silly... as somebody who runs a casino (yes he still runs the casino in my head. canon can get bent) he is very very busy, so he understands that there simply may not be time or energy to dedicate to him during working hours

The sound of their footsteps became louder as they merged towards the platform where your body was stationed, restrained in between the two holy statues. Each step they took sounded like a metal clunk as their feet meets the pavement…

Amidst the clunks of each step, voices among the crowd yells out in gasping notion.

The clunks have stopped….you opened your eyes, and slightly raise your head. Turning it to the side, you saw the form of a shadowed figure kneeling….gray feathered wings mixed with a pastel of dark charcoal black mixed in adorns its back. Much like the wings of the metallic figures, yet the smokey gray appeared much lighter in hue. Thinking back when the events of the creatures began killing off the people that were selected, you had always wondered how they could have been called angels. Was it only merely because they adorned those smokey wings? Even though, the figure off to the side of the platform, adorned the same pair, he was much darker….yet…..seemed more Heavenly.

Rising up slowly, he takes on a standing posture as he emerges from the shadows of the taller buildings that hovered nearby.

Removing the hood of his cloak, you gazed on the familiar face that reassured you with a look of softness, right before he glares at the leading figure that marched the remaining creatures towards your execution.

Another voice pierces the stagnant air as the people all point and gasped.

You turn your head to look over to the opposite side and watched as another cloaked figure, adorned with wings of the same color as Niki, makes its way out from the alley way nearby. With narrowed eyes towards the row of monsters that contained every means to bring you harm, he spoke with his piercing eyes as he flared his warning stare at them.

A series of gasps and shouts emerge once more when a sudden whoosh could be heard.

Feeling the breeze graze your skin and moving your hair, you shift your face once more to view the scene directly in front of you. Landing on a combative kneeling position, in between you and the murderous creatures, he flares his wings in full display as he raises his head and pierces his dark gaze to the shiny figures ahead. Though you only had the view of his backside and the glory of his smokey-dark wings, you recognized him and felt a sense of comfort upon seeing the three brothers.

Parallel to Jay’s frame, the leading figure screeches out an offensive tone as it pierces the ear drums of each man, woman, and child nearby that stood to watch your execution.

Furrowing his brows, Jay merely stands as he glares at the figure displaying its warcry.

Raising its arms as it morphs each limb into terrifying weapons of motorized blades and saws, it leans in and lunges, yet the very moment it took its first step, a swarm of insect’s rushes in. In a blink of an eye, the swarm scoops the figure and suspends it in the air, thrashing its body into nothing as it loses the luster of its metallic form.

The crowed is left speechless but not without gasps and screams as they scurry into nearby buildings and establishments to hide from the scene. Peering through windows and glass doors, they all continue to watch as Jay’s insects finish off the creature in mid-air.

Witnessing the brutality as Jay kills off the lead figure, the remaining metallic creatures all screech out their war cries as they leap and lunge forward, all taking in the same initiative as the last by morphing their extremities into massive blades.

You watched, as Sunoo raises his hand and with his ultimate power, a group of metallic angels froze in place. Shifting and jolting into crinkled motions, their hearts explode from the inside and out.

Sensing their numbers shrinking, a row of the angels screech out into the open sky. Directing their tone to the clouds that hovered above, it appeared to be as if they were….

“Senator! Look!”

One of the regulators points out as you and the brothers all witness the mass numbers of angels descending from the sky, all responding to the calls of their brethren as they come to the aid of the ones who had yet to be slain by the princely brothers.

You watched as a pair swoop in, aiming towards Jay and Sunoo, when suddenly a pair of strong hands emerge out and grabs them both by their necks.

Smashing the figures together, only bits and pieces of the metallic shrapnel remained, falling onto the pavement.

Revealing his face as the cloak drapes back at his nape, he clicks his tongue as he approaches a group that breach his presence. With both his hands, he expels the power of strength and unleashes Hell in the form of his wrath….

You viewed from the heightened platform as each brother took on multiple angels at a time, slaying them with ease as they used both brute force and their powers.

Hearing the fast-paced footsteps of an angel heading your way, you turned your face as you remained hugging onto your chest with tightly crossed arms, bracing yourself for the creature to slash you into bits….

The thunderous sound swooped through your ears as a large gust of a familiar force sends the strands of your hair flying. Hearing the roar of the one that caused it, you recognized that sound...that vibration…that monstrous and yet mystical growl that shook the earth to its very core….

Suddenly, a pair of strong arms embraces you, sealing in the warmth and comfort of protection and reassurance. Lifting your head, you gaze on the side profile of the one who caresses your body. That blonde hair…those sleight blue eyes….that indiscriminate tongue as he licks his lips and softly chuckles while he whispers “Good girl, Layla.”

