THIS DUMBASS WAS TOLD "hey can you stop me from ruining the world?" aND THOUGHT KILLING HIM WOULD HELP 😭 LIKE WHAT??? WHY DID YOU THINK MURDER WAS THE BEST OPTION???
Viktor was so at peace w/ just helping ppl out. sure it was cultish but he wasn't directly brain washing them like he did AFTER jayce decided to blow him up. LITERALLY WHY DIDNT HE JUST TALK TO HIM
they REALLY could've found a better way to work it out but Jayce had the mental capacity of "monkay see monkay do" type shit 😭😭😭😭😭PLEASE JAYCE YOU ARE SO SO SO DUMB I love you but YOU HAVE THE BRAIN OF A GOLDEN RETRIEVER. LIKE HOW DID YOU GET "Kill me" OUT OF "stop me"???? LIKE WHATTTT LIKE. WHAT.
What hurts so much more is they REALLY could've had a nice life after. I mean sure they'd still have to figure out how to get rid of the hex shit which is basically whats keeping Viktor alive, but theres no way Viktor would've been like "erm ur lying!" if jayce had told him "I got lost in the sauce and was brought to a dimension where the world was destroyed because of hextech by you from another dimension and you told me that it will destroy the world if I don't stop you. pls dont do this" LIKE IT REALLY COULD'VE BEEN THAT EASY. THERES NO WAY VIKTOR WOULD BE LIKE "aaahh u mad idgaf 😛" he'd be like "what? but how and why? everyone will be perfect" and then Jayce could've been like "you dont need to be perfect" blah blah
JAYCE COULD EVEN COUNTER THAT ARGUEMENT WITH "u even said it urself in both our dimensions" LIKE U "WANTED ME TO DESTROY IT, BUT NOW WE CAN" TYPE SHIT PLEASE
IT QUITE LITERALLY IS JAYCE'S FAULT. Jayce did something that is considered a human flaw and when Viktor saw that he said "ugh flaws r so stupid and gay" and JUsT POSSESSED EVERYONE.
WHY WOULD YOU TRY TO KILL SOMEONE WHO LITERALLY LOOKS LIKE JESUS AND HAS A FOLLOWING OF OVER 100 PEOPLE???
WHY WOULD U TRY AND KILL UR MENTALLY ILL BOYFRIEND BECAUSE HE HIMSELF TOLD U TO JUST STOP HIM??
WHY JAYCEEuh
ugh himbos. at least vi was in the right when her and cait broke up, but even still Vi and Jayce are just dumb and dumber istg
and it suddenly makes so much sense why it’s Jayce’s hand that’s putting the mask on Viktor.
we all know Viktor is not actually dead — he’s gonna get resurrected again, and probably made into his LoL accurate self by Signed.
Jayce is the one who kills him and therefore allows this to happen.
he is the one to create the Machine Herald.

how do you think the cod men would react to you hiding an injury (from a mission) from them?
(annoyed i had a draft of this ready but my laptop decided to act up and i lost it, so i had to rewrite it again)
𓆩♡𓆪 Headcanon: Hiding An Injury From Them
ઇଓ Price, Ghost, Soap, Gaz, Roach, Alejandro, Rudy, Phillip Graves, Makarov, Keegan, König, Horangi, Nikto
Price
it wasn't until after the mission that he noticed you clutching your side, your hand curved protectively over the wound that was surely getting worse by the minute or so he feared
he insisted on taking you to the medic right away, and as you were being examined he stayed right outside the room, he really wished you had told him, he was captain so he had to know if one of his had been injured
you were left to rest but the next day he came back, when you awoke he was there by your bedside, "why didn't you tell me?"
he just wants you to know that you need to trust him, he's more worried than anything on why you didn't come to him, did you not trust him?
Ghost
while you were seeking shelter he noticed the way you limped, you hadn't said anything but anyone who looked at you could see how terribly you tried to hide your pain
he sighs and trudges towards you, as if annoyed he has to do this, but he takes you aside and has you show him the injury, it wasn't as bad as he thought it was which is why he's a little relieved
as he bandages you up he's mostly silent, he wanted to scold you, to say something to get this feeling off his chest but when you gasp in pain when his fingers apply too much pressure he can't bring himself to be annoyed at you
you're left feeling the phantom touch of his fingers and how he gentled when he saw you wince in pain
Soap
you two were almost always assigned together or ended up finding one another and watching each other's back, so you were always in his subconscious; he just couldn't let anything happen to you
yet, in the blink of an eye it had happened, you brushed it off as being just fine, that it was only the debris and nothing more, nothing vital had been hit
but when you went back to base and he didn't see you around for a couple of days and found out you had been sent to recovery he rushed to find you, "you told me you were fine!", and he's upset you weren't honest when he asked
you two were a team...always working together so he definitely gets cross about the matter for a little while afterwards but not for long because he's still checking up and asking how you're holding up
Gaz
when you were a rookie you went to him for almost everything, he was the one you felt safest with and he had treated you with the most respect even if you were still learning and made mistakes
so he couldn't help but feel forgotten or sidelined when you didn't tell him about your injury, in fact, you weren't planning on telling anyone because you didn't want to make a 'big deal' out of it, you had been doing so well and you didn't want anyone to know you had messed up
yet, he found you taking painkillers and stuffing rags of blood down to the bottom of the trashcan, "how long have you been covering this?!" as he rushed to take care of it for you
he was stunned to find out you had been trying to take care of it yourself, still he remained patient as he somewhat understand why you did it
Roach
he went into panic thinking something worse would happen if you didn't tell someone right away, but you tried to tell him it wasn't that bad as a knife was sticking out of your leg
neither of you knew what to do other than informing someone, as help was on the way he shushed you and was 'calming' you down when you weren't even showing distress
he loves being helpful when he can so he stuck around to see if there was anything you needed whether that be emotional support or medicine; he was ready to help
Alejandro
he'd mutter a few curses before ordering some soldiers around to get an emergency kit, you try to move into a more comfortable position but he scolds you to hold it, you're making it worse
"this is serious you idiot, stuff like this can't be held off until later" and he might go off into a long rant but really he's trying to distract his mind as he cleans your wound and wraps it
he implements a new rule; everyone must report what they're doing or what has happened to them at all times during a mission, doesn't matter if they're taking a dump or if they got a papercut they gotta report that too
really he's just worried you'll get hurt and he won't be there in time to aid you
Rudy
he's all over you, anxious and troubled that one, you were injured and second, you were intentionally hiding it from him! he's more disappointed than anything
"i'm so sorry, you'll be fine.. i promise" he comforts as you're being patched up and treated, it probably hurt him more than you but you swear he's being a little over the top
back at base, there is not a day that goes by without him coming by to see you and bringing something for you, he doesn't even get mad at you for trying to hide the injury from him, he most likely forgot
Phillip Graves
"no, no- fuck, why?!" he focused in on solely you when a soldier told him about the injury you were trying to hide, but he cares too much, and you've seen how he is with his Shadows, of course he wouldn't let something like this slip by him
doesn't matter if you can walk yourself but you're not doing anything without assistance anymore until you're completely healed, it's sort of heartwarming in a way
he makes it very clear that this doesn't happen again, and you think he's talking about the injury but no he's referring to you hiding that you're hurt, he doesn't mind offering help he just doesn't want you suffering in silence
Makarov
he can't help but feel guilty, he should've known the risk for sending you out there and now the result is you needing emergency care, thankfully you weren't in too much pain
still, to him this is very serious, "this is serious! tell me what happened, who did it?", he's ready to go out there and find the bastard who had the audacity to do this, but you tell him it was kind of your own fault because everything had gone well it was actually due to your clumsiness that you had stumbled and hurt yourself on the way back
he doesn't know if that's another lie but since you seem better now he'll take it
Keegan
you've seen how much he yells during missions, so you know you're in for a reprimand the moment he figures out you're hurt, it's just a matter of time until he notices
strangely, when he does notice the blood through your clothes his eyes only widen as he points out the stained cloth and then gets to work silently as he uncovers the wound
you nervously try to tell him it's not that bad and he shouldn't be fussing over it but he just rolls his eyes, "not that bad you say? are you even looking at it?"
