So me and my friend decided to go to a very small Lv$h, around night time, where only 2 employees were working. The entire time this lady was eyeing us down SHAMELESSLY and my friend slipped a soap into my tote bag while the lady wasn’t looking, I think she took too long trying to cover the soap or something because it took like a good 5 seconds and the lady was staring at us and approached us. Soo my friend acted like she was getting a Dr Pepper out of my bag.

She was like “what happened to that soap that was just in your hand?” But the lady was all “you sure you didnt just put it into her bag?” to my friend and was like “cause I couldve sworn I just saw it in your hand hmm?” and I was tryna say idk i dony keep track of ur inventory how abt u go check for urself yk 🌞 but my friend was like ohh i mustve accidentally put it in her bag while i was trying to get out a drink from her bag! 🤦‍♀️

And she took it out of my bag 😭 and gave it to the lady who put it at the front register and continued to directly eye us and stand in front of us while we smelled other things.

features I'd like for future bg3 patches:

- manual grouping: [exists!]

sometimes I dont want to move the whole party at once, or split everyone. I would like to have the option to group party members to each other. Like grouping my 2 rogues together because they give each other proximity advantage for sneak attacks, or grouping the melee fighters together, while leading the casters to a save spot where they can attack from above and be save. Something similar is already happening in multiplayer but I would like it for single player aswell (I have been informed this feature already exists and I just didnt know. Very cool)

- scenic spots:

Exactly what it says. I just want spots where I can move the camera more freely and have a good view of something cool or beautiful. It does sound pretty hard to implement though.

- more enemy last words:

I would really like the option to get an additional cutscene or something if I don't kill boss enemies or important npcs in a fight, but instead knock them out in the fight. I was honestly expecting a cutscene after knocking out Gortash or Raphael. Even if it's just them begging for mercy and we have the chance to kill them or to spare them. Banning Raphael from the house of hope and making him aware that you could easily kill him seems more satisfying than just plain killing him and then its over. (Especially because the fight was a bit too easy.) I know this is a lot of effort and the voice actors would have to be up for it aswell so I dont expect much but it would be really cool!

I'm all for more story cutscenes. We got one for shadowheart and I would absolutely adore seeing other characters backgrounds in visual form. As much as I love the narrators voice I just want to see baby Lae'zel and tiny Wyll. OH young Gale in his mothers kitchen with the bunnies! I have a lot of imagination and visualisation skills, but other people don't and I want them to experience those scenes aswell!

- consequences for using the tadpoles and mindflayer powers

I used the mindflayer tadpole powers ONCE in my entire playthrough. Didn't put any more tadpoles into my head. I was a bit bummed out when I found out there were no consequences for using/not using them. Seems like the final fight should be harder the more tadpoles have made Tav's little pond of a brain their home.

- manual insight and perception checks

This one is not going to happen but I would like to have it anyway. In DnD I'd sometimes ask/get asked "what do I see?/Do I believe them?/Can I use an action to check the room for anything like traps etc before entering?" Some of that is already happening automatically but I would like to have the option to manually trigger it ONCE every scene/location. Not once per character. Just one check, no reroll.

- access companion inventory

this might already be possible but I'd like the option to access the inventory of companions who aren't on my team currently. It would be incredibly helpful for un-/equipping items when a character isnt on your team currently. maybe the solution to this would be items being stored in a chest when the companion isn't in your team. a chest that is bound to their camp, cant be destroyed or moved etc. and once they join your team youll have to reequip them BUT they'll already have all their stuff right there? idk how hard it would be to implement the auto reequip option when you have the companion join your team

- give Karlach a good ending dammit

She deserves to be happy and I know you can go to Avernus with her but you have to leave your love interest behind unless you romances Wyll and that sucks so much ass.

Idk how long ago you made the pale wear thing (i never checked) but oh my god quadrant based fashion is amazing and i love it?? I love the idea of some trolls wearing a lot of reds with hearts with tighter fitting clothing/slightly exposing things to seem pitiful (too exposed being bad due to too many weak points causing pity) and yet not weak enough not to seem pale (too bold, too flashy, not pitiful in a "i need to help and protect them, they cant do it themself" way, but more in a flushed way ig?)

Or ashen wear including lots of soft greys and comfy clothing but also strong boots, bags of medical supplies or things insinuating towards them, calming perfume/cologne smells, or even just poofy jackets. all things to make them seem like they could be powerful yet protective and calming but not soothing, and make them seem like they have a high patience and are rather calm. A lot of the comfort things (which could be switched out for more calming then comforting based items) could all be used for pale wear too!!!

