This has got to be one of the most loud and random Dangerous Reunion episodes so far lol. I had to listen to it more than once because they were all talking so much and at the same time 😅 There was also an interesting bit at the end where they got into a funny conversation about blcds. Konishi (who says he hasn't "graduated" from doing blcds) mentions he's only ever been a seme and Okitsu says it's about half seme and half uke roles for him. I remember Hirarin said the same thing about his blcd roles in the one with Hatano a few months back.

Oh, Logico’s definitely just some hunt in him for sure. I feel like a lot of Eye-coded detectives do (such as Arthur Lester from Malevolent)! I saw you reblogged the full post with Web!Irratino and I think I’m pretty set on that but Distortion!Irratino is also itching the brain in all the right places. I’ll have to revisit all of these once I’m done with the books! Still only in the first one but I am chompinnnn on all these takes! GAH!!

TMA x Murdle AU ideas

Okay I have no idea how many Murdle fans have heard of or are fans of The Magnus Archive, but I'm making this post anyway because my brain has Thoughts.

If any TMA fans want to check out Murdle, they're a series of logic puzzle books that I have fallen in love with. If you like logic puzzles, I highly recommend you check it out! I'm just going to be talking about Detective Logico and Inspector Irratino.

The one idea I really like is

Regular Detective Logico x Distortion!Irratino

Just, and this would never work in the TMA universe but let me dream, I want Logico to logic his way out of The Hallways. Specifically, by going "okay, logic isn't getting me anywhere. What would Irratino do?" And basically un-logic himself out of there. Because that would be amazing.

There are so many directions you could go with this it's wild.

- Distortion!Irratino just showing up as a hallucination to Logico in reflective surfaces and giving him hints to help Logico solve murders

- Irratino being a normal person when he first meets Logico then becoming the Distortion sometime after

- Irratino defending Logico from another Avatar, bonus points if that's his reveal to Logico that he's an Avatar, bonus bonus points if it's A. Logico's first time being exposed to Avatars or B. Logico finds that seeing Irratino covered in someone else's blood in defense of him is really hot and distracting him from the fact that Irratino no longer has the proper proportions.

- Logico either missing every sign and signal that Irratino is a Spiral!Avatar or Logico spotting every single sign that Irratino is a Spiral Avatar but thinking it's a side effect of Irratino's illogical methods and politely ignoring it like a champ

There are a few other combos I can imagine:

1. Eye!Logico x Spiral!Irratino

Logico is so Eye coded with being able to solve all the murders that come up all the time through deductive reasoning.

Irratino gives off Spiral vibes with all his marot readings, esoteric abilities, and general lack of logical reasoning.

2. End!Irratino

So apparently, Irratino fakes his death every Sunday, and it's so convincing that Logico falls for it every time. The thought of him actually dying each time and resurrecting as a way to farm fear off Logico.

Maybe Irratino is marked by the End and attracts murderers to him. Logico keeps investigating his murder each time and the fear never fades with time, and the two start interacting outside of the murder scenes.

1. Hunt!Both

While they highly differ in their methods, they are hunting down murderers literally everywhere they go. Probably still touched by the Eye and the Spiral, but they solve murders everyday with a pretty regular cast of characters.

You know what, variation of this where Logico is a Hunt Avatar and Irratino is his dutiful boyfriend who fakes his own death once a week so his boyfriend doesn't get too antsy when there's nothing to do. Logico considers him a part of his hunting pack, even if he isn't a typical Hunter.