yeah it was pretty bad
König
he gets nervous the moment you show the slightest sign of discomfort so it's no strange that you'd hide an injury he's surely freak out over, you just don't want to cause him to lose focus
little do you know, the other soldiers are his eyes and ears as they report to him your injuries, he comes and says it's best you go back to base a little earlier, you protest thinking it's not fair that the others have sustained worse injuries yet they still have to keep going forward with the mission
but he just wants to prevent you from getting hurt worse and being so far away from a medic who could treat you end up with terrible health complications
Horangi
you and him tended to play around during missions, as if not taking them seriously, until it resulted in you getting hurt, he went serious after that even though to tried brushing it off
he could see you tense up a bit, your body sensitive to the throbbing pain that was begging to be taken care of, you needed rest and you weren't going to give it what it needed, he really wished he could be more caring and nurturing in this moment
he can only tell you to breathe slowly, to focus on the stars above you right now and hope you got to a medic soon, he wants you to realize you're not fine and that this could have been prevented, if only he had been more on guard
Nikto
he's seen people get their arm blown off, maybe even lose a leg and he barely bats an eye at it, so why is he constantly looking over at you who seems to be suppressing pain?
to him if blood isn't noticeable then it's no reason for alarm, and even then a little blood never hurt anyone, but your throbbing pain only gets stronger and he can see it in your eyes, the desperation and how you wish you had painkillers right now
while everyone else is asleep he orders you to tell him what's hurting and he tries his best to take care of it, he's built a high pain tolerance over the years but will feel disquieted when you appear worn out

McLaren hat / OP81
Summary: Oscar x girlfriend!reader - You never realised how much pressure would come from simply being a Formula 1 WAG, and start to go a little bonkers with all the PR.
Warnings: I don't remember if Abu Dhabi was hot this season (probably like wasn't at all) but just pretend it was okay?, stress, kind of low self image, anxiety, taking great lengths just to feel accepted
Requested?: No
"Hey Y/n- whoa." As soon as Oscar looks up from his phone at you, his eyes widen and his eyebrows shoot up.
You watch as he looks you over, and immediately say, "Does it look alright?"
"Does it look alright?!" Oscar asks, standing up right away to be in front of you. "Y/n, you look gorgeous." He steps closer, taking your hands, looking at your tight, short black dress, leather boots, and (of course) the McLaren hat upon your head.
"You sure?"
"What do you mean, 'you sure?'?! Of course I'm sure!" he says with a little smile, his eyes returning back to your gaze. "But what made you decide to dress like a model today, anyway?"
You smile softly, glancing away, feeling comforted by his validation, before saying with a little shrug, "I don't know. Just felt like it." Most of the time, you just wear casual clothes: a McLaren shirt and hat, white jeans, and maybe sunglasses. So you can get how Oscar would be so shocked. You suppose you just weren't expecting this much of a reaction.
He brushes your cheek, saying, "You did your makeup differently, too, didn't you?"
"Yeah... is it too much?"
"Not at all. It's bold, but I like it."
You nod with a little relieved sigh. "You sure?"
He nods confidently. "Positive."
"Oh, good," another little smile creeps up on your face. "That's good to hear. Well, I guess I should leave you to your duties now, Oscar. See you later!" you begin to turn around to leave, but he suddenly grabs your hand to pull you back.
He gives you a quick kiss on your cheek and mutters, "Have fun, beautiful," before letting go of your hand again and letting you walk off.
"Oh! Oscar! Don't you think I would look pretty in this...?" you ask excitedly, tugging his hand, holding up a top on a clothes hanger. It's been two hours already of you dragging Oscar from store to store, buying and trying on clothes, simply because you wanted to apparently 'get more nice clothes to wear to F1 races,' and Oscar hasn't had the heart yet to suggest finishing up.
"Hm? Oh, yeah, I think you would..." he says, a bit distant, before snapping back into it and saying, "But red's not really your color. Not that you don't look good in it. You look good in everything you wear. I'm just saying-"
"No, no, I get it... I just remember Alex wearing something like this..."
"Alex?" Oscar asks, confused. "Alex who?"
"Oh, you know. Alexandra," when he just proceeds to look even more confused, you add, "Charles's girlfriend?"
"Oh..." Oscar nods as he realizes who you're even talking about, and shrugs, before saying after a few seconds, a bit confused, "Well, of course she'd be wearing red. She's Ferrari."
You crinkle your nose. "Do you really expect me to wear bright orange, Oscar?"
He snorts and says, "No. All I'm saying is that maybe she just wears red for Ferrari. I don't know, I'm not paying attention to her. I only pay attention to you, and though I think you look beautiful in red or not, either way, all I'm saying is that it's just not your color. Besides, you told me to be honest at the beginning of all this. I'm just trying to do what you want me to do. But in then end, I don't really care what you wear; you look amazing either way."
You frown, and suddenly groan, "I wish I looked good in red!"
Oscar smiles, still a bit confused at this complaint. "Why?" he asks earnestly.
You shrug, glancing back down at the shirt. "I dunno. Because Alex looks so good in red."
Oscar cocks his head a bit, apparently still not really understanding. "Who cares what Alexandra looks good in? Because I certainly don't."
You sigh, getting a bit exasperated. "I don't know! I guess I'm just trying to look pretty on the paddock, but I look sucky in all the lovely styles that everyone else always wears!"
"Whoa, whoa, whoa," Oscar says, his hand immediately going to your shoulder. "First of all, you never, ever look sucky, no matter what you're wearing. Second of all, in my opinion, you're always the prettiest in the paddock, no matter who's there. And third of all, who says you have to wear the styles everybody else is wearing? I think your current style is perfectly lovely and fine and beautiful, but even if you do want to change it up, you can find your own. Or invent your own. You don't have to copy Alexandra, or whoever else."
But you only hear half of what he's really saying, and register nearly none of it, and the moment he stops talking, you hold up yet another red top (that honestly doesn't really look that different to Oscar), and say, "How about this one? It's a different shade," holding it up to yourself.
Realizing that this really isn't a battle he's going to win, Oscar just sighs, smiles, and nods, saying, "Actually, yeah. I like the fit would be good. And this color suits you a bit more, too." To him, it looks like the exact same color.
You grin, seeming much more pleased, "Oh, good! Can I go try it on?"
Oscar sigh a bit, smiling and shaking his head, murmuring, "M-hm, sounds good. Can't wait to see it on you, beautiful."
As you walk off to the changing room, Oscar thinks he hears you murmur something about how 'maybe you should just go more for Carmen's style.' Oscar's eyebrows just scrunch together at that, and as he sits down outside the changing rooms to wait for you to come show him, all he can think is, Maybe that's just the way girls are, and I really don't understand them after all.
The excitement of having some of the prettiest girls in the paddock complimenting your outfits is almost too much. The girls that you admire so much.
The ones that handle the fame and attention so well.
You feel like you're already doing better with all that stuff. Once you're convinced you look good, which usually takes at least a half hour of switching outfits, at least twenty reassurances from Oscar, and at least one outside person complimenting your appearance, you feel like a different person.
Like you could conquer the world!
Well, Oscar's not a very sensitive person, nor overly perceptive. It doesn't bother him that you seem to be a bit preoccupied. Not really. Sure, there are some times he wishes you were around when you're not, like you used to be, but he doesn't take it personally. He wants the best for you. And if the best of you is to distance yourself a bit in order to find yourself, or whatever you're doing, he trusts you. As long as you keep saying there's nothing wrong, and you're all good, he'll keep being the first person to believe it.