As he maintains his hold on you, cradling you to his chest, Niki steps in front and with a swift motion of his hand, he grips the air with an empty fist. You watched as a line of angels that breached the platform, all were ridden with slurred movements. As they moved in slowed motion, the ravishes of time takes an excruciating toll as each second affected them as they rotted to the core. Crouching and slowly withering away, they succumb into a sloth like state, turning into ash as they disintegrate.

Backing up, the angels all group together as they merge into a double-row force. The row in front, morphs into an offensive shield that extends from one end of the city to the other, while the row behind remained with extended blades yet the main form of their bodies morph into something more monstrous as they lose their humanoid structure and take on a more reptilian form. The wall develops rotary blades, much like a meat grinder, with the assault row behind, they march, pushing forward in formation.

Migrating towards you, the brothers, and all who stood in their way, you watched in horror as the metallic line had every intention of running you all over and grinding you down into bits and pieces, similar to hamburger meat.

Yet you remained without fear. Watching as each brother stood before you in one straight line, standing in the center, was Jungwon.

However, as they presented themselves combatively, facing the offensive row of the screeching metallic creatures, you watched in awe as you witness the transformation of the six Princes, each one taking on the form of something dark yet glorified in ancient wonder.

The terrifying screams and warnings of the crowd stained the air as they hid themselves deep within every crevice in the city. Senator Forras and his regulators all watch from atop the high building, panic ridding them of all other expressions as they shouted from above, cursing your name.

Despite how much power he had gained within the city, knowing the truth of how he coordinated with the angels to doom the randomly selected, there you were….heavily protected and fought for.

Even though you carried the fragile appearance of a chained angel, kneeling as you cover yourself in a cradling position, delicate and breakable as any other person around, you were emerging victorious against the corrupt and gluttonous authorities that ruled the country. All because you were behind the guard of the most powerful beings in the universe…something Forras or his cult members didn’t’ have…and never will.

Yet you couldn’t deem yourself as the victor…not just yet. Because the moment that the six Princes shifted forms, revealing their demonic entities, the angels took on a different stance in their offensive line as they all communicated with one another. With their bodies shifting from side to side, in sync, they let out a vibrating cry into the sky, much like they did earlier. However, there was something different in the tone that they screamed out, it was ritualistic, and it came out in a calling beat.

The sun was setting, yet its light was still illuminating the city….that was, until the cries of each angel beckoned upon a greater…much larger force from above.

A giant shadow casts over the city grounds, causing everything to grow dim.

Looking up, you take notice of all the birds, they were migrating far and away from the premises. Shifting your gaze, you watched as each brother, while adorning their beastly exposed forms, all look up as they took in the sight of something that seemed to be much more powerful than the generic angels they were battling with.

Looking up, you watch as a large, shadowed figure emerges from the clouds in the sky, coming out of the mist as it towered over the tallest building. With each step it took, the earth rumbled as the bricks and beams of the city’s infrastructure falters from it’s mighty presence.  

‘…..What is that?’

The figure fully exposes itself as it draws nearer. It looked nothing like the angels that plagued the population, yet it was evident that this gigantic entity was associated with the silver metallic beings as you watched all of them levitate, flying towards the towering figure and encircling it, creating a defensive barrier around its structure.....the lore of shadows and all things that was considered evil...more so than the Devil, at least...in your eyes...he was.

You, as well as the entire population, only knew of the angels that frequented the mortal realm as they killed off the selectees every seven days. How strange that one of them would be different from the rest.

‘Is it God?.....What is it?’

Suddenly, Forras' voice could be overheard as he shouts out with a horrifying sense of excitement in his tone.

“You demons! Monsters and beasts from Hell! You and that whore cannot withstand he ultimate power of God’s greatest angel! He will destroy you much like he will send his angels to finish the job in cleansing the world and ridding it of the filth that plagues it, once and for all! Behold the archangel, Jol!”

Shuttering at the last bit of his words, you recalled the history lesson that Niki shared with you in regards to Heeseung, God, the creation of people….and the archangel that secretly despised the concept in the creation of people, and was conspiring against God to destroy them…along with Heeseung…..yet the latter had changed, and according to the brothers, it was due to you, yet you had no idea as to how.

The world came to a standstill, as you and each of the six princes watch the large form let out a powerful scream.

For a moment….you truly felt fearful, even after accepting death through the tortuous manner that the angels were prepared to relinquish on you, only to be saved and guarded by the six brothers.

Yet, all hope seemed lost, even with the each prince present, faithfully by your side as they catered around the base of the platform, preparing to fight off the archangel, all for the sake of your safety.

“I beseech you! Archangel Jol! Kill off these monsters and destroy that woman who has offended God and your ultimate power!”

Forras’s words echo throughout the city, bouncing off every building as it makes its way to the ears of the monster above.

Shifting their stances, the brothers heed the outspoken words of the Senator, and nearly took flight when the sudden shrilling scream of the towering monster was let out.

It gazed off to the side, and shrilled out once more, as if it was displeased over something. Looking over to the far end of the city, you observed how each Prince shifted their gaze in the same direction.

