Quick note since inknow i have at least one(1) follower who gets uncomfortable at the mention of sex. Therr will be a brief mention of it, but nothing else related to the subject. Keep yourself comfortable, you know who you are.
Another note since i havent had my meds in a few days and im worrying about evrrything this is meant to be portrayed as unhealthy and not good relationship. I was also a bit silly and projected things i remember from my childhood.
Also if this becomes an actual au story thing i hope the next part can be about divorce court and who keeps the house. All jokes aside, if this au doesnt already have a name, i might end up referring to it as "a thousand unsaid words" when telling people about how cool the prompts are.
-
The wine sloshed about in Rei's glass, tinting the glass with a purplish-red. "Pour one for Otori as well." She whispered, so soft she was barely audible.
Tsurugi turned his ruby-colored gaze to her, his lips forming into a sneer as he gripped the bottle tightly. "He's dead, Rei. He's been dead for months now. You need to come to terms with it."
She didn't meet his gaze. "He should've been at our wedding, Tsurugi. If it weren't for your stupid secrets, he would have. The least you can do is pour a glass in his memory."
"It's our honeymoon, Rei. It's focused on the two of us, our unity in marriage, our love-- you shouldn't be focused on a dead man." Tsurugi put the bottle down after pouring himself a glass.
Referring to Teruya as a dead man hurt. Sure, it was true, but it was still a fresh wound.
"Youre focused on Maeda still. And he has been dead for a long time. So why can't i focus and grieve over the recent death of a friend, Tsurugi?"
Tsurugi grimaced, tearing his gaze from hers and gripping his glass tightly. "Maeda is... different."
Rei grabbed his sleeve, her chest heaving with anger as she spoke. "How."
They locked in a staring contest, silently fighting and refraining from saying hurtful things.
"It's because you loved him, isn't it." She finally whispered, letting go of him and staring at him solemnly.
The bluenette opened his mouth to argue, but no words came out. Just a mix of syllables that meant nothing.
"Maybe the wizard was right. Maybe Maeda was the love of your life…," she trailed off, sipping her wine and lifting up a finger to shush the other when he tried to speak, "That's why you wanted me to cut my hair shorter, isn't it? So I can look just like that pathetic man."
"Maeda was not pathetic." Tsurugi hissed, walking off to the kitchen. Rei stormed off after him.
"Don't you dare walk off, we're talking about this. I'm not pushing down my feelings any longer, nor will I let you push down yours. We're being honest with ourselves for once." She spat the words like they were venom, her heart thumping and ba-dumping with all the flowing rage.
Before Tsurugi could even get a word out, she was talking again. "i don't even know why you married me, other than for the sake of having some semblance of "Maeda" in your life! Why did you even want a honeymoon, why am I here? We should've seperated for once. Why didn't we."
He pressed his back to the kitchen counter, leaning on it for support as he searched for words. Tsurugi's legs were shaking again, and there were beads of sweat trickling down his face. "Rei."
"Don't call me that," The ginger snarled, grinding her heel into the floor and wrinkling her nose in hatred. "You've lost that privilege."
"Then what do I call you. "mekaru" or "Miss Kinjo"?" He shot back bitterly.
The ginger ignored his comment.
"Rei, you needed me. You have always needed someone. No matter what you say, you needed somwone in the killing game, you needed otori to comfort you, you needed Miss Tomori to have drinks with... you needed someone to hold you, and I have taken that role."
Rei scoffed at that. "I don't need anything or anyone. I have taken care of myself for almost 13 years. I'm an adult now, i have been for 2 years, and I refuse to be babied or treated like im soooo sensitive."
Tsurugi didnt say anything in response.
"As well as that, kinjo, i need this relationship to be a two-way street. I can't just need you, i need you to need me as well. I can't just love you, i need you to love me, too. But you don't. You don't need or love me, you don't even need me for sex, or work, or to give you company."
"Rei," tsurugi started, but the ginger continued on her rant anyways.
"So tell me, Tsurugi, what do you need me for. What is stopping you from throwing me out onto the street like everyone else has." There were tears stinging her eyes and slipping down her cheeks. She talked herself to tears.
Tsurugi didn't say anything. He couldn't, he didn't have an answer to her question.
The room was near quiet, and the only sound was rei choking back sobs and hiccupping and rubbing her eyes.
-END-
Ok another tragic tsurei scenario:
"Why do you want me here? Why don't we separate for once?! You don't need me!"
"But you need me!"
"I need you to need me, but you don't, you have him, he has always been with you by your side, while I wait for you at home, begging for this time that something will happen between us and I always prove myself wrong, but you don't need me. Hell...you don't even need me for sex, for company, for work."
"Rei...that's not true-"
"So tell me, what do you need me for. What is forbidding you from disposing me out on the street"

ooh mini fic idea: jake helps bella cut her hair at some point during the new moon events
Ooh I love it!!!! Thanks sm for the suggestion!!
“I need your help”
Bellas voice over the phone is panicked, and Jake’s heart skips a beat to hear it.
“What’s wrong Bells” he asks “if you need help hiding a body…”
The jokey tone sounds forced but Bella still chokes out a half laugh.
“No, no” she says “just come over.. please?”
And so Jake does.
When he gets to the Swan house its clear something is not quite right. The door has been left unlocked and he pushes it open gingerly.
“Bella?” He calls, voice echoing in the empty house.
“Upstairs” her voice comes faintly, and he follows it to the door of the houses one small bathroom.
“Umm.. are you decent?” Jake calls feeling suddenly very awkward.
“Am I ever?” Bella responds but she pushes the door open and Jake realises immediately why she didn’t come to the front door her self.
Her hair is a mess. She’s put it in two braids and seems to have got part way through sawing one off before stopping. Her eyes are red rimmed as if she has been crying and her cheeks, which are a splodgy red and tear stained, confirm it.
“What happened bells?” Jake can barely keep the horror out of his voice.
“I tried to cut my hair” Bella’s voice is impossibly small and she can’t quite meet Jake’s eyes.
“I can see that” Jake answers “but why?”
“I just needed a change” Bella stares resolutely at the floor “I’ve been stuck in the same clothes doing the same thing for months and I need a change, I needed to change myself”
Jake almost goes to disagree, to tell Bella that she doesn’t need to change. But she raises her eyes to meet his and he can’t bring himself to.
“Do you need a hand?” He asks instead
“Would you?” Bella asks
Jake has never cut anyone’s hair before. He’s only had his own cut twice and once he was so young he can barely remember it. The other time was after his mom’s death and he can’t think back to that without the old ache resurfacing in his stomach. But still he takes the scissors from Bella’s hand and she goes to perch on the edge of the bath.
Gently he finishes the job Bella started and one places the braid next to her. He carefully cuts through the other and studies the uneven bob Bella now sports. Carefully he trims it so it’s all at least hangs the same length. And turns Bella to face him.
He’s suddenly aware of how close they are, how he can see himself reflected in Bella’s big dark eyes. She looks very different with her hair like this, younger somehow, less weighed down. It suits her.
Bella runs a hand through the new short like locks and then shakes her head like a dog ridding itself of water. She stand to look in the mirror and then she actually smiles.
“ I love it” she says genuinely, and then she’s hugging him. Jake can’t help but laugh slightly as he hugs her back.
“Im sorry” Bella says when she finally pulls away “this was a lot to ask of you, with no warning”
“It’s fine” Jake says automatically, and then because Bella looks unconvinced he adds “Bella, you’re my friend and I’m going to help you if you ask”
“I know” she replies “but sometimes I think I’m asking too much, not just with this, with everything. I can’t ask you to fix me. I want to be better and help myself I just… don’t know where to start” Bellas voice wobbles as if she might burst into tears all over again.
“You’ve been starting for a while Bells” Jake answers taking her hand “but you know, cutting your hair can be like a… fresh start, a way to separate yourself from the past right? So like maybe you can say that from now on, it’s going to be better?”
“Yeah, that sounds like a plan” Bella says nodding
“Good” Jake smiles suddenly “then let’s say we’ve had enough tears and serious stuff for today! I wanna catch the next rerun of supernatural”
“Ugh I hate that show” Bella rolls her eyes
“Oh come on it’s good! And I heard there gonna make another season so I need to catch up”
“It has vampires in it” Bella argues
“They kill them sometimes” points out Jake and Bella actually smiles again
“Then lead on Macduff” she says gesturing to the door and they both step out, into the rest of their lives…

Hey could you do a jj and reader, where she is there when he gives his dad the money and he told her to stay inside or something and then she hears the fight and comes outside when jj has the wrench and talks him down, maybe ending in smut if you’re comfortable or just heavy fluff.
hold on
author’s note - and anotha’ one! JJ actually owns my ass wow but here’s another request! i chose not to go smut with this one because it seemed a little too harsh but im totally open to writing some jj sexy time lol side note - please don’t expect me to whip these out fast because im a slow writer and i want them to be decent before i post
synopsis - requested by anon! when everything goes to shit and JJ needs you, you break a promise.
warning - 1.1k of pretty angsty stuff and abuse
“We’re sick of your shit.”
“John B-”
“Don’t defend him, he pulled you into this too, Y/N, y ‘know that right?”
“Oh, my shit?”
You went to grab JJ’s arm, holding him back so he wouldn’t do something he’d regret.
“Yes, your shit.”
“Yes, JJ. You’ve been pulling guns on people.”
“You’re acting like a freaking maniac!”
You sent a quick look to Kiara and Pope, they may be your best friends but neither of them should have said anything. Your boyfriend would not take lightly to people yelling at him, he would start a fight with a short temper like his.
You dozed out, never being a confrontational type, as Pope and JJ argued. You barely even noticed how dire the situation was getting until the blonde boy slipped out of your grip, taking a step closer to his friend.
“Yeah? Well I just did! Pay it back. Right here, right now, by myself,” your heart was nearly shattered as he stepped away from all of you, “you know what? That’s exactly what I’m going to do,” he grabbed the navy duffel holding twenty-five thousand dollars in cash, “go off, by myself.”
JJ started walking away from the group while his friends watched on. Kiara went forward to talk him out of it but Pope arm stopped him.
“Let him go.”
You shook your head, knowing the last thing JJ should be is alone. You went to follow but John B took a step to block you.
“Don’t,” you mumbled before racing after your boy.
He wasn’t too far ahead, his foot kicking rocks on the side of the road. JJ hadn’t noticed you following until your hand brushed his. His shocked eyes turned to your before setting into a harsh glare.
“Y/N, go back to the others.”
You shook your head, grabbing his hand again when he tried to pull away.
“Please,” his voice cracked, “just go. I need to bring this home.”
“I know, which is why I’m coming with you.”
JJ shook his head, pulling his hand from yours again. You knew he hated bringing you into his home life. You were the good side of his life which he wanted to keep far from the bad parts.
“No, I don’t want you anywhere near him.”
You knew he was referring to Luke Maybank, his father.
“If you think for a second I’m letting you go home without me, you don’t know me very well.”
JJ groaned something about your stubbornness before grabbing your hand in his warm one. You smiled at his affection, glad that he wouldn’t be doing this alone.
“Stay out here,” they had reached the turn where his driveway touches the main road, “don’t come into the house, okay?”
“JJ-”
“No, I want you safe.”
You nodded but he wasn’t done.
“Promise me, baby, promise me you’ll stay away.”
He didn’t pull his hand away until you muttered a soft promise, JJ nodded along with you, satisfied with your agreement to his terms. With a shaky smile and a quick kiss to your temple, JJ Maybank headed towards the yellow house that was supposed to be home.
As the time went on, your heartbeat fastened with your breath. Your hands shook while you stared at the wicker porch in the distance. Frozen in your spot, you didn’t move until you heard it. JJ yelling.
“You gave me nothing! You gave me nothing but a shitty life! All you ever did,” he emphasized each word with a punch to Luke’s jaw, “was try to scare me,” another punch, “well guess what? I’m not scared of you anymore.”
The blonde boy was shaking about his father when you finally reached them, JJ holding a rusted wrench in the air as you rushed to the ground beside him.
“JJ?”
You grabbed his wrist, noticing Luke Maybank was nearly unconscious and couldn’t hurt the boy you loved. Slowly, you helped JJ lower the tool towards the ground.
“I ain’t,” his voice broke off into a soft cry, “I ain’t scared of you no more.”
You grabbed his forearms, gently lifting him away from the older man still laid out on the grass. You walked JJ back towards the house and decided to question him about the broken screen panel in the porch later. He held tightly to you, his sobs muffled into your tanned shoulder. Your fingers threaded into his hair, lips pressed into the soft waves, and whispered calming mumbles into the heartbreaking silence.
He didn’t pull away until you had walked him up the stairs. Grabbing you in one hand and the navy duffel in the other, the two of you walked away from the scene and towards John B’s chateau.
The journey along the road was quiet except for JJ’s sniffles, each one making you grip his fingers tighter. He suddenly stopped in his tracks forcing you to take a few steps back and turn towards him. Your heart dropped with him as he fell to his knees, ignoring the painful grit of the gravel below him. JJ tucked his face into your stomach and he wrapped his arms around the small of your back holding you close to him.
“JJ?”
You lowered yourself onto the ground with him, his head now buried into your neck.
“You promised me you’d stay away.”
“I’m sorry,” you really weren’t, “I couldn’t just watch on.”
He was still mad at you but that simmered away as he pulled you deeper into himself. His shoulders shook as he took deep breaths, lungs heaving as he desperately searched for air.
“I was going to do it,” he sobbed into your skin, “I just- I can’t take him anymore.”
“I know, J, I know.”
“I was going to kill him.”
Your breath stopped and you held him tighter against your body, holding the broken boy together. Your eyes filled with tears, but you willed them away, knowing JJ would be ruined if he knew how upset you were. Always taking care of you before himself.
“Look at me, baby,” he shook his head, inhaling you deeper, “JJ, look at me.”
His eyes met yours, the familiar baby blues looked muddied by the emotions that shook through him.
“You didn’t though, JJ, you stopped yourself. You know why? Because you're better than him. You’re more the man than he’ll ever be, hell more a man than anyone I’ve ever met.”
He cried harder, trying to pull you closer until there wasn’t a gap between your flustered skin and his shirt.
“Just hold on, okay? Hold on a bit longer. We’re going to be better.”
“And if we can’t be better?”
“We will be.”

I'm really struggling and hurting with what's going on in the fandom right now as im losing the only comfort i had in quarantine. could you please write something happy post-s5 catradora based on noelle's statement that once Adora realises she's in love with Catra she'd be SO into the reslationship?
((I get you, Nonners <3 *hugs* Again, white af, so I’m going to limit my comments, but - it isn’t all downhill from here. Try not to give up)) (((Disclaimer it’s almost 4am and my sleeping meds are kicking in, so I’m sorry if this isn’t completely coherent)))
Adora had never half-assed anything in her life.
And she’d be damned if she was going to start now, at a time when being fully on her game was more important than ever.
“I just want to do something for her!”
Bow practically had hearts in his eyes. Glimmer was a little less impressed. “I’m pretty sure if you just stayed in bed and napped together all day, she’d be happy.”
“I know, I know.” Adora sighed. “But that’s not - I want to do something good. Like, really show her that I love her.”
“Take a vacation.”
“Glimmer!”
“What? I’m serious,” Glimmer insisted. “If you just like... took an entire week off to do nothing but spend time with her, she’d probably be speechless. Which I would pay to see, by the way.”
Adora frowned, thinking it over. It was true that Catra would probably be floored by Adora taking a week off, no need for She-Ra or anything, just for her.
“I don’t know. Do you think it’s enough? What should we do? What do people do on vacation?”
“You could just travel?” Bow suggested. “You know, get as far from Bright Moon as you can then call Glimmer for a ride back or something when you’re done.”
It was... actually a good idea, Adora thought. They’d spent their whole lives in the Fright Zone wondering what was beyond the Whispering Woods. They could actually see things now. They could see a world full of magic!
The happy thoughts died almost as quickly as they had started. “I... I dunno. I mean, it sounds great, but that would take more than a week, and-”
“Take a month,” Glimmer encouraged. “Take six months, honestly. You guys saved the universe. If anyone’s earned time off, it’s you.”
“That’s a lot of time.”
“And you’ve earned it,” Bow assured her. “Maybe not six months - I mean, you should take six months but I know that would drive you nuts. But take a month. Go places. Spend time together. I think it’d be good for you guys.”
Adora chewed on her thumbnail for a moment before slowly nodding and smiling. “Yeah. Okay.”
This whole thing had started with Catra not feeling like a priority in Adora’s life, after all. A month together would be the perfect way to show Adora she was invested and she cared. Perfect. * * * * * * * * * * * * Catra didn’t get back to Bright Moon that night. “Your cat passed out on my couch,” Mermista informed Adora flatly, turning the screen so Adora could see Catra curled up in a tight ball, sleeping.
“Is she... okay?”
“She’s dumb. Sea Hawk found her almost sick with heat stroke and had to drag her away from the house she was working on.”
Adora’s heart jumped to her throat. “She’s... She’s really trying hard to help with Salineas.”
“And I appreciate it,” Mermista admitted in a rare moment of genuine honesty. “But I’ll appreciate it less if she kills herself in the process. If she’s going to die, I should at least get the first shot.”
“Glimmer can come get her, if you want.”
“Nah, she already feels like hell. She can sleep it off on the couch.”
Adora scrubbed her eyes, smiling weakly. “Thanks, Mermista. Sorry, I guess I should’ve warned you, she gets really intense when she actually puts effort into things.”
“She’s not someone I would’ve pegged for a workaholic. Want me to wake her up to say... I dunno, good night or whatever you guys say to each other?”
“Nah, let her sleep.” Adora wanted Catra home, wanted to talk to her about a vacation, but she was sleeping, and that was more important than anything. She’d been exhausting herself for nearly a month working on Salineas. And while it was earning her some begrudging tolerant will with Mermista (who firmly believed actions were better than any apology Catra could ever say), Adora was worried. A vacation would really do her some good. * * * * * * * * * * * * Glimmer and Adora went to Salineas the next morning to get Catra. They thought it was reasonable to assume she was still sleeping off the heat stroke at the palace.
“Nope, she took off before I woke up,” Mermista said flatly when they found her. “Sea Hawk tried to find her, but he’s not exactly subtle about it, so she probably had plenty of time to hide.”
“Great.” Adora sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose. “I’ll... track her down.”
“Tell her if she’s going to keel over to get out of my kingdom. She can die on Bright Moon’s turf.”
“Tell her not to die,” Glimmer added.
“Yes, and yes.”
Mermista pointed Adora in the direction of where they’d found Catra yesterday. She approached a half built house, quietly climbing up the ladder at the side and finding Catra working on the roofing.
“Seriously?” she asked, resting her arms on the edge of the roof. Catra looked up, surprised.
“What?”
She looked exhausted, her face flushed red. Adora sighed. “Are you coming home any time soon?”
“Yeah, yeah.” She went back to work, distracted. “Sorry, I dunno what happened yesterday.”
“You made yourself sick working in the sun all day.”
“Sea Hawk overreacted.” Catra waved Adora off. “He’s just scared you’d kill him if you found he let me overwork myself.”
“Sooooo you’re admitting it?”
“No, that’s just his logic.”
Adora shook her head. “Come on, take the day off and come home. I wanna talk to you about something.”
“I really need to finish this.”
There was a weird moment where Adora thought she understood how Catra had felt for years. Catra had been working nonstop on Salineas for a month, and Adora was starting to feel a little ignored.
But she also understood Catra’s side. She took a deep breath, hauling herself up onto the roof and crawling over to Catra, gently putting her hand on Catra’s and stopping the hammer. “Hey. I get it, okay? But you’re not responsible for fixing all of Salineas.”
“Actually, I kind of am,” Catra replied bitterly. She was far too warm for it to be comfortable.
“I’m pretty sure Hordak could stand to take a little more responsibility than he has.” Adora couldn’t help but be a bit bitter about that. He had mostly stayed in Dryl, working with Entrapta on tech that would help with the rebuilding process. And that was great and all, but it wasn’t much compared to Catra being out here every day working herself half to death.
Catra let out a long sigh, finally relaxing her hand. “I just... need to do this, Adora. Okay?”
“I get that, but you don’t need to do it at the expense of your own health. And yes, I know I’m a hypocrite. But I’m worried about you.”
“I’m fine.”
“No, you’re not.” Adora squeezed her hand. “And that’s okay. Have you eaten anything?”
“No.” The honesty was nice.
“Did you skip eating because you felt sick?” Catra nodded. “Okay. So... you can leave with me, or Mermista can wash you out to sea so you don’t die in her kingdom.”
Catra looked around, and sighed, finally nodding. “Okay. Let’s go.”
Getting her back to solid ground was a bit dicey, but she held herself up and managed to walk back to the palace without much help.
“She lives,” Mermista said dryly when they arrived back at the palace. Glimmer smiled, although she couldn’t hide her worry.
“You okay?”
“Yeah, I’m fine, I’m fine.” Catra smothered a yawn, scrubbing her eyes.
“Picture of health all right,” Mermista deadpanned. “Look, you built like, an entire neighborhood on your own. Come back when you’re not burning up.”
Glimmer rested a hand on Catra’s shoulder, wincing when she felt the heat radiating off of her. Adora took a moment to whisper, “Thank you for taking care of her,” to Mermista. The princess shrugged.
“Yeah, you know. Whatever.”
Catra was not happy with the teleport back to Bright Moon. Glimmer put them close enough to the bed so she could drop straight onto it, groaning. Good luck, the queen mouthed before disappearing. Adora went to the bathroom, wet a washcloth with cold water, and returned to the bed, resting the cloth on the back of Catra’s neck. She shivered.
“Cold.”
“Yes, because you’re burning hot.” Adora settled in next to her. “So, I had an idea, and I already know you’re going to argue with it, but hear me out.” Catra hummed in affirmation. “I was thinking we should take some time off. You and me. I was thinking traveling, but now I’m thinking maybe go visit Frosta and spend a week in the snow.”
“Oh hell no,” Catra muttered. “I am not going anywhere with snow. That’s where I draw the line.”
“But you’re agreeing to the vacation?”
“I dunno.” Catra raised her head. “When? Can it wait until Salineas is-”
“No.” Adora gently clasped Catra’s face in her hands. “I know this is hard for you, but you can’t hurt yourself trying to fix things. That won’t accomplish anything, and nobody wants to see you hurting, not even Mermista.”
Catra looked ready to argue, but something in her expression flickered. “You’re willing to take time off just to do nothing?”
“Not nothing. To spend time with you. We can hold each other accountable. You keep me strapped down, and I’ll lie on top of you to make sure you don’t run off to Salineas.”
Tears slowly filled Catra’s eyes, and Adora panicked for a moment before Catra spoke. “You’d... really take time off to spend time with me?”
“Of course.” Adora kissed her gently. “I love you, Catra. And I know we’ve been through a lot and done a lot that doesn’t really... support that, and I want to prove it now. And I want to take care of you.”
The moment of silence between them was comfortable. The same silence they could have spent hours in at one point in their lives. “I love you too,” Catra finally murmured. “Maybe taking some off to spend together wouldn’t be so bad. If only to see you try and relax.”
“Ha. Ha.” Adora grabbed the washcloth and began gently wiping Catra’s face. “Glimmer gave us a month, but I’m pretty sure she’ll be happy if we want to take more. Let’s start with getting you better, then we can figure out what we want to do from there. Okay?”
“Yeah.” Catra snuggled into Adora’s chest, taking a deep breath. “That sounds good.”
It had worked. Adora couldn’t believe it. “So uh... I’m doing this relationship thing pretty good, huh?”
Catra snorted, reaching up to push her face away. “Get over yourself.”

