have a YouTube for sims?

I do, but it only has a handful of three-second screen-captures from my game. At one point tumblr's video upload didn't work, so I linked them from youtube.

How has your “Sims style” changed throughout your years of playing?

It changed a lot. I always played a historic game, but I was much more eclecticist in the beginning. Of course also new cc came out, and I started using lighting mods and later poses. And I switched from gameplay to storytelling.

Something that makes your heart happy when thinking about it? - My very niche interests and dreams hehehe. A lot of it is historical related, of course. I love historical and vintage architecture and fashion, etc. My dream since middle school was to be a historian.

As for Shifty, it was when he spoke to Winters in the last episode. Again, I'm weak for that boy :( ♡

Do you make content for any fandoms, if so; what sort of content? - I mostly make content for Band of Brothers but I intend to branch out now that I'm getting pretty into The Pacific...I post some stuff from comic books I like from time to time on my instagram (mostly art).

Do you move objects? Imagine playing sims 2 and not being able to move objects, truly a hellscape

First Expansion/Game Pack/Stuff Pack? Here's a vague answer for you all: The first sims game I got was the TS1 complete collection, so technically it was all the sims 1 EPs. And then when I got TS2 I got about 8 EPs/SPs in one go off ebay, can't exactly remember which ones other than it didn't include Apartment Life or Seasons, so what came first was really a good 50% of the whole game

Slightly off topic but the only sims I've ever bought new was the IKEA stuff pack when it was on clearance. Enjoy your £3 for this entire series, EA ;)

Are you a builder or are you in it for the gameplay? I'd say technically for building, although it's more building characters and the world they live in. Gameplay does come into it, but more for letting sims play out storylines and interact with their world like in a soap opera way than the usual motives way of playing, if that makes sense - I'm constantly dishing out maxmotives because I had an idea of what I wanted to happen next but the sims would've otherwise been too grumpy lol

Are you a CC creator? As long as the title of CC creator doesn't expire after a couple of years of doing absolutely nothing (but definitely not retiring either) then yes

How long have you had Simblr? 4293 days apparently, that's a lot of days.

How do you edit your pictures? do I look like I know what editing is? These days I don't even crop my pictures, I just dump screenshots into a presized photoshop document and shunt them around a bit until the composition looks ok. At a push I'll boost the contrast/saturation a tiny bit, particularly if I've left low blue light mode on again and the colours look a bit odd

What expansion/gamepack is your favorite? TS1 - you know I think it might be superstar. I love how silly studio town is with all those fun things like the fashion runway and the film sets. The celebrity system is amusing too, and is a convenient way of making sims of famous people a bit less weird to have around as opposed to just having them as playables (imo anyway). Shoutout to makin' magic too though, still my favourite implementation of magic in the entire sims series

TS2 - Apartment life. The ability to build functional flats and having magic back (if in a slightly disappointing way compared to TS1)? Height-shiftable things? Nice.

“Fall of X” Era Ushers in New Comic Book Series and Ties into Several Titles

In July 2023 the X-Men will hold the Hellfire Gala, which will kick off a new era that will become known as the “Fall of X,” where everything that mutantkind has accomplished on Krakoa threatens to be destroyed. The Fall of X saga will tie into several titles and create a few new ones.

X-Men will continue with the 25th issue from writer Gerry Duggan and artist Stefano Caselli. As with other Hellfire Galas, the team will get shaken up. Kate Pryde, aka Kitty, Sprite, Ariel, Red Queen, and Captain Kate, will join the team under the name ShadowKat.

Pandemonic Paradise AU -- between chapters 5 and 6 of WtST, things go horribly wrong, and Volo gains Arceus's power. As the world starts to fracture, a distortion drops of a very confused Ingo, who, needless to say, takes the news of his twin's presumed death very badly

Broken AU -- tentatively full-titled as A Promise Broken is a Lie Told, this is a variant in which Ingo handled his grief less-than-healthily, takes all the blame for Emmet's disappearance himself, and isolates himself from his family, eventually taking the title of Unova's Champion

Illusory Lives AU -- a variant in which Emmet died during the red sky incident and came back as a Hisuian Zoroark. Lots of found family here (and Ingo may drown in guilt a little bit)

1. What’s your favourite sims death? Gotta go with a classic... the cowplant death. I really like cowplants!

2. Alpha CC or Maxis Match? I'm maxis mix, but hair must be maxis match.

3. Do you cheat when your sims gain weight? Nope. I can't think of a reason I would ever need to!

4. Do you use move objects? Yes, but I use the T.O.O.L. mod more (for really accurate placement).

5. Favorite mod? UI Cheats or MCCommand are obviously necessary, but I could not play the game without Lumpinou's mods or custom recipes (Granny's Cookbook is my favorite).

6. First expansion/game/stuff pack you got? Get to Work, luxury party, and camping GP (outdoor retreat I think? It came in a bundle).

