I had a dumb idea for an EISCUE evolution and had to see it through, this came to me when I was thinking "What would happen if we could sculpt the ice block on EISCUE's head into another shape and things just kept going from there

MOAICE, as the name suggests, its based on the Moa, an extinct giant flightless bird from New Zealand mixed with the Moai, the giant monolithic sculptures from Rapa Nui / Eastern Island

Also, Feyre’s alignment with masculine power makes her think that she no longer needs feminine solidarity/sisterhood which isolates her even further. Lording her power over her sisters pushes them further away and prevents the Archeron sisters from fully uniting with one another. Her willful blindness to the injustice of Nesta’s plight is a way of convincing herself of her authority and the false idea that she could never be subject to such treatment.

'The Snettisham Great Torc', Iron Age Torc, The British Museum, London

This torc was discovered in 1950, in a field near the village of Snettisham. The site is on the north-west coast of Norfolk, overlooking the Wash.

This torc is one of the most elaborate golden objects from the ancient world. It is made from an alloy of gold, silver and copper, and weighs over 1 kg. The neck-ring is made from 64 wires in eight separate coils. The ends are elaborately decorated with swirling motifs.

The torc was probably buried around 50 BCE.

as much as i love seeing all the fancy bastard breeds at work, there's something really really reassuring about a basic cat. they're not trying to be anything they aren't. they aren't trying to be a dog put into a cat body. they're a cat and that's just perfect.

anyway, yardstick tried to steal one of my cookies while i was writing this and saia smacked my dog because he was in HER spot.