“Senator! Over there!”

The moment the regulator spoke out, you noticed another shadow casting over the city, however, it didn’t just dim the entire land as the archangel had done with his enormous stature. For a moment, just a split second, the entire city turned dark, pitch black even.

As they spread out in mid-flight, you squinted your eyes as you observed closely at what was coating the sky and ridding the city every bit of its light…

‘….Bats?....’

Another schilling scream emerges from the archangel, it caused your ear drums to become static with the vibrations that punctured through the drum. It was painfully loud, and you had wondered why as you shifted your gaze in the direction it was looking at.

From afar, you watched the familiar figure making his way over. With delicate steps, he calmly makes his way as the bats all surround the city, creating a dark ring to formulate.

You watched as he dawns his all-black apparel, taking each step in a suave manner as one hand is loosely tucked into one of his trouser pockets, while the other drapes low to his side, slightly swaying as he moved. His hair wasn’t the silver ash color as you remembered, instead, it was jet black, yet one unique feature remained that was a dead giveaway in letting you know just who it was that was approaching…

‘That lace mask…its him....he’s here…’

Each brother, while remaining in their powerful and intimidating demonic forms, all render absolute respect as they kneel and bow in the direction of the figure breaching the center of the city.

“Who is that?” The Senator inquires with his regulators, yet none of them could acknowledge the man’s identity as they never saw him before.

His face remains a mystery. A subtle side smirk births from the corner of his mouth as he looks ahead and sees you…

He sees you.

How beautiful and delectable you looked…yet he felt the pent-up rage as he takes in the sight of those awful chains that restricts your movement, trapping you to be mercilessly killed off like cattle.

Unless it was by his own hand, no one had the right to chain you up...no one. Whoever they are, once he's finished here, he had some work to do on the figures that dare to tie you down like so.

Hearing the shrilled screams once more, he shifts his masked gaze up to the enormous figure that riddled the city with fear. A wide smirk and chuckle was his only response as he observes the familiar form of the one that he knew very well.

‘Heh…so it was you….Jol….’

Rubbing the tips of his fingers together, a telepathic sense of communication was rendered as the bats, in groups of thousands, perhaps millions, go from ringing in the city, to trailing in flight towards his direction. Flying in spirals around his lithe form, a mob of darkness ensues and engulfs him. He no longer becomes visible to everyone nearby, only the merging darkness of the bats could be seen.

The bats continue to screech their calls as they create a tornado out of their flying form, slowly shapeshifting into something wild and unruly.

Just as the brothers took on mystical demonic forms, so did he….yet it became evident as to why each brother respected and acknowledged him as the ruler, and it wasn’t merely just due to his age, him being the first archangel, favorited by God, or the ruler of Hell…..

Just as the archangel Jol towered over each building, so did Heeseung…yet he appeared even taller. His humanoid body displayed the power of his shape as the muscle definition was accompanied by the blood red eyes that glared with a glow that could beam a hole right through your heart. Spiked hair trailed down his spine, all the way down to the smooth tail that led to a seared and sharply jagged point, resembling a spear, yet there were intricate sawed edges that trailed the outline of its tip.

His head resembled that of an animal, yet it had the appeal of a skull without flesh. On top his head, were a pair of sharp horns that extended towards the Heavens, paired with the black feathered wings that draped over his back. It was strange, how all the angels, even the archangel Jol, and Heeseung’s brothers carried beautiful wings that were decorated with smokey-gray and ashy colored feathers, yet with Heeseung, the pair he dawned was all black, lustrous with a shine that reflected a dark red and purple hue.

There he was, standing just as gigantic as the murderous archangel off to your side….Heeseung.... in his fearsome form.

This….before the world, stood the Devil…in his full glory...ready to take on Jol...to save you....and to take you away.

Progress Update #4// 4/3/24

Hey everyone, just wanted to update you all on the story.

I've started a new process for the past few days where I write for two hours and then take fifteen-thirty minute breaks in between. I'm still blanking on what to write for a section sometimes, but I'm really trying not to have grayed out choices again. That was NOT fun.

Still, the writing process shouldn't be forced, but sometimes you just really need to kick your own ass and grab that text file by the ears. Plus, this is the most productive I've felt since getting my wisdom teeth removed.

In celebration of this new bout of inspiration, here's a sneak peek of an upcoming scene you may encounter in the update.

Alright, that's it. This girl can't just bully you away because she doesn't like you. You hadn't even done anything when she first started acting nasty towards you. Yes, you may have walked away in the middle of a conversation, but she had been so…aggressive. You weren't just going to stand there and take it, and you definitely weren't going to start now. So, you take a step closer to Claire, giving her a leveled glare of your own. "Last time I checked, this table doesn't belong to you." Tension quickly fills the air around the two of you. Claire doesn't respond to your retort, but she doesn't need to. Her body language gives you all the information you need to know.

Ooooh boi, what the hell did you do to make Claire this mad at you. And on the first day? Tragic.