7. Do you pronounce “live mode” like aLIVE or LIVing? Honest to God I go back and forth on this. Depending on the context I have used both! (I pondered this question for a few minutes but it hurt my poor little dyslexic brain. I just kept going back and forth until I was too confused lmao.)

8. Who’s your favorite sim that you’ve made? I really don't have a favorite child. Erwin is probably my favorite townie makeover, but I will always have a special place in my heart for my Carter family OCs.

9. Have you made a simself? Yes, but I don't play my simself in game.

10. What sim traits do you give yourself? High maintenance, creative, family-oriented (+ music lover and moody)

11. Which is your favorite EA hair color? Probably the true black tbh (but I use the last red hair swatch a LOT for some reason lol).

12. Favorite EA hair? I like all the hairs that came with Growing Together and I like the braided updo from Jungle Adventure.

13. Favorite life stage? Teens or YA probably as these stages have the most enjoyable gameplay features.

14. Are you a builder or are you in it for the gameplay? Gameplay - telling stories is the heart of why I play the Sims in the first place. I do love building, but I have to be in the mood.

15. Are you a CC creator? I wish, because I have some very stupid desires lmao. Maybe one day!

16. Do you have any simblr friends/a sim squad? I wouldn't say I have a simblr squad, but I've met some amazing people on here who I would consider friends!!! ❤ Even if we don't talk often, I really care about my mutuals.

17. What’s your favorite game? Outside of the Sims, I don't play a ton of games. Probably Animal Crossing!

18. Do you have any sims merch? No!

19. Do you have a YouTube for sims? Not yet, but that is a long term goal!

20. How has your “sim style” changed throughout your years of playing? Back when TS4 first dropped I used alpha cc, no custom sliders, no skin overlays, and my sims were very ugly tbh lol. Then I shifted to a hyper cartoon look once I discovered simblr. But now I think I have my own distinctive style that I'm really proud of!

22. Who’s your favorite CC creator? I like so many different creators, but I have everything @pralinesims has ever made in my game. I also love @simstrouble, @daylifesims, and @okruee hairs. For build stuff, probably @awingedllama!

23. How long have you had a simblr? A little over a year!

24. How do you edit your pictures? I mostly resize, crop, adjust the exposure and contrast as I see fit, then sharpen the image. I do have a new method for gameplay pics that I learned a few days ago that looks really clean and smooth that I'm excited about too!!! My whole process is pretty low effort as I'm not into that part of the process at all.

25. What expansion/game/stuff pack is your favorite so far? Strangerville (obviously) and Get Together, the underrated queen!!! The townies are so good and the world is amazing. But really I like any packs that add gameplay (especially family/legacy-centered gameplay).

26. What expansion/game/stuff pack do you want next? Not a whole pack dedicated to horses that's for sure lmao 😅. I really want another city world, or at least a world that has apartments. More hobbies and skills would be phenomenal, like a whole skill game pack or EP dedicated to hobbies and personal passions (reminiscent of TS2 Freetime). More diversity of personality and skills in the game, more careers (not all playable ones like GTW, but I wouldn't object to a few). A skills/hobby pack would be a great pack to include bands and additional instruments. I would like more non-American-based worlds as well.

1. What’s your favourite sims death?

Hard to say, removing pool ladder is a classic everyone loves, but I really loved Mummy Curse Death from TS3 World Adventures, as it has to be one of the most forboding and ominous.

2. Alpha CC or Maxis Match?

I go with a mix of both, don't really care.

3. Do you cheat when your sims gain weight?

My sims rarely gain weight.

4. Do you use move objects?

Of course I do, everybody does!

5. Favorite mod?

Deaderpool's MC Command Center is a must. I'm also a big fan of Coolspear's and Sacrificial's work, and lately I fell in love with new custom skills by JaneSimsten.

6. First expansion/game/stuff pack you got?

That's gotta be Hot Date for Sims 1. Yeah, I'm that old.

7. Do you pronounce “live mode” like aLIVE or LIVing?

Since English isn't my native language, I tend to alternate between those, but I usually go with Live, as in LIVing.

Oh, that has to be Lord Professor Ebenezer Vincent Ignatius Laurence von Charlatain III, the gentleman you see in my avatar.

Let's see: Sims 1 was awesome, but now is really dated, and build mode is limited and obnoxious to use. Sims 2 is a fantastic game but it's so buggy and prone to save corruption. Sims 3 Would be the best, due to the open world and so many fun lifestates, if you didn't had to wait an eternity and a half for it to load. Also, Twilight sparkly vampires. Ew. I kinda like Sims 4 the best, not only it has the best versions of lifestates (maybe except the furry-ass werewolves), but also the Best QoL improvements to CAS and Build mode. Give it some time, and I think it will be the best sims game ever.

Sadly, no.

It really didn't change much, except I rarely now deliberately kill my sims, as I get attached to my pixel dolls. Back in my TS1 days I would torture my sims in the most fun ways.