♡ how you become friends // headcanon
𑁍 Characters: Iwaizumi Hajime, Kageyama Tobio, Kozume Kenma, Ushijima Wakatoshi
»»—Trigger warning(s): none—-««
➶ Genre: hmmm fluff?
-ˏˋ A/N: I’m eventually going to do one of these for all of the boys I write for so feel free to request who you want to see next! ˊˎ-
Tumblr media
even though iwa seems like a big tough guy on the outside, we all know that he’s a softy and such a kind person
soooooo if he ever sees anyone being mistreated, he’s gonna want to put a stop to it
you didn’t have very many friends at school, none, actually
girls at school would always torment you for no reason, calling you a freak, an outcast
you didn’t really understand why they felt the need to be mean to you, but you learned that things were never going to change and that trying to stop it would make things worse
it was typical for them to make it a point to ruin your day in any way possible
whether it was steal your lunch money, trip you while you’re walking to your desk, or ruining your homework, they didn’t have a problem with doing it
things like this have been happening for a while, but iwaizumi never saw these events happen until one day when your paths happened to cross
it was in between periods when the same group of girls shoved you into a nearby locker, making you drop your textbooks and papers all over the floor
iwaizumi turned at the crashing sound, seeing you on the floor quickly trying to gather your belongings, the group of girls snickering as they walk away from your shaking figure
he started to make his way over to you, wanting to know if you were okay
before he could reach you, the bell rang signaling the start of next period
you grabbed your belongings and hurried off to class, not giving iwa the chance to approach you
the only reassuring thing about the torment is that they limited it to only once a day
unfortunately for you, they were feeling especially mean today
you had just bought your lunch and sat at an empty table, silently excited to eat your meal as you weren’t able to have one yesterday (they stole your money again :/)
but before you could take a single bite, they approached you once more
“you bought me lunch? how sweet!”
proceeded to take the food that sat in front of you before walking away, leaving you with an empty table and an empty stomach
iwaizumi also noticed this event, he had been keeping a close eye on you all lunch period to make sure that nothing else would happen, but it did
he quickly made his way over to your table, soon hating the sight of your frowning face
when he sat down in front of you, you both just stared at each other i mean, i would if that big chunk of man was sitting across from me hhh
“are you okay? i saw what those girls did, are they always that mean to you?”
you just gave a small nod, wondering why the vice captain of the volleyball club was suddenly so interested in you
“here, we can share my lunch.” he handed half of his sandwich to you
“n-no, that’s okay!!! i’m not hungry..”
deadass rolls his eyes at you haha
“yes you are. eat it. oh, and if they ever bother you again, just let me know. i have no problem with telling them off.”

ha the way you meet kageyama is the best
it was like any other day, you had just inserted the money into the vending machine to grab yourself your daily box of milk
because you need your ~ c a l c i u m ~
however, you were not aware that this routine also belonged to another, and that other person happened to be standing right behind you, watching you purchase the last milk carton
you grabbed the milk from the vending machine and took a step to the side so that the person waiting behind you could take their turn
you noticed that the boy didn’t step closer to the vending machine but rather stayed glued to his spot
you shrugged and continued to detach the straw from the box and insert it at the top
as you were about to take your first sip, the boy spoke
“w-wait”
he was staring at you, eyes wide and meeting your confused ones
“uh, can i help you?”
“can i have that?” he was pointing at the milk carton that you held in your hand
you looked at the boy before asking him why he couldn’t just buy one himself
you even showed him the other milk cartons in the vending machine window after he tried to argue that you took the last one
“but i don’t want those ones”
“why not?”
“they... they don’t have an animal on the box…..”
you lOst it
you couldn’t breathe knowing that this tall, intimidating boy just told you that he only wanted to drink milk out of the boxes that had cartoon animals drawn on them
it was easily one of the most hilarious things you had ever experienced thus far
you decided to give him the milk that you had just purchased, not wanting the boy to have a permanent pout on his face
“okay, you can have this one. but, you have to buy me two tomorrow”
Tumblr media
unlike the others, you actually met kenma when you guys were kids
you had just moved into a new neighborhood so your mom wanted to greet your neighbors and made you go with her
honestly, you didn’t really mind
i mean, all a seven year old wants is to make new friends, and this was a great way to do that
kenma lived in the house across from yours, which happened to be the last house you decided to visit
you were kinda bummed because the other three houses you had already went to didn’t have any kids your age; they were either too young, too old, or nonexistent
after your mom knocked on the door, a woman around the same age as your mom appeared
your eyes lit up when you noticed a boy your age sitting in front of the TV playing a video game
the lady, who you assumed was his mom, saw your bright expression and called the boy over to say hi
he slowly walked up to the three of you, his golden eyes peering through his long black hair
he stuck to his mother’s side like glue, his small hand firmly clutching the bottom of her blouse
“hi, i’m y/n! what’s your name?”
he just stared at you lmao
you were not going to give up. nope. you were gonna make a friend today if it killed you
“do you like video games? i like them too. whatcha playin?”
“dO YOU WANT TO COME IN AND PLAY WITH ME?”
to this day, this is the most emotion you have ever seen him display ha
it was like a fricken switch was flipped lol
poor boy didn’t have any friends to play video games with
so he was more than happy to invite this strange kid into his house just so he had a playmate
and ever since that day, you and kenma have been the closest of friends
Tumblr media
you are NOT a morning person
so it’s no surprise that the first place you go in the morning is to the coffee shop down the block for your daily pick-me-up before school
you’ve had this routine for so long that all of the workers know you and have your order already made by the time you walk through the door
and likewise, you always have the exact amount of money ready to hand to one of the workers
everything was the same as all of the other days, except one thing
you had stayed up all night working on your studies and thinking about all of the problems that were occurring in your personal life wow its as if i’m writing this about myself
that said, you were 1000% more tired than you usually were
so tired that after you paid and picked up your iced coffee from the counter, you decided that it was a good idea to close your eyes for a couple of seconds while you were walking out the door
wHatS tHe wORsT tHiNg tHaT cOUld hAppEN
yeah so to your surprise, you end up running into a rather large figure
by ‘large figure’ i mean absolutely ginormous
and by ‘running into’ i mean completely knocking into them and pouring your drink all over their chest
you continuously apologized to the person in front of you, not even bothering to look up at them
but when you did, oh boy
that was one way to wake yourself up
ushijima wakatoshi stood in front of you with a blank stare on his face, his shirt soaked with coffee
if there was ever a time where you wanted to crawl into a corner and cry, this would be it
you had seen him around school and new that he was the captain of the volleyball club
you also knew how hard he can spike a volleyball and that he was notorious for being extremely intimidating
you were hoping that he wasn’t picturing your head as a volleyball
you were more than confused when he asked you if you were okay
you just stared at him like he was crazy
i just ran into you and got coffee all over your uniform but you ask me if im okay?? tf
even offers to buy you another coffee??????????
you start to believe that he wasn’t as bad or scary that people made him out to be
he’s just a giant teddy bear who wants friends uwu

i have been sick in bed with a stomach bug and re-reading a bunch of your series and these questions have plagued me so pls, for the sake of your fellow samuel chung lover, if sammy was in the Selkie verse, would he be a fae? if so, what kind? ALSO, what would his interactions with jack be like (either in the selkie verse or in the lying by omission verse)? pls and thanks <3
hi!
I’ll answer asks in a bit, but for this one I have a fic that explore a What If Jack Lived/Mike existed scenario with Sam in the Inimitable verse? I know it’s now what you asked for, but it is like 4k already written so that might be smth--an LBO Sam would be tricky because Sam would be itty bitty and Matt wouldn’t have the same kind of relationship with him.
As for selkie-verse Sam? I would have to do more research on Chinese spirts/fae/folklore, but for now, he’s not fae, just human 💖He’s like 12 and can make himself invisible though, which would be very confusing for Sue if she ever bumped into him
(Sue: baby boggart??? come here I love you I will look after you.)
(Sam: please stay exactly 5037 feet away from me! Thank you and I’m calling my mom!)
Here is the What If Jack and Mike thing from the Inimitable Verse.
Jack Murdock was the size of a house. He made Matt look dainty. He made Kirsten look like a kids’ mannequin. And he made Foggy laugh until he wept.
Sam could not understand a goddamn thing he said. Nor could he understand the guy he’d brought with him, who appeared to have had some serious plastic surgery to look exactly like Matt.
Sam could take an unintelligible giant. What he couldn’t take was an unintelligible Matt, and before him, somehow, in this ring of ginger, he’d been presented with two unintellible Matts.
His head was spinning.
Kirsten patted at him sympathetically.
“I’m from New York,” Sam told her mournfully.
“I know, hon.”
“How is this even possible? You’re from New York. How are they—what are they saying?”
Kirsten shook her head.
“Only Foggy knows,” she said. “It’s okay, he’ll translate when he gets back up.”
 --
Mr. Murdock, the tallest of the gingers, might have been a good three to four inches taller than his boys, and he might have had the biggest hands that Sam had ever had the opportunity to touch in his life, but he was really nothing but a big, shaggy sheep dog.
The reasons Sam couldn’t understand a single fucking word he said came threefold.
1) Mr. Murdock had grown up in mid-century Hell’s Kitchen. That was just how accents from those parts used to sound. They’d lightened with time.
2) He had an extra layer of what Matt called a ‘brogue.’ He was first-generation American. Both his folks had immigrated from Ireland. He talked halfway between the way they talked and the way that the kids in his neighborhood growing up had.
And 3) The man had a lisp?
It wasn’t super noticeable. Sam sure as shit couldn’t hear it among the other layers of stuff going on, but Foggy said it was there.
Apparently, it came out more when he was anxious.
Apparently, he was anxious a lot.
Foggy told Sam to just give it an hour and he’d understand.
 --
“So your name is Sam?” Mr. Murdock asked him while Sam tried to keep his mouth from falling open.
Matt was holding his facial-copy-cat against the wall by his lapels. The copy-cat had started making kissy noises at him. He egged Matt on to punch him right in the face.
No one was stopping them.
Kirsten cleared her throat and brought Sam back down to earth.
“Yeah,” he said. “Sam. Mr., uh—”
“Call me Jack.”
Never.
“Matty hasn’t said much about you, sorry to say.” Mr. Murdock explained. The more he spoke directly to Sam, the more Sam found, to his relief, that he could understand him. “He don’t like sharin’ things his brother can get ahold of and take from ‘im.”
Sam looked from him to the ‘brother.’
“There’s two of them?” he asked.
Mr. Murdock hummed.
“God help us, every one,” he huffed.
You can say that again.
“How long has there been two?” Sam asked hesitantly.
“Mm? Oh, uh. Christ with the math,” Mr. Murdock said, “Michael—Michael—boy, you knock that off; that’s how you lose teeth—how old are you now?”
Nevermind. Sam didn’t need to know.
“I’m ageless, Pops, remember?” ‘Michael’ said, grinning at Matt’s sneer in his face, “Everlasting, never dying. Immortal. Timeless. I’m—” Dude got the wind knocked out his sails from Matt aiming for his solar plexus instead of his face.
“Maitiú,” Mr. Murdock said sharply. “He’s your brother.”
“He earned it,” Matt snapped back at his dad. “You said ‘no teeth,’ I ain’t even touched his goddamn teeth.”
“No, you coward, you wouldn’t, would you?” Michael threw back at Matt with no sense in his head. “You scared of gettin’ stuck on all that metal, huh?”
“I ain’t got my tetanus booster,” Matt deadpanned.
“Oh, get the yellow fever one next time, it’s a hoot—”
“I’m mailing you back to Thailand in a crate.”
“Oh mail me, why don’t you?”
“I’m gonna.”
“Boys,” Mr. Murdock said, exasperated. “Knock it off. You love each other. We get it.”
Kirsten shook with giggles.
“I’d drown you in the open ocean and then kill myself,” Matt said through gritted teeth. His nose was maybe an inch from his brother’s.
Michael just beamed.
“Aw, babe. You’d do that for me?” he gushed.
“HHhhh—”
“Maitiú.”
Sam had never heard someone said ‘Matthew’ this way. It was delightful. It made Matt’s shoulders go stiff as a board and then squirm in barely contained fury.
“Thank you,” Mr. Murdock said. “Drop ‘im.”
Matt didn’t want to, but he released his grip on his sibling. Michael slipped down and then caught himself and straightened himself out.
“Well, I’ll never,” he said. “We come all this way to visit you on your deathbed and—”
“I’m not dying,” Matt said.
“—you worry Dad sick for months on end. Don’t call. Don’t write. He thought the Californians had eaten you—"
“—I told him that it was a dislocation and I’m fine—”
“—and of course I told him, ‘no Dad, there ain’t any more cannibals in California than there are in New York’ but who listens to Mike, huh?”
Mr. Murdock had only been in the house for 15 minutes and he already looked exhausted.
“Where are the dogs?” he asked Foggy.
 ---
This was the weirdest time-out session Sam had ever experienced and he’d decided that he was living for it. Mr. Murdock went out onto the deck and locked himself out there with the dogs. Matt and his brother had never been more guilty.
Quickly the arguing turned towards scheming, which turned towards climbing out a window, which turned towards getting stuck on the roof and pleading with the Father to lend a hand.
Mr. Murdock observed Matt sobbing with laughter over Mike’s sudden anxiety of stepping from the roof to the deck’s arm railing with only hollowness.
“Mike’s not very super,” Sam pointed out to Kirsten.
“Nope,” she said brightly. “He is refreshingly normal,” she said. “Even the conman part.”
The what?
 ---
Matt climbed off the roof with ease and took the opportunity to finally give his old man a hug, which Mr. Murdock seemed to appreciate. He smoothed a giant mitt of a hand through Matt’s hair tenderly, like he was a baby.
It was kind of cute.
Mike scowled at them both and announced that he was pretty fine, by the way. He’d just stay there on the roof until the vultures got him.
“Matt’s the younger twin,” Foggy told Sam cheerfully. “He can do no wrong.”
Sam felt like he could suddenly see the forest for the trees.
“And Mike?” he asked.
Foggy snickered.
“He and Jack live together to keep each other in good cardiac shape,” he said. “They drive each other nuts.”
“But they still live together?” Sam clarified.
“Yeah,” Foggy said. “Mike’s what happens when you give a used-car salesman ever so slightly too much brain. He travels all over. Gets shot at and held hostage a lot. He’ll do just about anything for a couple bucks, no matter how hard Jack’s tried to get him to go straight over the years.”
“And Mr. Murdock? He doesn’t mind his son living with him?” Sam asked.
Kirsten and Foggy softened.
“Matt used to check on him more when we lived back home,” Foggy said. “Without him and Mike, Jack’s by himself. He’s got friends and work, yeah, but you know. If it weren’t for Mike, he’d come home to an empty apartment every night. Man’s got too much head trauma for that to be any kind of good. Mike looks after him—probably more than he lets anyone else. He’s too stubborn to let Matt try to help him.”
Aw, cute.
“Be prepared, Sammy,” Foggy said. “Jack’s already adopted you.”
Say what now?
 ---
Mr. Murdock didn’t outright say that Sam was puny and he was going to fix it, but Sam could see it in his disappointed gaze.
“Don’t like bread?” he asked as Sam chewed his way through an Uncrustable at the kitchen table. Sam froze with the sandwich in hand. He stared at it.
It was bread.
Surely, this was bread.
Right?
“Uh?” he tried.
Don’t like the crusts?” Mr. Murdock asked him more gently.
Oh.
“I don’t mind them, these are premade though. You know, convenient,” Sam explained.
He got a stare impossible to read.
“Stay there,” Mr. Murdock decided.
It took too long for Sam’s brain to work out what had just happened, and by the time it had, it was too late. Matt stuck his head in the room and asked Sam why he’d told his dad that Matt was starving him.
Sam floundered and tried to explain the sandwiches. Matt absorbed this and rolled his whole head.
“Well, now he’s makin’ a week’s worth for you,” he sighed. “Wants you to eat the crust.”
Dude.
“It’s easier not to question it,” Matt sighed. “What kind of jelly do you want?”
 ---
Matt didn’t interrogate his father, but Mike did. Unrepentantly. He walked in as Sam was emphasizing that he didn’t want any kind of jelly and he’d make his own sandwiches and understood the entire situation faster than Sam could have possibly explained it.
“FATHER,” he roared. “Leave the boy alone, he’s not starvin’, he’s just short.”
Flattering. Thanks, asshole.
There was no response from the kitchen. Matt told Mike to ease off. Mr. Murdock was trying to be nice.
“There’s nice and then there’s rude,” Mike said.
“And you’re rude?” Matt offered.
There was a pause.
A warm hand found the space in between Sam’s shoulder blades.
“I’m sorry about both of ‘em, kid, they got rocks for brains, it ain’t their fault. Our grandfather was a caveman, you know how it is,” Mike said kindly.
Matt was not amused.
“It’s not a big deal,” he repeated. “I’ll eat ‘em if Sam doesn’t want ‘em.”
“And subject yourself to peanut butter hell for multiple days in a row, Maitiú?” Mike asked, scandalized.
Matt glared in the direction of the stairs.
“Some of us enjoy nut protein,” he said.
Sam blinked in shock as big hands slapped themselves over his ears.
“There are children present,” Mike hissed.
Sam found the guy’s middle fingers and yanked. Mike swore. Matt chuckled.
“He ain’t a baby,” he said fondly. “Sam’s a tough cookie.”
You’re damn right he was.
“Charming,” Mike grumbled as Matt abandoned them for the kitchen again. He scowled down at Sam. “What’s your gimmick then?” he asked.
Sam wondered if he could make his contacts come out by blinking slowly enough. It would be cool as fuck. It definitely wasn’t happening.
“I control typhoons,” he said.
Mike winced.
“Fuckin’ vigilantes,” he said.
 ---
Mr. Murdock gave Sam a second sandwich. He’d cut it into quarters.
“Matt says you don’t like jelly,” he said. “Bananas are better?”
Sam couldn’t help but like him.
“Yeah. I don’t eat much bread generally,” he said. “My family has always been more about rice.”
Mr. Murdock analyzed him.
“I can do rice,” he said.
Bless. It was okay, really.
“Do you like spicy things, Mr. Murdock?” Sam asked.
“Jack.”
Nice try.
“Spicy?” Sam repeated.
Mr. Murdock considered it.
“Not sure,” he said. “You mean like hot sauce? I ain’t fuck with that ghost pepper shit.”
Sam hummed.
“Before you leave, I’ll cook for you in return,” he said. “I won’t make it too spicy, cross my heart.”
Mr. Murdock considered this and then got a look in his eye that made Sam’s cheeks start to ache a little.
 ---
Matt told Sam to play nice. Matt told his father to play nice.
There was to be no hiding chilis in Mike’s pasta.
They were caught and scolded.
“Not to worry,” Mr. Murdock told Sam fondly, “There are other ways.”
 ---
Sam had never seen such outrage over a knot in a shoelace. Matt crossed his arms over his chest, seconds away from tapping his own foot.
“You said you were ready,” he reminded Mike for the fourth time.
“I know what I said,” Mike snapped at him. He’d dug through all the kitchen drawers to procure a metal skewer to apply to this situation.
“We’re going to be late,” Matt said. “I wait for my guide, she doesn’t wait for me.”
“Well she’s waitin’ today,” Mike said. “I swear to god—”
Mr. Murdock stroked the top of Tuesday’s head and asked Mike if he’d tried putting baby powder on it. Mike spat at him to mind his own business and went back to the knot. He managed it get it untangled and the shoe half on just in time to find the second one stuck in the third hole down.
He just about vibrated with fury.
Matt sighed loudly.
“Borrow mine already,” he said.
“Never.”
“Mike.”
“They’re blue. This outfit tolerates only warm colors, Matthew. ONLY warms.”
“We’re late.”
“Style waits for no man.”
“Well, clearly that ain’t the case, is it?”
Mike stood up sharply.
“I’m going to change,” he said. “And whatever elf tied these will rue the day. Mark my words.”
“Yeah, okay, I’ll tell the elf—oh, my bad, the clown, Mike. It’s you. Get your life together. We’re late.”
Hilarious.
 ---
“Why don’t you move out here?” Sam asked Mr. Murdock as he watched Sam sand away at his latest secret project in Matt’s absence.
“Sun’ll kill me,” Mr. Murdock deadpanned.
“I thought so too, but it’s not so bad,” Sam said. “I miss the snow sometimes.”
Mr. Murdock cocked his head and then knelt down to take the sanding block out of Sam’s hands. He gestured for Sam to give him the hunk of wood in his hands, too.
“Matty says you don’t got papers,” he said.
Sam was surprised. Matt usually kept that secret locked tight. But Mr. Murdock didn’t seem to have any adverse reaction to it.
“No,” Sam admitted. “My mom brought me here when I was really little. I didn’t know what it meant to overstay a visa.”
Mr. Murdock hummed.
“Makes flying tricky,” he said.
Yeah.
“Bus, not too bad, though?”
Mm. Bus was better, yes.
“Train?”
Depended on the train.
“Hm. Well, if you get homesick or need busfare, you just give a shout, ya hear? You’re always welcome to stay with us.”
Aww.
“Or if you really hate yourself, I’m sure Mike would love to come pick you up.”
Oh god.
“He can drive?” Sam asked.
Mr. Murdock paused and held his face in his dusty palm.
“The day he got his license was the worst day of my life,” he said.
Sam snickered.
“Did you guys drive all the way here?” he asked.
“No, thank god.”
“Can you drive?”
“Son.”
Sam looked up from the block of wood into Mr. Murdock’s hazel eyes.
“I take two steps out of New York and I’m gone, that’s me dead. No, I don’t drive. Why the hell would I drive? Where the hell am I goin’?”
Wow, mood.
“I tried to drive once,” Sam said. “Reversed into a fire hydrant. Matt laughed so hard he cried.”
Mr. Murdock handed back the woodblock. It was much smoother than it had been. Sam was chocking that up to the muscles and the practice.
 ---
Matt and Mike got home and Mike announced that he was disowning that ‘putrid being’ that was the Swamp Monster beside him. Matt told Mr. Murdock that Mike didn’t approve of the swimming part of triathlon.
Mr. Murdock picked leaves out of his hair with supreme patience.
 ---
“So Dad’s officially decided that you’re his grandson,” Mike informed Sam out of nowhere that Sunday. “He prayed for you at church today.”
Sam almost dropped his wrench. That was so endearing his teeth hurt.
“It’s ‘cause I do woodwork,” he said. “He can smell the handyman on me.”
Mike cocked his head to the side. His eyes were blue like Matt’s. Their mom must have had blue eyes—or maybe hazel like Mr. Murdock’s.
“No,” Mike said. “It’s ‘cause he’s also been a grocery bagger, a janitor, and a contractor.”
He what now?
“He wants to know why you aren’t in college.”
Oh. well—
“Matt tried to explain, but you know, it ain’t clickin’. He don’t get the politics part of things sometimes. Gets confused why people make such a big deal when there’s obvious solutions in front of ‘em. It’s not all his fault, he barely got a highschool diploma back when ‘critical thinking’ wasn’t even a testing category. Anyways, he wants you to go to college. Thinks you’re too smart to be pushin’ paper.”
Sam was going to cry.
“I think he sees a lot of Matt in you,” Mike said with a squint. “So just as a warning, he’s unbearable. Always—well, no. More like 95% of the year. He’s alright around New Years when he’s tired. You can tell him to fuck off at any time, though.”
No, no. It was okay. It was nice to have…more family. That’s what it was.
“I hope you know what this means, Samuel,” Mike said.
Mmm no?
Mike’s hand clasped his shoulder.
“You can call me ‘uncle,’” he said.
Ah.
No, thanks.
 ---
Foggy and Kirsten couldn’t look at Sam without bursting into merciless laughter, which Sam had realized was a result of Mike’s vocal distress at his rejected offer of uncle-dom. Sam didn’t know what to tell him.
Mr. Murdock was nice. Enormous, yes, but very well meaning and gentle. His and Sam’s priorities and experience in life aligned neatly and Sam was slightly charmed by the way that he expressed himself verbally only to Matt and Mike.
Sam also didn’t hate Mike. He just didn’t want him to have uncle privileges. He didn’t see what was difficult about this.
“Mike’s got a history of rejection,” Foggy said. “And by that, I mean that every woman on the eastern seaboard has rejected him and he tries anyways.”
 ---
Matt came downstairs and told Sam to ignore everything Mike said to him all day. He also said that they were going out that night, so don’t burn fingers on the soldering iron.
Sam saluted in acknowledgement.
Forty minutes later there was a rap at his door followed by Mike saying through it that he wanted to show Sam something.
Sam did not open the door.
He heard Matt’s name being cursed on the other side.
 ---
Twenty minutes later there was another knock, this time with Mike saying that Mr. Murdock wanted to bond with Sam.
Sam nudged open his curtains and squinted hard into the backyard where he could see the vague shape of Matt chatting to his dad on the deck stairs, both apparently having a beer and shooting the shit.
This was a scam.
Sam would not be scammed.
He went back to the suit.
There was more cursing outside the door.
 ---
About half an hour later, there was a knock, followed by Mr. Murdock’s voice this time, asking Sam if his shoes were supposed to be on the front porch.
They were not.
This was playing dirty.
Sam ventured out to go right this wrong and ended up outside on the front porch with the conman himself. Mike closed the door after him triumphantly and proceeded to get them both locked out.
“Are you supposed to be a good conman or?” Sam asked.
Mike gaped at him.
“The best conman,” he said. “Don’t worry, kid, I’ve broken into a thousand houses and won two horses. I’ve got this.”
That was not comforting. Sam was not comforted.
“First, we gotta test all the windows, and, failing that, we get a rock or a gun,” Mike told him with a knowing finger.
Sam blinked at it and then up at Mike. The man’s shoulders twitched.
“Uh?” Mike said.
Ah. The eyes. No contacts today.
“Do you like them? They’re Prada,” Sam said to absolute silence.
“A brick,” Mike announced abruptly. “A brick works too. Like a rock but bigger.”
Okay, so they weren’t talking about it, gotcha. Look, a whole family’s worth of repression styles. Sam was glad that they had a full set of methods.
 ---
Sam broke into his own bedroom through the window. Mike clapped for him outside. Sam opted to leave him there.
 ---
He was sort of sad to see the Murdocks go, especially after seeing the effect that the most senior of them had on Matt.
Sam hadn’t seen him this chilled out. He visibly relaxed under his dad’s hand on the back of his neck. He tolerated the fussing and constant hair fixing and the fingers brushing at his cheeks and elbows. Mr. Murdock guided him with the same practiced ease that Foggy and Kirsten did, but his guiding was accompanied by a quiet, ongoing commentary about the street around them, which Sam hadn’t actually heard Foggy do in the same kind of way.
It was like Mr. Murdock was telling Matt a story everywhere they went.
He told him when there were flags hanging up a story above, waving in the wind. He told him about the hanging wire baskets of flowers that Sam forgot about. He huffed a bit while he talked about lines of traffic in the street and a vast lack of color in the group due to the absence of so many yellow cabs.
Mr. Murdock of course, had been Matt’s first ever guide. It only made sense that he had a specialized style of it, just for Matt.
And for Matt’s sake, Sam didn’t want him to go, but alas, New Yorkers, man. The city called them back to the coast like a siren.
“You take it easy, y’hear, kiddo?” Mr. Murdock told him at the airport.
Sam smiled and said that he’d try.
“Take care of yourself. I mean that. Out at night too.”
Copy that, big guy.
“Give us a hug.”
Oh??? A hug??? Sam loved hugs. Hugs were great. He was—er. Leaving this one with double the ribs from the cracks apparently.
Mr. Murdock released him to go break Matt in half and then Foggy and then Kirsten. Mike told him that he couldn’t avoid flying again by hugging people. He also warned Kirsten that he’d see her soon and that then, she was sure to fall for his charms.
Kirsten said that she would be waiting with bated breath, and then that was it. Three Murdocks again whittled down to one.
“God, I should have married your dad,” Foggy moaned.
Matt laughed at him.
“He’s plenty busy avoiding the gaze of every person over sixty in his building. Let him live,”  he said. “Sam? Not too traumatized, I hope?”
Mm. Not so bad.
“Are you sure Mike’s your brother?” he asked.
“Unfortunately.”
Too bad.
“It’s fine, if we ever need a guy to distract the police, we’ve got him on retainer.”
That was true.
“They’ll come back?” Sam asked.
Matt paused before feeling for his shoulder.
“Yeah,” he said. “Or we’ll go to them. I think you’d enjoy watching them in their natural environment.”