Along with that we'll be getting into a few things before finally ending episode 1:

Reworked the gender system of the counselors. Now you can choose from the beginning how you want them to be.

Added the choice to be non-binary (a new batch of campers, hooyay!). Also need to add onto scenes with Asher, Claire, and Lucas.

Meeting the final two counselors (Ruby and Silas).

An added scene with E for returning MCs during your walk to the mess hall.

Going through orientation, including a fun scavenger hunt (Uncle Robert said it would be fun, don't believe him).

A small scene with your new roommates in your cabins.

I'm so excited just thinking about it, and I'm the one writing the dang story.

If you hadn't seen it yet, I answered an ask a little bit ago about doing visuals for the blog. I'm not the best at visual media (that's more my mother's thing) but I can use a character maker like a mf if I have too.

It was kinda nice, a little limiting, but it was surprisingly helpful for me to have it. I've thought about how these characters look for so long it's strange to suddenly see them brought to life in any type of way except text. The character bios have been updated with these pictures now.

So, I wrote this update yeaterday and was planning for it to just post through queue like I normally do, but the situation has changed. The demo will be updated again, however the stopping point is literally the same. The only major changes are the gender system, adding being non-binary, and having everything on one file (pray for me). The stopping point is still the same.

All in all the word count is now at this point: 57k (W/O Code), 14K (average). Not a huge jump average wise, but I'm happy anyway.

random helpful tumblr tips

The tumblr guide I keep reblogging already mentions that we don’t censor words here, like, c*ns*r w*rds, but doesn’t explain why: stuff you type in the post body isn’t searchable in the way that tweets are. Only your followers, people who google that specific thing, and people who view the tags will ever see it. (Also, do tag your posts, so that you or others could easily sort things on your blog)

Please correct me if I’m wrong but if you type a long tag with “ass” in it, as opposed to tagging “ass” separately, you also stay safe from randoms. I’ve been noticing tumblr filters suppressing some presumably nsfw words in the tags but I need a larger sample size on this. “Suppressing” as in hiding your post from the tag, so if you’re a content creator, I’d suggest keeping your tags sfw for visibility.

So there IS a lowkey algorithm on tumblr, but it only looks to hide nsfw posts and links, often erroneously. Otherwise your timeline dashboard is chronological. Use adblocks, xkit, fiddle with your tumblr settings, and enjoy a feed free from bs. Go browse around, and don’t forget to sort the tags by latest.

Also a very specific grahafucker tip: like many xiv names, his is a pain to tag. Here’s his main tag: g’raha tia. The unfortunate variations that see no traffic: g’raha tia (a DIFFERENT symbol, HOW), graha, graha tia, grahatia. Nobody uses those here.

I mentioned a long long time ago that one day you may be able to commission fics! And while that day is not today, you can in the future! I do intend on testing this out soon, so keep your eyes peeled! This section will be edited when that time comes as well as an announcement being made!

Helaena was not an important character in the book, and it limits her show version because there is no space for her actions in the plot. That’s why she isn’t allowed to actively try and do something, unlike pretty much every other Targ with visions. Writers just noticed that it is impossible to get rid of her entirely despite how passive she is in the book and how non-character she is, so they decided to give her a gimmick ability of pointless predictions that casual watchers may find interesting. Her muttering vague spoilers while being ignored doesn’t require time or extra work, costs nothing but creates some illusion of character depth, mystery and importance.

Basically she is “letting her dreams guide her” to the window instead of boringly jumping into it because she is now fancy cute special magical girl.

I think it's more of what I describe HERE, HERE, esp HERE. Because while she has only two lines/actions of note before her descent into grief-madness and suicide in the book:

Princess Helaena was breaking her fast with her children when the Kingsguard came to her…but when asked the whereabouts of Prince Aegon, her brother and husband, she said only, “He is not in my bed, you may be sure. Feel free to search beneath the blankets."

("The Blacks and the Greens") “Scream and you all die,” Blood told Her Grace. Queen Helaena kept her calm, it is said. “Who are you?” she demanded of the two. “Debt collectors,” said Cheese. “An eye for an eye, a son for a son. We only want the one, t’ square things. Won’t hurt the rest o’ you fine folks, not one lil’ hair. Which one you want t’ lose, Your Grace?” ("A Son for a Son")

you can can still develop a character from these actions/words (again, look to that last linked post). It's not impossible, bc there iss till action and context and how she is used/relates to her family by how they conduct themselves, why they are usurping Rhaenyra, what justifications they use, the entire point of the Dance and its effect, and their own values. To think about the effect that may have on Helaena in conjuction w/what we see above in the quotes: how can/could she have become that.

