omg can u do a collection of auston with lgbtq+ symbols? i don’t think i’ve seen any of the pics u mentioned (love ur blog btw. so much :))

auston matthews and his (probably not that intentional but still meaningful) lgbt support that i will take with me to my grave 🙏

first of all, from this video during the pandemic he did with gq sports about his 10 essentials... he picks slides as one of his ten essentials, including this pair of fluffy ugg ones that were part of a pride collection in trans colors.

there is also THIS picture. it looks like it was from his/someone's story at the time, but i don't know the exact source.... it's one of my favorite images of him on the planet.... standing there in his all black outfit in front of a rainbow like 🧍‍♂️ what compels you?

nike came out with some pride merch with a line called 'betrue' and auston's worn a shirt, as well as some other nike pride stuff below like the air force 1s

on top of this.. earlier this year at tiff, he was seen (flirting) with priyanka, a popular canadian drag queen. here is the vid and a pic below.

he's also always partaken in the pride stickers on the helmets and pride tape despite being very particular and superstitious about his equipment.

which after all the fuss during the season last year... was still meaningful. ANYWAY... that's pretty much everything i know of, but if i'm missing anything .... PLEASE ENLIGHTEN ME

no but really, I think it fits him really well! I had thought his UM would probably involve something kinda sleight-of-handy or pickpockety! and I looooved that it made such a nice loop-around back to episode 1. ❤️ I was. kind of half-expecting him to just run out and punch Riddle in the nose again. but instead this time 'twas he who offed the queen's head! it was great! and he did it while stone-cold terrified out of his mind! because Ace is the only remotely normal or well-adjusted person at NRC and therefore the only one who is like "we're going to literally die, this is super effed up". but he did it anyway!!!! I AM SO PROUD