Hope that’s something for you anon!! I also hope you feel better!

“What do we do? There’s no way out of here except through there! We’re trapped!” I say quickly, keeping my voice down as much as i can so as not to alert anyone outside of the fact that we are very close by, “Is there anywhere we can hide?”
“In here? Yeah, there is, but I’m not sure how good the hiding places are, especially not for someone as big as him.” Dwayne muses, gesturing to Nico as he turns to David with a questioning look on his face.
“All of the hallways are blocked off by debris, and any of the crawlspaces barely fit us, so it’s doubtful that he will be able to get through.” The platinum blonde responds dismissively, though his tone betrays his nerves, the idea of a team of highly trained Hunters waiting just outside the cave worrying and unnerving to him.
“How is she supposed to walk anywhere? She’s got a busted leg, remember?” Paul interjects, pointing at me.
“One of us could carry her?” Marko suggests, which draws a low growl from Nico, his protective side showing through as he tightens his grip around me, holding me tighter to his chest.
I think for a minute, during which time the other five tense up, clearly having heard something I can't, Marko and Paul starting to look even more worried. Frowning, i look around at them all, as if asking them to clarify, though none of them care to explain; instead, David jerks his head to the side, signalling for the rest of us to follow him as he leads us through a nearby tunnel, which takes us to what i assume is their sleeping quarters, Nico having to duck down the entire time as he struggles to fit his bulk in the space. As we emerge into the area, David quickly starts talking.
“The sun is gonna come up soon, so we don’t really have too much time, but I think we can help you. If one of us carries (Y/n), then she can leave through the way we get in and out of here, which isn’t accessible by foot, so it's the safest way out. As for Nico, there’s a chance we can lure the Hunters around the caves enough for him to have a clear chance at getting out of here, but it will only work if you're fast, because they'll most likely be expecting something like this to happen. There’s a safehouse a little way away, where you can stay until you can find transport, and where one of us can stay whilst the sun is out.” The vampire swiftly explains, the rest of us nodding as we take in the plan, glad that one of us is thinking rationally.
“Hold on, why do you have a safehouse?” Nico asks, frowning in the dim light.
“Our sire made it in case anyone ever came after us.” Dwayne fills him in, before moving on again just as quickly, “Which one of us is going to carry her?”
“Paul will, he's the fastest out of the four of us, which will mean he can get to the safehouse much quicker.” David says decisively, looking to his friend for confirmation.
“I’ll do it.” The tall vampire nods, reaching out to take me from Nico, who reluctantly hands me over, giving me one last squeeze for reassurance as he passes me to the blonde.
“Hang on a sec, what about Nico? How is he supposed to know where the safehouse is?” I chip in, looking at the towering werewolf as he straightens again.
The vampires are silent for a moment, thinking the question through, clearly as stuck as I am. Eventually, Dwayne pipes up again, having thought of something.
“I guess one of us will have to go with him.” The brunette says, looking around at the others.
“Yeah, I guess that would help.” I agree, adjusting myself in Paul’s arms.
“I can do it, I'm fast enough to get out of here and into cover before the sun comes up.” Dwayne offers, looking over at Nico as the werewolf, nods appreciatively, still uneasy around the vampires, but not as much as before.
“Ok, Dwayne will go with the werewolf. We’ll stay here and out of sight as much as we can.” David says with finality, watching us all agree before speaking again, “Alright then, let's get going, I can already hear them on the steps.”
“Alright. Thank you for doing this, you really didn't have to.” I say to them all, smiling thankfully.
“No problem, Dwayne is right. We owe you this, you’ve saved our lives too many times to count.” The platinum blonde waves me off, moving to start off into a nearby hallway.
I go to say something, only for Nico to cut me off, gesturing for Paul and Dwayne to move off immediately, not allowing me to argue with him, as is often the case. Paul starts moving off, carrying me as he turns down a different way to the others, where there is already a cooler breeze blowing in from the sea just outside. I lean back against the vampire’s chest, tensing in his arms in trepidation as i think through the plan in my head, still nervous about what will happen to my friends whilst im gone, particularly David and Marko, who will be stuck in the cave with a bunch of Hunters ready to kill them at a moment’s notice, should they get themselves caught. Part of me is confident that they won’t, but the more rational part of my mind knows that there is a very high probability of things going badly, which will end even worse for the rest of us.
I am snapped from my thoughts by the sound of the roaring ocean, the cave now widening out into a cavern that is filled with crashing waves, the far end ïleading to the sea itself, the horizon still cloaked in darkness despite the proximity of dawn that is fast approaching.
“You're gonna want to hold on tight.” Paul warns me, waiting for me to grip him with more force before he kicks off the ground, the disorientation that comes with his floating slightly off-putting as I become stiff in his arms.
“Hey, relax. I'm not going to drop you.” The vampire promises, before he starts to move off towards the front of the cave and out into the open.
*
My back aches as I slouch in the chair I'm sat in, my fingers knotted together as I watch the doorway, my lip already in shreds from how much I've been biting it, every muscle in my body tense with nerves. Across from me, Paul eyes me in concern, knowing that every movement I'm making is upsetting the injury on my knee, which is throbbing painfully now, though I am ignoring it in favour of staring at the space where Nico and Dwayne should appear.
"They'll make it, (Y/n), don't worry." The vampire tries to reassure me, though he isn't too convinced, looking just as worried and uneasy as i feel.
"I hope so." I manage back, my jaw clenched and tight, though I am doing my best to relax it.
We wait in silence again for a few moments, neither of us daring to say a word in case we miss the tell tale sounds of someone entering the safe house through the hatch in the abandoned gas station above, the actual door itself squeaky and stiff from disuse. It takes a little while, but eventually we hear it, at which point Paul moves to stand by the doorway, ready to intercept if it should be someone unsavoury, rather than the supernatural beings we are expecting. I sit up straighter, my eyes trained on the doorway, anxiously awaiting whoever it is, the heavy footsteps becoming more and more audible as they approach.
Suddenly, the familiar, lithe silhouette of Dwayne enters the candlelight, the brunette limping a little, his bare chest stained red with blood, Nico just behind him, the werewolf completely bare, his skin covered in sweat, blood and dirt. A few cuts litter his chest, though there is a wound on his shoulder where the shaft of a crossbow bolt is just visible. The German instantly comes over to me as he sees me, ignoring any pain as he chooses instead to pull me into an awkward embrace, glad to see I'm alright.
"Thank God you're ok!" He hums into my hair, pulling back to look me in the eye.
"I'm fine, Nico, though I can't say the same about you. What happened?" I respond, looking between him and Dwayne, who has sat down beside me on a different chair.
"There were some waiting for us outside the cave. We fought them off, but we both got hurt in the process. Nico took a crossbow bolt for me." The vampire informs me, nodding thankfully at the werewolf.
"And you took a bullet for me. We are even." He responds, smiling at the vampire in his usual crooked way, moving away from me when he finally notices that he is still naked, "Are there any clothes in here that I could wear?"
"Err, yeah man, they're over there. What happened to your first ones?" Paul asks, looking a little confused.
Nico sends him an odd look, obviously wondering if the vampire is joking.
"My clothes were destroyed when I transformed."
"You transformed?!" Paul exclaims, going wide-eyed as he looks over the huge werewolf.
"It was the only way either of us would be fast enough." Dwayne cuts in, groaning as he pulls a bullet out of his shoulder with his fingers.
"Oh, right." His friend nods, going to the brunette's side to offer his aid.
Across from us, Nico roughly yanks out the crossbow bolt, growling as he does so, pulling on a shirt that is much too small for him after, knowing that the wounds will heal themselves in a little while. Once done, he moves to sit on a sofa nearby, only to come and help me up when I gesture to him that I'd like to join him. Carrying me over to the sofa, the werewolf sits down with me, placing me beside him as he leans back, clearly tired.
Tired now, I watch as Paul helps Dwayne with his injuries, the two vampires talking quietly amongst each other, clearly worried about David and Marko, who are most likely still running from the Hunters back at the cave, the two of them in great danger. Unconsciously, I let my head drop onto Nico's shoulder, my eyelids starting to droop as I start to give in to the sleep I've been fighting off all night, the perpetual warmth from his body soothing and calming to me, his arm coming up to support me as he carefully manoeuvres us so that he's lying back against the arm of the sofa, my body resting on his. In this new position I quickly feel myself start to lose consciousness, my muscles finally relaxing as I let myself fall asleep.

-----------------------------------------
Kei: *Posts a super low-quality image to the group chat*
Han: If I had a dollar for every pixel in this image, I’d have 15 cents
Kei: If I had a dollar for every ounce of rage I felt in my body after I read this text, I would have enough money to buy a cannon to fire at you
Rose: Actually I did the math, Han would have $225, not $0.15.
Han: Fam I’m right here....
Oliver: If I had a dollar I would buy a can of soda :)
Kei: while you’re there could you buy me an apply juice please?
Oliver: Sorry I only have a dollar
Kei: :(
Rose: Hey I just realized my friend is right, Han would have $22,500 because it's a dollar for every pixel, not a cent
Oliver: If I had $22,500 I would buy a can of soda and an apply juice
Rose: You can buy anything you want with $22,500
Blair: Yeah and they want soda and apply juice
Rose: Apply juice to what
Himari: Directly to the forehead
Han: Great chat everyone
---------------------------------
Kei: Would you guys be there for me if I was going through something?
Han: Nope, absolutely not.
Rose: I hope it sucks, whatever you're going through.
Oliver: I hope it emotionally scars you for the rest of your life.
Blair: I hope you reach out to me so I can ignore you.
Himari: I can't wait to go to your funeral, knowing I could've changed that outcome.

can’t keep away from fate | CH9
Pairing : Percy jackson x demigod!reader
summary : The daughter of destiny- literally, along with inevitability, compulsion and necessity. Being the child of a primordial goddess doesn’t really assure you a quiet, calm life but when you return to new york after five years of being shipped off to boarding school, your once mundane life says goodbye.
A/N thank you all for all the lovely support and messages, they honestly make my day uwu. Also! i’m so sorry for keeping you waiting but im giving myself a break from school work so here you go!
contents page
Normally percy would hate sleeping. As much as he needed it - which he found was very often these days, the nightmares were nothing to look forward to.
However these day, percy found a little enjoyment in them.
Sometimes he’d dream of kronos and his army, luke’s golden eyes, camp half blood but now he saw dreams of you.
It had been a few months since he’d seen you, since he kissed you- percy always relived the moment, snapping back to reality to find himself smiling like an idiot and flushing red, but his dreams were the only way he could see you.
Undoubtedly, Percy tried to iris message you, but to no avail, you’d never be reached or the line would go black every time it went through.
That worried him.
He’d brought it up to chiron the first time it happened, but chiron suggested that you were probably cutting the line of yourself- if luke had somehow got to interfere with the iris messages he’d figure out what you were doing.
Sometimes when percy made visits to camp he’d see new faces along with hearing about the heroic journeys the children had taken to get to camp along your side.
“She was so cool!” one of the kids who percy had asked about their arrival (obviously wanting to hear about you), “She fought off this army of half dog half seal men with just waving her hands!”
You had acquired a new nickname, ‘the guardian angel’ seeming the way you delivered demigod kids safely to camp so stealthily that they wouldn’t even had known it until the children popped up on half blood hill. Then you were gone without a trace again, off to find other demigods. It sometimes pained percy that you were frequently within reachable bounds to camp but he never got to see even a glimpse of you.
There were also rumours, which were most definitely true, about how luke’s ranks were decreasing in number- random disappearances, as nico di angelo had described them as, of your doing.
“I sensed her presence when i was in the forests of new jersey,” nico explained to the counsellors during one of their meetings, “along with about 2 dozen  laistrygonian giants and by the time that i got there-” he clicked his fingers and scrunched his eyebrows in confusion “they were both gone”
Gosh somehow it made percy feel bad that all he could do was sit back and wait whilst you were out there surviving on your own and fighting monsters and saving children.
What a hero he was.
Yes, he was fated to fight with the titan lord but right now, he was busy fighting his math homework.
Percy stared dejectedly at his unfinished work, gods he missed you.
The way you’d laugh when he did something stupid, the way you smelt like magnolias, the way you would place your hands on his to comfort him and the way you seemed like nothing bothered you and how you say everything would always turn out right.
Percy definitely needed to be told that right now.
------
Whenever percy felt like he was done for, he’d think about you. Even if he did just see one of his friends sacrifice his life, had an arrow shot through his leg and was falling 20 feet towards a huge mass of water- he was able to keep himself just that little bit more hopeful by just thinking about you.
I need to see her again, Percy thought as he his collided with the water.
He blacked out and was immediately pulled into a dream.
He found himself on top of Mount Othrys in a greek pavilion of black marble that seemed to blend in with the shadows. Through the darkness he was able to make out two giant figures : one seemed to glow against the black walls of the building and the other seemed to melt into them.
“Quite an explosion” one remarked.
“it doesn’t matter, our army shall rise again to destroy the gods” the other snided.
“hm, quite so,” the other agreed calmly, “but the demigods are becoming more, diligent. First the disappearances of our troops and now the explosion, right in front of kronos’ nose, ha”
Percy’s heart dropped, he knew what was causing those disappearances- it was you. What if they find out it was you? what would they do? would they try and track you down? kidnap you?-
“This would have not happened if you would let me fight!” a voice shouted and percy realised that there were in fact three giants there, crouched below in the centre of the room under what percy thought to be a statue was the titan atlas.
he struggled under the weight of the sky, a swirling funnel cloud, but still managed to strain his voice to argue, “let me out! take my place!”
But before Percy could watch any further his dream shifted. The voices became quiet- they were distant, he was no longer standing in the greek pavilion but about 20 feet away, standing behind one of the supporting columns and beside nico di angelo.
The boy faced him, “You see percy, we’re running out of time, do you really think we can win without my plan?”
The fact that nico had seen him shocked percy enough but his message was more than enough to shake percy to try and wake himself up from his dream.
But the image began to fade and he found himself off of mount Othyrs and in a more flattened out land.
At first he thought he was in the forests of long island but he noticed the trees here were thicker, Their branches coming down lower than the ones around camp and the air was more chilly. This was not New York.
Percy tried to take in his surrounds then caught his breath.
There standing behind a large oak tree was a petite girl with her long hair flowing down her back, wearing an army jacket and black ripped jeans and holding out two long drakon bone swords.
You looked distressed. Your face was pulled into a slight scowl as you peered around the tree and into the forest behind you. Percy knew you were in some sort of trouble but he couldn’t help but smile.
But the smile quickly disappeared when an arrow shot out of nowhere and embedded itself in the oak tree you were standing behind.
You broke out into a run and percy followed in suit.
Unknowingly, percy reached into his pocket and pulled out riptide, his first instinct was to fight whatever wanted to hurt you but he quickly realised that there wasn’t much he could do so could only keep up pace beside you.
Most dreams you were in seemed heavenly to percy, but this was a nightmare.
Seeing you need his help but not being able to do anything killed percy. Of course he had no doubt that you could handle anything by yourself, but then again, you wouldn’t be running away if you could.
Despite not actually running percy found that he was becoming short of breath, you were an awfully fast runner.
“Percy you’ve done so well, but I think it’s time you woke up”
Percy’s head snapped towards you. you were staring right at him.
You glanced away momentarily to keep track of where you were going before placing your gaze on him again, “I miss you”
Percy was at a lost for words. Months he’s spent trying to contact you, dreamt of you, trying to reach out to you and now, when time was limited, you had answered him and not only that, you were telling him to go away.
“Y/N-” but the scene began to fade and percy panicked, why of all times he had to start waking up now?
He felt himself began to slip into consciousness but he stubbornly did his best to try to go back to sleep.
but alas, your soft smile disappeared along with the dream as percy’s eyes shot open.
----
Percy didn’t think things would go so downhill. If anyone told him that the highlight of his week would be a midnight panic with a goddess, the son of hades and a hell hound, he’d pretty much expect it.
As he sat down by the magical fire, he got some time to think.
After being told that he’d end up dying either way and committing to a plan that would probably speed up the process, he was pretty miserable.
“things will only turn out that way if you think they will”
Your voice echoed in percy’s head, it had become a sort of habit every time he found himself thinking negatively.
Yeah but it’s in the prophecy princess, i die no matter how positively I think.
Then a sudden pain stabbed percy in the heart, If he didn’t survive nico’s plan he wasn’t going to see you again.
He was hoping some how you’d turn up in the next few days, (after nico assured him that you in fact were still alive and he had not felt your death- but that only gave percy temporary relief) He knew there just had to be a way he would see you before his destined fight, you were the daughter of fate after all- maybe you had to like... force great prophecies like this...? it was ridiculous but thoughts like this made percy hopeful.
“you are distressed” Hesita commented and percy was worried that she could read his thoughts.
“the time will come and you will know what the right decision is” the goddess said vaguely
“Uh, thanks” Percy nodded, not knowing what else to say and the goddess return to attending the hearth, why couldn’t gods ever speak plain english?
----
Percy had been to the underworld when he was 12. It was a long, tiring trip that took them to los Angeles and had nearly killed him bout 7 times. And only now did he find out about an entrance to hell which was literally 20 minutes away from his house- brilliant.
the stairs to hell were exactly how percy imagined them, dark, slippery and narrow. The only way he could actually see was by the light of his sword and the fact that mrs o’leary bounding down the stairs noisily reassured him that the stairs didn't end in a great drop to an endless pit to Tartarus.
Nico lagged behind, a look of doubt evident of his face.
“You alright?” percy dared to ask, hoping the boy wouldn't become defensive at the question.
Nico nodded, but opened his mouth to say something, “i saw her you know”
Percy stopped, saw who? he thought for a quick second then immediately knew nico meant you.
By this point nico had caught up with percy and stood just two steps behind him, “ She- when we first met she offered me the keys to her apartment”
“She what?” Percy interrupted, too surprised not to. he knew that you owned an apartment in Queens- a gift from your father for when you stayed in New York, and he knew that whatever you and nico had talked about had stayed between the two of you, but this? Why didn’t he get keys to your apartment?
Nico turned away to avoid eye contact, percy realised he must have been staring at him hard and tried to change his expression
“She told me that i could stay there anytime if i needed it. I wasn’t going to step near that place at all. But one night i got into an argument with my father and had nowhere else to go...”
Nico trailed off and percy was worried that he was beginning to back track on himself and regret ever saying anything to Percy, but thankfully after a deep inhale of breath, he continued.
“I was only planning to stay there for a few hours, but it just so happened she was there too. She was asleep but it seemed like she was having a bad dream. kept murmuring things-”
Nico shuddered, “I woke her up in the end and asked her about it but she shook it off. Moved the subject onto the fact that i had actually taken up her offer and decided to make me dinner. What she said though- it, it seemed important”
“What did she say?” percy asked, if nico was scared then he knew this was serious.
“Something about to storm or fire the world must fall”
Percy looked up at nico’s face, he seemed as disturbed as he was back at mrs castellan’s house. Panic rose up within percy.
“It’s probably nothing though” nico shrugged but percy could tell that he didn’t mean it at all, but despite that nico walked past percy and continued down the stairs, “we should hurry up, we’re losing valuable time”
Percy had no other option but to follow and wonder, why did nico chose to bring this up now?
.....
“Percy!”
before he was fully awake, percy had reached out and pinned nico to the floor with his sword pressed against his neck.
“we-have-to-get-out-of-here” nico struggled.
“Oh yeah? and why should i trust you?” percy growled, pressing down harder.
“No-other-choice?”
Percy rolled his eyes, he really did have no other choice.
He stood up as nico curled to the side and retched up for air. Percy would’ve almost felt sorry for him if he hadn’t just betrayed him to his father.
“Does your dad want to ‘talk’ again?” Percy seethed and nico sat himself up.
“honestly percy i had no idea, he tricked me!”
“You know what your dad is like!”
“Yeah but-” nico paused and stood up, quickly realising that there was no point in reasoning, “If we don't hurry, we’ll never get out”
Percy nodded once and allowed nico to take the lead as they plunged into darkness.
by the time the two of them had reached an exit via the palace kitchen, percy was half dragging, half carrying nico who spent every other minute pointing at skeleton guards or zombie servants and knocking them out before they could think about stopping the two escape.
Problem was, nico was going to be knocked out pretty soon too.
“Stop that” Percy said, “your power drains you too much”
by this time nicos legs stopped working all together and percy had no choice but to swing the younger boy over his shoulder.
“With great power,” nico said drowsily, “comes great need to take a nap”
Then the sound of a great gong echoed throughout the building.
“Alarms” nico said drowsily from behind percy, “Mrs O’leary”
“Right” percy said, and whistled.
Mrs O’leary came bounding across the fields of asphodel, probably excited to be back in her own grounds, and circled percy who desperately tired to throw nico onto her back.
“Hey, girl, think you can get us to the river styx?” Percy asked as calmly as possible, despite the sounds of a thousand skeletons footsteps coming their way.
Mrs o’leary barked in response and bounded off into the fields.
On approaching the river bank, Percy force fed Nico some ambrosia. He was scared that he had given him too much but the boy was knocked out pretty good. But after a few shakes of his head, nico was steady enough to stand on his own two feet.
the two boys slid off Mrs O’Leary’s back and ran towards the river.
“Percy you need to prepare yourself” nico said cautiously, causing percy’s stride to slow.
“How do I do that?” Percy asked and nico shook his head.
“You know I don’t think this is a good idea-”
“What?! this was your plan in the first place!”
“Yeah but-” nico seemed to struggle for words but exhaled as if he was angry and shook off his previous statement, “Think of a point on your body which will tie you back to reality and don't stop thinking about it otherwise the river will burn you to ashes, okay?”
“You know what maybe this wasn’t a good idea after all-”
“Percy!”
“Right right,” percy defended, inching closer towards the river.
at first when he nico had proposed the idea, percy had a long think of where the point would be. Somewhere difficult to reach during combat, maybe his armpit? but then he decided he wanted it to be somewhere more dignified.
he hadn’t thought on the matter since then, which was pretty stupid since the decision could possibly end or save his life but as his foot touched the river he knew exactly where he wanted it.
Percy wanted to walk cooly into the river, but as soon as the water touched his legs, his muscles went numb and he fell face flat into the water.
Then he stopped breathing.
It was terrible, this was the first time he struggled to breath underwater and the thought terrified him. images from the past few days flashed before his eyes in the darkness, beckendorf, rachel, grover and even lukes golden eyes.
instead of resulting to panic, percy kept thinking of that point, the one point where his life would end in a single blow, thinking about how that was his connection to the living world.
“You alright?” you said suddenly as you came to stand next to percy.
Percy jumped, he hadn’t heard you or sensed you coming up behind him, (although you were getting better at hiding you presence) and he flashed you a smile, “Yeah, just thinking”
“About what?” you asked calmly.
He stared at your face, it was always so stoic, as if you couldn’t care less about what he said but he knew that you genuinely cared for his happiness as much as your own.
“You”
Your eyes widened as you turned away but percy was able to catch that small flash of blush before you did, “shut up”
percy laughed, a genuine laugh that came from his stomach, you were just so damn cute.
he wasn’t exactly thinking of you, so to say, he was thinking about you amongst other things such as how to kill kronos, how to become better at sword fighting, how to do question five on his trig homework.
He faced the river again so that you would turn back towards him, which worked- of course.
“Stop being so sad all the time will you?” you said light heartedly as you tapped percy on the small of his back, “you being sad makes me sad too just so you know, so stop it” and you began to jog past him towards the surf.
percy struggled, trying to win the fight against the current but there was no use. He felt his arms and legs disintegrating and his soul felt like it was being ripped from his body.
he thrashed around in the coldness trying to reach for the surface and trying his best to keep thinking of his mortal point,
percy was on his last class of the day, he had set them a few drills to practice for the second half of the hour and was watching them with tired eyes. all he wanted to do was sleep.
suddenly he felt a little poke on his back, at the bottom of his spine.
“They’re doing well, aren't they?”
Percy craned his neck to face you, your head tilted slightly to be able to see past his shoulders, your hands still rested just above his hips.
“of course, i taught them” percy scoffed
“and so did i” you countered, “and just for your information, they enjoy my lessons better”
“Who says?” percy laughed, uncrossing his arms and fully turning his body to face you.
“I do” you smiled, making percy’s knees go weak.
Percy tried to push his way to the surface but it was no use, the more he moved, the faster he sunk. This is it, he thought, i’m going to burn alive in hell.
“Sleeping again jackson?”
immediately your fingers tapped the small of percy’s back and he peeled open one eye to see your figure silhouetted against the shine of the sun.
He had taken a nap on the deck, laying on his stomach, one arm under his face and the other hanging off the edge of the deck, and you were currently crouched down with a mocking smile on your face.
“yes, and you're disturbing me” he slurred out and he turned his face to the other side.
“Oh i wouldn’t say this is distracting” you joked, “this is”
And you pushed percy into the water.
-
Suddenly percy felt a tug at the bottom of his spine and he began to make his way to the surface. it was as if there was a bungee cord attached to the small of his back, pulling him back to the shore. he ignored the searing pain in his lungs, arms and legs and kept his focus on his mortal point.
think of the small of your back, small of your back, small of your back...
he did his best to look up and through the darkness he could make an outline of a hand, reaching in to help him out.
“oh gods i’m so sorry, i didn’t know you’d be that off guard! now take my hand you idiot”
percy reached out to grab your hand.
He sputtered as air returned its way back into his lungs and he landed on the shore of the beach, but the sand felt more solid, oddly shaped, just like-
“Percy get off me! you’re heavy!”
Percy pushed himself up and stared down at nico who was red in the face and soaking wet too,
“S-sorry dude-” Percy stuttered, did he really just imagine nico was you?
He got to his feet then held his hand out to nico who ignored it and pushed himself up, was he really that angry that percy had squashed him?
“Uh- did it work?” Percy asked tentatively, scared that nico was more than just pissed.
“I have no idea” nico responded, sounding surprisingly bitter, “feel different?”
“Not really” percy said slowly, but before he could apologise again for landing on nico a harsh voice shouted in the distance “THERE!”
The two boys’ head snapped to the top of the hill where about a hundred skeleton soldiers stood, weapons raised and all- eyes? they didn’t have eyes, all heads, faced towards them.
Hades stood in his chariot, dressed in battle gear, his nightmare horses skittering on the ground as if they were eager to stampede over percy’s body, “You will not escape this time jackson, DESTROY HIM”
“father no!” nico exclaimed but a line of british red coat skeletons charged with their rifles aimed.
Mrs o’leary did not hesitate to pounce at them and that tiggered percy.
He didn’t want his dog getting hurt just because hades was being a dick, and he charged without any other thought.
If he was going to die, he wanted to die fighting.
Percy was reckless, but this? this was a whole other level, damn- even another building. He charged straight through their lines, slashing his sword, not even thinking about where to strike but just did.
Bullets? didn't hit him. Swords? couldn’t cut him. Clubs? couldn’t even get an inch near him.  (Hotel? Trivago.)
He’d successfully tore his way through the ranks and pounced right over hades’ horses and grabbed the god by his collar and pinned him to the ground.
Silence.
Percy was expecting skeletal hands to come down on him but as he looked around, there was nothing there- they were all gone.
“listen here jackson...” the god said.
“No you listen!” percy growled, “tell me about the trap!”
but the god just snarled and melted into darkness, leaving percy’s hands closed around nothing.
“You killed them all...” nico said dazed, breaking percy out of his cursing spree.
Percy stopped and looked around him, there was nothing apart from the three of them, a bunch of bones and a variety of weapons.
“I guess it worked then” percy offered.
“Oh gee” nico said sarcastically, “you think?”
the two of them stood silent momentarily and percy stared at nico.
He’d come a long way from where he began, and percy still felt like that it was his fault that nico became so bitter.
“You should go back to your father” percy started.
Nico looked shocked to hear this, “no, I want to fight-”
“You’ll be better off down here” Percy said, the harshness in his voice surprising even him.
the look of hurt on nicos face made him feel guilty, “I mean, we need your father to fight on our side, you’re the only one who can convince him” percy continued, trying to sound kinder.
“You don’t trust me anymore, do you?” nico said dejectedly.
Percy was shocked, did he trust him?
“Work on him. I know you can do it”
Percy couldn’t help but notice how nicos face lit up slightly after hearing him, “thanks but don't get your hopes up”
“Okay, I’ll see you for the battle, me and Mrs O’leary will head up now” Percy said, waving over his hell hound.
“Where are you going?” nico asked, tilting his head as percy jumped on Mrs O’leary’s back.
Percy smirked, “to start a war”