Maybe even pitch wear being an umbrella term which encorperates both the annoying/hateful and violent elements of pitch romance! Things like colorful out there clothing which trolls dont usually wear due to threat, noisey clothing etc for the annoying bit, or just basically punk/metal wear for the violent theme? Like some trolls wanting to give an annoying bright and irritating vibe like they want the negative attention, while others want to seem dangerous and up for a good fight.

All styles being in the colors of the respective quadrants, or all being branded with the respective symbols for them too to show the wearer's meaning behind the outfits

What if Sig got to the Tome of Sealing first? AKA Tomo AU

hi again tumblr, please dont expect a whole lot from this blog, once again, but, i wanted to post like a little basic thing about this au i've had since 2021 now that i'm back into puyo again,

this is an au that Heavily relies on bits of fanon and headcanon to make it work cuz canon is puyo puyo is very fucking wishy washy but essentially, what if sig had checked out the tome of sealing from the library before klug was able to? (sorry if this is a bit scatterbrained, im not good at organizing my thoughts much,,)

(also please dont mind some of the art, im like an ok artist at best and some of this shit is from 2 years ago as well)

so like, as the absolute fucking nerd i am, i made like an initial google doc on this thing outlining most of the shit im about to summarize here (that i might link if someone asks at some point i guess idk) as well as a fanfic, didnt finish that though, i got like through barely a chapter before i stopped and then i got into sam and max but that's unrelated to now

ANYWAYS, the au is as it sounds, sig goes to precise museum and, guided by the voice of the crimson soul, finds the tome of sealing and checks it out (much to akuma's chargin,,) and then he checks out the book again,,, and again,,,, and a gain,,,, (you see where this is going)

but uh, why is it called tomo au? see im being a little shitter here and i thought maybe the crimson soul's memory would be a little shot after spending ages in a book so they might not remember their name and sig is like "you're my friend now so i'm gonna call you friend/tomodachi" but then he's like "that's too long i'm gonna call you tomo instead" so they just go along with it, for future reference, anytime i mention the crimson soul i'm gonna be calling it Tomo

sig has an immense attachment to tomo from the get go btw, he's like, i wanna say like 8 or so when he first gets to the book, so besides the obvious literal halvsies soul connection there's that childhood connection as well,

side note: they can speak to each other cuz of that soul connection btw, it's my personal headcanon that after slug (canon strange klug/the crimson soul) can speak to anybody who they've possessed before as well as their other half, so in canon klug and sig can hear the book talk but in this au only sig can hear them

also, the reason why tomo doesn't attempt to take over sig right from the outset is A) they dunno where the unsealing objects are and B) sig is a child and uh, another part that i'm still trying to work the kinks through of is whether tomo decides to hold off on doing the fusion dance of their own volition or if because the cyan soul (which can speak to tomo, but only when sig is asleep cuz when sig is awake the cyan soul IS sig, nother headcanon sorry) decides it's too soon, they probably have memories of previous incarnations stored in there and know that eventually sig will start showing more demonic traits but not when he's baby

wow this is getting to be a lot but we're not even done cuz now i gotta talk about what this means about shit like fever 2 and such (y'know canon things and all)

so when sig starts showing signs of his heritage (i.e., a bit before fever 2 happens) tomo and sig start to hatch a plan to get tomo a body back! of course, tomo is omitting some things about how they're actually going to go into sig's body cuz at this point they've been together for a few years now and sig trusts tomo as like, a best friend i guess? something like that,

so sig is under the impression tomo is gonna be released and get their old body back and tomo is under the impression that as soon as the seal releases they'll enter sig's body, join back up with the cyan soul, and return to their original form,

so sig transfers over to amitie and klug's class, (tomo) overhears that lemres is coming into town with the items they need, and they steal the shit and head to the ruins to perform the unsealing