So if the writers did feel this:

it is impossible to get rid of her entirely despite how passive she is in the book and how non-character she is

they aren't very imaginative or observant as they think. So I also still agree that it partially comes from egotistical, intellectual laziness:

Helaena of the orig story may not do great actions aside from kill herself in such a graphic way (GRRM again with the graphic violence women go through being the starkest thing they do), but it's worse when you make her even more passive by making her keep her dreams to herself and using them to make her seem more mysterious than she is. And Helaena actually was important plot wise--mechanically--bc it is her Sophie's Choice then suicide that comes to Rhaenyra's having to flee KL, as GRRM mentions in his deleted Sept 4 blog post.

Because the other thing is that mystery in ASoIaF usually works as a mystery when there is non-revealing information suggested to both the characters AND readers; whereas HotD Helaena's "mystery" is known to the audience but not the characters & thus it really doesn't hit and is not real "mystery" so much as futility and an attempt at pleasing some in the audience at the expense of developing her.

Which is another reason why she feels so empty and is still not that compelling for many people in the audience.

Going though your blog and answers has me ✨ fascinated ✨ and I mean that in the most positive of ways. ABO is a hit or miss because it frequently intersects with my scent kink but only in the most specific of ways lol. (It has also been rotting my brains in trying to come up with different hcs lately so thank you for satisfying that scratch)

Originally came here from your slur list which I'm Obsessed with because mundane world building (mundane as in every day, I very much love it XD) so going through it was such a treat.

And now having spent almost an hour scrolling, I can confidently say that I love your blog ~

Food for thought: I know most head cannons around abo stay relatively away from deviation aside from personality (going off fanfics, I haven't explored blogs that much, a travesty I'm now realizing), but knowing that in humans neither sex nor gender is binary in any way has me wondering what those deviations might look like in an abo setting. What would intersex look like in this setting? Pheromones are pretty obvious, certain scents being correlated with certain presentations, but the potency could also bring up insecurity (going off your beta having weaker scents hc). Glands could be missing or placed differently (is the scent kink obvious lol) but seeing as they're important for communication, that could be an interesting take on ostracization as the "inept" one. I won't get too far into the surgery done to irl intersex folk because this is fun fantasy, but it's another aspect to explore.

All to say, I'm just fascinated with the evolution and the "how we got here" side of abo and all the ramifications that come with it lol.

So sorry, for taking so long to answer. I've been neglecting my asks a lot, there's nearly 100 of them, and I know I'll never get them down to a reasonable number. Oop :V But slowly I'll get through SOME hahahaha. First things first: I'm incredibly grateful for all the kind words. I know I've slowly got less and less time over the years to dedicete to this blog, But I still try to come by whenever I have some time to spare. And to know that there are people out there that really enjoy what I write and create is very heart-warming. Ah yes, the infamous slurs post. The A/B/O magnet that curses my notifications lol. Like I said in my last post, one day people will realize this is for FICTION, and as you said, world-building, not a real thing? Antis be bafflings as always, but what else is new, ey? YES! Channie deserves so much love. I unforutetly don't have any fanfics to rec, even though I am writting one myself. But I gotta say, as I write, writing Chris' persona (because when it comes to Real People fanfiction, especially idols, I make it very clear that we're dealing with their personas as artists, not them as real people in their private lives) is surprisingly difficult. Most of all when it comes to writing him as a source of conflict. Because bloody hell, he's so sweet, I can't write him being petty or whiny belivably enough! When I do write my fanfic though and at least post ONE chapter, I'll let you know, if you want I can send you a link also. Now for the interesting part. As always, omegaverse biology! I think it'd be interesting if intersex people were like, maybe anatomically like one dynamics, but behaviourally like another. Specially on their scent. You look at this big person, and you think "there goes an Alpha", but then they just smell like sweet Omega or Beta and you're like "wait a sec--". I like the idea of different shapes and placements of glands too! That'd be quite interesting. As for the gonads and reproductive organs, technically in my verse, Alpha females and Omega males are in a way, already what one may consider intersex (at least one interpretation of it). Female alpha have a slit/vagina that acts as a sheath for their penis, which only grow upon arousal, much like cats. And at least in my verse, Omega males have a vestigial penis and testicles, that although not functional for reproduction still react to arousal and stimulus. They also have a womb accessible by their booty, which I know many people don't like, but hey, my game my rules, right? Thinking of other possible intersex presentations in a verse such as this, then one could maybe argue for functional and larger penises for "supposed" Omegas while keeping the ability to carry offspring. And for female Alphas maybe maintining the ability to carry children, like Beta females, but having a smaller, non functional penis. And also a myriad of other possibilities. Would that be enough to constitute a new dynamics? Maybe, idk actually. I think much like in real life, it'd be up to the individual to decide whether or not they want to be segregated and categorized as something other. It's certainly a fun thing to consider and build a story or some headcanons in the very least upon. Thank you for the ideas :))

How to Request?

What Info Should I Include In My Request?