Lizzy and Sadu discuss recent events
(There’s one instance of implied transphobia)
Sadu and Lizzy sits at the dining table eating a meal, as normal. Lizzy shifts her eyes away from Sadu anytime she tries to look at her.
“You’re hiding something.” Sadu says accusingly. She squints her eyes, and stops chewing mid bite.
Lizzy retorts, “Nuh-uh! I...Just….Ok, so, promise not to be mad.”
Sadu’s eyes narrow further. She chomps down hard on the animal’s cooked leg, nearly biting through bone.
Lizzy sighs, “So, you know how you told me to not fight any more inter-dimensional immortal beings? Especially if it could kill me?”
Sadu slowly puts the food down, and slowly responds, “...Yes...”
“Well, I kinda...” Lizzy pauses as she senses the aether gathering around Sadu, “I’m fine now! It’s ok! Nothing bad happened!” “Elizabeth.” Sadu starts, “What did you fight?”
“I may have fought another ascian.” Lizzy admits, looking downcast at her plate, “He may have tried to send me to an eternal gaol of darkness.”
Sadu starts to reach for her staff.
“But I got out! I’m here anyway.” Sadu remains unchanged, “Anyway, I mention this because I learned something about myself.”
Sadu tilts her head, shoulders relaxing slightly, “Go on.”
“So, I told you about Emet-Selch, the convocation, right?” Lizzy continues, “I was one of them. Apparently, I was the Shepherd to the stars, uh, named ‘Azem’, an-” “Azim?! Like the God that Magnai believes himself to be?” Sadu stands up hurriedly, “NO WAY. I HAVE TO RUB IT IN HIS FACE THAT NOT ONLY IS HE NOT, BUT THAT I MARRIED THE REAL REINCARNATION OF HER.”
Sadu rushes out the door, muttering about the Dusk Mother not liking men. Lizzy follows her, eventually catching up and offers to fly her there.
“You’re pregnant Sadu, please try to take it easy.” Lizzy gently reminds her.
Sadu’s hand instinctively reaches for her child, “I know, but I HAVE to do this to HIM.” she pauses, “I will allow you to fly me there.”
Lizzy allows her wife to do this slight on her mortal enemy.
~~The Dawn Throne~~
It’s late into the afternoon when they arrive.
Lizzy attempts to dissuade her wife again, “You know I said ‘Az-em’ not ‘Az-im’ right?”
Sadu waves off the clarification, “You would have me believe that The Dawn Father, the representation of the Sun, named Azim, and this Azem, a traveler and shepherd to the stars, are different people?” she continues, “One could argue that the Sun does indeed shepherd the stars, and travels across the sky.” she punctuates this thought with shaking her head, “No, I believe these two people are one in the same, and that the Dawn Father is actually the Dawn mother.”
She laughs, “At any rate, it’s better.”
Her confidence astounds everyone at the Dawn Throne as Sadu Dotharl marches straight up to Magnai on his throne.
The large auri man rolls his eyes at the intrusion, and begins, “You taunt my grace wi-” “-I CARE NOT!” Sadu shouts, “Khagan, tell this False Little Sun the truth!”
The room grows dead silent in the wake of the announcement. The Oronir waiting for Magnai’s reaction.
[Oh jeez, she must be serious if she’s invoking my official title.] Lizzy squirms under the intense scrutiny.
Sadu gestures to Lizzy, forcing Lizzy to announce to all of these warriors something she would really rather not say, “A-As per Dotharl believe in the soul inhabiting life after life,” Lizzy tries her best Leader Voice, which is to say, not all that intimidating, “And through recent events involving preventing a calamity. It has been revealed that the soul that lies in me is none other than Azem, the Traveler and Shepherd to the Stars.”
Some light murmurs occur among the Oronir. Lizzy decides to put her hands on her hips, partially to remind everyone of her daggers, another in preparation to defend her and her wife if the worst happens.
Magnai stands up, angry, “Do the Dotharl then claim that not only am I not the Dawn Father incarnate, but also that this...this OUTSIDER is? And that SHE is HE?”
Sadu interprets the statement differently than Magnai probably intended, and immediately begins casting a fire related spell, “EXCUSE. ME?!”
Her temper flared, with a spell to match, explodes next to Magnai, causing everyone to draw their weapons. Lizzy included.
“Calm down, Sadu,” Lizzy calls out, “I’M SURE HE DIDN’T MEAN IT.” she loudly hints to Magnai.
But Sadu is already in the middle of casting another spell.
Magnai puts his axe away, and starts, in a calm manner, “I did not mean to imply any disrespect.”
Sadu launches the spell. Lizzy uses shukuchi to position herself in front of her and blocks the hit with a dagger. She looks into Sadu’s eyes, seething rage swirling inside.
“Sadu...” Lizzy tries again.
Sadu’s eyes flicker for a moment, then her brow furrows again, “Tell. HER. You. Are. Sorry.” Lizzy senses aether swirling around her staff, “Or. I. Will. Make. You. Sorry.”
Magnai must sense it too, cause he immediately puts his hand in the air, “Enough. You’ll have your way Dotharl. Khagan, I’m sorry.”
Sadu calms down. Not a lot, but she’s not going to kill anyone at this point. She puts her staff back, and everyone relaxes slightly, “Anyway. It’s important for you to know. The REAL Azim got me pregnant.”
Tumblr media
The shock on Magnai’s face is no doubt what Sadu came here for. However Lizzy feels her face become flushed, “SADU. WHY?”
Mortified, Lizzy begs the gods above to end this day.
Magnai sits on his throne, too shocked to respond.
Sadu grins wickedly, and begins laughing, “How does it feel Little Sun?!”
Lizzy pleads with Sadu in her mind, [Sadu...please...I’m dying...stop]
With Lizzy as red as a tomato, she picks up Sadu, and walks out of the throne chamber. Sadu not sparing a chance to make a taunting face at Magnai as she gets carried out.
~~In the sky above the steppe~~ “You didn’t HAVE to do that.” Lizzy says sternly.
Sadu’s smile refuses to leave her face, “But did you SEE his face?? I wouldn’t trade the world to be able to do that again!”
Lizzy shakes her head.
Sadu continues, “Anyway, I love seeing how flustered you get too, so it was a 2-for-1.” she wraps her arms tightly around Lizzy’s stomach, and nuzzles her head into her back. She can’t see, but she knows this flusters her further.
“A-ah, Anyway!” Lizzy fumbles her words through the surprise hug, “We should tell Meeps about the pregnancy.”
Sadu picks her head up, “The miqo’te that was at our wedding?”
“Yes, She’s...probably not doing too hot I imagine. She could use some good news.” Lizzy frowns, “When I saw her, figured it wasn’t the BEST time to bring it up.”
Sadu rests her head back on her wife’s back, “Alright, Operation Cheer Up Meeps-y”
~~Meeps’ House~~
Lizzy knocked twice, and waited. Sadu shifts anxiously behind her.
“Are...you nervous?” Lizzy asks.
Sadu nods, “I’m a bit far from what I consider home, meeting one of your god-killing friends. Surely you can understand the apprehension.”
“It’s just unusual for you.” Lizzy responds, then she smiles, “is the pregnancy starting to affect you?”
Offended, Sadu lightly jabs Lizzy’s shoulder, “I’m the Mighty Khatun of the Dotharl. A little pregnancy won’t impact me!” her voice doesn’t sound quite as rock solid.
Lizzy just sighs, and holds Sadu’s hand, “It’s ok, hun.”
With her free hand, she knocks again.
Sadu takes a deep breath.
Asahi opens the door, “Hell-oh! Lizzy, and Sadu, welcome. Meeps...isn’t accepting compan-”
“Can I talk to her please?” Lizzy gives her best puppy dog eyes, “It’s super important, and I think it’ll cheer her up!”
Lizzy laces her words with her a chipperness that Sadu swears leaves her with a cavity.
Asahi stares at the couple. He shrugs, and sighs as he gestures for them to come in, “You can try.”
Lizzy let’s out a happy, “Thank you!” and walks inside, Sadu in tow.
He closes the door behind them, and points to the stairs, “She’s up in the bedroom, good luck...”
The two climb the stairs, and knock on the presumed bedroom door. Lizzy doesn’t wait for a response before opening it, however.
“Meeps?” Lizzy squeaks out.
The bedroom is dark, lit by a pair of candles on the bedside tables
The figure under the blankets remains silent.
Lizzy moves to the side of the bed, and sits down. She gestures for Sadu to do the same, “Hey, you know, Sadu is here with me.” She gives Sadu a look.
“Hey,” Sadu utters, feeling wholly uncomfortable with the situation.
Lizzy speaks again, “I’m sorry, I know it hurts. I don’t know what it’s like, or what you’re going through. But we’re here.”
Meeps doesn’t react.
Lizzy continues, “We have some really fantastic news.”
Instead of saying anything further, Lizzy gently lowers the covers from Meeps, and grabs her hand. The hand feels damp from endless tears. She moves the hand to Sadu’s stomach.
“What?” Meeps says, then her eyes widen, “O-OH!” She sits up and faces the couple.
Lizzy notices how red her eyes look. She lets a face of empathy reflect and tries to switch to a happy face, “Sadu’s pregnant,” she says with finality.
A weak smile spreads across her face, “That’s awesome.” she tries to muster. Her voice sounds more ragged this time, “Have you decided on a name?”
Sadu answers, “We don’t decide on a name until after they’re born.”
Meeps reflects on the information after a nod, “Ah, right, I forgot for a moment. I hope a brave warrior’s soul finds its way then.”
Sadu smiles back at her.
“Though, I did convince Sadu that if they’re a Raen, we’ll be naming her Alice.” Lizzy adds, “After my mom that adopted me.”
The sentiment makes Meeps tear up once more. Lizzy hugs her, rubbing her back in an effort to comfort her.
Meeps chokes back the tears, for a moment, “I think that’s a great name.”
Lizzy takes the moment, “Hey, I’m sure you haven’t eaten in a while.” she gets off the bed, “Why don’t we go downstairs, and have Asahi cook some dinner.”
Sadu chimes in, “Lizzy, it’s near midnight.”
Defensively, Lizzy responds, “So? Dinner is when you say it is, and I’m hungry.”
Meeps stays silent for a moment, then gets out of bed, “Ok, let’s go eat.”
“Thank you,” Lizzy says, “I know it’s hard.”

Bad Boy
MOVIE PHANTOM HALO
COUPLE SAMMY X READER
RATING SMUT AF
Tumblr media
I sat unable to sleep, the street lights shining in through my windows. I wanted to get up and grab my comic book but I knew if my dad came back and found it he'd kill me. So I sighed sitting up in my bed rubbing my eyes a little and tugging my blankets around me tightly trying to keep out the cold. I climbed out my bed tugging my long pj pants up a little and shutting my door tightly but not loud enough to wake my brother up. Climbing back into bed and tucking my covers and blankets around me tightly biting my bottom lip a little excited, pulling my covers closer and slipping my hand under them gently and tenderly stroking myself through my pants and boxers to try and get me hard the second I began rubbing it started to get stiff and harder I shut my eyes biting in my lip a little harder slipping my hand under the loose waistband of my pants stroking up the obvious half hard bulge in my boxers trying desperately not to make any noise in case someone heard me slipping my hand under my boxers to gently and tenderly touch my shaft trying hard not to moan or overstimulate myself gently moving my hand up and down my shaft gently rubbing precum into my head with my thumb I tugged my pants and boxers down to my knees quickly going back to stroking and it quickly became pumping "uuuhh kimi" I groaned quickly clamping my other hand over my mouth as not to wake my brother or my dad if he was back yet, my breath unsteady as I got faster and faster my careful delicate touching turned in to just pure pumping and squeezing as my hormones took over in desperation, imagining her sweet soft skin, her smooth silky voice, her gently loving hands, her addictive sugary lips, and… umm everything else of my pretty little kimi.
I hit my orgasum like a brick wall gasping in shock as I did my hand instantly working on its own to ride it out my moans just audible below my hand "uuuummmm uummmm uuuuuummm kimi, kimi…"
I cleaned up as best I could and tugged my pants back up relaxing with my arm behind my head snuggled up in my covers in the early morning light satisfied and happy. Until a little while later I heard a noise someone was up and about
"Morning" beckett smirked leaning on my door frame
"What?" I yawned
"You're up early," he smirked. I just shrug "you seeing kimi Today?"
"Maybe" I shrug "depends how busy she is"
"You ever gonna learn that girl's real name?"
"It's not safe for her to tell me"
"You keep saying that what does her dad even do?"
"I don't know, she can't tell me"
"You really infatuated with that dam chick aren't you?"
"I'm not infatuated she's my friend" I argue getting out of bed
"Yeah? You don't hang out with friends to check out there tits"
"I don't!"
"Ohh so you don't see her purely for the fact her tits bounce when she walks?"
"No, of course not, she's my friend, and...even if I did like her, I would be for her wonderful personality"
"Sure Sammy, keep telling yourself that," he smirked "but last I checked, you can't wank to personality" he winked before he left my room
"It's none of your business beckett"
"I'm your older brother, everything you do is my business" he laughs "and you wanna keep it a secret try maybe not screaming her name when you masturbate at six o'clock In the morning"
I sat counting up money from my performance when I recognize a familiar figure come over to me
"Hey shakespeare" her sweet voice smiled I looked up saw her in her little blue converses that we're falling apart, her thigh high stripes blue and black socks, her knee length black pleated skirt, her blue long sleeve shirt with the sleeves rolled to her elbows, and her pretty pigtail plaits. I instantly jumped to my feet hugging her as tightly as I could
"Ummmm kimi I missed you" I smiled squeezing her a little tighter as I spoke
"Awww I missed you too Samuel" she smiled pushing me away a little as I had been nuzzled on her shoulder "don't I get a kissy?" She whines playing with the collar of my overshirt
"Umm, of course you do" I blushed keeping my arms around her and pulling her to kiss me, she happily kissed back running her hands slowly up and down my chest thought my thin t shirt her hands getting lower and lower each time we kissed making me hold her a little tighter pulling her slowly closer "uumm kimi" I moaned I to our kiss
"Ooohh" she giggled pushing me away a little but staying in my arms "down boy" she giggled
"Hu?" I asked a little puzzled but then she moved her hips against my rock hard erection thought my jeans and her skirt "ooohh… fuck" I sighed
"Awww what's the matter Sammy?" She giggled
"I'm sorry kimi, I tried so hard" I complained "I even did it this morning so I wouldn't"
"Awww Sammy have you actually started jerking off days you think you might see me just to try and make it so we can make out for more than two minutes before you get a Bonner?"
"Pretty much… it didn't work" I sighed
"Aww, I don't mind you getting a Bonner Sammy" she smiled
"I know, I just… I don't know I feel weird" I said just as her watch went off
"Ooohh sorry samuel I have to go else I'll be late for work, I'll see you later I promise" she smiled giving me another quick kiss before she headed quickly off in the direction of her other job.
I know both a lot and at the same time barely anything about kimi.
I mean kimi isn't even her real name, she can't tell me her real name so at this point kimis pretty much become my pet name for her well it would if she was my girlfriend.
I think everything about kimi could be explained with two simple words.
It's complicated…
Why does she use a fake name? It's complicated
Why does she have four different jobs? It's complicated
Are we dating? It's complicated
Everything about kimi is complicated.
We were kinda sorta dating… I think, we kiss, we cuddle, and sometimes we do sexy stuff so I guess we're kinda dating.
She works so many different jobs because her family needs the money her sisters are too young to work or help really her dad works somewhere I don't know where, and her mother is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard at least that's what she said.
Her name is because of her dad, something about what he does or something like that means she can't tell anyone her real name not even me.
I worry about her sometimes when I see her with black eyes or broken fingers, all of which I usually try to help her with and kiss them better where I can, and she does the same for me from when my dad's In a bad mood.
I finished up performing and headed to the comic book shop it was almost time for it to close so I was the only one there Walking slowly around looking at the figures I'll never be able to afford, the endless amount of comic books I got to the phantom halo section and began looking though
"Hi Sammy" her sweet voice smiled as she was sorting some inventory
"Hi kimi" I smiled
"Are you here for comics today or something else?" She smirked
"Well… comics, and to walk you home if you wanted me to?"
"Five minutes" she smiled kissing my cheek and going back to her work so I finished up and waited for her outside soon enough she came out holding my hand so I squeezed in her hand and tugged her along with me down the darkening streets
"Kimi?" I asked after a while "what are you uhh up to tonight?" I asked as we got to her houses back gate
"Nothing much, why?" She asks
"I was uhh just curious if maybe… you wanted to come over? Read some comic's? Cuddle?-" I began
"You just wanna make out and have some sexy time" she giggled coming closer to me resting her chest against my own
".... Well, I uhh I wouldn't say no if you wanted to" I blushed
"We'll see Sammy, maybe if you're a very very good boy" she smirked slipping her hand under my jeans to gently play with my half hard cock through my thin boxers "I'll come see you tonight, after dark" she whispered kissing down my neck
"Uuummm… why do I have to wait so long? Can't you finish me now?" I whine trying to kiss her but she wouldn't let me
"Because I like making you wait" she giggled her hand getting faster rubbing and palming over and over "you gonna be a good little boy and keep him nice and hard for me?"
"Of course I will" I gasped feeling a twinge of pleasure as I spoke "kimi please, im desperate"
"But you already jerked off this morning? How can you be desperate again already?"
"Because your just that irresistible"
"Am i now Sammy? No touching once your home" she wants
"But kimi-"
"No, no touching else I won't come visit, or I'll come and do that thing I always do when your a bad little boy" she smirked leaving a hickey on my neck
"No no please" I begged "I'll be good, I'll be good I won't touch, I can't bare when you do that"
"Alright see you later" she smiled kissing me deeply I kissed back pulling her closer desperate to feel her against me till she pulled back blowing me a kiss as she went inside.
I sat on my bed trying to make sure everything was okay my bed made or as made as I could be with me in it, the floor clean my tissues from this morning disposed off waiting as darkness fell and only a few minutes later there as knock on my window I jumped but instantly got excited trying to calm my breath down a little gently jerking myself to make sure I was hard still
"It's open" I Whispered and she quickly pushed the window open and climbed inside dressed as she was earlier but her skirt so much higher and I don't know if it was Intentional but she flashed her little red panties as she climbed in
"Hi samuel" she smiled shutting the window again
"Hi kimi" I blushed my hand working on its own I know I was only doing it to get hard again but I couldn't stop already getting close just looking at that little skirt those sexy breasts I wanted nothing else in the world then to strip her naked and have my way with her she giggled moving closer sitting on my bed above the covers pulling me to kiss her I happily kissed her back melting into those heavenly lips wrapping an arm around her to pull her closer, her tongue slipped into my mouth and I happily toyed my own with hers our kissing turning into a hormonal teenage make out "uuhh kimi, ummm kimi…" I groan I pleasure but she moved closer again and she pulled back
"Sammy?' she warns
"What is it?" I asked desperately trying to get back to kissing her, licking my lips savouring her taste unable to remove my eyes from those perfect red lips
"Where is your right hand?" She asks
"Oohh uhh I was uhh just uhh sitting in it" I lied moving my hand away from myself to put it on her waist
"Liar" she smirked moving my covers away looking right at the obvious bulge in my pj pants from my bonner
"I uhh I kept him hard, just like you asked" I blushed
"I think Sammy you were doing a little more than keeping him hard" she giggled pulling my pants down revealing my hard dripping erection as I hadn't bothered with boxers tonight "bad boy" she smirked
"I couldn't help it, with you visiting it's all I could think about… your all I could think about, I got so desperate and then when I saw you I couldn't help but touch in desperation for you kimi"
"That's not an excuse" she smiled "your dad and Beckett out?" She asks and I nodded "good" she smirked going to the bag she had dropped by the window bending over in that little skirt flashing her panties again she pulled a long tie out her bag and came over sitting over my lap tying my hands to my bed far apart from each other she tugged the covers away and my pants completely off me leaving me half naked against my bed restrained so much I could barely move I already felt desperate almost crying knowing what she was about to do to me...