SPOILERS! shit goes wrong

ignore how shitty the ms paint art from a couple of years ago is, might change the hair to be more red in future art

for reasons (that i also need to workshop because to be honest originally it was a "whoever unseals it gets their soul swapped with whoever is trapped in the book" but like??? idk if that's how it should work when it comes to these two specifically), sig and tomo swap places instead of a fusion happening,

sucks balls for both of them cuz this is like the Last thing either of them wanted out of this tbh, sig obviously because well, trust got broken and ended up trapped til the artifacts are stolen (klug either swaps roles with amitie or sig, haven't figured that one out yet either) and tomo most certainly doesn't want sig trapped, as they wouldn't want anyone to experience the loneliness of being sealed away like they were (except klug, fuck klug specifically) (also the chronicles drama cd mentions that part of tomo's character in it so it works for my purposes)

this image wasn't necessarily specific to tomo au but i thought it would fit anyways, sorry it's a bit blurry my phone wouldnt focus on the damn thing properly

and after fever 2,,, i kind of dont have as clear of a story? or a plan? there's some tension between sig and tomo for at least a little while but sig eventually forgives them, as well i don't know how i would tackle something like sig's secret if at all?? but yeah that's the main shit to this au, sorry it's all so very long! this has been on my mind for a few weeks now and it was on my mind for months back in 2021, so i just have a lot i'm throwing out here into the wind, if you got this far: thanks so much for reading!

here's some bonus shit for getting to the end of the main shit:

tomo calls sig "little blue" sometimes, since he's yknow, younger than them and blue but calls the cyan soul their "other half"

if you couldn't tell from the first image, since sig has his bookbag, he carries tomo around in that, but if he's stopped somewhere he'll leave the book open next to him so tomo can see around (hard to see with the covers in the way)

sig was already probably ostricized for yknow, his autistic tendencies, the book did not help with that, but it gave him a trusted confidant :)

sig actually starts developing his demonic traits earlier than in canon due to his proximity to tomo, but not by much

klug has stolen the book before, both demon halves were not pleased with this and klug has not attempted to steal the book again

sig can supplement his own magic power with tomo's for an incredibly large boost, and tomo doesn't mind doing so, this gives sig almost the exact same amount of power as the full demon used to have and also changes his right eye to red

OH, both relevant to this au and my own interpretation: the full demon's name was wisteria, but neither sig nor tomo remember it until either are reminded of that

aita for kicking my friend into a portal to test it?

so i made tech that can allow passage between a literal infinite number of worlds, what i know about these worlds is too hard to explain quickly, but once you understand, does make sense somehow naturally. that bit is a brain thing idk. the worlds are "true infinity", meaning all possible and impossible worlds, down to ones being exactly the same, but are different worlds because they have different interactions and connections with the other worlds.

i guess that kinda makes sense. anyways, i figured out that the world i am in has only one way of connecting to other worlds, which in turn have more connections to more worlds. to make the way out i made a big techy portal because that just happened to be the way to do it from this world, and to test that it worked correctly, while my friend was observing the portal, i pushed him inside and managed to get the information that he was perfectly fine and everything worked, but he was stuck there.

before you immediately say i am the asshole for doing that, i did know for certain that he wouldnt be in danger, honestly, the beings in the world i sent him to would be in more danger probably

i cant tell you how i knew that, or how i knew for certain some of these things.

i also knew, not for certain, but with little room for doubt that i would be able to retrieve him later, and he is definitely the kind of person that would be able to survive a couple days with ease in this kind of situation. not only was the world i sent him to just generally friendly, but he had literally just been watching a lot more random wilderness survival videos for whatever reason. he showed me how to tie a knot the other day and it cut of circulation to my finger and we had to cut the knot off because it was so tight.

back on track here, i guess we'll skip forward a bit actually turns out he was like half-possessed by some kind of evil spirit and is now very much seeking revenge, the problem for him being that i can usually quickly jump between worlds and even though he knows the tech we used probably just as well as me, he had to make it alone and it doesnt work as well as mine. i've just been running and collecting items and learning skills like magic from other worlds. it started like sci-fi and is now somewhere between sci-fi and fantasy and is now somehow both and niether. its a weird story

i have, now, gotten what was coming to me, not by his hand, but by my own bad luck. im now stuck without a way out of a different world, this one being like the storage closet of a theater (not a movie theater, like a play theater with props and costumes and stuff) but infinite. it feels like theres an end or a wall nearby and then you turn the corner and you only see more of those weird metal shelves absolutely covered in props and clothes. it smells like a closet in here. of course it does. i call it kiko because i was in an acting class thingy one time and they called their storage room kiko

but i have internet connection i dont know what world im connecting to the internet of, but it has tumblr, it has my tumblr account, and this seemed like a cool place to put my thingy. this might actually be a good way to escape if it comes to it. might work. or something.

this is really long i definitely think im the asshole, but i also think there wasnt any other way, and i didnt expect him to be possessed there were no evil spirits when i checked it

44. Pokemon Crystal (GBC, 2000)

Huh! Didnt expect to get back into pokemon this year! Ive only played 3 games before tackling this one.