The following are extra pieces info you could include in your request to make it easier on me:

What size to make a wallpaper. This can be exact measurements or if you have an image that is the right size than feel to send that to me as well. (I'm not sure if you can send media through requests, but if not then feel free to dm this blog. If you want to remain anonymous on the request then i won't share your blog)

If the character you are requesting has multiple outfits, specify which ones you do/don't want. If you don't specify, i'll usually just use a mix.

What icon/edit i've done in the past do you want me to base it on? This isn't required, but if you want a guarantee that it will turn out a certain way then feel free to give the link to a specific thing i've done in the past. If nothing is specified i'll do what i usually do: whatever i want. Which i like to think usually doesn't turn out bad but it does mean you get a certain level of unpredictability when it comes to the little details.

What pride flag to use if there are multiple version.(ex. The sunset aroace flag vs both the aro and ace flags)

What Happens If I Don't Like How My Request Turns Out?

Simply let me know! Send another ask politely letting me know what I did wrong and i'll fix it!

When Do Requests Close?

Requests will close whenever i am busy/overwhelmed with my life. I will also probably close requests once i reach a certain amount so that i can catch up before getting new ones. Remember that i am a real person and have others things to do than just run this blog.

How Long Will My Request Take?

Depends on how interested i am in it. I will try to get to every request when i can, and the amount of requests i currently have affects that. If it is something I find very fun to work on it will probably get done faster. ;3 Of course after I finish the request It will be thrown in the queue. I sometimes have a backlog of posts but i try to queue requests to pop up within a couple days of me finishing them.

Can I Request More Than Once?

Yep! There is no limit whatsoever on how many requests you can submit. So go wild :)

Do I Have To Credit You?

You never have to directly credit me if you use something i've made, but rebloging it IS appreciated! It's how my work gets spread around to other people. But if you do want to credit me in your bio or whatever because you're using one of my icons i will always appreciate it :) THE EXCEPTION IS MY ICONS/EDITS USING ANOTHER PERSON'S ARTWORK! It is imperative that if another artist has been gracious enough to let me use their work that you properly credit them if using something i've made with it!!! This is probably the rule that will make me sound mean, I promise I’m not. I’m going to be real with you all here. I am very, very old and tired of being used as people’s personal resource blog. I get it, you see something on your dash and you think ‘that’s awesome!’ and reblog it. Well, since rebooting my blog, I’ve made the unfortunate but necessary choice to become more firm on my stance here. So I ask that any content (be it photographs of FCs, aesthetics, musings, plot ideas, and especially ask memes) please be reblogged from the source wherever it is possible to do so. I completely understand that the source is not always available, so I’m not here to say “nEvEr ReBlOg FrOm Me!!”, But I always try to reblog content from the source myself, so that way the source is easily accessible to you all. I’m literally making life as easy for you as possible. I also use tags to remind people to reblog from the source on posts where I know for a fact that the source is available. If you do this despite how crystal clear this rule is, then you will be soft blocked.  The only exceptions to this rule are 1) if you are reblogging an ask meme that you have sent in to me, then I am 100% ok with you reblogging it directly from me and 2) if I have tagged you in the post. F o r m a t t i n g :

I can do any kind of style - para, dialogue, icons, no icons. I don’t mind how you write, however I’m not personally a fan of excessive formatting. It just makes it difficult for me to read your replies and for me, the writing is way way more important than how the writing looks.

I generally tend to use small text (just the regular small) and medium sized gifs. Sometimes I use gif icons if that’s all that I can find for a FC. But you never have to match in your replies :)

If you don’t have access to resources of your muse, then I’m 100% ok to go without in a thread, I don’t mind not having any visual. I’m not really a fan of the big gifs found in the gif search or photos/gifs that don’t match the setting. It just really throws me off, that’s probably my only real no-no for this.

F o l l o w i n g   B a c k :

This blog is selective with follows; I will not follow everyone back. I also will often wait until we start writing before I follow people back too, so if you follow me and I don’t follow back straight away, don’t get the impression that I won’t ever follow you.

If I don’t follow back, please do not assume that lack of a follow means I will not write with you - I am NOT mutuals only. I merely wish to keep my dash from being cluttered. I will always make every effort to write with everyone if I can find a way for our muses to interact.

When it comes to the muses I have and their interactions, there’s no concept of ‘you must do X if you want Y’ here. We are all interested in the muses we’re interested in, some characters jump out to us more than others - we can’t force ourselves to be interested in a muse that just doesn’t click for us. So if you only want to write with male muses or only my female muses, I don’t mind. I’m just pleased that you want to write with me at the end of the day :) 

I don’t do ‘do not interact’ lists or anything, but if you are a blog that mainly/only writes smut and nothing else, or if you are a blog that exists for finding discord partners, then probably would advise against following me or liking my posts. Got nothing against either of those kinds of blog, 100% supportive of both, it’s literally just because I don’t write smut and I don’t rp on discord, so I unfortunately have nothing worthwhile to offer you. Saves both our time. 

