An Au where Saeran living a life like how Saeyoung expected him to have...

I've been considering an Au in which Saeran lives a regular life, considerably superior to Saeyoung if he hadn't been taken by the Mint Eyes in the first place. In this Au, Saeyoung still went to the agency to work as an informant and hide from his father, leaving Saeran in the care of V and Rika as promised. Rika is a stable mental person in a relationship with V, and they would help Saeran achieve a proper life by ensuring he received the necessary education. Saeran is a bright student who is constantly at the top of his class. Because of his gentle and reassuring attitude, he has many friends and crushes. He was enrolled in college, studying in a major he enjoys, and making everything that we wants.

But his heart would wrench in sorrow at times because he still missed Saeyoung as much as he used to, and he wondered how his twin was doing or if he was still alive. When he missed him, he would keep a diary about Saeyoung and constantly prayed that he was safe.

Being apart from Saeran has never been easy for Saeyoung, so he begged Rika to tell him how he was doing, and Rika provided Saeyoung a photo of Saeran from a high school graduation ceremony. Saeyoung was delighted and sobbing because he knew Saeran was fine and that God had answered his prayer, even if he was still living in hidden. But Saeyoung didn't mind; as long as happiness finds Saeran, he'll be satisfied. But, as grateful as he is, he still wishes and hopes that he can reach Saeran even once. So he had been stalking Saeran from afar, smiling as he observed him, but he didn't dare to get too close because it could affect Saeran because he isn't meant to have a family at his agency.

Saeyoung would often leave a present on Saeran's doorstep without revealing who sent it, along with a note congratulating him. Saeran had no idea who was sending the gifts over the past few days and couldn't think of anyone. Saeyoung, as greedy as he has become and wanting to meet his long-lost brother, hacks into Saeran's laptop and leaves a clue of an address, password, and other information on his screen without revealing who he will be meeting. Saeran hesitated since it sounded unsafe, but his heart kept encouraging him to go for it because he had a feeling it would be something "huge" and this was the only chance he had.

Saeyoung had been waiting, fidgeting his fingers anxiously and about to break down in tears. He knew it was a risky move, but he missed Saeran so much that he was prepared to sacrifice. He sprang out of his chair as soon as his door opened, and his heart fell.

Saeran was genuinely surprised the moment he turned his body back toward Saeran, and in seconds he wraps his arms around Saeyoung, he couldn't believe his eyes or this moment, because Saeyoung is in his arms, alive and breathing, and Saeran missed him so much, he couldn't breathe properly, with tears, just being thankful that his brother that he longed for is now in front of him.

Saeyoung couldn't stop crying as he returned the hug and apologised to Saeran for not telling him ahead of time and how difficult it was for him to leave his brother. Saeran shook his head, understanding that Saeyoung's intention is for his welfare, and he realised that Saeyoung sacrificed his happiness for Saeran's sake.

I'm dying to see this Au. Saeran would not leave Saeyoung with his agency, so he is doing everything he can to assist him, because he wants to live with his brother as they promised. In this Au, we may have his father after them, so they can work together to finally finish his father one and for all, and finally, finally they can live together. This is just a rough idea so, haha.

can't believe i went on that whole spiral in may 2022 trying to prove the neck touch thing Deeply Sinister (and many people to this day don't see it that way!!!) when it's literally right there in infinity war. that's where it leads. loki's love for his family + a possessive hand on his neck = loki being sacrificed. as many times as it takes for him to stay dead.

Clari you outdo yourself every time. I love Touya-nii more and more with each little snippet we get of him. Him pouting and acting like a jealous toddler over a fictional character is just so freaking funny and heartwarming at the same time. Thank you for always making my day.

ah my friend thank you so much!!!! hehehe i’m so glad to hear it <333 i know right!!! i was giggling to myself while writing that piece because obv dabi/touya IS fictional and it just makes me think of my two ultimate favourite characters (anakin/vader and touya/dabi) like,,, fighting over who’s my ULTIMATE ultimate fave ahahahaha but yes!! it’s interesting because like, as i’ve said before, touya is pretty damn confident in his looks. he knows he’s insanely attractive even with the scars and the tattoos, but hayden is sooooooooo like,,, Typical Handsome Man, if that makes sense??? so touya seeing HIS baby fawn over this prototypical model-esque man is bound to hit a nerve in some way. but either way, in that piece touya’s jealousy stems much more from a deeply rooted possessiveness and a need to own and be THE BEST (or the most well liked haha) than it does from any sort of physical insecurity <3 AWWW HEHEHE thank YOU for always sending in such lovely feedback!!! it means so much to me <33