He just keeps sort of ignoring his intuition telling him that something is just off. Because you're not just growing. It's almost as if you're changing into a new person. Not the girl he asked out years ago. Not the girl he's fallen in love with. On the outside, on the paddock, in public, with all the cameras on you, you seem like the bubbly, friendly perfect type of girl with everything all right. You've never really been that type. Of course, you've always been happy, and to him, you're just perfect. But you've never been so camera hungry and extroverted like you seem to be now. You seem so confident in yourself, it almost seems fake. Though Oscar would never dare consider that thought anymore. It's just that in private, you seem to be the polar opposite of that: tired, quiet, let down. It's like the balanced girl he knew that was consistent nearly all the time has just switched to opposite extremes in different situations. And, well, Oscar has no idea why. He'd be lying if he were to say he wasn't concerned.
But he also can't see any way it'd be right to bring it up.
He just kind of misses the way it used to be. The way you used to be.
"Oscar!" his thoughts are suddenly interrupted by your voice and your footsteps entering the room. It's the early morning before he has to head to the paddock to begin the last race weekend of the season, and he's been laying in bed on his phone for a few minutes, waiting for you to get out of the hotel bathroom so he can have a quick shower.
"Yes?" Oscar asks, setting his phone down as you enter the room. You enter the room to show him your clothes, feeling slightly nervous, and unsure, like countless times before.
You twirl in your outfit, which consists of a white strapless top, dress pants, and black high heels. "How do I look?"
This has been going on for months, now. Probably about half the season. And in that moment, it just kind of snaps in Oscar's brain, and without thinking, and without being supportive like he always is, he decides that today, he's going to be honest. "Well, you look gorgeous. As always, of course, Y/n." He sits up and slips off the bed, before continuing practically, "But how thick are those pants? It's supposed to be killer hot today, and I'd hate for you to cook in those. I mean, they do make you look killer hot. They do look nice. And the high heels are lovely, but you always talk about how much your feet hurt after wearing those. Especially out on the paddock? And," he adds, reaching you, so he's nice and close to you, before picking up his McLaren cap off the hotel nightstand and sticking it on your head, "When did you stop wearing this hat, hm? I always thought you looked adorable in it."
You stare at each other for a few seconds, as if neither of you were expecting all that to come out of Oscar's mouth.
But what happens next is about the last thing Oscar would expect.
You take the hat off your head, throw it at his feet, turn on your heel, and walk straight out of that hotel room.
It all happens so fast, Oscar doesn't even have a moment to register what just happened and call you back before the door shuts behind you.
Ten unread messages from Oscar, and you don't even know why you're so mad, but the last thing you want to do right now is see him.
The first thing you want to do is think through it. Convince yourself he's wrong, and you're right.
He wants me to be a certain way for some reason, and it bothers him that I'm becoming who I want to be? So he just likes an ordinary girl with ordinary looks and ordinary fashion and an ordinary personality?
The truth is, you have no idea why he'd want that more than what you're trying to be.
Maybe he's just controlling? He just wants control over what you wear and how you act? But for the years you've dated him, he's never displayed qualities like those.
Then what is it? your brain screams, and for some reason, tears begin to fill your eyes.
And that's when a whisper of a thought dares to say, Doesn't Oscar want the best for you?
Is doing all this really the best for you?
But all the PR and popularity with fans it's brought you... it's so... validating.
But also so exhausting.
And when you come home at the end of the day, don't you want nothing more than to just take that mask off and destroy it?
You know how fake it is. It's like you work every day to make your mask become your face, but that will never happen, and that's painful.
You were happier before, but your outward 'success' was, like, close to nothing.
Do you really want this?
Can you even give up now?
With all the validation from the fans and media?
Maybe Oscar was a bit much today in the hotel. He was. But maybe he had a point, too...
It's like you can't stop. You keep it up for the rest of the weekend, even to Oscar, now, pretending everything is okay, and it's too much.
But you can't stop.
At the end of the weekend, though, after it's all said and done and you've had enough and all you want is to go to sleep and let your dreams sweep you away, everything in you wants to break down.
You need to be alone.
You need to be alone so you can finally be real.
And, of course, when you walk into the hotel room, there Oscar is, sitting by the window.
Just looking out of it.
"What are you doing?" you demand in slight confusion.
You see him look at you in the reflection of the glass. He doesn't even turn around.
Is this all I am now? Merely a reflection in the glass of the person I was to him?
"Looking out the window, and you?"
"That's all?"
He nods, before finally glancing back at you. Showing you his real, handsome face.
It's late, so late.
He just won his driver's championship, and all you want to do is fall apart.
Why isn't he more happy?
Probably just tired.
And here you are, with your nerve, saying, "Oscar, would you mind leaving?"
You see his eyes flash in confusion in the glass. Fear, even, maybe for just a second. He stands up and faces you, his hands going to your shoulders. "Leaving?"
"Just for... a bit."
"Why?" he demands.
"I need some alone time."
He stares, his eyes softening further, before murmuring, "Since when have you ever asked me for that? How many times have we been alone together?"
"Aren't I allowed some privacy, Oscar?"
"Isn't your whole life privacy, by now, Y/n?" It's not an accusation. It's a desperate question, that you have no answer to.
Because you don't want to say yes, but you can't say no. "Please, Osc..." you murmur, trying to keep it together. "I need this time."
"Darling..." he whispers, like a silent prayer.
Your stomach lurches. Why is he calling me that?
Doesn't he only talk like that when he needs me?
"Oscar, listen..."
"Please..." he whispers. "Let it go. At least for me. Don't you see this isn't good for you?"
"Oscar, I-" your voice cracks.
He sighs. "We don't have to talk. We don't have to lay together, or sit together, or be next to each other. We could be on completely opposite sides of the room as each other." He gulps, before adding, "Just let us be alone together. Like we used to always be, when it hurt, and we needed alone time, but we knew we'd both always be there when the other needed it. It's starting to feel so lonely out here without you, darling..." he stroke your cheek gently.
You gulp, fighting back tears.
"Take off those shoes, go put on your pajamas. Just relax, beautiful. Let your cover fall. I don't ever want to forget the you you are without it."
"Do you want me to cry?"
"Never."
"Then why-"
"Because I'd rather you cry if you need to than hold it in and let it rot the inside of you, love."
Love.
"That's the first time you've ever called me that..." you murmur as you slowly lean against the bed to slip off your shoes.
He smiles softly, which surprises you.
You quickly slip on pajamas, before crawling into bed, and murmuring, despite yourself, "Can you come over?"
And in seconds, Oscar's crawling into bed next to you, tucking the two of you in.
"Hold me."
"It's my pleasure," he responds softly, gently pulling you into his chest.
You lay there like that for a while, before whispering, your voice so weak, "Oh, God, Oscar... I'm so, so tired."
"I know you are, darling. I know." He kisses the tops of your head.
Your voice cracks a bit, and this time, you let the tear fall. "I just... I just felt like maybe I should've... been more like them. I'll admit it, I got jealous."
Oscar strokes your hair.
You swallow. More tears fall. "I just guess I felt like I wasn't good enough, but they all were."
"Good enough for what?"
You stare, the question lingering like a germ in the air. "For the media. For the fans. For every single person watching me every single race weekend."
He kisses your nose. "Pressure got to you. Did you ever feel like you weren't good enough for yourself?"
You swallow, shrugging. Nod a bit.
He sighs softly, nodding. Takes your hand and begins whispering, "I want you to know. You're worthy of every single kiss, every single hug, every single sigh, every single tear. You're worthy of every single star in the sky, every single drop in the ocean. You're worthy of laughter and sunshine and so, so much love. You're worthy of..." Oscar trails off, suddenly feeling an unexpected wave of emotion hit himself, before he gains his grip once more again and continues with, in merely a soft whisper, "You're worthy of all the joy and goodness in with world. And you'd know that if you knew how much joy and goodness you project into the world, without even trying, without even thinking about it." He swallows to keep his voice from cracking, and finishes with, "Please know, no matter what happens, or whatever anyone says, I'll always love you for who you are. I'll always be here to be your home. I want you for everything you are, and nothing that you feel you've ought to be. Because to me, you're perfect just the way you are. That is the kind of worth you have, and I wish you could see that, too."