L i m i t s / T r i g g e r s :

I have no ‘banned faceclaims’ (there are some actors/celebs who I’m not 100% comfortable with, however I don’t believe that the face you choose to represent a fictional character relates to anything that face might have said/done).

I will not RP with people writing as real life celebrities and I will not RP with people using faceclaims who have explicitly expressed that they do not wish to be used.

This might seem super specific, but if you have muses who are drastically different in age to their fc and resources, then I’m not really a fan. Like, if you have a muse who you state is 22, but you use a fc who is blatantly in their late thirties or older. Or the opposite, you say your muse is 40, but you use a fc who is 24. I’m just really not a fan of this, and I feel it perpetuates a lot of the issues I see around age in the rpc. 

If you have any triggers/fears that you wish to be tagged, please let me know - I want my followers to be comfortable on my blog. I generally try to tag the most common/logical things by default anyway, but if there’s something else I’m missing or if you have a less common thing you’d like to be flagged (such as a phobia or something), please let me know.

In turn, I kindly request that you tag the following content: rape/non-con/dub-con, suicide, self-harm, drowning, incest, mpreg, miscarriage/pregnancy difficulties. I will also never ever write this content under any circumstances - please do not try to get around this, as you will be blocked. My open starters are quite literally open to everyone! As long as your muse fits the bill for the plot, just go for it!

Please check who the open is aimed at. I specify things like gender, age, and other things relating to the connection I’m looking for. Please adhere to these, as they are specific for each muse and each set up. So if an open is aimed at males, please don’t respond with a female (and vice versa), or if there is a minimum age for any responding muses, please do not respond with muses younger. These are especially important if the open is directed towards a ship. 

Please avoid liking my opens, as I find that if there are notes on an open, people seem less likely to respond? If you’re saving for later, just go ahead and save to your drafts if you’d like to.

P l o t t i n g :

I love plotting. Give me all the plotting.

Even though I’m well over 18, I do not write smut. I will write some build up and then fade to black. I am absolutely not uncomfortable with that content, and I am happy to allude to things that have happened between characters in threads, and will happily discuss their intimacy in plotting if it comes up in conversation. 

I am also comfortable sending in nsfw ask memes for my partners if our muses are shipped, and I may even reblog the occasional meme that discusses nsfw aspects of my muses and on the rare occasion maybe drabble memes, but I won’t write out any sexual content in threads with other people. If I do reblog any kind of sexual meme, I will be VERY selective on who I accept asks from - generally only people who I have existing dynamics will and who I feel comfortable writing them for. That said, while I’m 100% comfortable with nsfw content, if you come to me in the IMs and your plot idea involves “can my muse fuck your muse”, we’re prob not going to be a good match. Shipping will vary from muse to muse - their information is available on their bios so please be sure to check them out. I have listed the minimum age of shipping partners for all muses who are open to ships - this can be found where their sexuality is listed on their bios. Some muses will be happy to date people who are quite a bit older than them, however they will never go below the listed age in their bios. I ask that you please respect that. If you have a query about an age gap, please don’t hesitate to check with me.

Please note that ALL of my male muses will only ever be shipped with male muses (even if they are listed as bisexual). I don’t want to go into too much detail, but I’ve had some godawful experiences shipping my males with females and it’s just much more comfortable for me to only write them in m/m ships. If you request me to write you a starter and you never respond, the starter will be deleted. I will check your blog for activity first, because I understand you may be on hiatus. I am a believer in ‘take your time’, however unfortunately my muse for threads can die out after a while. It’s sadly how it is for my writing muse, and I can’t force it. A Busy Weekend - Online "PersonaCon" 2023 w/ pigdude & Good4Gaming Supports The Trevor Project!

Hello, Tumblr! It's been some time since I initially kickstarted this blog. Since then, I've been hammering away at the video game reviews/blogs/essays/etc. that'd be exclusive to this site, as well as developing fair treats for prospective Post+ subscribers.

And then I'd be sitting stuck on a part of it.

Then going absolutely wild over my mere keyboard!

Then my brain goes out, just running on pitiful fumes.

I feel I have a ways to go in that department (call it my self-consciousness kicking in for no good reason...and maybe you're half-right, I admit). But until I feel I can deliver something substantial, I won't let this site miss out on what can be found on my Twitch, Twitter, Discord server (co-hosted with my lovely S/O @thepigdude), AO3, or even YouTube. And with this weekend being one of the largest I've had online in a while, it's only fair it's one of the first times I import the announcements from Twitter to Tumblr, and not just slap the Twitter thread's link and call it a day.

Now if it makes it easier, then here you go...

But at least I should give the Tumblr version its few bits of flair.

So with no further ado:

First up is another major charity effort from my friends at Good4Gaming, starting this Thursday (and as of writing this, TOMORROW!) at 2 PM EST.

(Small TW for the mention of self-injury and suicide; while only briefly, and in the context of helping to prevent such, it doesn't hurt for you to be aware. Just know this event is for The Trevor Project, and skip the single next paragraph if it's helpful.)

