I know that was a shitpost for the latest Danny Phantom fandom meme, but I'm genuinely impressed and how authentic it sounds. How much of Dash's monologue is real advice, and how do you know all of that? Do you work out?

Yes I'm so sorry to inform my good people of Tumblr that I've secretly been a part of the gym fandom for all this time. I've only recently come out as a gymbro in this phandom via my creation of the current dp gym bro au meme that I've forced upon everyone in this good holy christian space. I mix whey protein into my overnight oats, I track my macros, and I have a closet full of Gym Girlie Outfits™️.

And just know it's a badge of honor that I carry to be able to say I've converted multiple members of the Danny Phantom phandom into regular gym goers as well 💪

#all jokes aside i grew up in a very athletic family #where talking about things like gym routines and protein tracking was very normal #i worked as a tennis coach for a few years before i was injured (by my own hubris) and was forced to quit #i've been rebuilding my body basically from like the ground floor since the injury #and while at first it was frustrating cuz i had to learn how to do things i'd always been able to do before #(and yes i did cry on my yoga mat more than one time in the beginning)#now i'm learning to have fun with it!#im still very weak compared to where i once was #and it doesn't help that i was set back by other injuries that came from not taking care of myself like a bad knee #but slowlyyyy i'm getting there #i once thought i'd never be able to do an unassisted pull up again #and now i can see it within my reach!#very exciting #i love love loveeeee being strong #Also yes it's real advice to train the 'minor' muscles #for example a lot of lower back pain comes from a weak glute medius #ppl be focusing on the glute max cuz it's the big one and forget about the other glutes #compound exercises are a great way to hit multiple muscles at once

#there's a flood coming to my city 😬#the wave is supposed to hit tomorrow at night #i'm a bit worried?#they say it's gonna be similae to 1997 #which is. not good.#everyone at work was panicking which did not help #they said the water is almost sold out in shops #and i couldn't go to the shop to buy it because i was. at work.#so i messaged my dad and he bought some for me and he'll drive over to bring it to me #his town doesn't have a big river so you can still buy water there lmao #i asked him to buy me some non perishable food like rice crackers while he was at it too #and now i'm scared that he and my mom will buy out the entire shop and i'll have to eat those things for months 😬#they can be like that sometimes haha #yeah they most definitely will bring over the whole car full of food what do i do 😭#anyway my main concern is the lack of electricity because the stupid stove in this flat doesn't use gas ;_;#gotta charge the powerbanks 💪#people are also worried that we'll go to work tomorrow and then it'll turn out the road is flooded and we'll have to stay at work overnight #lmaoooo why won't the company just give everyone the week off?? Literally can't pay my rent until I get paid for September, which hasn't happened yet. Today is Friday, and Monday is the last day of the month. I'm so tired of being poor.

#i still cringe to call myself 'poor' bc i have my own apartment and can afford groceries #and even fun stuff like museums and cafe visits and public transport sometimes #but the reality of the matter is that after i pay off my student loans every month #i do not have enough money left to pay the following month's rent #and that's the way it's been my whole life #all my groceries and museum visits and coffee come from those few hundred euros left over #my whole life i've been choosing between 'having savings' and 'having even the smallest most humble life' and obviously i choose the latter #i never go to the movies #i buy all my clothes second hand (got some this past month after not having bought any new clothing in almost two years)#i have visited a museum TWICE this year #i go to restaurants like... once a month max #i am living the most frugal life that i possibly can without denying myself all pleasures #i don't even have netflix or anything like that! i only very rarely order delivery! i cook my own damn meals!#you get the picture #and yet still: one single missed paycheck is enough to potentially fuck up my life seriously #i've never missed a rent payment in my life but i'm scared it may happen this time #just wrote to HR of my former employer (who is supposed to still be paying me through october) to politely ask where my paycheck is #it's probably coming today (i sure as hell hope so) but if it doesn't... i legit don't know how i'm going to pay my rent #my rent is 673 euros and i only have 400 in my bank account #i probably have enough food in my pantry to survive for a month if i had to #but i've never missed rent in germany before (or ever) and i have no idea how long they'd wait before evicting me for non-payment #i'm scared. and i'm tired of being apparently the only fucking person in my social groups who is this poor #i am an over-educated 37-year-old professional who typically gets classed with the 'expats'#but one missed salary payment has me thinking about eviction and affording groceries #this is what i mean when i say i'm an immigrant. not an expat.#those people with their apple watches and co-working spaces and spontaneous trips to thailand or brazil are... a world apart from me #how come everyone i meet is so damn rich? where do i find fellow poor friends?#anyway i'm stressed. and i'm so so tired of spending my mental energy worrying about money #cosmo gyres #personal

unique greetings?? hello??

the romance-specific greeting only seemed to trigger once I entered act 3, despite jantar having gone through the dance cutscene fairly early into act 2.

the regular high friendship one is a greeting I've gotten before in corydalis' save, as well as "always good to talk, my friend," but both lines of dialogue randomly disappeared at some point, and wyll only greeted corydalis with "well met." well, up until today, I guess.

I have to wonder if these will once again randomly disappear because they are clearly bugged and larian just won't fix them once and for all...

...please...stop doing this to the gate's most beautiful little prince...

okay I'm not expecting anyone to care all that much, but I was looking at the prompts for the 18th Day of Gift-Giving for my Olli/Allu fic advent calendar and I'm between two options on what to do with them, so if anyone out there wants to put in their two cents...

#on one hand i'd like to write a standalone with a storyline of its own #because that way i could probably manage to write a better story #on the other hand i kinda feel like i should focus on the main plot after all the standalones i've posted this week #but if i stick to the main plot my options would be more limited 🤔#because i don't feel like making either of them have a random headache/migrain or some kinda personal crisis #just for the sake of the prompt #i know there's barely any plot to begin with but i still don't want to make it too scattered 😅#i have an idea that would work alright for the main story and it would probably turn out cute enough #but some of the other prompts that wouldn't really work for the main story are soooooooo tempting #and i mean. at least 4 or 5 of the stories for next week will be related to the main plot #plus the stories for the 16th and the 17th #so there'd still be plenty for that too!#i'm probably gonna make my own decision regardless of the voting result but i'd like to hear from you anyway #i've never made a poll before and i'm kinda nervous about this lol i really am expecting this to get maybe 3 votes max 🤡#i hate how the title is so huge pls don't be annoyed with me i'm sorry for existing i promise i'll never make a post ever again 😭#not putting this in any tags. you see this if you see this