X, Sun and Ultra Moon.

I enjoyed them quite alot!

I was expecting something that was a little rough in some corners but was still enjoyable but to my surprise, it holds up really well!!

Im going to be fully transparent and just tell you to try it out if you want a fun RPG. Its great!!

So where do I begin!

Uhh. Johto is super fun to explore! They made it in such a way that going back to previous areas is quick and easy. Once you get the bike you can go zooming all over the region in little to no time!

Going back to previous towns to gather items, do daily events and fill the pokedex is not tedius at all!

It also makes exploring the region for secret goodies a whole lot of fun.

Johto has such a unique flavor compared to every other region in the series, its just a treat through and through!

even crazier is that they put the entirety of kanto as post game!! thats nuts! you get a whole new area to explore which will take you 18-30 hours to check ever corner of it and you get the WHOLE REGION OF THE PREVIOUS GAME

Pokemon Crystal provides so much content its impresive! I was always in awe at how they managed to fit such a big game into such a small cartridge!!

Especially considering the game has sprites for so many differnt types of pokemon- with animations!! This was the game that introduced the animated sprites!!

(This was played on the 3DS virtual console release)

They look so nice!! the sprites are super charming in general! the upgrade to gameboy color makes the game a treat for the eyes, the spritework is just really really nice.

I know im the thousanth person to suck off pokemon for being... pokemon. An international sensation but what can I say! its fun!

Alright combat... yeah its pokemon alright, its pretty basic working on a rock paper scizor weakness wheel... well like three wheels but you get the idea.

Its simple but engaging enough and you have some liberty in how you make your team with TMs... I say that but they are one use items here... that sucks ngl.

Actually I think thats a good place to start with a couple of areas the game could be better.

To start, walking. The areas are small enough so walking isnt bad, the speed is manageable but it might test the patience of some players.

It takes a solid bit to get the bicycle (jeez idk if I want to play red and blue knowing theres no bike)

Again, one use TMs.

why. The only thing that acomplishes is limit how the player can build their team greatly.

VERY easy to miss things. You can miss the radio chip and map chip easly (I was REALLY CLOSE to missing them), exploration would be way more annoying without the map

Those are some of the mayor complains I have, other than that... yeah I dont have alot that I hate! its a lovely time.

It was kinda a double edged sword for us when i worked at a comics and game store... one one hand, it being impossible for individuals to bother ordering meant that they were forced to come to us. On the other hand... we couldn't reallly.... place special orders for specific sets even if people "saw them for sale on the website" and wanted them?? I didnt do the ordering, so idk if it was just actually impossible, or my boss just didnt want to deal with it... and she kept trying to order the big batch of randoms, but they never had it available...

but i remeber also when we got orders and checked them in it was like... entirely by item codes, which were the same as the number on the top. Very utilitarian. Caused us to have a different system just for checking the dice in.

it’ll never fail to amaze me that chessex, the game dice company - like if you bought your first dice set from a game store/comic shop/card shop you most certainly bought a chessex set - has such an ugly and poorly designed website. it looks like they went out of business 15 years ago.

exactly like how u explain, i first thought that this could be for peanut and that made me happy to think about. luke's apartment actually has a bunch of stuff that doesnt really make sense unless i look at it from a bird's eye view (literally, like, how would a bird feel if they could interact with this) and realized that thatd be a super fun thing for a bird. like check out the stuff above his bed

1 ) the lights. there doesnt seem to be any practical reason for those rings to be there, but if i were to think like (heh) an actual bird, these seem like great perches! also would be fun to fly through. canon has shown us that peanut is a very intelligent bird, and so enrichment would be extremely important for him.

