This is an old character I'd drawn years ago. She's a wolf with ice abilities. Ice Breaker is what she goes by, but her actual name is Vivian.

She can make it snow wherever see goes. When she walks, it leaves ice prints after. She has icey cold breath, but be careful. She'll use that breath to freeze you in place and once yer frozen, she uses an ear shattering howl to shatter you into a million pieces. She can also use that howl to shatter anything that's blocking her way. She can turn her tail into extremely sharp icicles, they'll shoot out and impale you. She can morph snow into a giant form of herself, often used to scare off anyone if she doesn't feel like hurting 'em. No one has properly seen this wolf, and it's a good thing too. She's often very stealthy and dares not to meet anyone. She'll most likely stalk whoever is trespassing on her domain and might possibly kill them. Some call her an "Ice Demon" and honestly, they ain't wrong. I mean, she's ruthless, powerful and can kill anyone who she finds a nuisance.
