Raf, Jack and Miko would need to be teached cybertronian in order to ever understand anything the 'cons would say about their plans, and I think that could be used as a resource to gain information eventually (Optimus wouldn't approve, but still). While I don't play idv anymore, l've been having a great time listening to some old romantic songs like "Anyone Who Had A Heart" by Cilla Black and so this drabble is very relatable!

First thoughts they have: are you suffering through an unrequited love? Perhaps a breakup. Is someone or something bothering you? Actually, you probably just like to listen to melodramatic songs casually, it makes them ashamed of having sent worried glances at each other when hearing you humming along without any care. Also, wouldn't people try to hear something hype up their spirits in a match? The pieces of music are quite unsuitable for this occasion...If it makes you happy and focused, there are no major complaints.

okay klance au time

(i don’t think it counts as an au, because it’s not changing canon, its just something that could happen after canon)

warning this is long and hard to understand i cant be bothered. u either get it or you dont.

so i haven’t actually thought out all the details and stuff, this is very much just a thought i had:

It’s set after canon, aka everything stays the same. I KNOWWWW that farm lance gets a lotta hate and i get it trust me, but that also stays the same. Non-negotiable because this whole au basically built around that fact!!! so yeah suck it.

okay so everyone’s doing their thang, the paladins are growing up and like young adults, but they’re not teens anymore!

lance is at the farm, and keith works with the blade of marmora or whatever he ended up doing. i can’t remember but that’s what we’re going with. and you know there’s obviously some klance scenes in the last season and in this au that has developed as the next few years passed.

they might’ve started out hating each other and slowly getting better at standing each other, and then friendship developed into a little more, and now they’re basically dating. except they have never said that they’re dating, but neither of them wants to be with anyone else so it’s fine, they know. and they like it that way, it takes the pressure of. (everyone knows but it’s not something that’s brought up)

and anyway point is keith works in space right? and he comes back to earth often because that’s where they all meet, and they try to meet frequently. and that’s where lance lives, so why wouldn’t he? so he stays there when he visits, and it’s nice.

Lance, as always, goes hand in hand with angst. so add some of that. lance has gotten over his feelings for allura. obviously none of them have fully moved on, but with help from the others (and especially keith) he’s come to terms with that. however, that doesn’t mean it’s not constantly affecting him anymore.

he’s already lost allura, and he’s not actually dating keith, but he’s realized that he might not be as straight as he thought over the last couple years. and maybe there’s more to it than just letting keith stay at his house when he visits because he doesn’t have a house, and more because well he might be dating keith but he doesn’t know if keith considers them that. even if it feels that way sometimes

and he’s worried that it’s gonna be another allura-situation. he doesn’t want that, and keith is out in space trying to spread peace and stuff. and lance worries. lance doesn’t want to lose him before he’s even sure that he had him.

and he’s been trying to ignore that thought because everything is fine. keith wont get hurt. he knows what he’s doing and the war is over, so what’s the chances?

but then keith gets hurt.

and the whole thing basically boils down to lance going straight to proposing. because that’s just what he’s like, it has to be good, it has to be perfect. because keith deserves perfect. and it’s not like he can ask keith if they’re dating.

and this is honestly the part i haven’t thought that much about, this idea is mostly based on the setting. but im thinking he gets some help from the other’s at earth to plan it. everyone gathers at lance’s farm because that’s what they always do when they meet up. and everyone is there because keith comes back injured and stays with lance while he gets better.

and lance is nervous because what if he read all of this wrong, he did imagine the rival thing back at garrison, but the others help calm him down. and idrk how but he proposes to keith and asks him to spend their lives together and whatnot.

they have a BEAUTIFUL wedding, and the flowers that remind him of allura are all over btw. they’re in love and everyone’s happy despite it all.

yeah idrk i haven’t worked it out but i like the story. it’s based in the song Found by Dan Davidson. I think it’s cute and it fits with the farm thing. you have to listen to it to get my vision:

Summary

What a phenomenal game. I loved playing this game so much. It was challenging and I wasn't used to the souls mechanics, but I learned fast and had so much fun fighting the bosses. I love the two endings. The Bad where you replace your former self as the heir, continuing the cruel cycle. The Good where you free the Heir and find out it's you, older, someone who is no longer stuck in the cycle, and you get to be friends together. The music is absolutely gorgeous. I listened to it while falling asleep and was just sobbing from it. I love how mysterious the lore is and how everything still hasn't been answered. I love the designs of the environments and enemies and how the game can go from nice and serene to dark and creepy. I loved how this game was a perfect blend of 2D zelda plus monument valley plus a souls game, it forced me to think outside of the box and use my journal to takes notes on all the little secrets and surprises. I can def see myself play this game again, it's such a charming game that has a lot of nostalgia despite being a fairly new game. I am so happy I bought the deluxe edition, I truly cherish this game so much and love the stickers and artbooks I received. I highly recommend this game to anyone, it is such an incredible journey to go through. I'm gonna be spending a lot of time watching and reading about the lore and digging deeper into this game. Truly what a phenomenal game with such a cute yet tragic main character, ough i love tunic.

honestly if kylie myles wasn’t such a bitch, she could’ve been a cool rachel elizabeth dare, aware of magic but living in the normal world, kind of character iykwim.

I get how when Call went to the magisterium he just left his old life behind, but it would also make a cool storyline if he still had some connection to his life back in nc somehow

Don’t get me wrong, Kylie Myles’ character was a chicken and kind of a female dog as well. She could always be rewritten in our fantasies, though. From all that we’ve seen of kylie, we can tell that she and Call don’t give a crap about each other, but what if they (or some other character in her position) had a percy-Grover/tyson type of relationship? again, fun storyline in theory. Call would’ve probably told them about the alleged dangers of magic, and they could’ve tried to flunk the trial together. Or maybe Call tries to fail and Kylie tries really to get in like she did originally. idk I didn’t think this through

another idea: when she and Call interact in TCG, it could somehow be introduced that she stjll remembers magic. They become good friends or something since she’s the only one he can talk to that summer about typical magical teenager stuff. She somehow becomes an important character because she’s the only relevant person who knows about magic but doesn’t go to the magisterium. (rachel storyline)

again, im not really sure how the story would work since her magic was binded and her memories were erased and reworked. maybe Call just blurts everything out about magic and it unlocks the memories? and/or one of Joseph’s minions tampered with the magic binding or something? idrk.

she could also become a Mindy/Lindy/Cindy/Wendy type of character if you’ve read TLOS. if that happened, i would just die like I did when reading Worlds Collide.

oh I just remembered: in TSM, wasn’t there some guy that said master joseph scooped him up after he didn’t do well enough in the trial or something? it could’ve been fun if we had a closer character that was recruited to the enemy’s side. or at the very least, an ethan nakamura kind of character. drew and alex don’t really count since they were just the descendants of the original enemies. GIVE US MORE ANGST!!!

at the end of the day i trust ssm on this, but i'll only accept sigyn (loki's other wife in the myths) if 1. that's angrboda's nickname or 2. another pretty black girl who then becomes angie's number one bestie. guess who just listened to brandy ft. monica - the boy is mine and started think of this LOL.

ok i have a few things to say abt this. 1) From what ive seen in the past year, i think the topic of sigyn is unfortunately sensitive in this situation due to the way the fandom treats angrboda and kinda uses sigyn as a “hopeful” replacement against her or want them in a love triangle (and so far, nobody wants that).

Ive recently seen someone make a rant abt how media constantly merges sigyn with angrboda and i respect that rant but this is in terms of the game ONLY. Game development is a much different process than film/TV. And i feel like putting her in would just make things complicated for the development, story, and potentially for atreus and angrboda’s relationship UNLESS its another name for angrboda (which i think most of us agree this is likely) or theyre in a poly relationship (honestly dont want that lol) i dont think we’re gonna see her in the next game due to this and the fact theres not any pointers towards her in the near future (if ever).

2) dont do that. Please. 😭 yall might think im just spewing shit but i can tell you this right now as a black girl myself, this is not healthy way of thinking! I know it is amazing to have representation with those that look like you or are in a similar position as you but theres a high chance youre gonna get disappointed (or maybe not bcuz again, we dont know what theyll do) if shes not black. This can lead to setting yourself up, feeling “betrayed” and or getting jealous off anyone that doesnt necessarily look like you and i can assure you, you do not want to deal with that. This creates a HUGE insecurity issue within that shouldnt be present! know at the end of the day this is a game but i see stuff like this even with celebrities and 10/10 it ends up badly.

3) obviously i do not mind if shes black or another POC. I saw some ppl say they would like that trend of atreus have POC love interests and that would be nice but idrk whats gonna happen 😭 I do believe the giants will be very mixed as this was confirmed by sms and i wish so badly to see how theyd look!