2 ) the wooden stand with perches sticking out of it. i assume this could be a thing where one could hang certain stuff like ID laces or hair ties, but luke has kept it completely devoid of Stuff. so i can only assume this is for peanut once again.

which, sidenote, i LOVE PEANUT'S MAIN PERCHHHH CAN I TALK ABOUT THIS PERCH (i will) (nothing can stop me)

like idk it just makes me happy cuz relative to the other objects around it, this is a Pretty Big Perch Setup. i wish we could see this from a background like perspective and not just topdown, itd help me figure out better just how big it is and, consequently, how big luke's love for peanut is 🥺🥺🥺

the only rationalization i can think of for why this little ladder leads here is that The Ladder Was There First

i propose that luke added it back when there was nothing on that shelf! and so peanut had another fun little thing to hop about on and luke wasnt ever planning on putting stuff on that shelf cuz he doesnt know how to cook anything aside from fucking tomato omelet (i love him).

but then he starts accruing Cooking Paraphernalia for Reasons. the pot in particular is something i can see him having bought after his personal story 1, after he and mc cooked tangerine crabs together. maybe he wanted to make it again, so he bought a cooking pot.

“Y/N! What are you doing!?” Takeomi tried to hold your hands before you could touch his underwear.

The rest just observed the scene unfold. The haitani brothers, Sanzu and Kokonoi, took a step back, afraid that you might be angry at them for some reason and their jewels would be paying the price. Mikey and Kakucho stood closer to you two; they both didn't hold the same thoughts as the other four, but curiosity invaded them.

Nobody noticed how Mochi had turned around, giving his back to your handling of Takeomi’s pants.

“Let me!” You slapped Takeomi’s hands away, “just—just let me check!” And he did, against his best judgment, Takeomi let you do what you wanted. Without looking at the man in front of you, your fingers pulled at the waistband of his underwear. No words of explanation, and you moved on to the next closest person. Kakucho’s eyes widened as he saw you closing in on his pants. Ok so we all know that Hanseo is abused by his big brother, and if i remember correctly, the jipuragi trio found out about it from the guillotine file for the first time.

Now hear me out, what if the jipuragi trio found out about the abuse from Hanseo himself, not from the guillotine file??

After failing to burn down geumga plaza, Hanseok threw that object at Hanseo, telling him not to dodge it, and it left a scar on his forehead. When Hanseo visited jipuragi, he seemed proud of that scar, right?? Because thats what he got from saving geumga plaza, and he hoped that the scar would show them that he wants to be on their side.

BUT lets forget about all those stuff for a moment.

Hanseok loves to strangle, threaten, and hit Hanseo with the hockey stick. It certainly happens more than once, so i figured that there must be a bunch of scars and bruises on his body right?? What if the jipuragi trio noticed one of his scars/bruises?? I know Hanseo always wear long-sleeved stuff, so its not exactly visible, but what if someone caught a glimpse of it??? i've been thinking so much about this ask and just how han-seo would react to them finding out, and honestly i never really took note of how many long sleeved shirts he wears. i believe han-seok has switched a lot more into emotional manipulation and abuse than physical abuse but he has a lot of anger issues. i'd honestly imagine him using han seo as a punching bag for any and every inconvinence that happens to him, even as an intern.

i also agree with you, han seo is someone who is a very bright personality who tends to hide his hurt and emotions, and he's very very good at it as he has been living under a psychopath his whole life. he's good at hiding his anger (although it definetly bubbles over in smaller outbursts) and especially his hurt (i.e. the scene that han seok throws that candle holder at him and he just smiles back). han seo has a lot of anger at himself for not speaking back or being able to act like himself. like in that scene in the office, you can tell as he curls his fist that he wanted to speak back so badly. even when he finally snaps against han seok, he said "i'm getting tired of being afraid of you." i feel like he'd be embarrassed that even after years, he hasn't been able to escape his abuse

i feel like this scene and their dynamic would play out something similar to this:

han seo joined the team and has been working with vincenzo and cha-young for around a month. at this point han seo isn't walking on eggshells with both of them, he's a lot more comfortable and visiting their office regularly without choi/han/han seok finding out.

sometimes it's vincenzo and cha-young providing him books to study economics from, maybe even giving some brotherly/sisterly advice to him. every couple weeks, vin and cha-young give him quizzes and slowly, he's getting better and better

over time, he even got closer to the plaza residents (even though the residents were definetly cold to him in the beginning, miri scaring the shit out of him by doing her ghost thing, the lady with the lipstick from bye bye balloon staring him down, snack bar lady refusing to serve him, larry also scaring the shit out of him by doing his zombie routine)

but despite this, they adopt him into their family, han seo doing small errands for the residents, him buying the best coffee, food and getting camera equipment for the snack bar lady's son. han seo gifting the pawnshop couple with cute baby items etc.