DEFINITELY AU TO MY UNIVERSE
This is based on the idea @rhiorhino came up with in her ask of having Pharah and Tracer live together after something happens to Emily and Mercy. I worked on this A LOT A LOT, so I hope you enjoy! its not at all perfect but I think it’s good! 3,300 words.
Tracer and Pharah had been opposites from the first day they had met, and while they had grown warm to each other, they certainly had not grown any more like each other. Tracer was impulsive and quick, going in with her whole self, a tiny firework of a human being, exploding and lighting the entire sky in one moment. Pharah was thoughtful and measured, tracing out the steps in her mind, a clear line from one to the other, carefully lighting each corner like a candle.
So it made a certain amount of sense that when Emily MacNair, who would have been Oxton, was murdered, Tracer immediately and quickly lost her mind. Emily had not even been laid to rest when Tracer skipped the country in pursuit of her murderer, and anyone who got in the way discovered that Tracer was sunshine, and the sun is more than capable of killing without mercy. They said she beat Widowmaker to death with the butt of her rifle. Tracer would only say that probably did happen, but truthfully she didn’t remember a thing. It was hard to argue against that point, when she returned to London and descended into what a physician had called “brief reactive psychosis.” It was difficult to charge her for the death of someone wanted dead or alive by several countries, in any case. Born under a lucky star.
It was four months after that, with Tracer finally more or less in touch with reality and functional, that Overwatch continued its disastrous year.
Perhaps it had been that there was no one to blame, no villain to pursue, that it was just one terrible moment. An accident. There had been the terrible accident, and Pharah had held Mercy, and Mercy had died, and that was all there was to it. Who could she hate? And so, perhaps it was these things, but perhaps it was that different quality to Pharah herself, that she did not explode into loud and keening grief.
She buried her wife, exactly according to her religious wishes, and calmly laid a hand on her coffin before it was laid into the grave. She went back home, and cleaned and folded and scrubbed the floor, lined up the shoes at the front door in a neat line, and went to bed. She went to work, and redid the filing cabinet, and wrote a detailed schedule on the board, and shined her shoes. She carefully settled Mercy’s affairs, and mostly remembered not to bring up a cup of coffee in the morning. And, repeat.  Fareeha Amari was doing very well, by most standards.
Even Tracer, in that first month, as people told her how unwavering Pharah had been in all this, had grumbled “Right, because Fareeha’s bloody fucking perfect and don’t I know it.”
People had mostly stopped asking questions with concerned faces, three months later. Anyone looking at her would have seen how stable and steady she was.
“Bit worried about Fareeha.” Tracer had said, leaning against Winston as they watched TV in his living room.
Tracer had given up on living alone, sold her house to her cousin, and decided, simply, that she was going to live with Winston for the rest of her life. It was more than big enough for three, if it came to it, hope never leaving her even as she grieved, and it made the most sense to have herself there. She loved Winston, and he loved her, and Tracer was a bit frightened of her own recently-discovered fragility. He’d welcomed her happily.
“Did she say something?” He snuggled her in a little closer.
“No, and that’s part of it,” She sat up, gazing over the top of the TV back into her own mind, “she hasn’t snapped at me, or teased at me, in months. I spent all morning doing things I know drive her absolutely mad. It’s like she’s not even there, Win.”
Winston shifted uncomfortably. “She knows you’re--well--she’s trying to--”
Tracer sighed aggressively. “Win, it’s been months now. Not even on medication now, Doc’s really quite happy with me, and no one sniping at me did it in the first place. Don’t treat me like--”
“I’m sorry,” he touched her back softly, “I’m just,” he gave a sheepish laugh, “Myself, all the time.”
Tracer shook her head. “She comes in, same time every day, she puts away her papers, she cleans something, always, she tidies up my desk, as well, without a word, ‘ardly. She does her work, ‘as a three pound meal deal for lunch, same time every day,, works out, and I ‘appen to know she goes to the Tesco every night, same time every day, gets a ready meal, goes ‘ome, cleans and organizes something, again, eats it, and goes to bed.”
“Lena, how do you know that?”
She tossed her hands in the air. “I followed ‘er, obviously! Multiple times!”
“We have to get you a constructive hobby.”
“And she didn’t even notice I was bloody fucking following her. Fareeha.” Tracer gave a little frown and flopped back against Winston. ‘She’s ‘orribly depressed, Win. I know it.” she closed her eyes,
“I don’t want ‘er to live this way. Or not live, right? Or worse, I don’t want to wake up one morning and find,” her eyes popped back open, gesturing wildly, “Commander Fareeha Amari, precise and disciplined in every way, ‘as done a very precise and disciplined job of offing ‘erself.”
“You don’t think--”
“I do think!” She jumped back up again, a creature in constant emotion. “She’s so bloody logical, to the point of being stupid, and she’ll, “ Tracer drew her hand widely across the air, slipping into a terrible Egyptian accent, “find it most reasonable that I will never find happiness again, and my lack of passion makes me a liability, and so, I will make sure not to leave a mess.” She snapped her fingers and jumped toward Winston, eyes locked. “That COULD happen, Win, I can bloody well see it in me mind’s eye!”
“Lena--”
“Know what she bought at Tesco, Win? Bangers and mash, a ready meal from Tesco for one. Of bangers and mash.”
Winston put his hand on her back, and drew her into his shoulder. He said nothing. What was there to say? Tracer was right, of course, and he felt terrible not having noticed. But Pharah was so good at being stoic, at keeping herself straight, at convincing the world that she had always simply been this way, and he had forgotten how her speech had lost some of its formality, how she had laughed easier, how she had teased. How she had been happy.
It was easy to ignore Pharah’s coping, because it was not drinking too much, or getting into fights, or hallucinating, but her absolute sense of control and order that guided her through difficulty.
“Also, she isn’t eating enough,” Tracer shook her head, “She’s lost ‘alf stone, at least. Maybe more like a stone, really.”
“What should we do?” He said softly.
“Well,” she rocked back to sit on her heels, running a hand through her hair, “We ‘ave to ‘ave her come live ‘ere, with us. Break her out of it all, right?” She grinned. “Bunch of the sadsack bachelor types, that’s us. We can ‘elp ‘er, Win, I know we can.”
Winston had no idea how Tracer was going to get Pharah to agree to this. He wasn’t sure if she knew how she was going to. But Tracer believed she would, and she could, and that it itself made him believe.
____
It wasn’t nearly so hard as Tracer had thought it was going to be. It took only two weeks of wheedling and begging and claiming that she and Win couldn’t possibly afford the place without her, being everything that had happened. It would be a proper favor to them, if Pharah would come and live with them. Besides, wasn’t Pharah so good at all the things she wasn’t? She’d be so much more help to running the house than Tracer was, after all.
Pharah was scrubbing the office floor, as she did every single Thursday, when she finally broke. A person could only avoid Tracer’s attempts at something she truly wanted for so long.
“If you and Winston need money, I will give you money.” She did not look up at Tracer. Back and forth across the boards. Check carefully for a scratch the needs filling. RInse the brush. Repeat. “I have little need for extra income.”
Tracer sighed heavily. She kept trying to give Pharah a graceful way to accept, and Pharah kept throwing it back in her face. It was aggravating to keep inventing new disasters for her and Winston to be having, particularly given that they were doing quite well, all told.
She thought of the solution, and hated it just as quickly. Tracer had worked hard. The odds of any sort of relapse were exceedingly rare. She had just now gotten to the point where it seemed like people weren’t whispering about it behind her back at the greengrocers, that her reputation was beginning to shine up near to normal again. Life was full of bloody fucking sacrifice, wasn’t it?
She knelt in front of Pharah. “Fareeha.”
“What?” Rinse out the brush.
“Win’s taken care of me, so much, over and over and--” It stuck in her throat, and she hated every inch of it, “I worry I might be too much for ‘im, if it ‘appens again, and ‘e’ll try to do it ‘imself, all over again. You know how Win is, about these things, and I thought, if you were there, you could reason with ‘im. Day by day. Might be best to send me off, but ‘e won’t, but, you know ‘e trusts your judgment.”
Pharah looked up at Tracer. “I doubt I could convince Winston of this.”
Tracer’s fists balled at her side. Pharah had always said Tracer had a way of working a person’s last nerve, but she wasn’t giving herself enough credit.
“But,” Pharah continued, putting the brush in the bucket, “he is also unlikely to see an early sign. I would notice.”
Tracer smiled and nodded.
Sure you would, Fareeha, as my general early signs are jot off to Paris and kill someone, which I think Win might also pick up on, but all right.
She sighed. “I will rent the apartment, until you feel secure. I will also pay rent at Winston’s, to assist.”
On some other day, Tracer might have tried to tell Pharah that she could always buy another apartment, and it might be better for her to do that. But it was enough to know that Pharah would move out her things, even if every single box of Mercy’s scattered notes was going to the wide expanse of leftover warehouse they used as a storage unit in the back of Winston’s place. She had Emily’s things there as well, and was only beginning to realize she needed to begin to sort through them, so what could she possibly say?
“Thank you.” was what she chose.
_____
A new living arrangement is always difficult, even without the added difficulty of a person not realizing the are going through a certain amount of emotional trauma. Pharah had been living with she and Winston for six weeks now, and while they had managed to put her weight back on, and she had even managed a smile or two, Pharah still lived her life within the lines of her planner with rigidity and focus. She never looked up.
She never spoke Angela’s name.
Tracer began to spend the night in Pharah’s room, chatting to her about her day, asking questions that would almost certainly go unanswered. She had liked it, when she was struggling, and people had talked to her. Parvati had once recounted an entire night at the pub as a one woman play, and Tracer had managed to laugh, and so she knew there was some medicine in it. Whatever Pharah might think.
So Tracer threw herself against Pharah’s brick wall, and she fell down, and she got up again.
Until a Friday night on the sixth week. It was Shabbat, and Pharah had remembered it was Shabbat, because someone had greeted someone else in the grocery store as she got her three pound lunch. Tracer had noticed her quiet sternness, even more pronounced than usual, as they went through the store together, as they stopped for flowers, as someone had asked Tracer if she was planning to pop by the pub this week.
Pharah said nothing, but Tracer was undeterred.
“I do not entirely understand why you are in my room.” Pharah turned onto her side and shut her eyes. “Again.”
“I slept with me dad for something like two years after Mum died,” she scoffed and shook her head, “I know that sounds all sort of funny, least, the looks people ‘ave given me make me think so.
But it wasn’t--just ‘aving each other, right there, as we were scared to lose each other, and--and well, it felt a bit lonely, and a bit cold. ‘Ard to explain, but there was something very comforting in it.”
She laughed a little, chewing at the end of her nail. “Truth is, I only needed for so long, but somehow I knew ‘e needed it longer. To ‘ave me at ‘and, right? To know I’s safe? So I stayed there, a while longer.”
Tracer looked over to Pharah, whose back remained turned to her, silent and still in the dim glow of moonlight, outlining her shoulder like a headstone.
“We did mend, Dad and me.” Tracer shifted under her blanket. “Took time, but we did mend.”
Pharah lay staring at the wall, jaw set in a hard line, arm tucked firmly under the single pillow she used. She said nothing. There was nothing to say, just more of Tracer’s rambling in the darkness.
“There’s nothing in you that’s broken, Fareeha,” she said it with such confidence that for a moment, Pharah nearly believed it to be true, “rather, not forever. I know because there’s nothing that can be mended in me. There’ll be scars, of course, but,” she giggle and shrugged at the ceiling, “Isn’t as if you and don’t ‘ave plenty as it stands.”
“You do not understand.” Pharah’s voice came like a command in the night.
Tracer swallowed hard as the anger built up in her. Pharah was hurting and Pharah had a hard time with things, and Pharah did not mean to make it sound like the way she’d loved Emily wasn’t as strong, and she was going to pop Fareeha Amari in the face right FUCKING now.
And she sat up to do it.
But before she could, Pharah pushed herself up to her side. “You, maybe, will mend. You do not understand,” she turned to face Tracer, taking a deep breath and slowly letting it out, steam rising from a kettle, “because you are the sort of person people love. They remember you, they--they cherish seeing you, you make them laugh. You are the sort of person who has romances, a woman talks about you at brunch with her friends, and everyone says,” she began a very poor imitation of the East End, “well isn’t that Lena so very cheerful and what, right?”
There is--” They were nearly nose to nose to now, but Pharah had the floor, and Tracer sat quietly even as her brown eyes glowed with fire. “There is nothing of that, for me. That is for people like you!” She slapped the bed in frustration. “And you will never, ever understand me, because you are some...Turkish rug, or a carved chair, and people notice you in a room, and they love you! Plenty want you in their homes.”
Tracer moved to say something, but found the anger had left her, and she was filled instead with a deep and unyielding sorrow for all they had both lost, and all Pharah had learned she could lose. Tears slipped down her face, only to find Pharah’s had matched them.
Pharah tapped her chest.”I am--a broom. A filing cabinet. I am useful, and needed, and diligent. I am necessary, and valued. But I am not loved. Except by her.”
They sat in the terrible London quiet, the one that shouldn’t be real but had made itself known in the long, cold, sharp blades of that night. Both them looked down at the small expanse of cotton between them.
“I love you. Course I do.” Lena’s voice was soft, but it did not waver. Then, quick firework that she was, her head popped up and she grinned, “Fuck’s sake Fareeha, why do you think I lay in here next to you every night and tell you stories,  me own ‘ealth?”
It was her sunshine, always her sunshine, that broke the darkness, and even Pharah had to offer a weak huff of what had to pass for laughter now.
“I’m scared, as well. I miss Em every single day. I wonder what might become of me, sounds a bit dramatic, but that’s how I think of it.” She rested a hand on Pharah’s knee, “You ain’t the only one with plenty to take on. We’re soldiers, right? It’s ‘ard. And me ‘aving me,” she touched the place where her CA rested, “and Ang, well, she did know me best, ‘ard to say if this friend of ‘ers will ‘ave a mind for it. Just--a bit of an ask, innit? For me, as well.”
Pharah put her hand on Tracer’s. “You will find love again. It is very hard to know you, and not love you a little.”
“Fareeha,” she waggled her eyebrows, “is this you proposing? Flattered I am, but--”
In one smooth movement, Pharah swept up the pillow and batted Tracer in the face with it. She fell to the mattress in a flurry of bubbling laughter, and Pharah was forced into a smile.
“Well,” Tracer’s voice was peppy as she folded her hands and grinned up at Pharah, “I think, that when you’re ready, there’ll be someone wonderful, you know Fareeha there are women who go just mad for closet organizational systems and all that, proper filing, I don’t think you’re ‘ard to match at all, and besides all that, Ang was never any of that, but she saw, well she saw what I see, in you.”
Pharah shook her head a moment, and waved it off almost out of habit.
Tracer caught her eye, made sure she saw the genuine truth and belief in it. “You ‘ave a good heart, and a more tender spirit than you let on. Ang always said so, even when I didn’t believe it, that everything you do is a kind of love. That you’re terribly loving. She saw that, in you. She--”
Pharah turned away and pinched the bridge of her nose, tripping over her words.  “Let’s please not speak of her more. Tonight.”
“Course,” Tracer nodded, “Sometimes I can’t talk about Em, neither.” Tracer reached gently, carefully, and rubbed at Pharah’s shoulder. “You always ‘ave an ‘ome with me, and Win, ‘ere, if you want it. We love you, Fareeha. We love you ever so much.”
Knowing it was true, and knowing that it could not possibly repair the deep chasm in her heart, the one that cried her name when the wind blew, Fareeha Amari forgot herself, unmade, in an instant, every lesson she had taught herself about how to be in this world. She began to cry. No, to sob, choked breaths flashing the memory of Mercy’s broken body, her smile under their wedding chuppah, a thousand small touches and loving words falling on her like rain.
Tracer held her. Tracer held her, and whispered that it was all right, and that she wasn’t a filing cabinet, until they both fell asleep.

