Other items in my sons lunchbox: Sweet Red Peppers,(he'll use a dippemup) corn salad (I will make another post) Fruit Salad from Publix, Trader Joes lemonade juice box, banana, and a love note. #lunchboxcreations He tasted a strip this morning, he loved them! This meal took about 7 minutes prep and 7 minutes cook time. Publix has bagels on sale in their bakery department. $1 for 4ct.  Pictured here is the onion bagel, onion and chive cream cheese, and smoked salmon. The omelet is a 2 egg, spinach, and jalapeno pepper. Plate is dusted with cayenne pepper. Simple meal yet fulfilling. #cheftiffmo #publix #ibeezinthekitchen #gutcheck