(obviously he buys the most expensive shit bc he's still a rich boy, but they dont have to know)

(side note: he'd be fucking adorable with a baby, imagine him being the babies "uncle han seo" who gets them the best gifts !!)

even though he was comfortable with all of them, every once in a while his facade would slip.

every once in a while, someone would make a sharp movement towards him and he'd flinch. or if someone makes a quick step towards him, he'd back up and stiffen up on instinct

even if it was someone patting his back or just making a quick movement, he'd react on instinct from the years of abuse from han seok. but no one ever said anything about it if they noticed.

one afternoon after lunch, they were washing dishes, han seo on washing duty and cha-young drying and placing them back. and han seo was in his full sleeves and cha-young notices his sleeves getting wet

"yah, roll your sleeves back, by the end of this your whole sleeve will be wet! you know how uncomfortable those sleeves would be?"

"ahaha, it's alright noona, i'll be fine"

han seo tries to laugh it off, grining at her with one of his wide grins but there's something off about this one. but cha-young gives one of her patented glares and he rolls them up carefully, shielding his arms from her view, and continues washing the rest.

cha-young doesn't take note of his bruises at first, but noted the care he went through to shield his arms from her. his arms were posed almost awkwardly and he was on high alert

it wasn't until after they both finished and he was drying his hands that cha-young saw the massive bruises he had, climbing up his forearms and under the sleeves

he stiffens when he sees her stare, and quickly tries to cover them but she grabs them before he could hide it

she's completely quiet while she stares at his arms. after a moment, he speaks up

"oh i accidentally banged these against my doorway, they're just small bruises. it's go away in a couple days" he smiles at her again but she could tell from the way his shoulders were frozen and the wavering of his voice that it wasn't the truth

"did he do these?" she asked him, her face completely neutral and her voice barely a whisper. she's still looking at his forearms, her fingers ghosting over the bruises.

han seo just looks down and the silence is enough of an answer for cha-young. he walks away, embarrassed that she found out about it, even though his years of therapy told him that it wasn't never his fault, he still felt the shame and anger of not being able to break free.

he's quiet for the rest of the time, feigning tiredness and finding an excuse to leave the plaza

that night, it was just vincenzo and her working at the office late, in preparation for babel. cha-young's mind was still on what she saw that afternoon. abruptly, she stands up, her hand gripping the pen in her hand as she turned to vincenzo sitting at the other desk.

"did you know that bastard hurt him? he's been abusing han seo this whole time?" she asked vincenzo, her voice seething with anger

"i know."

"you know??? why didn't you ever say anything?"

vincenzo looks up at her from his stack of papers, setting his pen down.

"it wasn't my place. i picked up on it when he flinched when mr. tak reached toward him to place a hand on his shoulder."

cha-young sat back down then, her lips pressed together, and vin went back to his paperwork

"we should get him out of there. who knows what han seok would do in one of his rages?"

"couple nights ago, we went to drink makgeolli and i offered him a way out. i told him if he ever needs to leave, and if he's ready to leave, he has a place at the plaza."

"and is he? leaving that is?"

"no. he thanked me, but said that he needed to stay until his brother and his group crumbles to the ground."

cha-young let out a sigh, biting her lip, the worry on her face all too evident

"hong cha-young byeonosa-nim, we shouldn't baby him. jang han seo deserves revenge against his brother just like we do and the choice is ultimately up to him."

"i know. i just worry."

they stayed quiet for the rest of the night, working late but the topic never leaves cha-young or vincenzo's minds

the next day, han seo avoided her like the plague, not wanting to talk about what she saw yesterday

but while he was studying, she approached him, a glass of juice and a snack in hand, setting it next to him. she checked over his work quietly as he took a break and glanced at his arms, doing a once over just to make sure he didn't get any new ones.

"well done, han seo, you're doing well" she smiled at him and ruffled his hair and han seo let out a breath of relief and gratefulness that she hadn't treated him any different

from then, cha-young and vin only got fonder of han seo and han seo was pretty much adopted by them. after the battle and han seok is in jail permanently, he moves out of his apartment, and gets one closer to the plaza.

mr. nam would show him how the organization worked at jipuragi and put him to work, the paralegal grateful to have an extra hand around the office

eventually, even han seo grows an affection to the instant coffee and buys more for himself and his apartment

vin would take him shopping for suits, both rich boys obsessed with their sleek looks. they take cha-young with them once but she manages to sleep off at every shop they go to.