The moment the last beautiful whisper of a word exits his mouth, you break down, fall into him, and cry. And he whispers about wiping away every single one of your tears, because you deserve none of the pain you're going through.
The fact that you've done all this, and brought it on yourself, and hurt him, and he stills says this.
Once your tears have subsided, Oscar smiles a bit, looking into your eyes like you're the most beautiful sunrise, or sparkling dew fresh in the morning, or the glimmer of the sun on the ocean, or any other beautiful thing that could fascinate even the coldest of people. And he whispers, wiping away the last of your stray tears, "Dress for no one but yourself, love. Be who you are. Because whatever you want to wear, you'll stun me. And I love you for exactly the person you are, nt the person you feel you ought to be. Whether you're in an evening gown with the most beautifully done makeup, or in your pajamas with tangled up hair, to me, you'll always, no matter what, be the most gorgeous, amazing, beautiful, perfect woman I have ever set my eyes upon."
Your breath catches in your throat. "Oscar, you..." You're utterly speechless.
He holds you close, and for the first time in months, you feel a certain peace envelop you.
You feel like you're home again.
Maybe all you needed was a good cry and the most perfect boyfriend any girl could ask for.
As your exhausted body gives itself away to slumber you hear Oscar murmur after gently kissing your scalp, "Can't wait to see you in my McLaren hat again, darling."
And you fall asleep with a smile on your face.

summary: billie will do anything to make sure that you're feeling the best you can... which may play a part in her massive praise kink.
warnings: smut, sub!top!billie, praise, mommy kink, dom!bottom!reader, desperation, teasing, and subspace if you really truly squint.
her tongue worked furiously against your center, finding every crevice and diving into it, wanting to hear your moans. you knew her incentive, and wanting play a little game with her, stayed as quiet as you could.
billie's eyes looked up at yours, wide with insecurity at your silence, though a spark of hope bled through that maybe if she asked, you'd be louder. "m-mommy? i-is this not feeling good...?" she mumbled against your core, her pleading smile falling at the thought that she wasn't making you feel like you were on cloud nine. you were, of course, but she didn't have to know that right now.
opting to just not speak, you weaved your fingers into the sheets, a telltale sign of pleasure. billie, ever the attentive submissive, noticed, but still felt horrible. she truly thought you were unhappy with her. "m-mommy, please... i-i wanna make you feel s'good..." her eyes glossing over as she desperately tried to make you feel good, body wiggling and squirming each time she licked you, sensitive to your taste.
"a-am i too clothed...?" she asked, taking off her bra. while not the case, you did almost let a moan slip loosely at the sight of her now bare chest. it was so hard for you to contain it all as your precious baby girl was trying so hard to please her mommy.
"p-please, mommy! i-i need you so bad! i need to make you feel good, please mommy! i-i'll be the best girl in the whole world!" she cried out in broken sobs, practically losing it. her soft lips pouted and quivered, she seemed like she was so sad. your submissive little girl squirming as she ate you out, sensitive, longing, and desperate. you knew that she had so clearly been a good girl, and though she'd done nothing wrong, you decided to end this little game, putting her out of her misery.
moans quickly filled the room, your eyes rolling to the back of your head. billie, eyes wide and smile present, went back to excitedly digging her tongue back into your pussy. her tongue filling you oh so nicely as she used her pointer finger and thumb to flick and pinch your clit.
"that's it, my girl, so good!" you screamed, your hands leaving the sheets and tangling into her hair, your back arching with every kiss on your entrance and clit. your nails raked across her scalp comfortingly, helping remind her who was in charge here (though she never questioned it at all). "i-i'm trying so bad... p-please!! a-am i doing g-good...?" she sobbed with wide eyes, pleasure over taking both you and her as her nose hit your clit perfectly.
"yes, baby, so good, billie! you're such a good girl for me, such a submissive little girl who wants to make her mommy proud", you choked out, so lost in pleasure that you nearly cried. billie knew you were close, pushing her fingers into you to stretch you out just the way you needed to be.
drunk on your praise the the overwhelming feeling and taste of you, came with your permission. after a few "thank you mommy!!"s, her cute cotton pink and white striped panties were utterly ruined. "c-can i take these off, mommy?" she pleaded, but the idea that she'd have to sit all day in her own cum made you closer to the edge, "no, baby girl. you're dealing with the consequences of cumming in your panties".
once reaching your high and falling down hard, you looked at billie. the precious girl had your cum on her chin, cheeks, nose, and lips, looking up at you with her big, innocent eyes, her peach lips swollen from hours of nonstop use on you.
"you did such a good job, baby girl. such a good girl for me."

taste (y. jw)
✎ yang jungwon x reader synopsis you and Jungwon were drinking together, until you impulsively recommended to play spicy drinking games. he eventually agreed with your idea, and from there on you could discover something that he's been hiding from you and you decide to make it come true. genre drinking together, reader has supposedly bad drinking tolerance but actually lasted the entire way, drinking game, jungwon respects boundaries (as he should) but reader likes to push it, jungwon is shy when getting onto the spicy topics unlike reader who's bold, Hershey's chocolate syrup, teasing, not proofread warnings spicy drinking game/spicy question(s), VERY ALMOST smut (read at your own caution), very suggestive, food related (smudging on areas on the body to clean up), vivid description of licking, hickies word count 1.4k cly's note honestly writing suggestive/almost smut fics are lowkey out of my comfort zone but i wanted to give yall another one after seeing how much support dangerous got. if i wasn't so awkward with this topic, jungwon would've been more bold and confident LOL. don't think i wrote this as well as dangerous but hope yall enjoy this too!
As you finished taking a shot, you immediately gulped down the liquid in an attempt to reduce the effects that the alcohol has on you. You sighed as you felt the burning sensation in your throat, your face tensing up as you slowly felt the sensation disappear. Jungwon chuckled as he held up the alcohol bottle and poured you another shot. As the sensation in your throat fully died off, you quickly cleared your throat, "I'm done".
He gave you an approving hum and smile as he patted your back, knowing that you weren't such a good drinker unlike him. You sat back on your chair, letting your head hang over the edge as you stared into the ceiling. The room was dimly lit up by a warm light, the walls and ceiling looking more of a dark orange.
You could almost tell that feeling in your stomach was coming — y'know, that feeling when you drink a lot of alcohol. Your head was starting to feel light and as your heart starts to race, you suddenly feel like you want to do a lot of things.
"Hey!" you called out, and Jungwon's eyebrows raised, anticipating to what you were going to say next. "Drinking game, let's play," you suggested.
And that was exactly how you got even more wasted. You were panting as you felt your head spin, almost feeling like you were going to pass out. Jungwon laughed as he watched you in your drunken state, folding his arms and relaxing back on his chair, "Are you sure you can continue? I can bring you to bed now if you want".
"No!" you slammed your shot glass down onto the table, determined to prove that you could drink more, even if your boyfriend already knew damn well that you were already pass your limit. "I.. can do thiss," you mumbled, your speech already starting to slur from the alcohol.
"Y'know what?!" you exclaimed, standing up from your chair and slightly startling Jungwon and you looked at him with determined eyes, "Spicy. Let's play spicy".
Jungwon's eyes were slightly widened as he realised what you were asking for. You wanted to play spicy drinking games, and his mind has run wild, the number of things he wants to do being unlimited. His face slightly burns up at the idea and he shook his head.
"I'd love to, but-" "Wonnie!" "You're drunk, Y/N."
You pouted. "So what?!" He ran his fingers throug his hair, feeling slightly agitated. "I don't want to take advantage of that!"
You looked at him with half-lidded eyes, "I don't care. Do it".
He bit his lip, and if you were sober enough, you can physically see him lose control from the way his brows furrow and how he exhaled audibly. He was losing it. He wanted to respect boundaries, and you were tempting him.
