J/egulus’s dynamic is very funny for me if they both just hate each other, and for the exact same reason: they both despise that Sirius loves this other person so much. Sirius loves his little brother, and James hates that Regulus can hurt Sirius so easily, and that Regulus has the audacity to think that Sirius doesn’t adore him; James knows what path Regulus is headed on but so does Sirius, and it hurts James to watch Sirius get his heart broken as time goes on and Regulus gets in deeper and deeper with the Death Eaters. Regulus hates James for taking his brother away and making Sirius quit loving him, Sirius would’ve gone to Slytherin if not for him and Sirius would still be at home. It’s very interesting to me if James and Regulus utterly despise each other, and the root of this is Sirius and their contradicting views of who Sirius is

no but i think about this way too often for someone who doesn’t rly give a shit about reg and is mostly indifferent or annoyed by him. i’m so much more interested by james and regulus’ dynamic the way you described—there’s a lot of potential for angst, as well as a toxic relationship sort of a deal, ykno?

i do wonder how they navigate it. tbh. because i’m me, i think james’ reasons are much more valid (logically/morally speaking) but ofc, from an emotional standpoint, u can’t negate reg either. and that’s tough, right, because both of them firmly believe they’re in the right. james has the added complication of having to navigate complicated blood-familial ties whereas reg has to come to terms with the fact that chosen family is just as (if not more) important for sirius and he has to both acknowledge and accept them before doing anything else.

sirius is just so—central to both of their lives and identities? and the way they perceive him is so different that they might never reconcile it, ykno? and idk, i feel like in a canon universe, they might just go their whole lives being quietly disdainful but tolerant of each others presence, only so they do not hurt sirius. and i’m sure that peace is hard won—there would’ve been times when they came to blows (or wands?) and both of them had to be on the other of an angry/disappointed sirius and they realised, quick, that they’d rather shut up and deal with it than go through that again.

of course, the only time they manage to put their dislike away is when someone/thing is threatening sirius and they realise he’s more important than their feelings. but that’s a given.

it feels important but i don’t think it’s a date that has any relevance in japan other than it being cool lol. i personally always assumed it had something to do with ore-sama samatoki-sama da lol that king talk part of his personality being lowkey symbolised in his birthdate

but while looking up important dates in japan, apparently two different beauty companies registered 11/11 as beautiful eyelashes day in japan and i think that would be so fcking funny if that was why samatoki was given 11/11 as his birthday as king of the lash game in this franchise LOL

If we use it that would actually be like much later in the timeline! Wayyy after andreil start courting, it’s been a good while since Evermore at that point. It would be Nathan, the senior Wesninski, finally deciding to take matters into his own hands (or the Moriyamas deciding they may as well try this route to get their younger Wesninski back). Going to personally challenge or negotiate with Abram for his return to Evemore and the people be still by law belongs to. Lola is part of the entourage that accompanies him. It would be extremely tense because technically it’s a matter of the Wesninski line’s honor, and Nathan announcing himself and his intentions to Palmetto means that Aaron has no real choice but to host and allow it (though he hates it just as much as everyone else in the court). Even Andrew can’t use his usual brash personality to refuse like with other stupid nobles.

Like we said, Lola is basically Evermore’s backup plan. Should Nathan somehow fail, she’s supposed to take slightly more drastic measures. All with the Moriyamas’ blessing, of course.

HI YES thank you for this ask!!!!, i have a feew entries (trimmed down for now at least because then we would be here all day lol, i also don’t have all the weapons yet </3)

starting off with the makeshift rockets, which i just think is sweet, firstly the fact that orville has a science project in the first place, and ofc stated in the entry: death and him making rockets together.

there are so many entries dedicated to saying well death cooould like things (he’s a history nerd buff, see also the twinsies weapon entry) it’s the simple stuff i like the most, the fact that he seems to just like making things, tinkering with stuff ect ect

still talking about things death does (or perhaps did) i really like the boomerang entry, again there is always mention of deaths expertise in spell casting, it highlights the intellect of his character, he’s not just. guy who kills LOL. and he also plays fetch with his dog. and goes to random fields to do so

this one is my personal favorite they’re all nerds!!!!!!

Okay. There are two ideas I have of where he kept getting bacon from.

1. My personal headcannon that she just bought bacon snacks when they hung out with Mei and Mk. You know like, bacon bites, small chocolate covered bacon, pork rinds, all that jazz. They honestly had no idea why their family stopped cooking pork, so they just didn’t ask and went and bought it herself.

You absolutely did not get carried away! Thank you, this was fun. I don’t usually do this on my phone, but I’m too tired to get up so please bear with me. (Is it bear or bare? I argued with my grade 11 English teacher about this and I still don’t actually know the right answer…)

🍓 ⇢ how did you get into writing fanfiction? 

I started writing fan fiction when I was probably about 12 or 13? I literally did not have any reference point to the concept - I just loved TV and creating things and writing was an important hobby. I think I was frustrated with a topic not being given the attention I wanted in the show Ghost Whisperer (I was obsessed) so I just wrote it myself. The only way I knew to connect with fandom was through YouTube, as I’d been making fan montages for a while. I edited my story, chapter by chapter, into videos and posted it there. I didn’t end up finding fandom spaces for writing and community until I was about 18, when I joined tumblr and started reading on livejournal and fanfiction.net. I discovered screenwriting around that time, too, and fell in love with the idea of combining these things to make a career. (Only took me another decade to finally bite the bullet and dive in.) I’ve been writing and telling stories literally my entire life, and have studied the art form profusely throughout my education, but I definitely think I’ve seen the most growth in my work through the act of writing fan fiction - it fuels so much discipline while still giving you the space to experiment.

🔪 ⇢ what's the weirdest topic you researched for a writing project?

I looooove to research. I spend a lot of my time looking up words in other languages and reading articles about child development. For Vofreude I read a lot about the history surrounding the clitoris and its accurate portrayal in diagrams. I think the weirdest thing I dove deep into was how to hotwire a car, for Epithet.

🏜️ ⇢ what's your favourite type of comment to receive on your work?

Anything. I get really overwhelmed by long comments and freak out on how to respond, even though they mean so much. (I worry that people think that means I don’t care about those ones.) I love when people make jokes or compliment in a way that’s silly. Also a huge fan of bookmark notes - I go and read those a lot. I die when someone mentions that they loved something else I wrote for a different fandom and that they’re happy to find me again in a new fandom - that feels pretty life changing. In real life, anytime I can create something that makes my mom cry is an absolute win in my books - she doesn’t cry often, but I’ve gotten her with a few specific things through the years.

I will say, I find it easier to respond to comments in the first few days after a piece is posted. I adore getting comments later - that email notification is one hell of a dopamine boost - but I get anxious about answering. And then I get anxious about there being a comment I haven’t responded to. And then I get anxious about how much time has passed since the comment was posted and I’m not sure if it’s too late to answer. Vicious game.

🦴 ⇢ is there a piece of media that inspires your writing? 

Music. Everything I create always leads back to music. It’s how I yank myself out of blocks, usually. When I listen to music, I start to visualize how things might look or feel and then I try to emulate that in whatever I’m working on. It’s easiest for editing videos, as I picture the scenes that will match up to things. For writing, I just go with the vibes. Most of my stories have an accompanying playlist that I listen to when I’m writing in that universe.