vincenzo also plays hockey with him regularly and the plaza invites him to plaza game nights. they get up to all kinds of mischief,

han seo loves spicy food, just like cha-young so they make it their mission to go to try every restaurant and compete to see just how much spice they can handle. obviously vincenzo doesn't even make it past the first round of the spice competitions but cha-young and han seo have the same competitive streak that keeps them going

han seo is also dropping hints to both of cha-young and vincenzo that they should get married. constantly teasing vincenzo about cha-young in the way only younger brothers do

obviously on one of cha-young and han seo’s days out, han seo drops hints CONSTANTLY, trying to get her to admit cha young likes vincenzo

and OBVIOUSLY she slips up, and han seo doesn’t let go of it

he does the whole younger brother teasing every single time he catches cha-young glancing at vincenzo at the firm

“cha-young noona and vin hyung, sitting in a tree. K I S S I N—” “HAN SEO!!!”

obviously chayenzo eventually get together but decide to keep it a secret (and of course, they were awful at it)

eventually when they reveal it to the office, mr. nam and han seo react like that one scene in suspicious partner (“quick, act surprised” “*gasp* you guys are together??????? we had no idea!!”)

han seo is basically adopted as a younger brother to both cha-young and vincenzo and even the plaza loves his presence and he gets to have a peaceful existence for the rest of his life

anyways han seo deserves a happy ending with a good family. he deserves a second chance with a family that LOVES AND CARES FOR HIM AND GIVES HIM CHOICES AND ALLOWS HIM TO BE HIMSELF. (and yes this covered more than just one scene but I HAVE MANY THOUGHTS ON HIM) as always feel free to add on :D

teenage walmart games??? I’ve been inside walmart maybe 3 times in my life I need an explanation

formal disclaimer: i am not suggesting you do any of these things in a walmart or similar store* even if i admit to having done some of them myself; the employees don't get paid enough to deal with them

-i mentioned in my tags a fictional game of capture the flag. while i think it would be difficult to full-on incorporate nerf guns into this for more than a few minutes irl, i know people play other versions of it in stores sometimes (i have participated on one ocassion & ngl its kind of fun)

-ive personally played hide n seek in walmart more than once (which is a little different than regular hide n seek in my experience, usually the hiding involves moving around a lot)

-walmart has such a wide variety of shit (for those of you who are less familiar, there's a grocery section & a retail section (including electronics, toys, outdoor equipment, home goods, office supplies, furniture). so we also used to play games where we would have a criteria (ex. The Squishiest Thing U Can Find) & everyone would run around in the alotted time to find The Item which best fit it

-there are lots of potential variations off of this. that "three items to freak out the cashier" game everyone always talks about on here & also a quick google search brought up an all-out walmart scavenger hunt & a walmart bingo

-many walmarts used to have a giant "cage" (it was flexible rope) full of those huge plastic bouncy balls. my walmart does not have one anymore. i imagine it's because i (& others) used to yeet the balls out of the cage every time i was there so i could play with them. i havent personally done much more than bounce them while shopping but i have to imagine that people more creative than me have made several games revolving around these balls and their prison

-idk if this counts as a "game" but when i was a child you could get ear piercings at walmart & it was for sure A Risk

-ive known people who make a game of shoplifting, seeing who can steal what & who can take the most risks without getting into trouble (in my experience folks either know EXACTLY how companies like walmart deal with shoplifters or they don't know jackshit, there is no in-between, my advice is that knowledge is power)

-there are legitimate ways to have fun in some walmarts, ive been to several that have a few (3-5) money-sucking arcade games.

-they also sometimes have fast food places in them, so any kind of havoc you can think of perpetuating at mcdonalds or subway, you can technically do it in a walmart (just a reminder not to terrorize the employees at these places in real life. please. i used to work at a mall subway like i will fight you)

-this is just off the top of my head at 3 am, im sure a group of bored 16 y/os could come up with something really fun

-obviously you can do these things in similar stores but i feel the need to explain the energy of walmarts to those who havent been in them so much. they really do feel like the worst liminal space you can possibly imagine. all the typical social rules and decorum are gone. the rumors about people wearing what they want and doing what they want in walmart are generally very true (yes you see guns on people's backs there in open carry states). the lights are too bright for me in all big stores like that but they reflect off the floors in a way i find particularly blinding. it's also usually crowded unless you're there during work/school hours. recently my walmart went to all self-check, no bags & that made the environment more hostile which i didnt know was possible. if this were a more serious post id explain in detail about why i think walmart gets a bad rep for some classist reasons and why it DESERVES a bad rep for some capitalist ones but since this is funnyman hours im just going to leave it there

erm. i may have overestimated my ability to help.. it has been longer than i realized since i rewatched most of this stuff...