He spoke, his voice deep. "Who was your best kiss? Me or yor ex?". You chuckled, your eyelids barely opened as you pointed at him without hesitation. "You, duh". You've slightly sobered up already since all you've been doing is answering his questions honestly, avoiding any shots.
He nodded his head in approval, trying his best to compose yourself until you continued talking. "I fucking love the way your lips ruin me whenever—".
Jungwon, with his reddened ears, covered your mouth which silenced you. You giggled as his mouth prevented you from talking, and you could hear him sigh. Though he agreed to play your spicy "Truth or Drink" game, he still wanted to respect the boundaries, but you were forcing him to push it, his self-control slowly slipping away.
He sighed as he slowly released your mouth, watching you as he slowly leaned back. "It's your turn," he furrowed his eyebrows upwards, feeling slightly shy as to what you might ask him. You've always found him adorable that he was always shy at these topics even when you and him have already done a lot.
You decided to shoot a question, "Do you have any fantasies I don't know about?".
He seemed to ponder for a second, his eyes looking empty and him pursing his lips, and just as soon as he picked up his shot glass and was about to gulp it down, you grabbed his wrist to prevent it from moving.
Your eyes were dark and determined. "What is it?" your tone sounding open, yet demanding. The tension in the air suddenly grew, the silence becoming more unbearable as you two stared into each other's eyes. He grew more nervous, gulping and pursing his lips as you could see him decide if he should tell you or not.
"It's okay, baby," you comforted him, encouraging him to be more open.
"Food" he quicky muttered. "What?" "I said food."
You looked at his face and you could tell his face was completely red, and you knew it wasn't from the alcohol. He bit his lip and furrowed his eyebrows, feeling sheepish that he finally admitted something he'd been hiding.
"What about it?" "The thought of you smearing food on your naked body for me to clean up with my mouth is just.."
His whole face was a bright shade of red and he broke eye contact, afraid to see what kind of facial expression you're making to his confession. You lifted his chin up with your finger, "Let's do it".
There were two differences that were made. One being that you were now shifted into your room from the living room since Jungwon offered to carry you with his trustworthy strength and arms, and second being that you were completely bare. You hugged your legs as the cold air hit your body, waiting for Jungwon to return until you heard the door slowly creak open.
Jungwon appeared, holding the Hershey's syrup bottle you stored in your refrigerator, and at the the bare sight of you, his breath hitched. He gulped as he walked towards you, being conscious of the way you were w him wtching with pedatory gaze.
He gulped as he climbed onto the bed, his knees pressing onto the sheets, staring at you, having a flustered expression take over his facial features. No, this wasn't his first rodeo with you, but it was his first with his most hidden fantasy.
He slowly handed you over the syrup bottle, your fingers brushing his for a moment and without a moment of hesitation, you immediately started to squeeze out the syrup onto different parts of your body — your knees, outer thighs, stomach, collarbone, neck.
His eyes widened as he took in the sight of you being fully covered in syrup. His heart skipped a beat as he took a few seconds to scan your entire body up and down. He licked his lips and he slowly started to climb over you, eyeing the first spot that he wanted to clean up first — your knees.
His tip of his tongue flicked against your knee, the temperature difference between his tongue and your skin making you shiver. His muscle immediately started to clean you up, using various movements such as long strikes or short kitten licks. He quickly cleaned up the syrup on your knee and he started to progress to the other areas such as your outer thigh.
He sucked the skin along the way, leaving light hickies that were bright red. He slowly pushed you down on the bed as he hovered over you, a shadow forming over you, next cleaning up your stomach. You watched how his eyes fluttered close and how he took his own time to clean you up.
"Teasing me aren't you?" he mumbled as he was in the midst of cleaning up your stomach, taking a quick second to look at you. You smirked, knowing exactly what he'd meant. You'd purposefully avoided all the core parts as you wanted to leave it last.
"Be patient, will you?" you shot, enjoying how he whines and just continues.
He'd just finished cleaning up your collarbone and neck, and without taking a break, you immediately started to pour the syrup out to areas where he'd been anticipating to the most. His jaw had dropped at the breath-taking sight of you, almost believing that he was dreaming.
"How about, we start here?" you challenged as you poured the syrup on your lips, his eyes watching the syrup as it lands on your mouth and drips down your chin.

I love the idea of Dipper and Mabel being so suspicious of Stancest but always being wrong in their conluscions.
Like, Stanley and Stanford leaving in the middle of the night when they think the twins are sleeping and don't come back till an hour or two, usually very happy and sometimes disheveled. Mabel is the first to notice when she wakes up from the car leaving the driveway but falls back to sleep almost immediately. She tells Dipper in the morning, who writes it off as some old man thing, but they keep catching it at random times. Dipper and Mabel end up confronting them about it and the Stans think they've been found, only for Mabel and Dipper to accuse them of going on night time adventures without them. Mabel specially believes they are also going to ice cream afterwards. (Stan and Ford leave at night to drive to a town over and park at their version of make out mountain and get into some hankey pankey. They do this to make sure they don't get caught by the twins and because making out in a car makes them feel like teenagers again.)
Another time, Dipper and Mabel catch on to an increasing amount of lovey dovey sickening pet names that Stan and Ford use on each other. It's always at random and always elicits some kind of glare and blush from the other. Dipper categories them all up, which names gets which response, how often each one is used, where they use it, what are they doing. Mabel puts the pet names on a Love Dovey scale ("Yes, Dipper, Baby goes above Honey, everyone knows that!") When they confront the Stans, who believe they have actually been found out this time, they reveal their findings. They believe that they are teasing each other in some secret code and each nickname is associated with some kind of failed romantic story, one that the other is embarrassed about. Mabel demands to hear the backstories to the pet names while Dipper wants to know where this teasing originated from. (Stan and Ford just got overly mushy on the ship and decided to kick cringe out of their lives and live it to the fullest. Ford likes using Beloved, My Love, Darling while Stan likes using Sweetheart/Sweetie, Doll/Dollface, Honey. However, they do use Baby to tease each other, though it is still a pet name,)
Then there's the horrible, god awful moment where the Stan Twins truly, honestly, terrifyingly believed they got found out. Mabel and Dipper to yelling at them, demanding answers, screaming at them, "How could you, you're brothers!" Both of them red in the face, angry and hurt. The Stans feel so sick about it, thinking they hid it so well and now they were going to lose everything. However, that feeling breaks when the twins reveal that they believe that Ford and Stan are still fighting, physically fighting. Dipper points out that sometimes one of them is hurting more than normal, usually after they all go to bed, and it's hard for them to walk. Mabel says she's even heard them yelling at each other and is in tears at the idea of her Grunkles fighting and hurting one another. Stan rectifies the situation immediately, telling the kids that they caught them red handed. They were fighting, consensually. He tells them that Ford wanting some old Boxing lessons and that the best time to do them is at night so he can focus and not accidently hurt one of them if he lost control of his swing. He also knew how much it hurt the twins to see them fight, so they thought it was better to hide it from them, but he says that he was wrong. The twins take this for what it is and spend the rest of the day asking to see them practice, which the Stans do happily. (They were boinking. Ford's a bottom.)
I love them so much. It's going to be a *10 years later* Dipper with a spoon of cereal half way into his mouth and Mabel dipping her pancakes in syrup. "It wasn't boxing lessons."
#stancest#they are so stupid#i love them so much#ford and stan trying to be good grunkles to the kids#gotta hide the incest the kids are home#old men in love and trying everything to stay hidden#dipper and mabel are going have a thousand yard stare once they realize#idk if it would be funnier if stan and ford are dead by this point or if theyre still fully alive and together when they realize

⇢chapter content/warnings: cussing, mature language, seora's a smart lil gal who luvs her uncles v much, she does open up a lil bit about her mom, mentions of death, yunho goes out for dinner, making out, one-sided [rushed] feelings tho oof - one of those things where you think it'd play out fine then it doesn't 🤐, a lil glimpse into yunho and his thoughts/how he feels about things, some seora x uncle hwa content, a bit of oc x parents too!