“ I feel rotten about telling you this. “ “ I've got some bad news. ” “ You looked after me like a father. ” “ Take this to your family. ” “ I’m not interested in things that don't concern me. “ “ You still have my goods ? “ “ It would be a present, I know how to return a favor. “ “ This is a real palace. “ “ Sit down, make yourself comfortable. “ “ Good health is the most important thing. “ “ I came here because there's going to be more bloodshed. “ “ Nobody wants another war. “ “ When i refused, he tried to have me killed. “ “ He was stupid, I was lucky. “ “ I'll visit him soon. “ “ The important thing is that nothing interferes with our plans for the future. “ “ You're a wise and considerate young man. “ “ There's much I can learn from you. “ “ What we'll do in the next few months will make history. “ “ He's small potatoes. “ “ Is something wrong? “ “ I wish you would have let me know you were coming, I could have prepared something. “ “ I didn't want you to know I was coming. “ “ I want you to help me take my revenge. “ “ I don't have your brain for big deals, but this is a street thing. “ “ I remember when I was a kid, we had to be quiet when we played near here. “ “ My father taught me many things here. He taught me in this room. “ “ Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer. “ “ Will he come alone? “ “ You guys lied to me, I don't want you to call me anymore. “ “Close the fucking door ! “ “ What's the matter? “ “ You open the fucking bar I'll blow your head in. “ “ When I woke up I was on the floor, and I donit know how it happened. “ “ jesus, jesus. “ “ I dont know and i dont understand why, i can't remember. “ “ I'll speak to him. “ “ The doctors would disagree, but what do they know? “ “I saw an interesting thing happen today. “ “ It occurred to me, the soldiers were paid to fight. The rebels weren't. “ “ What I wouldn't give for twenty more years. “ “ I’m kind of nervous from the trip. Can I get a drink or something? “ “ It's not easy to be a son. “ “ How do you say bana daquiri ? “ “ Can i trust you with something? “ “ Before i reach my hotel, i'll be assassinated. “ “ He thinks he's gonna live forever. “ “ Someone put a bullet through his eye. No one knows who gave the order. “ “ i love you, but don’t ever take sides against the family again. ever. “ “ I didnt ask who gave the order because it had nothing to do with business. “ “When i wake, if the moneys on the table i'll know i have a partner. If it isnt, i'll know i dont. “ “ I know it was you, [name]. You broke my heart. “ “ You're still my brother. “ “ Where's my brother? “ “ Young man, i hear you and your friends are stealing goods “ “ You and your friends should show me some respect. “ “ You young punks have to learn how to respect a man like me ! “ “ The cops will show up at your house and your family will be ruined. “ “ Of course if I’m wrong about how much you stole - I’ll take a little less. “ “ Tell your friends i don’t want a lot , just enough to keep my mouth shut. “ “ Why should we give him the money we sweated for? “ “ I’ll reason with him. “ “ I never lie to my friends. “ “ Tell him you'll pay him whatever he wants, dont argue with him. Then i'll go and get him to agree. “ “ Just remember that i did you a favor. “ “ I'll make an offer he won't refuse. “ “ I’m short of money right now. I’ve been out of work so... give me a little time. “ “ How come I’ve never heard of you before? “ “ You’ve got a lot of guts. “ “ You’ve done well for yourself. “ “ [Name], your father loves you so much. “ “ We called it a family. “ “ At first like everybody else, I was a soldier. “ “ When the boss says push a button on a guy, I push a button. “ “ No, i never talked to him. “ “ You may find this very amusing but i promise you the members of this committee do not. “ “ He was being strong for his family. “ “ By being strong for his family, could he lose it? “ “ You can never lose your family. “ “ Times are changing. “ “ It’s my pleasure, i dont want money. Take it as a gift. “ “ If theres something i can do for you, you come, we talk. “ “ [Name], why did you come to see me? “ “ He said he'd get the police to throw me out on the street. “ “ Who the hell are you to come give me orders? “ “ Do me this favor, I wont forget it. “ “ Ask your friends in the neighborhood about me, they'll tell you I know how to return a favor. “ “ Im giving back the money you gave me. “ “ Your kindness made me feel ashamed of myself. “ “ Can i offer you coffee? “ “ He won't be back. “ “ It was a term used by his friends. One of attention and respect. “ “ They have honored me with their support and friendship. “ “It would be a shame if we allowed a few rotten apples to give a bad name to the whole barrel. “ “ They are the salt of the earth and the backbones of this country. “ “ i hope they will have the decency to clear my name with the same publicity with which they have besmirched it. “ “ Well, just get a good night's sleep. “ “ Tomorrow... my life wont be worth more than a nickel after tomorrow. “ “ You’ve got a great home here, for the rest of your life. “ “ You'll live like a king. You’ll be a hero. “ “ How did they get their hands on him? “ “ He thought you double crossed him. “ “ Our detectives said he was half dead, scared stiff calling out that you'd turned on him. “ “ I havent got a lot to say, [name]. “ “ What about now? Is there anything you can help me out with? “ “ I didn't know it was gonna be a hit. I swear to God i didn’t know. “ “ He said there was something in it for me if i could help him out. “ “ He said that you were being tough on the negotiations. “ “ It would be good for the family. “ “ He said it would be good for the family. “ “ And you believed that story? You believed that? “ “ He said there was something in it for me, on my own. “ “ I’ve alway taken care of you. “ “ Did you ever think about that? Did you ever once think about that? “ “ It ain't the way I wanted it ! “ “ I can handle things, I’m smart. Not like everybody says. “ “ You’re nothing to me now. Not a brother, not a friend. I don’t want to know you, or what you do. “ “ There’s more people than at a ballgame here! “ “ I have my own family. “ “ But it was all lies, everything. “ “ So I said yeah, sure why not. “ “ There are some things id like to talk to you about. “ “ What really happened with [name]? “ “ Where is he now? “ “ I had nothing to do with it. “ “ You’ve become blind! “ “ I don’t want to hear about it “ “ At this moment i feel no love for you at all. “ “ I never thought that would happen, but it has. “ “ We leave tomorrow. “ “ [Name], you haven’t heard me. “ “ In time, you'll think differently. “ “ I know what that meant to you. I'll make it up to you. “ “ I’ve learned that I have the strength to change. “ “ I had it killed because this must all end. “ “ I know now that it’s over. I knew it then. “ “ There would be no way you could ever forgive me. “ “ I'd like to stay close to home now, if it’s alright. “ “ I hated you for so many years. “ “ I think that I did things to myself, to hurt myself, so that you'd know that I could hurt you. “ “ You were just being strong for all of us. “ “ I forgive you. “ “ Can't you forgive [name] ? “ “ Our business friend and partner is in the news. “ “ He's only got six months anyways. “ “ It would be like trying to kill the president, theres no way we can get to him. “ “ If anything in this life is certain, if history has taught us anything - it’s that you can kill anyone. “ “ Is it worth it? You’ve won, do you want to wipe everybody out? “ “ I don’t feel I have to wipe everybody out. Just my enemies, that’s all. “ “ I've always been loyal to you. Tumblr media
Back at the house, everyone was downstairs in Namjoon's lab. He had a few beds down here along the far side of the wall for the members to rest when they were hurt. Taehyung currently laid on one with ice on his ribs. They were bruised from being slammed into the van as hard as he was by Lillith, and the ice would have to do for now until Namjoon was ready to care for him.
Namjoon was occupied at the bed next to Tae's. Yoongi laid there relaxed as Namjoon held his hands over Yoongi's stomach. Lillith had nearly crushed all of his internal organs so Namjoon was focused on getting him back to health first. All six of the men that went out today had gotten seriously hurt and it was taking a lot to heal them.
They really were unprepared for that fight with Lillith. When you explained how strong she was to them, they didn't doubt it but they also didn't take it as seriously as they should've and now they knew that. They definitely owed you an apology for not listening as good as they should of.
"Fuck this hurts," Jimin groaned in pain as he dabbed some gauze over a bleeding wound on his arm.
They may have powers but they still got hurt at times. This being one of those times.
"I feel fine!" Jungkook chimed in before taking a bite of his sandwich he made upon arriving home today.
Jimin glared over at the boy. "You were screaming like a bitch just like the rest of us when Lillith was squeezing us all to hell."
"True. But I didn't get hurt like you. It was the pressure that got to me. I'm tough, remember?"
"Yeah," Jimin rolled his eyes. "So tough."
"Enough," Namjoon grumbled to the arguing two. "Did any of you see how she," he glanced into your direction. "got all of you under that shield in time before Lillith blew up?"
Everyone shook their heads at him. Nobody knew, honestly, and they were all just as confused as Namjoon was.
"I was watching through cameras but I still didn't catch it. She was in one place one second then in another in the next. It's as if she saw it coming somehow and reacted but I don't understand how. What the hell was that?"
At this point, Namjoon was mostly talking to himself as he tried to figure all of this out. He'd never seen something like he saw today between you and Lillith.
"I don't know what happened but do you think she'll wake up soon? It's been over an hour since she passed out." Hoseok asked Namjoon as he looked down at you. You currently laid in the bed on the other side of Taehyung, who was laying between Yoongi and yourself. Hoseok was already taken care of by Namjoon earlier so he settled beside you and was keeping an eye on you now.
Namjoon sighed. The warm heat from his hands settled as he finished up with Yoongi. His vitals were going back to normal now as well since Namjoon finished healing him. Yoongi too was asleep because Namjoon gave him a sedative to calm him because he was in so much pain from the damage he endured. "I'm not sure. I can only imagine that the power she used exhausted her. It was her first time after all,"
"I remember my first time using my powers." Jimin hummed softly as he thought back to that night. He was terrified when he created his first ball of fire and was able to manipulate water to do whatever he wanted. Now it was so natural and he even did it for fun at times. "She'll get used to it,"
"How are you so sure?" Jin chimed in now. "We have absolutely no idea what kind of powers she has. You saw Lillith out there; what if ____ is the same way? Or... worse."
Namjoon, Taehyung, Hoseok, Jimin, and Jungkook all listened to what Jin said before looking over to your sleeping form. You looked incredibly peaceful despite everything that just happened. Everything you just did.
Jin had a point and everyone knew it. The way the weather reacted to your mood, how quick you were moving, the shield you formed, how strong you got. It was like a whole different person came out. You could be dangerous and nobody knew if you were going to be yourself when you woke up. What if your newly activated powers changed you too?
"She saved our lives," Tae spit out a little angrily as he heard what everyone was thinking. "She saved our lives after her powers came to life. She's still herself. We aren't going to tie her up or keep her sedated or whatever. She wouldn't hurt us."
"Maybe not us, but what about other people?" Jin asked delicately.
Jungkook listened to the older men closely. He thought about it, considering the pros and cons of the situation. He may be younger than all of you in the room but he was far from dumb; he knew you wouldn't hurt them. "She saved my life twice now. I trust her. I trust her not to hurt us or anyone else. Except for Lillith and their father."
"You're right," Namjoon replied to Jungkook. "Let's just wait until she wakes up and we'll all talk to her. Yoongi should be waking up soon himself."
Everyone agreed at that point together.
* * * * * *
"This is ridiculous."
"It's necessary."
"It's annoying is what it is."
Hoseok sighed at you and your complaining. He stood in front of you with his arms crossed over his chest. Jin stood to his left and Yoongi on his right. Namjoon, Jimin, Jungkook, and Taehyung all stood on the other side of the yard away from the four of you on this side.
"Come on, ____." Yoongi groaned softly at your hesitation. "We don't have time to bicker about this. We need to see how your powers work before Lillith kills us and everyone else on this planet."
You looked over to Yoongi and sighed, knowing he was right. You tucked a strand of your hair behind your ear before glancing to the four men waiting across the yard for you. You pressed your lips together gently before positioning yourself in a way to get ready to run across the field to them.
Jin, Yoongi, and Hoseok stepped aside to make room for you.
Closing your eyes for a moment, you tried to picture what happened a few hours ago with Lillith in an attempt to remember how you made yourself move fast as time moved slower for you. As you opened your eyes and got ready to run, something inside of you stopped and you stood up straight again.
"I can't do it!"
"Oh for fucks sake," Yoongi rubbed his eyes with his palms hard in frustration.
Jin glared over at him before placing a hand on your shoulder. "It's okay. We'll figure it out together!"
"No, Jin. I don't want to be able to do what I did today! I'm a scientist for crying out loud; I've never imagined myself being able to have powers. Nothing my dad did to me worked back then so why now?"
Jin pressed his plump lips together in thought. At this point, after all the hesitation, the other four had walked over to join you and see what was taking so long for you to start testing your powers.
Brushing your fingers through your hair stressfully, you shook your head at all of them. "I'm sorry. I don't know what I did or how I did it. Maybe it was a one-time thing."
"Or," Jin piped in. "You need to be angry."
"What do you mean?" Namjoon cut in now himself.
Jin glanced to you then around at everyone else. "____, you got mad when Lillith held us all and started hurting us. You were yelling for her to let us go but she didn't and when she started rushing the process-"
"I got pissed."
"Exactly."
You hummed softly now. Nodding at him, you looked around at everyone yourself with a defeated look in your expression. "How am I gonna get that pissed again now though?"
Before anyone could say anything to your question, a large gust of wind came and your body flew to the left faster and harder than anyone could actually process. Everyone's eyes widened and gasped out in shock as your body crashed into the side of the house. They heard you hit, knew you would be hurt, and all became panicked.
All except one person. Jin, Hoseok, Yoongi, Namjoon, Taehyung, and Jungkook all rushed to where your body landed as they yelled out your name in worry. Jimin stood back from where he was and watched the scene in front of him.
He stood there, perfectly still, waiting as he watched from where he stood. He listened as everyone asked what happened and if you were okay. A little grin spread over his lips. Jimin watched closely while Jungkook helped you up onto your feet.
"You aren't hurt?" Namjoon asked you as he placed his big hands on your sides to help steady you when you wobbled on your feet a bit.
You looked around at them all slowly as you gained your balance. Shaking your head at them, your eyes met Jimin across the yard immediately.
"What the hell happened?" Taehyung asked shocked still.
"Park Jimin!" your voice was loud as you yelled out his name. "What the fuck was that for!?"
All sets of eyes were on him now from where you all stood near the house. "I wanted to make you mad!" Jimin yelled back at you. "Did it work?!"
"No, it didn't work! But that was messed up, man. Why did-"
Taehyung grabbed your arm and pulled you to the side all of a sudden which cut you off mid-sentence. Your body crashed into his and you nearly fell to the ground together. A ball of fire flew only inches past your head and crashed against the wall right where you were seconds ago before Taehyung pulled you aside.
"Dammit Taehyung, stay out of my head," Jimin cursed at him. He started to form balls of fire in both of his palms now as he eyed you in Tae's arms. "Move away before you get hurt too. She needs to be mad."
"Jimin that’s enough!" Namjoon yelled out now. This was going to end badly, he just had a feeling. Jimin wasn't unstoppable and they didn't know how powerful you could get just yet. Namjoon didn't want to take any risks.
You squinted your eyes at Jimin as you pulled yourself away from Taehyung and adjusted your shirt. "It's okay," you whispered to Namjoon before speaking out loud to Jimin. "You won't throw both of those at me. You don't have the balls to do it."
"You're a daring girl, ____. I'm the wrong person to test though." Jimin raised both of his arms and threw both balls of fire at you at full speed. You took a step forward with both of your hands out and flicked both of your wrists to the sides. The fire flew off to the sides in opposite directions as you made one big ball of your own and tossed it back at Jimin.
You were highly irritated at Jimin at this point. His little plan definitely worked.
"Jimin is telling me something," Taehyung started speaking softly to those beside him as they all continued to watch the scene in front of them now.
You and Jimin were starting to have a fight in the middle of the yard with fire. It was so back and forth; one would throw fire and the other would either dodge it or catch it and throw it back even bigger and better than before. The wind was starting to pick up in the area as well as things continued to become a bit hectic.
"What is it?" Jungkook asked Tae without taking his eyes off of the fight.
"He wants us to join in. To provoke her, make her mad, to get her to use her ability to the fullest." Taehyung listened to Jimin's thoughts closely as he continued to watch this unfold too.
"You're joking right?" Hoseok piped in all while watching you toss Jimin into the air on a piece of the ground you lifted him on from the ground.
Everyone gasped in surprise, and fear, as you threw Jimin into the ground before picking him up with your mind and slamming his body onto the ground hard again. Jimin groaned aloud in pain as he landed hard on his side, making his elbow jam into his side and hurting him.
"No. He's serious,"
Namjoon shook his head quickly. "You guys will get hurt-"
"Then heal us. We need to figure her powers out." Jungkook said out to them all. At this point, they all looked around at one another while glancing out to the fight happening. "We can't help her hurt Lillith if we don't know how deep this goes."
"He's got a point actually. As much as I hate to agree with Jungkook..." Jin spoke lowly.
Namjoon looked between the five of them around him who all seemed to be on board with Jimin's plan now. Jungkook didn't wait any longer to get approval from Namjoon and he rushed out to you at full speed. Namjoon watched, worried, as Jungkook hurled his body into yours and slammed you into the ground. His actions stopped the large ball of fire you were forming to throw at Jimin.
Jungkook broke your focus which gave Jimin a chance to get up from where he laid and get back onto his feet. "Finally one of you came to help!" he yelled out.
"We're doing it for science!" Jungkook yelled back to Namjoon as he pushed himself off of you and onto his feet beside you.
Jimin laughed out at Jungkook while nodding in agreement. "Exactly! Come on guys, it's for-"
"You guys are so dead!"
Both boys looked down at you before flying to the right of where you laid in the grass. You pushed yourself back up onto your feet and adjusted your shirt over your figure. That familiar orange glow that Namjoon noticed on you earlier was forming around you again. At this point, he was able to realize how angry they were making you and despite that being their intention, it made him nervous. Something about this felt wrong.
"Come on, ____," Yoongi said as he approached you on the field. "Is that all you got? Throwing them and some fireballs? No wonder your father paid more attention to Lillith than you. You're disappointing!"
Your eyes met Yoongi's as he spoke to you. Your heart fell at his words. They hit home for you, honestly, and it made you feel so small under his gaze. Yoongi watched as you stared at him with parted lips. The shock was written in your expression; it almost made him feel bad, but he went on anyway.
"Show me what you can do, ____. Prove me wrong. Prove him wrong." Yoongi spoke a little softer now to you. He was only inches away from you now.
You shuffled back a little bit, shaking your head. "I'll hurt you and I don't want to. You guys need to stop. Please-"
"Pathetic." Yoongi cut you off. He reached out to you with a steady hand. "Let's just go back inside then. You can relax while the rest of us try to find a way to kill your sister."
"Fuck off," you snapped at him. Swatting his hand away, you shook your head at him. Yoongi watched a warm glow form in your eyes.
His teasing was working. It was dangerous, he knew it, and he didn't like putting you down but it was working. Along with Jungkook and Jimin fighting with you, they were making you as mad as you needed to be.
"I'm not weak but I'm also not a monster and none of you will make me act like one. I did what I had to do to protect all of you today. I saved your lives and you want to call me pathetic? Praise Lillith and put me down?!"
Yoongi listened to your every word but only gave you a simple shrug of his shoulders. He couldn't apologize- not yet. Jungkook walked up next to Yoongi and gave you a smirk. Jimin too came over and tilted his head to the side as he stared at you.
"You're glowing," Jimin noted out loud.
"Fuck it. She's weak," Yoongi waved his hand in your direction, signaling to the two boys beside him to go ahead. "Take care of her. We can do this alone."
Jimin and Jungkook both charged at you as Yoongi watched up close. Behind all of them, Jin, Taehyung, Hoseok, and Namjoon stayed where they stood this whole time as they watched the three work to get you to activate whatever it was you did earlier.
Jungkook wrapped his large hand around your neck and lifted your body off of the ground. He used his strength to lift you off of the ground and throw you upward. Jimin used his ability and blew you backward with a hard gust of wind.
"She is going to kill them," Hoseok whispered to Jin beside him. Jin nodded, a little speechless as he watched the scene in front of him. Namjoon held his hands in fists at his sides nervously as Taehyung silently listened to the thoughts of their three friends at a distance.
"Yoongi needs us to calm her down after she explodes. He wants us four to help her come back to her senses if she doesn't do it on her own." Tae said as he listened to Yoongi thinks to him.
"He wants us to get in the middle of the mess they are creating?" Jin huffed, shaking his head at all of this damn nonsense.
Yoongi glanced back to the four of them before turning back to face you battling Jimin and Jungkook. You threw them off of you as they started attacking you, again. They were holding back from hurting you too badly but they were inflicting enough pain and damage just to make you mad like Yoongi did bad mouthing you.
Even though all of this was intentional none of the seven men were prepared for what you did next. Just like with Lillith hours ago, time was on your side. Everything around you slowed down and you saw everything crystal clear around you. Jungkook was raising a fist to hit you and Jimin was wrapping a rough hand around your hair to tug your head back. Yoongi was standing close, watching, and so was the rest of Bangtan except the four of them watched with panicked expressions.
You knew what they were trying to do, you knew they weren't trying to hurt you and mean it but wanted to just make you mad. You knew they didn't mean what they said or what they did but you couldn't help the hurt you felt by it all. So you were going to give them what they wanted. As time went by slowly, you grinned to yourself, taking full advantage of it.
You pulled Jimin's hand from your hair and twisted his arm behind his back before using all of your strength to push him to the side. Reaching out, you grabbed Jungkook's fist and yanked his body down to the ground. Now that they weren't reaching for you, you closed your eyes for a split second feeling something bubble inside of you, before snapping them open barely a second later and flashing a bright orange light.
Yoongi, Jungkook, and Jimin all collapsed to the ground after being knocked unconscious from your light.
Time went back to normal and everything fell silent around you.
* * * * * *
"That's impossible. There's no way she moved that fast!" Hoseok's eyes were wide as he rewatched the video on the screen in Namjoon's lab.
Time slowed down in your eyes but to those around you, you were moving at incredible speeds. It was almost unable to be seen properly in the eye of others. It seemed like it took you a minute or two to do what you did out there but it was barely three seconds. It all happened so fast.
Ignoring Hoseok and his shocked state, Namjoon was focused on looking into the results of the testing he did when taking your blood a few days ago. He hadn't looked into it until now because he was a bit busy. He wasn't expecting to see what he was looking at right now.
"Joon, do you seriously think this is legit?"
"It's on the screen isn't it?" Jin grumbled to him in annoyance.
Taehyung sat beside you on the other side of the room. You sat away from the rest of them with your knees brought up to your chest and your arms wrapped around your legs.
Tae sighed. Resting a hand on your knee, he spoke softly to you. "You didn't mean to hurt them. It's okay,"
"Why aren't they waking up?" you asked him just as softly.
Yoongi, Jimin, and Jungkook laid in the beds again just like earlier when Lillith hurt them. You felt horrible for putting them there the same way she did.
Tae sighed beside you. He was nervous too but Namjoon did say they would be okay. He checked on them, of course, before looking into your results. "They will wake up."
"When?"
"Soon," he tried to assure you with a little nod and a weak smile. "Just relax."
You only glanced to him before looking back to the three men laying in beds. They looked to be sleeping peacefully, actually, but it still worried you.
"I can't believe this. ____! Come look at this," Namjoon yelled out from his desk while waving a hand at you for you to come over to him. "This is insane."
Taehyung gave you a warm smile with a little nod for you to go. Hesitating, you stood up and walked over to where he was across the room. Namjoon glanced over as you approached him and made room for you to see his computer screen.
There were two different blood samples on the screen. They were both from you. One was from a when he took your blood the first time and a second from a bit ago after you calmed down from the events outside with Yoongi, Jimin, and Jungkook. They looked completely different.
"Is that-"
"That is the toxins that were pumped into your body taking over your cells. You're changing as we speak. I can't believe we can actually see the cells melting into them! This is... wow. I have never seen this before." Namjoon spoke quickly. He was excited, shocked, and honestly amazed at all of this. "Do you feel okay? Are you hot or anything?"
You flinched a bit when he placed his large palm to your forehead suddenly before brushing his fingertips down along your cheek. You shook your head at him. "No, I feel fine actually. I just... How can this be happening now, Joon? After all those years?"
Jin came over and looked down at the screen himself while listening to you and Namjoon. He watched in awe at the sight. Placing a comforting hand on your shoulder, he gave it a little squeeze. "It really doesn't feel like anything?"
You only shook your head at Jin to answer his question due to Namjoon speaking out to answer yours at the same time. "I don't know. Honestly, the only answer I have is that you got so pissed off at Lillith for hurting them out there, it triggered something. I don't know how or why but this is real. Everything your father pumped into your veins is starting to take over and it's doing it quickly."
"That light. That light really hurt." Jungkook's voice was raspy and so quiet you could barely hear it.
When you did, you turned around quickly and so did everyone else. Jungkook was sitting up in his bed with a little wince before looking up to you. You rushed over to him as quickly as you could and wrapped your arms around him in a tight hug.
"I'm so, so sorry."
"Why? ____, we needed you to see what you could do. It's okay." Jungkook assured you in a warmer tone. Despite his tired and raspy voice, it was still comforting to hear. He wrapped his arms around you and returned your hug. He hushed you softly while rubbing your back gently. "Do you feel more in control?"
You pulled away from him a bit to see him better but without leaving his grasp. "I do, yeah."
Jungkook gave you his famous bunny smile. "Good! That's good."
Giving him a small smile, you fully pulled away and looked over to Yoongi, who was now waking up himself. He stirred awake on the bed and rolled onto his side, now facing where you sat with Jungkook. "Yoongi-"
"It's okay." Yoongi cut you off before you could even finish your sentence. "I'm sorry for what I said out there. I hope you understand that I didn't mean any of it."
"Of course," you nodded. "You needed to get me worked up."
"But what if you don't need to be angry to use your powers anymore? We don't."  Hoseok piped in now from where he sat across the room. Everyone looked up to him now. Hoseok shrugged as if he was unsure of what he said before going on. "Try doing something. Even something small, you should try it."
You were a little unsure of this but nodded anyway, wanting to see if he was right so you wouldn't have to hurt anyone anymore just to use your new powers. "What should I do? I can do so much it seems."
"Can you levitate things?" Jungkook asked.
"I threw you out there in the field. I'm pretty sure."
Jungkook rolled his eyes at the thought. Giggling, you shuffled where you sat while looking around at what you could levitate. Humming behind your closed lips, you decided on simply trying to lift the vacant chair beside Hoseok. You studied your eyes on the object. Taking a deep breath to relax, you allowed your body to relax as well before imagining the object flying. It took a few moments of silence; nobody in the room spoke, only watched. Your eyebrows furrowed when nothing was happening and as you were about to give up, something inside of you clicked and the chair was raised up off of the ground, following the movement of your eyes.
"Yes!" Taehyung and Jungkook cheered out for you, Jin and Namjoon smiled where they stood, and Hoseok looked at the chair in shock yet he too was happy to see you using your powers without having to do so in the middle of a bad fight. Yoongi was too tired to react but he was proud of you and how far you'd come now. Even they littlest steps, like lifting a chair, was a big step for you and he knew that.
You set the chair down back on the ground after holding it up for twenty seconds and then released the deep breath you were holding in your lungs. A smile painted your lips; you were proud of yourself as well. You never imagined yourself being able to do things like this. It's quite exciting, honestly.
"As cool as ____'s new powers are, I'm starving. Lets order pizza!" Jungkook said out loud. Everyone, literally, agreed with him and all of you stood up. Jungkook led everyone up the stairs, all following behind him. Everyone except Jimin.
Standing at the back of the line, you stopped yourself and turned to the still sleeping boy on the bed. Part of you wondered if he was going to wake up soon any time at all...
You wanted him to, and you wanted to talk to him. You waited until the last person out of the room closed the door then you walked over and sat next to Jimin's bed. He looked so peaceful still sleeping on the bed... Rolled up in a ball with his face buried in the pillow... Eh, oh well. you placed a hand on the bed and sent a shock wave through it.
"Oh fuck! Ouch!" Jimin jumped up out of a dead sleep. Yelling and wiggling to stop feeling the shock you sent, his eyes widened as he looked over and met your eyes. "What the fuck was that for!?"
"Why do you hate me?" you asked without answering his question.
Jimin groaned as he slowly sat up in the bed. Using one of his hands to rub his face, he sighed then. "What are you talking about?"
"You've had a problem with me ever since I showed up. I'm just curious as to why. I mean, I know Jungkook and Yoongi didn't mean any harm out there today but you? That felt pretty personal."
Jimin looked over to you next to him now. He was a little caught off guard by your question and the words that followed. Jimin didn't say anything at first. He thought about it himself, almost unsure himself why he didn't like you being around. "I don't hate you, I just... you managed to do the one thing in one day that I tried to do for years. You freed my best friend and I gave up on him."
A frown filled your lips at his words. "Jimin," you shook your head as you spoke. "I didn't do it in one day. I knew for so long. It took so much planning and hesitation to get Jungkook free. And to be honest, the only reason I knew where he was is because it was my father's facility he was at." Jimin watched you as you spoke, listening to every word of reassurance you gave him. Reaching out, you placed a hand over his. "You looked for him for so, so long. You did your part. There was only so much you could do yet you still managed to go beyond that. I knew you were close to finding him so many times. Give yourself some credit, Jimin."
Jimin paused. He had to think about it; you were right. Your tone was oddly comfortable to him for the first time since you came here. He hesitated but soon, he nodded at you. Jimin even flipped his hand over and let his fingers tangle between yours.
"Thank you," Jimin whispered to you. "Thank you for everything."
* * * * *
The next few days that passed by were quiet again. Your father and Lillith had gone MIA with absolutely no sign of them anywhere. There's been no trouble in the city or anywhere else that hint at Lillith, and nobody has tried contacting you or Bangtan. It was just radio silence.
You and all of the boys had taken advantage of this and have been practicing fighting skills and working with some new equipment from Namjoon he's been working on in his lab. Bangtan needed every possible advantage against Lillith. With you on their side, they stood a chance, but Lillith was still much more powerful than any of you.
Today though, you needed to leave the Bangtan house. Being here was nice and all but you were starting to go crazy in here plus you had to go get yourself some more clothes from your house rather than rewashing and wearing the same four outfits over and over any longer.
"Take someone with you at least," Hoseok pleaded as he followed behind you to the front door.
Stopping in your tracks, you turned to face him now. "You come with me then."
"I can't." he shook his head at you. "Namjoon has me trying out some vest or some shit like that. Something for protection against Lillith."
"Well you have fun with that!" clapping your hands together, you gave Hoseok a bright smile. "Seriously Hobi, I'll be fine. I can take care of myself now too, isn't that neat?"
At that, you turned around towards the door and opened it, starting to head out. Hoseok sighed behind you for not listening to him. "You might be powerful but you still need to be careful!"
"I can't hear you!" you sang out to him while waving your hand in the air.
Rolling his eyes, Hoseok closed the door after watching you make your way to your car. You really needed to be careful; he had a bad feeling. Hoseok just knows that something is bound to happen. This quietness isn't going to last forever.
Jungkook was training today, Taehyung was working on his own combat skills with Yoongi, Jimin was the one training Jungkook, and Jin is doing testing with Namjoon at the moment. He was the only one who wasn't busy. Soon, he would be, but that didn't matter. You needed someone with you.
Hoseok grumbled under his breath about you not listening and he rushed out the door to go with you. Except you had already driven off and were long gone. At this point, he decided to use his own power and shifted into a hawk, taking off into the sky to follow in your direction.
You drove through the city back to your house, arriving about ten minutes later. You hadn't been here ever since you first came to stay at the Bangtan house, so it was a little odd being back here. Here, the place that used you be your safe haven. You loved the peace you had in your home. Nobody bothered you, you bothered no one. It was quiet and spacious and you were normal. No powers, no being friends with seven superheroes. You were a simple girl living life as a scientist, not a girl trying to save the world from her evil twin.
Still, being inside of your house made you feel warm the same way it used to. There were pictures of your family along the walls and certificates you received throughout your life and career. Your favorite mug still sat on your coffee table from the day you left. You made a mental note to clean that up later.
Setting your keys near the door, you kicked off your shoes there too and started to make your way inside of the house more. You jogged upstairs to your bedroom. Grabbing your suitcase from its place in the closet, you tossed it onto your bed then started going through your closet.
"This place is nice!"
A loud scream stretched from your lungs at the sudden voice. You jumped so badly, you dropped everything in your hands and spun around towards the voice. Hoseok, who stood there with wide eyes, jumped himself from the way you screamed.
"I'm sorry!" he shouted out, hands at his sides in the air showing he meant no harm.
Holding a hand over your heart, you leaned over against the wall breathing heavily. "How the hell did you get in here without me hearing you?" eyes traveling across his bare chest, you looked down and saw something you didn't want to see... "Why are you naked!?"
"I shifted! I flew here, literally, and when I shift, I lose my clothes. Oh, and you left the front door unlocked." Hoseok shrugged as if he had no care in the world for being naked in your bedroom right now all in his glory.
"I did not need to see that. Oh my god," you hurridly turned around so you weren't looking at the naked man anymore. Hoseok smirked behind you, enjoying your reaction a bit too much. You were so easily flustered and it was cute. "Put these on." you threw a pair of black sweatpants from your closet back to the man.
Hoseok caught the pants and slipped them on. "I"m covered," he said softly while sitting on your bed. He made himself comfortable now while watching you go through your closet and toss some things into your suitcase. He hummed softly, watching the various clothes being tossed in. "You moving in or something?" he teased you.
"I just don't know how long it'll be until we get all of this figured out so I'm taking what I need, and what I think I'll need, so I'm situated until it is over."
Now you were near the bed yourself folding all of the clothes inside of the suitcase, organizing it and making room for a few more things. As you did that, Hoseok took it upon himself to look around. A picture frame on your bedside table caught his eye.
It was a man, a woman, and two little girls. Twins. Your family. He even smiled at the happy picture in the frame. You and Lillith were barely four or five in it. The smiles on your faces showed how happy you both were at that time. Your mother, she was beautiful. She had the happiest smile on her face as well as your father, who smiled over at her.
"What happened to her?" he spoke out, asking you softly. "Your mother."
Stopping what you were doing, you looked over to Hoseok a little taken back by his sudden question. You noticed the frame in his hand then and smiled softly. Taking a seat beside him, you looked down at it yourself. "She got sick. I don't remember what it was exactly; my father never really told us. I just remember her being here one moment and gone the next."
"You look just like her yanno."
You smiled at him. "You think so? Well, you should see my twin."
Hoseok laughed at your smart remark. Laughing yourself, you nudged his elbow with yours before standing up to finish packing your bag.
Hoseok set the picture back in its place before falling back onto your bed.
Even if it has only been about two weeks since you've met Bangtan and been a part of their lives, you can truly say that it feels like you've known them forever. They treat you like family. You take care of them, and they take care of you. You've never been so comfortable so quickly around people before, let alone seven complete strangers.
They were strangers. Now, they are your family. You want to not only save yourself and other people, but you want to save them. You want to keep them safe.
You stopped packing your suitcase and looked over to Hoseok, who was very comfortable laying on your bed with his arm underneath his head with his other around his stomach.
"I don't want you guys to get hurt," you spoke out softly to him. "I'm really scared for your lives more than I am for my own. Lillith will stop at nothing to kill all seven of you because it's what my father wants. And that scares the crap out of me because, honestly, what if I can't save you?"
Hoseok was now looking back at you. He frowned at your concerns. Sitting up, he reached out and took your hand in his. "____, none of us are going to die. We're all going to make it out of this and Lillith will be stopped, along with your father. I promise."
"You can't promise something like that." you shook your head at him. "That's something none of us know."
"It's something I know."
"I know something too." a new voice spoke out.
Both you and Hoseok turned towards the door of your room upon hearing the new voice. Lillith stood there with a grin on her face. Leaning against the door frame, she looked at the both of you and titled her head to the side. "This is a cute moment and all and I hate to break it apart but, I need my sister for a moment. Mind giving us a moment?"
"I'm not leaving you alone with her! Are you nuts?" Hoseok went into full protective mode. He stood up quickly and put you behind him now. He stood in front of you, blocking Lillith from seeing you.
Lillith rolled her eyes at him. "Oh please. I could crush you with the snap of my fingers. Move."
"No," Hoseok held his ground. "You aren't touching her let alone speaking to her."
"Hobi..." you whispered behind him. "It's okay."
He heard you, yet he ignored you. He doesn't trust Lillith. There is no way he's going to let you be alone with her or let her near you whatsoever.
"Fine," Lillith shrugged her shoulder at him. She pushed herself off of the doorframe and lifted her right hand. Barely moving her wrist, she motioned towards the wall.