With Pride Month just around the corner, it was the perfect time to set up our next quarter of the year's major fundraising as a very appropriate cause: The Trevor Project, a renowned organization that emphasizes the care and physical/mental well-being of LGBTQ+ youth. They provide several resources for those demographics of people that couldn't readily find them elsewhere. In addition, not unlike the Crisis Text Line or numerous countries' own mobile hotlines, TP helps those in crises and/or to prevent self-injury and suicide from happening. And frankly, with how turbulent and disappointing some of the national/global news has been for LGBTQ+ groups, the Trevor Project remains as necessary as ever.

And even when this weekend's come and gone, G4G will continue to emphasize Trevor Project in charity fundraising and gaming streams/segments all through June, July, AND August—and even then, we aim to keep the site for donations open for the entirety of the year, merely switching major focus as soon as September hits.

So from Thursday afternoon to late Sunday night (going into the earliest small stretch of Monday), the team at G4G will be streaming games and activities hosted by a variety of our community members. I will be jumping on that Saturday, June 3rd from 2-6 PM EST (the game I'll be playing is still TBA, so stay tuned), but there will be a lot of other personalities to join before and after, so keep an eye out.

And now we reach the announcements that relate to the 2023 run for PersonaCon, a completely-online, Discord-based fandom convention that kicked off amidst the start of the pandemic, yet continues to receive its share of support and festivities as the years go by. pigdude and I have been hosting panels at this virtual venue since 2021, and we are thrilled to be back with a trilogy of new panels for people to watch/listen in on, and even directly participate in.

While we encourage folks to join the actual server HERE, you can also interact through my Twitch channel during livestreams of the events; we'll be sure to consistently connect comments from both the Twitch and Discord room chats, keeping your time with us as seamless as relatively possible. Also, unlike with PersonaCon 2022 (regrettably and from my own clumsiness), the Twitch VODs for these panels will be archived to YouTube, which I'll link to around that time.

But without much more digression, here's our newest lineup of panels for this year's PersonaCon:

Saturday (June 3rd) at 11 AM EST (and ending 1.5 hours ahead of my G4G takeover!), pigdude and I'll go through the downs and ups of the P5 anime while reworking it for Royal and/or Strikers.

Sunday (June 4th) at 11 AM EST, the casts (mainline, remastered, and spin-off) of Persona 3, 4, and 5 duke it out in very (real) high-stakes Hunger Games simulators - but who're those OLD people placing bets?!

I discovered Destroy Boys last night, and I had never heard of them before, but Bel was like 'i think they did something? I don't remember but I feel like Ive heard they're fucked up.'

So I did the deepest dive I possibly could, and all I could find is that Destroy Boys did in fact go on tour with SWMRS after the allegations about that guy came out.

people on Tumblr and Reddit both were claiming (w/o any sources or screenshots) that DeBo apparently did a lot of IG post deleting to try and cover up the fact that they knew the SWMRS guy was a predator, and effectively were condoning him by choosing to go on tour with them anyway.

There were other comments (equally credible) also saying that they made a statement later apologizing and that they, too, were young and inexperienced in the industry at the time it went down.

Bands can't just... Cancel a whole tour. But I also don't know who decides what bands are on the tour and all that. Could be that they did know and chose to tour with them anyway, but my point still stands; as a new band, how far are you gonna be able to get without touring? How much say do you have in that, in the end, with managers and labels and the culture as a whole pressuring you?

the only other thing I found is a change.org petition saying that Destroy Boys should be removed from their label (different label from any SMWRS used, btw) because they 'supported' them in this way, and some other claims about how their guitarist used to be friends with the victim, but now they aren't(?).

In conclusion, I cannot take this seriously at the moment (SWMRS yes, I don't care about them and they broke up anyway, but DeBo seems....tenuously connected at best). I will keep a side eye on any celebrity, as I always do, bc as always, kill your fucking heroes.

But likewise, when accusations like this are actually true (like so and so OPENLY SUPPORTED and is an X apologist!! Or even saying something fucked up, a la Twenty One Pilots on Twitter with the BLM thing), it's NOT that hard to find screenshots. Or to be consistent about your supposed "values."

At a certain point it's up to you to decide how you feel about the content of someone else's character, and how far you're willing to tolerate it. You can't just let someone else tell you how to feel.

Also, knowing how much callout culture disproportionately uses "feminist" and "progressive" language to leverage the collective ire of thousands against, more often than not, queer creators who you REALLY have to do mental gymnastics to condemn for anything other than....... Existing while queer, tbqfh.

So yeah in conclusion, I am utterly unconvinced that I should feel any kind of way about Destroy Boys existing other than "sweet, a queer, nonbinary-fronted rock band that kicks ass and does songs in Spanish. I like this song." I believe victims, and I also believe that queer people are often victimized a disproportionate amount in this specific way, and I'm just not willing to totally write off a queer creator unless and until they give me the ick themselves.