"Hey." Yunho slips on his seatbelt as the call pulls up through the car's bluetooth, on his way out of the staff garage. "Were you able to leave a bit early to get to Seora?"
"Yes, I already told you I'd find a way. I'm pulling up to the lot right now." Yunho lets out a breath of relief, heading over to Ara's loft since she had the day off today. Tonight was the night they'd go out for dinner, something Yunho thought would be fun and harmless. He went into this thinking he'd put himself out there and give it a chance, even though deep down, he's not entirely sure where he lies about this— about her.
Maybe tonight would help him decide, but he wasn't gonna force it and just let things go with the flow.
"Looks like I made it just in time. Practice just got out."
"Good."
"So, what exactly did you tell Seora?"
"That I was heading out to a team dinner."
"Atta boy."
"Shut up."
"Uncle Hwa!" Yunho hears Seora's voice in the background, causing him to smile to himself. "Sup!"
"What's up, little one?" Seonghwa playfully ruffles her hair before pulling her into a hug. "Ready to go? Anything you want before we head home?"
"Hm, that's a good question." She points to the phone. "Wait, are you on the phone with my dad?"
"Sure am." He faces the phone towards her before she grabs it.
"Dad."
"Hey babygirl. I'll be home later, okay? Have fun with Uncle Hwa. Run his wallet dry, he won't mind." She laughs.
"Okay, I will. But, what time will you be home?"
"I don't know, not too late. It could run a little long, though."
"Hm." She hums. "Are you really going to a team dinner?" Seonghwa purses his lips together to prevent himself from laughing out loud.
"Yes." Yunho says, feeling a bit bad to lie to his own daughter. "I'll get home as soon as I can."
"Okay."
"I love you, ace. Make your uncle useful."
"Okay, okay." She chuckles. "I love you, too." She passes the phone back to Seonghwa before sliding her things into the backseat and settling into the passenger's side.
"Have fun at your team dinner." Seonghwa teases, making Yunho rolls his eyes.
"Not one word, Park Seonghwa."
"Uh huh." He hangs up the phone and slips into the driver's seat, settling in just before turning on the car and looking over at Seora. "So, did you figure out what you want, ace?" She tugs on her hoodie strings as she scrolls through her phone.
"I kinda want a good ol' burger."
"Burgers and fries sound good right now, actually. Any place in particular?"
"Burger Almighty?" Seonghwa smiles.
"Nice choice. Do you wanna eat there, or take it back home?"
"Take it back home, please. I need to get out of my practice clothes." Seonghwa nods, pulling up the website in order to place an order for pickup. "Ou, actually, wait. Uncle Hwa?"
"Yup?"
"Can we also stop by for ice cream?"
"Of course." He hands her the phone. "Here, pick whatever you want." She smiles and slouches in the front seat, going through the menu options. She goes back and forth for awhile, but Seonghwa patiently waits. He hears his phone ding and doesn't think much about it until Seora pops in once more, finally selecting her options and adding it to the cart. "Someone named Yoori texted you."
"Oh." Seonghwa looks at her. "I'll get to it later."
"She's asking if you wanna come over tonight." Seora smirks before letting out a small laugh. "Dad mentioned you were kinda seeing someone. Is that her?"
"Dad just airing out my business, huh?" Seonghwa laughs before grabbing his phone. "Is that all?"
"Mhm. Besides the ice cream. Thank you, Uncle Hwa."
"Course." Hwa quickly texts back that he might stop by before he gets home tonight, but he'll let her know.
"So, are you seeing her? Kinda seeing her, whatever that means? What does it mean to be kinda seeing someone?" Her questions are coming back to back and Seonghwa can't help but chuckle dryly as he drives out of the lot and towards their first destination.
"We're.. figuring things out."
"What's there to figure out, Uncle Hwa? You either like each other or you don't, right?"
"Things can get complicated, ace. Especially when you get older and your wants and needs in a partner become more solidified. Specific."
"Like..?"
"We're both just not sure if we're ready to take that next step. Or, I guess, it's mainly me."
"Then, do you really like her if you question it?"
"I do. I just haven't been in a relationship in awhile, and I was kinda enjoying my freedom." Seora nods, still unsure about this whole idea of relationship complexities and what not. "You get older and you realize you don't wanna waste anyone's time and effort and vice versa."
"I see." Seora looks at him. "If she likes you a lot too, I don't see what the harm is."
"I don't wanna hurt anyone on accident."
"You wouldn't hurt anyone, Uncle Hwa." He smiles.
"Thanks, ace. But your uncle makes mistakes cause I'm human. As with anyone."
"Dad hasn't really dated anyone, either." Seonghwa shrugs, knowing Yunho has tried and has dabbled in it, but it always never went far. Not far enough that Yunho felt comfortable enough introducing them to Seora and opening that door.
"Mmyeah, cause he doesn't feel the need to when he has you." Seora giggles.
"I like it, though. Just us two."
"Would you be mad if your dad started dating again?"
"Um, I'm not sure."
"What do you mean?"
"I guess it depends? If I like the person or not."
"Of course he'd make sure you're happy and that you'd get along well with the person."
"Mmyeah. It'd be an adjustment, though. I'm used to it being just us two."
"I know, and your dad is, too. But, he does deserve to be happy, right?"
"What else can make him happier than me, Uncle Hwa?" He laughs and shakes his head.
"You're right. He is happy." Seonghwa pauses. "Seora, promise me one thing?"
"I can try?"
"You'll keep your mind open to it? You know.. your dad dating and possibly opening the door for another person to step in."
"Mm, sure." She says before there's a brief pause in the conversation. "Sometimes, I wonder what it'd be like to have a mom. I barely got time with mine." She says softly, her voice tapering off at the end of the statement.
"And it was unfair to you." Seonghwa lets out a breath as he navigates the tricky streets of the city, almost nearing their endpoint.
"Right? Like.. I wonder how it feels to hang out with your mom, or to go on dates with her. Talk to her about girly stuff. Do our hair and makeup together. Nails. Go shopping." Seonghwa turns to her as he stops at a red light, watching as her eyes continue to focus on the surroundings outside. "Dad tries his best. He always tries to do things with me so I don't have to wonder too much, but sometimes I can't help it."
"That's okay, Seora. He knows. He does try his best always, but he knows that question will always be there." She's silent again for a moment, and Seonghwa isn't sure if she's missing her mom or trying to replay the memories that she has left of her. It breaks his heart because he knows Seora is missing a part of her— she just manages to mask it well.
"Yeah." Is all she responds with me. "I dunno, maybe one day I'll remember what it's like." She says softly. "I have dad for now though, and he's enough."
"One day." Seonghwa repeats after her, not wanting to plunge deeper into the conversation and turn Seora's mood inside out tonight. "Well." He pulls into a spot across the street from the burger place. "There's a convenience store I can run into for your ice cream. What are you craving for?"
"Strawberry, please!"
"That's a good one." He unbuckles his seatbelt before turning to her. "I'll grab our stuff and be back." She gives him a toothless smile and nods, eyes glued onto him as he slams the door shut and locks the car; leaving Seora to her own while she waits patiently in her seat.
Yunho pulls up to Ara's building, parking in the lot after getting through security at the gate. He unbuckles his seat belt and lets out a sigh, dusting himself down before slipping out and heading inside. He presses the front code at the lobby door before stepping inside and heading up to the 3rd floor. When he finally gets to her door, he knocks a few times before stepping back and digging his hands into his pockets.
"Yunho." She says, a smile on her face. She's in a cute baby blue sweater and jeans, white chucks on her feet. It's more of a casual thing, nothing too serious or too fancy. It makes Yunho a little more comfortable that way. Less pressure. "Hey."
"Hey. You look nice." Yunho smiles at her. "Ready?" She nods. "Hope you're down for some ramen?"