Hoseok's body flew in that direction and slammed into the wall. He groaned at the impact. "Hoseok!" you yelled out for him in shock. Lillith pinned him there so he couldn't move. He coughed a bit where he was stuck from hitting the wall so hard, but he felt okay otherwise. You looked from him back to Lillith, a glare in your expression.
"What do you want Lillith?" you asked through gritted teeth.
She sighed at your aggression. "I need you to come with me. Dad wants to see you."
"I'm not going anywhere with you."
"Why do you have to be so stubborn?" Lillith looked over to Hoseok who was trying to wiggle out of the force she had against him. She knew then what to do. She looked back your way, and you knew instantly what she had in mind.
Hoseok started screaming in pain as Lillith tightened the force around him and sent volts of electricity to his body.
"Lillith! Lillith, stop it!" you brought out your hand and tried pushing her over to break her focus but she didn't move. She was too strong; the only thing you did was make the things around her move. You weren't sure what to do without destroying the house... But Hoseok started to yell louder the more she squeezed him. "I said stop!"
You broke down, gave into the fear you felt, and ran after her. Your body collided into hers and sent her flying down the hallway. Hoseok's body fell to the floor with a thud. He was weak from her shocking and squeezing him so he couldn't move. You ran out to Lillith in the hall and wrapped a hand around her throat.
"You're hurting innocent people! Why, why are you listening to dad? Why are you letting him do this to you? To them?"
Lillith gasped as you squeezed her neck in your hand; your strength was much more than she anticipated it to be. She was struggling a bit underneath you. You were mad, really mad, and it was because of her again. Hoseok was hurt because of her and you had enough of her hurting him and your other friends.
She looked up into your eyes. Despite her struggling to breathe, she found this... amusing. You think you could beat her and that made her laugh. Back in the room, Hoseok was able to look down to the hallway where you were on top of Lilith in the middle of it. He heard you yelling at her. He could see the both of you from where he was. As much as he wanted to help you, he just couldn't move.
That familiar blue glow Lillith had downtown during the big fight was starting to light up the hallway. Hoseok spotted it immediately and knew she was going to blow. You were in serious danger but you were too caught up in hurting her, in yelling at her, to notice it yourself. Hoseok used all of his strength to stand up. It was a struggle for him considering how weak he felt, but he didn't give up.
Back at home, Namjoon and Jin heard the monitors going wild with multiple beeping. Namjoon ran over to where it was coming from, which happened to be the screen that had everyone's vitals and locations on display. He noticed immediately it was you and Hoseok who were in distress. Hoseok especially. He was being hurt.
"Do you think it's Lillith?" Jin asked Namjoon as he looked at it himself.
Namjoon nodded quickly at him. "It has to be. That's what happened last time she hurt you guys. They're at her house; you guys have to hurry up and go see what's going on!"
"On it!" Jin rushed off out of the lab without a moment's hesitation to get the others.
Hoseok knew they would see he was hurt but there was no telling how long it'd take for them to show up, so he needed to do something. He pushed his way down the hallway, but he was dizzy. His head was spinning and it even messed with his vision a bit. Whatever Lillith did really made him feel ill... but he wasn't giving up.
"____," he called out to you as he shuffled in your direction. The blue light was getting brighter which meant he was running out of time. "____, we have to go! We can't do this alone. Please, listen to me."
Hoseok just barely reached you. He reached out with his hand, gently placing it on your shoulder. You looked up to him then, going to say something, but your focus was broken and Lillith took full advantage of it. She let herself light up the hallway with her light, blinding both you and Hoseok. Your grip around her was released and she threw you off to the side.
Your body collided into Hoseok's and you both ended up tumbling down the stairs.
Jin slammed on the breaks upon arriving at your house. Everyone in the car jerked forward with the sudden stop, yet no one acknowledged it and just climbed out of the car. The front door to your house was wide open and all of the windows on the second floor seemed to be broken. Jungkook ran into the house first with Jimin running in behind him. Taehyung followed behind them with Yoongi too. Jin, on the other hand, decided to look around outside for anything knowing there were enough people inside to handle whatever was going on in there.
"Hobi?! ____!?" Yoongi yelled out loud for the pair of you.
"He's here!" Jungkook yelled back to him. All four of the men rushed over towards the stairs. Hoseok laid on the floor unconscious with a puddle of blood under his head from falling down the stairs.
"Shit," Yoongi crouched down to Hoseok on the floor quickly. He tapped his cheek a few times to get him to wake up.
Jin came walking inside of the house after finding nothing outside. He walked over to the crowd near the stairs, finally seeing Hoseok himself. Jimin hopped over his body and ran upstairs to find you now, while Jungkook and Taehyung stayed downstairs and started watching out for someone else in case anyone was coming for them.
Hoseok was hurt and you were gone, so now they needed to be careful.
"We need to get him to Namjoon," Jin told Yoongi, who was still trying to wake him up.
"She's not here! ____ is gone." Jimin yelled down to them from upstairs. He looked in all the rooms, the bathroom, and even checked the closets just to be safe. You were nowhere to be seen and you weren't downstairs either. "There is a really big burn mark on the carpet in the hall," Jimin went on as he made his way downstairs. "I think that has to do with the broken windows. Maybe Lillith did her light thing again?"
"Maybe," Jin nodded to Jimin. "Alright. JK, carry Hoseok to the car. We have to get him checked out by Namjoon and we need to use ____'s tracker to see where she went."
"Lillith took her..." Hoseok barely spoke out. His voice was so hushed it was almost unable to be heard. Yoongi heard it perfectly and hushed everyone. All eyes were down on the man laying on the ground in Yoongi's grasp. "Lillith did her fancy light thing and knocked us out. All I remember is falling down the stairs with her and then Lillith took her away, but then I blacked out."
Hoseok groaned then, the pain in his head becoming a little hard to handle now. Yoongi helped him sit up then Jungkook came around and helped him up onto his feet. Slowly and carefully, he was standing but was far too dizzy to stand on his own right now. He held onto Jungkook tightly.
"We have to take you back home," Taehyung told Hoseok. "Then we have to find ____. Who knows what Lillith and their dad is doing to her right now."
Everyone nodded in agreement.
* * * * *
Hoseok flinched at the burning he felt on the back of his head. Namjoon held his hand there, letting him heal the gash on the back of his friends head. It took a moment or two but eventually, his head was fine and he would be okay. Despite how sore his body felt from Lillith squeezing him and throwing him down some stairs, that is. He'll be okay.
Namjoon washed off his hands after helping Hoseok then went over to his screens. Hoseok told Namjoon everything he could remember, which was all of it up until he blacked out.
"Her tracker isn't working anymore." Namjoon sighed as his fingers typed against his keyboard. "I can't even see her vitals anymore or... anything. It's like she just disappeared."
"Do you think they took the chip out of her?" Jimin asked.
Namjoon hummed at the idea. "Possibly. But how would they have known about it? Surely, ____ wouldn't have told them she had it and I know for a fact no one but us knows about the chips."
"Maybe they found it." Yoongi shrugged at the thought. "You never know."
"We'll never know where she is either! What if she's dead?" Jungkook asked everyone now. He looked panicked- no, he is panicked. He was worried about you and whether you were okay or not.
Everyone was. Nobody could even comfort Jungkook right now.
The lab fell silent at this point. They were at a dead end- or so it felt that way. Namjoon was thinking of a way to find you. He knew you weren't dead. There was no way! Lillith, or your father, wouldn't kill you and if they would, they would wait for Bangtan to come. They're who they want dead after all.
"What if we lure them out?" Namjoon spoke breaking the silence.
Hoseok furrowed his eyebrows at the suggestion. "You want us to do something that'll make them come out?"
Namjoon nodded, making Taehyung question him too. "What could we do exactly?"
"I don't know... Send a message! Let them know we're ready. That we're ready to face them. Taehyung, can't you make them listen to us? Use your power to talk to them."
"I have to know where they are in order to do that. Plus I can't hear ____ or Lillith which means they won't be able to hear me. Their dad, maybe, but again I would have to know where he is."
Namjoon frowned now knowing his plan wouldn't work. It was kind of a messy idea anyway.
Jungkook was quiet, lost in his thoughts. What if they took her to the facility? He remembers where it is from when you helped him break out. Considering how long they kept him there, maybe that's where they took you. It was their only option at this point.
"The facility," Jungkook allowed himself to say it out to his friends. "That's where she has to be. There's no other place, at least I wouldn't think so."
"You think they took her back to her old job?" Jimin asked, confused.
Jungkook shook his head at him. "No, idiot."
"That's not nice." Jimin pouted.
"The facility wasn't just her job." Jungkook ignored Jimin and went on. "It's where her dad practically raised her. He does all of his living and work in that place. Everything he needs is there; even I was able to be held hostage there."
"Well, you aren't exactly as powerful as the twins..." Namjoon said.
"No, but his equipment is. Plus, he has every possible drug he's created and worked with at that place. He could very easily stop ____ so he could get to us without her in the way."
Now, Jungkook was onto something.
* * * * *
Jungkook led Bangtan to the facility. The building was absolutely huge! You could be anywhere in here if you were here at all. It was going to take a lot of sneaking around to find you...
"Jungkook. You've been in this place before so I need you to lead the way for us." Namjoon told him. For once, he had to come with them, especially if anything needed to be hacked into since Jungkook did remember seeing a lot of locks around the place that you used a card to get through back when you broke him out of this place.
Jungkook looked at Namjoon confused. "I was here, yeah, but I was asleep most of the time. I was in the halls maybe five or ten minutes."
"That's five or ten minutes we don't have ourselves. You need to try."
Jungkook nodded at his leader. There was no point in arguing about this, not when this was all they had.
"I'm going to take the cameras out then we can go inside. That'll give us maybe twenty minutes to look before they turn them back on, but we should be in deep enough by then to keep hidden." Namjoon went on while his eyes were down on the device in his hands.
"We still need to hurry though," Hoseok added. "They're definitely waiting for us in here."
"You guys ready for this?" Jimin asked those around him.
All seven of the men looked around at one another, slowly. They allowed themselves a moment to prepare before nodding one by one at another. They were ready.
Namjoon hit one last button. The cameras inside all went out and they rushed in through a side door they were near. Jungkook yanked it open and thankfully, no alarms went off. They made sure the door closed behind them, then looked around the empty hallway they were in.
An uneasy feeling went through all of them; this whole place just felt evil. Nothing about it seemed sane after finding out the secrets these walls held.
"New plan," Namjoon started.
"New plan!?" Taehyung went wide-eyed looking at Namjoon as if he was insane.
Namjoon simply nodded. Keeping his voice low, he went on. "In two groups. Jungkook, you and I will go with Yoongi. Jin, Hoseok, Jimin, and Tae, you guys go together. Taehyung can listen out for you if you need us and if we need you, he can let you know."
"Why do we need to split up?" Jin asked him now.
"If we stick together completely, it'll take more time. The less time, the better."
"It makes sense," Yoongi agreed.
Jimin shuffled where he stood. He started to feel uneasy as he looked at Jungkook in this hall. He shook his head to himself before cutting into the conversation. "I have to go with Jungkook. I'm sorry but the last time he was here, he was tortured. Used. I'm not leaving him alone in here again."
"I won't be alone, Jimin. I have Joon and  Yoongi-"
"I have to stay with Jungkook." Jimin cut Jungkook off before he could finish what he was saying before.
Without another word, Namjoon nodded. He knows how badly Jungkook being gone had affected Jimin. So he knew how much it meant to Jimin to be with Jungkook during this. He wasn't going to argue with that.
"Alright," Namjoon agreed verbally now. "Let's go then." Namjoon handed a special card to Jin, one like he would have, that should help them get through the doors. One was yours from your belongings he found at the house and the other was a duplicate. He made sure to give Jin yours knowing it'll work for sure, while he could work the locks manually if his card was to mess up.
Jungkook led Jimin, Namjoon, and Yoongi down the left of the hall while Jin, Hoseok, and Taehyung went to the right.
They had traveled down so many different hallways that it started to feel like they were going in circles. Both groups were feeling lost and unsure about this whole plan and whether you were even here or not.
They explored many different rooms, being sure to avoid looking too suspicious around the workers in the building and avoiding rooms filled with people.
Jin, Hoseok, and Taehyung went upwards in the building as Jungkook, Namjoon, Yoongi, and Jimin took elevators downward. Jungkook remembered having to go up to get out so there would be a chance of you being downstairs.
"It's creepier down here than it is upstairs," Jimin grumbled as they walked down an empty and quiet hallway.
Jungkook held a finger up to hush him. He also stopped walking, which the others followed and stopped behind him. Jungkook looked to Yoongi who stood near his left. Yoongi was focused staring up ahead, eyes locked forward as he stood completely still.
"I'm not crazy right, you heard that down there?" Jungkook whispered to Yoongi.
Yoongi could hear you clearly. You were crying, and there was another voice in the room with you. You begged for whoever it was to let you go. The pain in your voice made him stiffen; he'd never heard someone in so much pain before. He could feel your emotions in himself.
Yoongi looked over to Jungkook then back to Namjoon and Jimin. He too started whispering. "She's here. She's hurt, but she's here. Someone is in there with her."
"Okay, let's go. Quietly though." Namjoon told the three of them.
The deeper they walked into the hall, the louder your voice got for Yoongi. Even the others were able to hear you but it was very very hard for them too. Whatever room you were in was trapping most of the sound but Yoongi's enhanced senses were coming in good use right now. Yoongi led them to the door that it was coming from, which was closer towards the end of the hallway that actually ended there and didn't go any further.
Yoongi stopped in front of the door and looked around. There were no windows for them to see inside nor was there anything on the door to look through; there weren't even any gaps at the top of bottom of it.
"They aren't going to come here," Yoongi listened to you from the other side. "They don't even know where I am. If you let me go, I could take you to them..." your voice trailed off towards the end. Yoongi heard it himself and he could tell you were lying.
Apparently, the person in the room with you could tell you were lying too by the scream of agony that followed your words. They were doing something to hurt you and the thought of it pissed Yoongi off.
"We have to get in there," he told them. "She's being hurt. We can't wait any longer."
"Jungkook-"
Jungkook pushed Yoongi aside then took a step back before slamming into the door before he could even tell him what to do. He used all of his strength too; it put a large dent in the door.
On the other side, you jumped from the sudden hit against the large steel door. Oh no, you thought to yourself. They seriously found you? Not even two seconds later, Jungkook rammed his body into the door again and broke it down.
Only one of your father's security was with you inside. It was him alone, so he didn't know how to react when four men came bursting into the room, quite literally. Jungkook ran into the man that brought up a gun and pointed it to them. He tackled the man to the floor, the gun falling from his grip and sliding across the floor. Jungkook then, without second-guessing himself, broke the man's neck then stood up from the floor.
"W-what the hell are you guys going here? Do you have any idea what Lillith and my father plan on doing to you once you get here!?"
Yoongi hushed you as he walked over and started to take the chains that were around your ankles and wrists. Namjoon took it upon himself to release the thick strap from around your neck and the other that was around your stomach. They really had you strapped to this metal table. You were hooked up to some machine, which explains why you were screaming. It was shocking you and sending volts through your body just like Lillith did to Hoseok back at your house.
"You wouldn't let them just take one of us, would you?" Jimin asked you. You shook your head, earning a smile from him. "Exactly."
Jimin then helped you off of the table after Namjoon and Yoongi got you free from the things holding you down. You held onto him as he helped you to your feet. You looked down to your arm then. There was an IV in it. You ripped it out and threw the needle to the ground.
You got out of Jimin's grip and grabbed the solution that was left in the bag hanging.
"What is that?" Namjoon asked you as you handed it to him.
"That," you sighed while pointing to it. It was quickly leaving your system and made you a little dizzy. "Is going to help us stop Lillith. They were pumping it into my system and whatever it is, it made me unable to use my powers. That's why I was stuck here."
Namjoon eyed over the light green colored liquid in the bag. He nodded at you before slipping it into the bag he had on his shoulders with a few other things inside.
"Also, I'm sorry for ripping your fancy and expensive chip out of my arm. I had to do it so you couldn't find me and get yourselves killed but I guess that plan backfired."
You looked around at the four of them with a glare. A glare none of them were fazed by at all. They don't regret coming to help you one bit.
It hit you at that moment that there was only four here rather than seven. Your heart started racing at the realization. "Wait... Where's Jin? Taehyung? Hoseok? Oh gosh, is he okay? Lillith took me before I could check on him back at the house."
"Hoseok is well," Jungkook assured you. "They went upstairs looking for you. Speaking of which, have any of you reached out to Taehyung yet letting him know we've got ____?"
"No, I'll do it now," Yoongi said before thinking out to Taehyung.
You looked down to the man on the floor. He was one of the security guards you knew well. He was always nice to you before. It's a shame he sided with your father and tortured you down here rather than listening to you when telling him how evil your father was...
"Taehyung said to meet them back where we came in from," Yoongi said out to all of you.
Namjoon looked up from your arm that he healed from the IV and where you took the chip out from. It took a second to close, so he was ready to go. You thanked him softly for stopping the bleeding. The five of you then left the room you were in and headed towards the elevators.
After riding them back upstairs, you were the one to guide them through the halls after Jimin told you where they came in from. You knew exactly where that was. It took a few minutes but eventually, the three men were able to be seen near the doors. You sighed in relief at the sight of Hoseok.
Even though Jungkook assured you he was okay, it was nice seeing him for yourself.
"I'm so glad you're okay," you told Hoseok as you approached them.
Hoseok smiled at the sight of you and reached out. He took you into his arms, giving you a big hug. You returned the hug of course. "Me too, ____."
"What were they doing to you?" Jin asked worriedly.
"They held me here to get you guys to come. Which, their plan worked, so we need to get you all out of here now before Lillith finds you," you explained after pulling away from Hoseok.
"Or," Namjoon reached back into his bag and pulled out the green solution, showing it to everyone else. "We end this now. I get this to Lillith and she's powerless. We can easily take care of this."
"Easily?" you scoffed. "You'd have to actually get to her and get it inside of her. How do you plan on getting close enough?"
"We all do it together. She'd be so busy fighting you guys off, she won't even notice me. She doesn't even know I'm here." Namjoon reminded you.
That's right. Usually, Namjoon stayed back at the house when the rest of Bangtan went out and handled things. It made sense, sure, but that didn't make it any safer.
You shook your head at them now, a smile taking over. "I have a better plan..."
* * * * *
"This is fucking embarrassing," Yoongi grumbled out as you tied his hands behind his back.
You couldn't help the giggle from your lips. Patting his shoulder, you came around and put the piece of tape over his mouth. "It's only for a few minutes. Don't worry."
"You sure you got this?" Namjoon asked you with a sigh.
You smiled up at him and nodded. "Yep. Plus, I have all of them with me. If it goes south, their hands are barely even tied. They can break loose and help me."
Namjoon sighed at the thought of that needing to happen. Your plan was good, sure, but that didn't mean it couldn't go wrong and that worried him. He wanted all of you to be safe and this wasn't safe.
"Okay Jimin. Punch me," you said to the other man while walking around to tie him up next.
"But we made up and we're friends now!" Jimin pouted at you.
"You wanna save our lives and the rest of the world or pout because you have to hit me?"
Your sass annoyed him. Knowing it was just apart of the plan made it easier, too. Jimin lifted his fist and punched you in the mouth. Not too hard of course, but hard enough to make you bleed.  You tumbled a bit at the hit but Jimin caught you before you fell. You nodded as a way to thank him before going around and tying his hands then put a piece of tape over his lips too.
You gently touched your swelling, bleeding, lip and winced at the feeling. "Geeze Jimin, that actually hurts."
He gave you a look rather than giving you a smart remark back due to the tape. You smiled at him teasingly. Namjoon watched as you walked behind the six men you've tied up and prepared yourself to go on with the plan.
"I'll be ready when it's my time to be," Namjoon assured you as he stood back to go in a different direction.
Yo turned to face him. Nodding, you smiled at him. "I know, Joon. You won't let us down."
He smiled at you himself before disappearing. Once he was gone, your smile fell. You were absolutely terrified about what's about to come. "Let's go," you told the six in front of you.
They all led the way for now as you followed close behind them. You licked the blood from your pulsing lip as you looked around. Peoples voices were starting to be able to be heard now, so it was time for the plan to take full action.
You used your orange glow and wrapped it around all six of the men in front of you. They hissed behind the tape a bit at the singing feeling. It made you want to quit now, but you knew this needed to be done.
"I'm sorry," you whispered to all of them. You just had to make it seem like they were trapped. Which, now, technically they were. You guided the six of them forward now through the lobby with all eyes on you. Hushed whispers around you made you roll your eyes. You stopped at the desk, angry expression on your face, and looked to the receptionist.
"Where is he?"
She looked at you bug-eyed and shaky. "W-where is who, ma'am?"
"Don't play dumb with me. Where is my father? Where is Lillith?"
She swallowed hard and pointed upward, motioning towards his office which was on the top floor. Of course, that's where he was. You leaned in toward her now and spoke low enough for only her to hear. "When I get out of your sight, I want you to get all of these people out of here. Got it?"
She simply nodded at you cowardly. At that, you pushed the boys in front of you forward and continued to follow behind them. You helped guide them through the building, through different halls and up the elevators (which was a tight fit not to mention) until you got closer to your father's office.
The cameras were working again by now so you knew that they saw you coming. They expected you anyway, so it made no difference. You didn't even knock as you approached his door. Instead, you blew it open with a little tilt in your head.
Lillith was sitting there with a smug look on her face as your father sat in his chair behind his desk. Both of them were looking straight at you and the six men you held captive in your light. You pushed them inside a little rough for the show as you walked inside the office with them.
"How'd this all happen exactly?" Lillith asked bored. Her tone was anything but excited with you being here.
Your father too wanted to know, since the cameras were out until a few minutes ago. It worked out perfectly for your plan. You gave her a grin and walked around to the front of the six men. They all looked at you as you did so.
"They came to find me, just like you knew they would. But while I was downstairs- oh." you turned back to face your father. "Thanks for torturing me by the way."
"It's business, angel. Nothing personal."
The way he looked at you without a single care in the world made your blood boil. You wanted to leap over his desk and hurt him right then but you knew you couldn't. It took everything you had in you to not hurt him. Instead, you smiled at him.
"As I was saying. While I was tied up, I had some time to think. You guys were right, you know, about how I should help you instead of them. You are my family and they aren't. Family sticks together."
Your father smiled at that. He couldn't see your lies and it made you feel better about this. "It's about time."
"You let them get a hit in? You couldn't hold them all off?" Lillith cut in referring to your busted lip.
You sent a glare to your twin and huffed softly. "At least I've got them all. What have you done exactly?"
Lillith smiled at you now. The same, evil, shit eating grin she gives you every time she has a surprise for you. Suddenly you felt as if you were going to break character again at the sight of it.
"You missed one, that's all." she cooed at you. Lillith stood up from her chair and walked to the bathroom doors to the side. She opened it and walked inside.
You glanced to your father, who was watching this unfold in front of him silently but kept your main focus near the bathroom. Lillith walked out after a few seconds with Namjoon trapped inside of her own blue light.
It took everything in you not to gasp or call out his name. Namjoon looked at you with apologetic eyes. All you wanted to do was tell him it was okay, but maybe there was still a chance this could work.
"I didn't know that one was here," you shrugged your shoulders. "Good job though."
Lillith hummed at you. She was seeing right through your bullshit and you knew it. Now, your father was too. He definitely stopped believing you when she brought out his backpack and took out the solution inside. The same one that was hooked up to you, the same one only they have touched before you and Namjoon. Not even the other scientists that worked for your dad were allowed to touch it. There was no way he could've gotten it on his own.
"How far did you think you could go with this, ____?" Lillith asked you now, clearly amused bu you being caught.
You dropped the act now. Your light around the six men beside you disappeared and they all took their wrists from the loose ropes around them. Your father sat back in his seat; he was about to enjoy the show that was coming his way between these six men, you, and Lillith.
Lillith admired what was happening in front of her because maybe, finally, she was going to have a challenge.
"I wasn't going to help either of you hurt anybody today. Or ever. You both are monsters." you confessed out to your father and sister.
"A shame, really," your father sighed. "You and Lillith would've done great things together, ____."
You looked over to him now with furrowed brows. Now, you were getting angry again. "You tried killing me. You tortured me for crying out loud. Your own daughter! Why in the world would I have ever sided with you and helped you in any way?"
"What happened to family sticks together?" Lillith asked you.
"You think you're worthy of being called my family? You're nothing," you spit out at her, anger taking over. "Both of you are going to die today. Neither of you will ever be able to hurt anyone else ever again."
The room fell silent. Jungkook, who stood directly behind you, saw your orange light radiating off of your skin faintly but it was growing slowly. He nudged Yoongi's arm and Jimin's, which they both then saw it themselves and pointed it out to Taehyung, Jin, and Hoseok without being too obvious about it. You were going to explode.
Namjoon, who still stood across from you, saw it himself. Lillith pulled him to the side and tossed him onto the couch beside her. "He stays safe. We could use him to help us."
"I would never help you," Namjoon hissed at her.
Lillith completely ignored Namjoon and went after the seven of you who remained in front of her. Your father, who moved from his desk, walked to Namjoon with a gun in his hand and grabbed his arm. "Let's go," he told Namjoon while watching things start to unfold in front of him.
Lillith shattered all of the windows in the office which happened to be lined up across the whole back wall. Glass started flying everywhere as heavy winds filled the room. Lillith used her own power to pick up Taehyung and Jin and she threw them out of the window. You reacted instantly and reached out with your light, which you managed to wrap around the two yelling men and brought them back inside.
Impressed but annoyed, Lillith did it again but this time she threw all six of them out of the window before anyone could even properly react to the situation. Namjoon yelled out for his friends that were thrown out of the window. They didn't even have a chance to fight back! You rushed to the side and used your light again to catch them, but they were falling too quickly. You began panicking and jumped out after them, refusing to let any of them hit the ground.
Hoseok shifted in midair and became a very large bird; he grabbed the ankles of both Jungkook and Jimin, but Jin, Taehyung, and Yoongi were still falling. You used your light to catch them and yanked them towards you, which you then wrapped a shield around the four of you only seconds before slamming into the ground. Your shield saved your bodies from hitting the ground, but you all still hit so hard that it went deep into the road. Cars all around you started honking their horns and slamming on their breaks.
Keeping this as neat as possible definitely wasn't an option anymore. Lillith was playing dirty.
"You guys okay!?" you asked the three men in your shield.
"Yeah," they all said in unison. You got rid of the sheld then stood up on your feet in the large hole in the ground. People in the street started surrounding the hole and looking down at all of you in shock.
Hoseok brought Jungkook and Jimin down safely as you crawled out of the hole with Jin, Yoongi, and Taehyung.
"I have to go back up there and get her before she gets away," you said a little breathlessly. "Hobi, can you take me up?"
He remained shifted as the bird, but he understood you and gave you a nod. You climbed on top of him so he could take you back up the quick way.
"What are we supposed to do?!" Jimin yelled up to you.
"Get everyone away! I'm bringing her down with me so we can end this!"
Hoseok took off then, flying upward towards the broken windows of your father's office. You held on tightly to him as he took you up quickly. You were there in a matter of seconds; he got close enough for you to jump into the window then he took off to go help his friends down in the street. Lillith wasn't surprised to see you come back up. In fact, she kind of expected it.
Namjoon and your father were gone though, and that worried you.
"Where is he?" you asked Lillith.
She looked at you with the fakest confused expression on her face. "Where's who?"
"I am not playing your shitty games right now."
You formed a large fireball and threw it at Lillith. She didn't expect that one, so she didn't even react and it hit her right in the face. You took advantage of her being blinded by the fire and tackled her to the ground.
Down below, Jungkook, Taehyung, Jin, and Jimin were getting people to move as far away from the facility as they could before you brought Lillith down. Hoseok was watching from above, as shifting back to his human form meant he'd be naked in front of hundreds of people and that wasn't really on his to-do list today.
Jimin looked up towards the sky when a tingling sensation peppered his skin. Dark clouds were rolling in with lightning flashing inside of them. A roar of thunder rumbled across the sky. A storm was brewing in and he knew it was because of you and Lillith. The rain started pouring next and it started raining hard.
"This isn't good," Jimin said out to anybody that happened to be listening. "Why haven't they come down yet? Do you think ____ needs help?"
"Um... I don't think so." Jin responded back to Jimin while pointing a finger towards the sky. Jimin looked up once he realized Jin was pointing up.
Above them, you and Lillith were fighting in the air. Her levitation was holding both of you up as you tangled into each other. She used all of her strength to throw you across the way; your body slammed into the windows of the skyscraper across from the facility. Screams from inside rung in your ears as you crashed inside of the building.
You pushed yourself up onto your feet and rushed forward without a word to the people inside, but they all watched as you jumped out of the building. Even more screams filled the room as you fell out of sight. Before anyone could properly make it over to the window to see if you fell to the ground, Hoseok suddenly flew past the window with you on his back again.
He flew upwards then down around again towards Lillith, where you stood on his back before jumping off of him and landing on top of her again. You used all of your force and pushed her downwards towards the ground. You needed to get her to the ground now; you needed Bangtan’s help.
Tugging at her hair to tilt her head backward, you wrapped your fingers around Lillith's throat and started to squeeze. The pressure would break her focus and she would slowly let herself fall. As you squeezed her throat, you also used a force inside of you, the same one she used on Hoseok at the house, and used your body to shock her. Your orange light emitted from you and wrapped around the both of you. Shockwaves sent her falling to the ground, but that meant you were as well.
With Hoseok keeping around you, he quickly noticed you two falling and made his way down to you. Catching you in his claws, he took the pair of you down to the ground rather than letting you slam into the ground and risked getting hurt. But, that hurt Hoseok, because of the electricity you were giving to Lillith from your light, and it shocked him too.
After Hoseok dropped Lillith and you down onto the ground, he collapsed from the shock. He hadn't even fully recovered from the incident at the house yet.
You sat on top of Lillith and allowed your light to wrap around her more and you applied pressure to keep her locked inside of it. Slowly, you climbed off of her while keeping her trapped in your light. You knew this wasn't going to last long though.
"____, you're bleeding... everywhere. Holy shit, are you okay?" Taehyung asked panickily. Jin was over checking on Hoseok and Jungkook was standing beside Lillith in case she escaped.
You nodded to Taehyung but didn't look away from your twin. "She threw me through some windows. I'm fine. Have any of you seen Joon yet?" you asked a little breathlessly.
They all shook their heads. Beside you, Jimin was staring down at Lillith. There was no way that your light was going to keep her down for long. Jimin brought up his hand and lifted the concrete around Lillith. Forming it into a circle around her body, he trapped her inside while she was down.
You took your light then and wrapped it around the ball of cement for extra protection. Jimin nodded at you and you nodded back. Jungkook felt himself relax with her trapped. Jin came over once he knew Hoseok was okay. He just needed to rest now.
Taehyung perked up and looked towards the facility front doors, which all of you happened to be standing in front of together. "He's coming but he's hurt."
"Joon?"
"Namjoon!" you gasped out at the sight of the man limping outside. Gun in hand, bloody face, and blood dripping down his arm, he slowly made his way over.
You couldn't run from Lillith because of your light, but Yoongi, who came from a crowd of people he was keeping back, rushed over and caught Namjoon just before he collapsed to the ground. Jungkook and Taehyung ran over to check on him too.
"What do we do when our healer needs healing?" Jin asked from beside you.
Looking up at him, you frowned. He was upset by the sight of Namjoon being hurt out here. You placed a hand on his arm and spoke softly. "We take care of him like he takes care of us."
Jin nodded at you before rushing over to check on Namjoon. You wanted to so badly, but you couldn't move.
Something started to vibrate the ground beneath you. You looked away from the group of friends and down to your feet. Rocks were shaking across the ground as it vibrated. It wasn't the thunder doing it; it was Lillith.
Panic rose in you at the feeling because she was about to break free from the rock around her. Before you could warn anyone, the rock that surrounded Lillith shattered into hundreds of pieces. It broke your light from around her as well. She rose up from the ground with her blue light surrounding her body, lighting the street and buildings around her.
A large gust of wind knocked everyone in the area down on their backs. Panicked screams from civilians echoed in the streets. Despite being knocked onto the ground, and the powerful winds holding everyone down, you managed to use your strength to lift your head to see Lillith. She was glowing- quite literally. Her eyes were even glowing a bright blue as she looked down at you.
Mad was an understatement.
"I've had enough of this, ____," she spoke to you. "It's time to say goodbye now."
You smiled an evil smile up at your twin as you pushed yourself up onto your feet. The wind was strong, sure, but you managed to get up using your strength. Glancing over to Namjoon, who was on the ground with the others surrounding him, you saw that he held out a syringe to you. Lillith didn't even notice this, thankfully. You took a few steps forward towards your sister.
"It is over, Lillith... But not for me."
You lifted a hand toward Namjoon; flicking your fingers in a forward motion, the syringe flew from his fingers and landed into the side of her neck. You jumped forward and pushed down on it injecting whatever was inside into her system. You trusted Namjoon with this. It was a darker green than the one that was being put into you.
As you pushed the liquid into your sister's bloodstream, everything around you started to calm. Her light was dimming down and her glow was disappearing. She gasped out and wiggled in pain. As Lillith collapsed, you caught her in your arms out of instinct and laid her down on the ground a bit more gently than if she was to just fall.
The strong winds had faded which allowed people around you to stand up again. After emptying the syringe into her neck completely, you took it out and let it fall next to her.
"H-how? Why... why, ____, I'm your sister..." Lillith spoke in a pained tone. Gasping, she was slowly dying, and it brought you relief.
You shook your head down at the monster laying in front of you. "You aren't my family. They," you pointed to all of the seven men that stood beside you. Even Hoseok was there, now with a ripped flag around his waist to keep him covered. "They are my family. And family sticks together."
All the life left Lillith's eyes. They went dull before closing. Sadness wasn't the feeling that washed over you like you always thought it would. Instead, you felt relief. You felt like the world was lifted off of your shoulders.
The eight of you managed to do it.
* * * * * * *
"Is this the last box?" Jungkook asked you as he walked into the living room of your empty house.
You looked up from the box you finished taping and nodded with a smile. "It is. Thank you,"
"No problem!" easily, Jungkook picked up the box and carried it out to the moving truck in your driveway.
It's been a month since everything happened. You learned later that night that Namjoon had fought your father. He tried getting Namjoon to give you what was in the syringe, but he refused. Namjoon fought for his life which resulted in ending your fathers, but it was okay. Namjoon did what he needed to do and you understood that. It was better for him to do it than you anyway, you thought.
The mixture was made to be given to you. Your father planned on getting rid of you then Bangtan afterward before him and Lillith went forward with their plan to do damage to the world and make it theirs. It reversed all of the toxins in her body and made them stop working. While none of her powers were able to be used, it forced her heart to stop and killed her. To think that, that was meant to be you was scary but the situation is over.
You felt happier these days. None of you had to walk around fearing for your lives or millions of other lives because the biggest threat was gone now. You felt at peace.
Now, you were moving out of your house and moving in with all of Bangtan. You got your own room and everything. They wanted you to stick around and you wanted to be around them too, so it worked. Plus this house was full of bad memories so it was for the best.
"You ready to go?" a voice behind you asked.
Turning around, Jin stood there with a smile. You smiled back at him and nodded. Setting your key down on the floor of the living room, you looked around one last time before walking over to meet Jin. "Let's get out of here."
Jin agreed and led you outside with him. As the pair of you were walking down to his car, he started laughing. "Hey, what if they made a movie about this?"
"You're joking right?"
Jin shrugged. "I think it'd be pretty cool."
Laughing, you pushed him gently before climbing into his car. "Keep dreaming, dude."