so, off the top of my head, i cannot recall any extra agreements between spoke and parrot after spoke got op, beyond just the "if you survive i show you the control room" stuff? im pretty there were a few times when spoke did things to help parrot during wormhole, but that was just to draw things out and make it more interesting, not based on any agreement as far as i can recall. not confident about this tho, if anyone wants to correct me here then feel free

in general when spoke and vitalasy contradict each other with video explanations, i am more inclined to believe vitalasy, because spoke is well-known to lie and misrepresent things for the sake of making a good video. lots of lifestealers do it, but spoke is one of the worst offenders imo. im pretty sure in spokes explanation stream he did after the wormhole video, he said outright that there were things he lied about in the video for the sake of a better narrative? could be misremembering tho, i dont think i ever rewatched that stream after the first time i saw it live. i know theres at least a few things where the timelines and events spoke states in his video blatantly contradict things shown on stream, or more subtly contradict what i assume to be the truth based on other stream things.

i. dont think parrot lost the hearts before the wormhole? i am pretty sure he was giving them out to 3ht during the event, and they had a lot, which is why later in the event spoke banned the heart items? i cant remember anyone saying parrot lost the hearts prewormhole(tho i do believe you that someone did) and i dont feel like rewatching videos rn to check, who said that?

purpleduo zam miscomunications! oh boy i do know plenty about this i think. vitalasy did in the book lie to zam about there being a bedrock farm in the end, but i also find it easy to believe vitalasy forgot, or copypasted something in the book wrong, and genuinely believed later on that he had been honest with zam.

vitalasy was most honest with zam(most honest in that this is the thing he lied to zam the about the least, and most honest in that zam is the one he told the most about this compared to what he told the wormholers) about his motivations for the wormhole project, which were that he wanted to do this to help save minecraft. i cant remember exactly how much he told zam, but he was definitely pretty honest with him about it.

as for how much power vitalasy told zam he had, iirc he said a bunch of contradicting stuff? im pretty he would talk about him being in charge of and able to reign in ash and spoke, and make sure they didnt cause too much trouble, and then also other times talk about how he couldnt control them and shouldnt be blamed for their actions. i think it is true that this was originally vitalasys project, and before spoke got operator vitalasy might have been able to stop him. after spoke got op, i dont think there was anything vitalasy could have done, but i dont think spoke had it yet when zam was still on eclipse fed and so vitalasy wasnt at the time wrong in saying he could do something. but, also, i dont think vitalasy ever actually would have tried to stop the wormhole. he wasnt lying about his ability to reign in spoke and ash, he was lying about his intent to do so. this had been vitalasys goal for months, since before the season started, it was too late to back out now. if he stopped, everything hed done would have been for nothing. he had to do this, in his mind, for the good of minecraft as a whole. he compromised some aspects of his plan for zam, but i dont think hed ever have actually tried to halt the whole entire thing. what he wanted to do was stop spoke&ash from doing things so early and clumsily, not stop the project entirely. When he says he has influence over this project, what hes lying about isnt that he could do something to change it, maybe even stop it, but rather the lie is that he ever intended to stop it at all. it isnt a lie about his power so much as it is a lie about how he intends to use it.

all of this contradiction is further complicated by vitalasys choice to play a character in lifesteal. lifestealers dont really do character/creator divides, at least not very strongly. but vitalasy wanted to pull off the wormhole project, and he also wanted to tell a story about fighting the wormhole. character!vitalasy is very distinct from vitalasy-the-player, in a way that doesnt really work on lifesteal. so when he says he has influence over this project, and its for the greater good, this is vitalasy the player talking, and when he says he wants to stop this too, hes trying his best, but theres nothing he can do, that is c!vitalasy. but lifesteal doesnt really do characters, and if you know that someone else is part of something, and they say over and over that they arent, then you arent gonna think theyre playing a character who has access to less information, youre just gonna think theyre lying. aaugghhg its so. man. oiugh. s4 vitalasy. anyway yeah. vitalasy(the player) did work with spoke to bring about the wormhole. and vitalasy(the character) did try to fight against the wormhole, try to stop it. and this distinction makes it complicated to define what counts as him lying.