"I can always go for some good ramen." She smiles and makes sure her door is shut and locked before following him back down.
"How was your day off?"
"It was good! I spent the day grabbing groceries and deep cleaning my space. But otherwise, it was nice and relaxing. Just what I needed." Yunho looks at her with a small smile.
"That's good. I'm glad you got to relax for the most part. You definitely need it with how hard you work."
"Thanks." She giggles. "How was work today?" He shrugs, her eyes ogling his figure as they step into the elevator. He's in a white longsleeve and a puffer vest, dark denim and chucks.
"Kinda busy. Things are really ramping up with that new department. I feel like our team is constantly getting pulled into things left and right now."
"Aren't you guys hiring another person?" He nods.
"Hopefully, yeah. I have a few more interviews this upcoming week, but should be wrapping up after that. There's two people that the team and I like so far."
"That's good. More help is on the way. A step closer to shedding off some of your workload." Yunho chuckles a bit.
"Yeah, that's the hope. Taehyun has been a lot of help, though. It hasn't been entirely bad."
"That's good to hear." Yunho swings the door open to the passenger's seat, giving Ara the opportunity to slip in and get herself comfortable before he shuts the door and hops in.
"Heat okay? Too hot?" He asks as he starts up the car and pulls up the directions to a popular ramen shop that just opened last month. The wait is outrageous, but luckily, Yunho threw them onto the waitlist as soon as they opened for dinner. They'll get there just in time for their table to be ready.
"No, it's perfect."
"Cool." He says, pulling off to begin their journey deep into the city. Ara watches as he drives off flawlessly with one hand, leaning onto the middle console. It's no lie that Ara has always had a crush on Yunho, and she's always thought he was incredibly attractive. She kept her distance though, supporting him as a friend and being careful not to be in too, too deep with her feelings because she didn't wanna scare him off or make him uncomfortable. When he finally asked her out to a casual dinner , she was excited. Butterflies swarming her tummy at full speed— she feels like her patience is paying off.
Maybe this will blossom into something; the one thing she had hoped for with him.
"How's Miss Seora doing?"
"She's good. Still getting good grades and playing basketball. She's hanging out with her Uncle Seonghwa right now." Ara smiles.
"That's cute. It's really sweet how you guys are close."
"Yeah, he's helped me alot with Seora. She loves having her uncles around. Gives her something new to deal with besides her own father." She laughs.
"I'm sure that girl loves and appreciates you more than anything, Yunho. You're a great dad."
"I try to be." He shrugs. "Although, she used to hate when I tried to do her hair and dress her up. She said I mixed and matched clothes way too much and her ponytails were always lopsided."
"You did your best." Ara laughs a little louder. "Doing hair and dressing up a baby girl is not for the faint of heart."
"Truly isn't." He laughs, while Ara points at his pinky nail.
"I see she painted your nails?" Yunho briefly looks down at his two pinkies, painted with black nail polish.
"Sure did. She kept it minimal, though. For work, she says. Just a lil touch." Ara giggles.
"You two are cute."
"Mm, we try to be." Yunho jokes. The conversation continues on as Yunho drives the last 10 minutes to the ramen shop, finding parking right around the corner despite the busy streets and the long line that's forming right outside of the restaurant. He helps Ara out of the car before locking it up, walking alongside of her until it gets too tight to do so. He guides her by the small of her back, pushing her towards the front of the restaurant where the host is. As guessed, they arrive right when their table is ready, the host immediately showing them to their table in the back corner.
She settles into the chair across from him before thanking the host and taking the menu from her hands. They instantly skim their options, with Yunho already deciding on what he wants. He marks it off on the sheet, along with any modifications he wants [extra spicy, extra green onions], while Ara does the same. When they're ready to submit their orders, Yunho calls over the server, handing them their order papers before clasping his hands together—elbow resting on the table as he looks over at her. She's trying her hardest not to blush while sipping on her water, eyes avoiding eye contact cause Yunho makes her feel a certain way.
He just doesn't know if he can reciprocate the feeling.
Truthfully, if he's being all the way honest— he went into this thinking it'd be chill. Harmless in a sense. Putting himself out there since he didn't have much to lose. He knew Ara's had feelings; even if she never said it out loud, it's pretty obvious. And not to say she isn't a great girl, no. She's great. She's been a good friend to Yunho, and she's incredibly sweet. He couldn't really tell you why he didn't see her in that light, though. Perhaps, he still wasn't ready for a relationship. Or, maybe he was and he already had a feeling that she wouldn't be the right one.
Maybe he's being too critical.
But all he knows, is that in this moment, Ara is giving him heart eyes and she's blushing over everything he does. It makes him feel good, but the other half of him feels bad because when he looks at her, he just sees a friend. Good company.
The night is still early.
Yunho is trying to remind himself.
When the food arrives, they get to eating right away. In between, Yunho dives a little deeper into his dynamic with Seora, touching up on the fact that he doesn't really get a long with his parents but will bear with them solely because of her. Even though they don't do much for their granddaughter, she still wonders about them and how they're doing. She always talks about seeing them soon even though Yunho can never promise that she will. He doesn't talk about Eunha, though. Kinda leaves the conversation at that. He feels like he needs to build a better connection with someone in order to open up about that part of his past. Not only is it too painful, but it's a subject that makes Yunho incredibly vulnerable.
The good thing with Ara is that she doesn't budge nor does she push. She ends up talking a lot about her childhood and growing up with her parents in exchange. She has lived a pretty good life; her parents supporting both her and her sister throughout all their endeavors. Her sister works abroad in the fashion industry, while Ara decided to take the healthcare route. Her parents were supportive nonetheless, pushing them to strive for their dreams and supporting them through every opportunity that came their way. Yunho thinks it's nice that they have that sort of relationship— it speaks volumes to the way Ara carries herself and how sweet she is. She makes a great nurse, a great daughter and sister; and it almost makes her a little too perfect.
Which, isn't bad.
But, also isn't great for Yunho. Because all he is made of is flaws and all; he's got a lot of things he lacks in, he feels. He hasn't been in a serious relationship since Eunha passed and he isn't even sure he knows what the word love is anymore. What it's like to love and be loved. He doesn't focus on himself a majority of the time because that time and attention goes to this daughter. He wouldn't have it any other way, let's get that straight.
However, it's clear Ara has this 'perfect' image of him in her head when he is far from that. He is merely getting by; things hurt the fuck outta him and he stresses over every little thing. He gets overwhelmed easily, anxious, can barely let go of the past trauma.
He doesn't wanna disappoint her. Anyone, as a matter of fact.
The conversation continues until they've both slurped up the last bits of their ramen, and Yunho genuinely enjoyed it once they've stopped talking so deeply. Conversations come easy with Ara and he does like that. He doesn't have to try too hard to think about what to talk about next or how to carry the conversation. Brief pauses in between don't feel awkward.
It's nice.
After dinner, he pays for their meal and turns down Ara's efforts to pay for her half. They joke and tease on the way back to the car, with Yunho turning up the music a tad bit louder this time around so it helps fill the empty space in the car. He feels himself getting a little exhausted, but when Ara looks at him with those eyes and asks if he wants to come up for a bit, he finds himself confused; he should be saying no, but he ends up with:
"Sure." Yunho gives her a tiny, toothless smile as she leads the way back up to her loft. Yunho feels bad for even thinking about going back on his decision because it feels pretty intimate to be coming into someone's space after dinner. He doesn't wanna be rude, though. And, he did enjoy their talk over dinner.
So, he continues despite the inner turmoil that's starting to form.
Back upstairs, Ara kicks off her shoes first before Yunho does. He stands awkwardly near the door while she sets her things down, following her into the living room area once she starts padding over. He plops onto the couch and settles into it; leaning back to rest, arm positioned on the back edge of the couch. Ara gives him a glass of water before sitting down next to him, and Yunho feels himself tense up a bit when he feels her leg brush against his. She's got some kind of psychological thriller show on, and Yunho's trying his best to get invested as it continues to play. Ara gives him a little bit more context to the show, describing it with such big eyes and an excited tone that Yunho finds it pretty cute.