Female! Alien Tigress
Tumblr media
I hope you like this boy and girl I made! Even though she can come off as scary, she’s just a kitty at heart. With that said, here’s their love story~
warning: sexual content, cussing
Female monster X Male reader
The breeze itself today felt like it could cause me to have frostbite, yet the only thing that stopped that was probably my thin lair of clothes. It’s my fault really. Today on the news they said it was going to snow, but since snow here in California seemed impossible, I ignore it. My house isn’t far from the college, but I still have to go out looking like it’s summer vacation since I’m late. thinking of running back to change was out of the question; first class started three minutes ago. Letting out an annoyed sigh, I straighten my backpack traps in my fist and rush to Mrs. Maria’s class. I’ve been here long enough to know that she became the hard ass of the university. Anyone who even tried to argue with her get their little heart shredded into tiny pieces from her merciless words. She’s a different species that isn't native to our planet, known as the Redeemers. That what they name themselves, but most people on earth just calls them aliens.
I mean, that what they are, no need for fancy names, right?
However, they seem to get quite offended by “alien”, so speaking that way towards them just makes them more annoyed with our arrogant race.
That at least what most of the Redeemers I meet say.
...
Maria was the first to spot me trying to tiptoe into her class, and oh boy she did not like that. With a heavy slam of her book, she startled everyone into shock by her sudden action.
She coughed into her purple skinned fist, and with green cat-like eyes focused her gaze toward me. Maria is a humanoid-tiger alien, and even though Redeemers are very intelligent, they still have a wild animal look in their eyes that says they will kill without hesitation. I seen that look more then once on Maria’s face, and I know she is really getting fed up with me.
“Your late. Again.” She says in a smooth, yet overpowering voice that sends shivers down my spine. I could shit pricks right now, but I try to keep myself together as I approach my desk at the third row of the lecture room. She watches me as I sit down and get situated, and with a heavy sigh she just shakes her head in annoyance. I know speaking up to her about why im late is pointless, since one, she scares me to the point I can’t speak, and two, she will tear me down with words. Today thankfully she didn’t yell at me, and went back to teaching the class. Letting my whole body relax from such a stressful morning, I pull out my materials for today’s class. Miss Maria teaches biology for this semester course, and I wanting to become a doctor someday make me thrilled but nervous about having my professor being Maria.
...
long ago, me and Maria actually had a good relationship when we were kids. When the Redeemers first showed up to earth, it was my father's job as a soldier to make sure no harm came to the aliens. His first task was to watch over an alien named Muusúa, and her child.
That child was Maria.
I was only three when I first met Maria, and she was eight when she lived with us.
Of course, I don’t remember much of what it was like living with aliens, but I remember when they left our home. I was about ten, and the government gave Redeemers enough living spaces and governmental protection so they could legally be called citizens of earth. Dad and I were sad to see her and Muusúa go, but knew they had their own lives to live.
When I came to California university, I never thought I would see Maria again. Yet, here I am in her class, surprised to see how much a beautiful woman she became. To say I didn’t feel all my nervousness comes from how good looking she was would be utter bullshit. Even trying to focus on class was hard, as her long blue hair trails down her back, making her look like a goddess. When class was finally over for today, I could barely remember anything since I was being such an airhead. Everyone started to head out the door, and I was going to leave as well until I felt a strong grip hold me back. Turning my head to look at who was grabbing me, I felt my balls drop as I see Maria’s green eyes.
“So, you were just gonna leave without saying a word again, huh?”
She buffs out her cheeks and rolls her eyes at me.
Feeling pretty bad about that myself, I shove my hands into my pockets with my eyes downcast.
“Sorry Maria, I wanted to say something to you,
But I just felt like it would be kinda awkward.”
I watch as she twitches an eye at me in annoyance, like she used to do when we were younger. Feeling a little of ease, I let out a small laugh at the face she makes at me.
“What so funny, pinky?” She says mockingly, and that’s when I full out loose my shit with surpassed laughter.
“Haven’t heard that name in awhile, surprised you still remember it!”
I say this halfheartedly, which causes her to jab me roughly in the ribs. With her cheeks now flushed with color, I remember that fierce girl who would fight off the bullies at my school in order to protect me. Maria was everything to me really, but when she did leave it made me want to become stronger for myself.
Yet the real truth, I think, is that I wanted to become stronger for her.
“Hey, where’s your head at student?”
I shake myself out of my trance and smile at her as a response, but felt kind of shy again.
Letting myself relax internally, I decided to ask her the most important question on my mind right now.
“Hey Maria, would you...go shopping with me this weekend?”
I wanted to smack myself in the face, since that’s not what I really wanted to say. I wanted to take her out to dinner or get some coffee, yet she might get weirded out if I ask that since it’s like a date. On the other hand, it saved me from getting rejected flat out by her. Maria looked at me a little wide eyed, and with a glance at the calendar on her door, she turned to face me with amusement.
“I would really like that.”
We decided to meet on a Saturday, near a market that sold all sorts of things that people desired. I came a couple of minutes early, but I was pleasantly greeted to see that Maria did the same thing as well. She was only across the street from where I was standing, and I'm pretty sure she hadn't noticed me as she was looking into a car mirror trying to put on some lipstick. It felt somewhat ironic that she would be the one to want to look good as we hung out today. I was feeling really frantic if I even looked good enough, to the point I had to say screw it and leave my house.
Feeling a bit better that im not the only one feeling conscious about appearances, I walk across the street to where she was located. However, I literally walk right next to her but she still doesn't notice my presence.
“Umm Maria?” I say nervously, and back away as she looks at me completely startled.
“When the hell did you get here?”
I chuckle at her cute expression as she looks at her watch with confusion in her eyes.
“Don’t worry, I just came early only to see that you did the same.”
“What, really?” Her pupils go wide with interest just like a cat would, and she nods her head at me with unmistakable excitement. I grab her hand without thinking, and I start to walk with her to the market. She didn’t refuse my touch as we walked side by side, but I did notice her cheeks looked a darker blue than before. Feeling rude for my sudden action, I stop to look at her.
“S-Sorry, you probably don’t like that, haha..”
As I try to remove my hand from hers, she keeps it firmly in her strong grip.
“It’s fine...I like you hand in mine..”
she says while looking into my eyes lovingly, and that’s when I began to feel my own cheeks warm up.
Even as we enter the market place, I had a hard time remembering what I exactly needed for groceries. My mind kept wandering to Maria, and how close she was made it harder to think straight. So, stupidly enough, I just grabbed random things without thinking if I needed it or not.
When I was able to get my senses back together, I realized I grab enough stuff in order to make a good dinner tonight. As we checked out the items, I came up with the greatest idea I had so far today.
“M-Maria?”
I say hastily, feeling my nerves eat at me as I try to speak out the words.
She response by looking at me with a whimsical expression, and I know it’s now or never.
“Will you have dinner at my place tonight?”
Maria doesn’t react at first, but soon she has a big grin on her face as she looks down.
She nodes once, and I paid happily for the groceries as we head out to my car.
The air around us had chilled into a calming breeze as we walked into my house. I felt nervous, since it was the first time I ever had a woman in my house. Yet, I knew better than to be a guy who’s lustful on the first date, so I would treat her to food and take her home.
“ Make yourself at home, I’ll go ahead and make dinner for us.”
I say chipper like as I walk into the kitchen to put on an apron. As I get out the ingredients, I think about making pasta for tonight.
“Maria, is pasta good with you?”
She was looking around the room when I asked this question, but snaps her head back to me to reply.
“Yeah, but could you put some red meat in there?”
I think about it for a moment, and look in the fridge to realize I have some leftover steak from eating out with friends.
Jackpot!
I smile happily to myself, while thinking I’m the cleverest person in the world.
“Looks like I can add some red meat to the pasta! This should be good.“
I start to cook, but look back once behind me to see Maria holding up a picture in her hands. Leaving the stove on low, I walk beside her to see the photo in her hands.
It’s of me and her when we were only kids, and from afar her mother and my dad were smiling happily at us. Looking back at that time, I really loved her, but not in a big sister way. No, I had admiration for her sure, but it was something else that I couldn’t really express. When I look away from the photo to gaze upon her, I feel a tightness in my chest.
To be honest with myself, I think I always wanted her in some way, but now I know it’s not in a possessive way.
I want her as she is, and not as something I need to claim.
“Hey, you alright their?”
As her words leave her mouth, I wake up from my trance like state to reality.
Yet, I notice she has wrapped her hand around my arm, and is only about an inch away from my face.
“Oh yeah, I’m fine!” I shout out a little too loudly, and she nods her head somewhat confused by my action.
“I guess it is quite awkward for you to try and mate with me…”
I hear her laugh warmly, but I on the other hand freeze totally at what I just heard.
M-Mate?!
I can feel myself burn up from the inside out, yet when our eyes met again Maria had a relaxed expression.
“This is what human men do when they want to mate, right? Bring a girl home, feed her, and make love yeah?”
I honestly have no words to say to that, and just turn my head away to make this less embarrassing for me.
“Not all human men want to - well, make love to a woman on their first date!”
“Ohhh, really?”
“Y-yeah.”
With that, we both stood there in complete silence for what felt like hours.
I didn’t know what to do now.
That’s until I feel her hand caress my arm, and something wet touch my cheek. Startled, I jumped back a little but feel her hand keep my arm in place.
“I’m sorry, but I’m afraid you put me in a heated state...”
Not understanding what she meant, I look at her somewhat confused until she walks up to me. I notice her irises are no longer round, but are slanted in her green orbs.
“Maria, what wrong?”
I ask worriedly but don’t get a response. I move my hand to touch her face, and that when everything changes.
With fast moments, she places her cool lips on mine, making me forget how to breath. I swear, I could count each of her eye lashes by how close she was. It was becoming intoxicating to the point I wanted to put my hands around her waist. However, each time that I hesitated to make a move, she would make it for me. She wrapped her arms around my waist, and deepened the kiss with a long moan. I didn’t protest, since I wanted this to last forever. I even started to feel myself get somewhat hard from anticipation, which also caused me to worry if she wouldn’t like that. I was going to pull away for a moment to calm myself down, but her hand went down to my crotch and I stopped. With little shuddered breaths, she rubbed me up and down with her hand, making me harder.
I couldn’t help myself anymore, and I pushed her against the wall. I towered over her lovely frame, and kissed her roughly this time while moving my hands around her back. My lips trailed down her neck, and I brought her body closer to mine so it could feel how hard I was.
“Maria, I want you really bad…”
I say very heatedly, hoping that she would want the same thing as I do.
She makes a noise that I can only describe as a purr, and she comes close to my ear and whispers, “Then make it happen.”
With so much adrenaline rushing through my veins, I pick her up in my arms and carry her to the bedroom. Their, I place her gently on the bed as I remove her clothes and mine. She playfully pinches one of my sides, and I react by biting the side of her neck. As we lay there, basking in each other‘s love, I feel her hand go down to my dick and give it a firm tug. Letting out a surprised yelp, I watch her as she strokes me as her other hand plays with my chest leaving scratch marks. Feeling needy, I decide to kiss each of her nibbles and suck them. This causes her to stroke me faster, and I don’t even stop kissing her until she moved my dick inside her. I let out a shuddering gasp as she works up as a power bottom, making my thrust at the same time she was. Eventually it drove me over as I felt myself wanting to cum so badly.
I- ah- want to cum….”
After saying that she smiles at me wickedly, and begins to move even faster under me. Not being able to stop myself, I meet with each of her thrusts until I hit my climax. I pool a lot into her as my seed spills out from between her legs, which leaves both of us recovering from the afterglow. I moved up beside her, placing my arms around her body as I felt my eyes start to droop.
...
I fell asleep pretty fast, but as the next day came by and I woke up, Maria was gone from the bed.
Feeling kind of disappointed, I get up while rubbing my head realizing it wasn’t probably the best idea to sleep with a professor. Well, she wasn’t just a professor, she was someone I knew for a long time. I push those thoughts away though as I hear my fridge open. Feeling excited that she didn’t leave, I get up and fast walk to the kitchen.
“Morning dummy.” She says while sticking her tongue out at me, and I realize she had a burnt pot in her hand.
Ah shit…
“I left it on last night, didn’t I?”
“Yep, but your Princess here got to it before it started a fire.”
Smiling warmly at Maria’s words, I walk up behind her for an embrace.
Your more of a queen, if I had to say.”
With that, she smirks at me with sharp teeth and places a kiss on my cheek.
“I know.”