Then, at some point, she has somehow shifted in her position and is now sitting right against him. He still has his arm on the back of the couch, and she has slotted herself in that opening— sitting criss-crossed as she continues to watch her show. He feels her warmth against his, and he's not sure how to act.
She probably feels how stiff and rigid he is.
"You okay?" She asks and he gives her a smile.
"Yeah, why?"
"I dunno. You got quiet."
"I'm trying to keep up with your show." She laughs.
"It's a lot."
"All good. It's interesting." He looks down at her. She doesn't say anything, but her eyes are glazing over his features. He watches as she scans his face, down to his lips, and he feels himself swallow thickly because he knows where this is going. She's the first to pull up— suddenly pressing her lips against his in that brief moment they shared and Yunho indulges in it. They hold the kiss there for a second longer before Yunho [mistakenly] deepens the kiss and pulls her onto his lap. The kiss heightens quickly, the show in the background long forgotten. He lets out a shaky exhale in between kisses, with Ara gently pressing herself down against him. She takes Yunho's hand and guides it up her stomach, to her chest— landing on her breast. His eyes widen a bit, the shock causing him to slightly pull back from the kiss to try and read her. She nods though, subtly biting her lip as she leans forward to kiss him again; a soft moan releasing from her lips when he squeezes the flesh in the palm of his hand while she starts to pepper kisses along his jaw, neck.
And as much as he can easily fall into this, say fuck it and just go with it— that's not who he is.
"Wait." Yunho pries his lips off of hers, his hand retracting from her body. "Wait." He repeats.
"What's wrong?" She asks, eyes still full of desire, lust. He can see the way she looks at him and it's even more of a reason to push off. Reality hits tough, and Yunho thinks this is a prime example of when it's both a blessing and a curse.
"Ara, I'm sorry. I'm—" He looks at her with his big, brown, sad eyes. Because it's not her at all, it's him. He's just not into this and he doesn't really know how else to tell her. "I can't." She sinks into her seat and Yunho feels so, so bad. "I don't wanna do that to you." He sighs and scoots back a bit. "You're great, you really are. But, you deserve someone who is sure of you. I'm sorry I can't be that person. I just— I just think we're good as friends." He sighs. "I'm sorry if I had lead you on or gave you any mixed signals, that wasn't my intention." He says softly, and Ara can't even be livid at him because of how genuinely sweet and apologetic he's being. "I shouldn't have come up here—"
"Yunho, it's okay." She says with a forced, reassuring smile, hopping off his lap because damn, this is awkward. Not only does the rejection hit her hard, but she must look desperate and way too needy for him now. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to move so quickly, I thought—"
"You don't have to apologize." Yunho stands and gathers himself. "You didn't do anything wrong. It's just.."
"We're better off as friends." She finishes the statement and he can't help but shrug. He doesn't know how to explain it, but he doesn't want her to think she did anything wrong.
She didn't.
"I hope you believe me when I say it isn't you. You are amazing and anyone would be lucky to have you. I—I haven't done this in a long time and quite frankly, I don't think I'm ready."
"Or maybe, it's just not me you want. And that's okay, Yunho. You're probably right— maybe we are just better off as friends."
"I'm sorry." He says weakly. "I really hope I didn't mess this up because I'd still like for us to be the same as we were before."
"No, of course not." She says even though it's obvious she's got tears welling in her eyes and she's hurt. Yunho feels his heart drop, but at the same time, he knew he had to stop it before it could get too deep—
Before he could make a terrible mistake; do the unthinkable to someone he cared about as a friend first and foremost.
"Ara."
"I promise it's all okay." She nods. "I agree with you, and we shouldn't force this if it's not meant to happen." She gives him another forced smile.
"I'll head out and give you some space. I'm sorry." Is all he can respond with. He walks over to her door and slips back into his shoes before looking back at her. She purses her lips and doesn't say much, and it makes Yunho feel like he's already ruined this.
Damn, Yunho.
"I'll see you on Monday, yeah?" She nods quietly again while opening the door for him.
"Thanks again for dinner. It was great. I can send you my half—"
"No, no need. Dinner was on me, remember? It's totally fine." He gives her a tiny, toothless smile. "Goodnight."
"Goodnight." She answers, allowing him to walk further down the hall before shutting the door and getting back to her own peace. She's hurt, not gonna lie. She truly felt like there was hope, especially with the texts exchanged and the way he was good to her tonight. But, looking back at it, it could have been her fault for completely assuming and jumping the gun— it was Yunho just being Yunho.
Oh well.
Maybe things will be better in the future, and the timing would align. She understands he has different priorities right now, and that's okay. Who is she to determine that for him?
Yunho gets back into his car and lets out a hefty sigh, sitting there for a second before grumbling a low 'fuck' to himself. He feels really bad and he knew he should've dropped her off and left it at that.
But, no.
He had to go and be stupid about it.
At least he can say he tried, right? That should count for something.
"Wanna put up another movie? Your dad's date—" Seonghwa pauses and looks at Seora as she furrows her brows at him. They had put on a movie after Seora freshened up for the evening. She didn't have too much homework, so she finished up the last bits with the first movie on before they had indulged in dinner. Now, her and her Uncle Hwa were eating ice cream, looking at more movie options to throw on until her father would get home. "Your dad's team dinner should be done by now."
"Date?"
"I didn't say that."
"Uncle Hwa."
"What?" Seora gives him one last look before pinching him on the bicep, causing him to let out a yelp. "Swear! I don't know where you heard that from." He cocks a brow up playfully. "It's a team dinner."
"Oooookay." She playfully cuts her eyes at him before going through the movie options. "You can just say so."
"Ou, look." Seonghwa diverts her attention to the TV and points at a movie to put on. "Let's watch Rogue One, I haven't seen that one in a minute."
"Or, we can watch Degrassi or—"
"You definitely don't need to poison your brain watching that mess."
"You sound more like my dad than my dad." Seonghwa scoffs as he takes the remote and puts on Rogue One.
"You need to watch more educational things. Like Rogue One. Stepping into your powers and using them for good."
"They're a group of rebels, Uncle Hwa."
"A group of rebels preventing mass destruction!" Seora sighs as she sits back and finishes the rest of her ice cream, knowing her uncle is very much into Star Wars and lets him have it. It's quiet for a moment before she pops in again, asking about his plans for tonight.
"Have you decided?"
"On what? How I'd use my powers for good?" His eyes are trained on the tv.
"No, silly. If you're meeting Yoori." He looks at her before returning his attention back to the TV.
"Why does it matter if I do or not?"
"Uncle Hwa, you can do whatever you want. Just don't mess up because you're too afraid to admit your feelings."
"Hey!" He looks at her with a brow cocked up. "How do you even know about things like that?"
"I'm about to be 12."
"Yeah, you were born yesterday." She playfully rolls her eyes and scoffs. "You shouldn't be knowing things like that."
"Please. I am right, aren't I?"
"I don't know if I'm going to go yet because I have work tomorrow."
"I hear excuses." He gasps.
"Jeong Seora—"
"Yo!" Yunho walks in right at that moment, causing Seora to shift her attention to the door; tormenting her uncle now a long lost thought in her head.
"Dad!" Seora squeals and runs over to her dad, koala'ing him and causing him to laugh when she hangs onto him like tomorrow will never come. "You're home!"
"I am."
"How was your team dinner?" Seonghwa looks at him, wiggling his eyebrows while Seora is still preoccupied with grabbing her dad's attention.
"Date, you mean."
"What?" Yunho looks down at her.
"Uh, Uncle Hwa said you went out on a date." Yunho knits his brows at Seonghwa and all he can do is shrug.
"No, I never said that." Hwa cuts in to lie again. "I said team dinner. Anything else you heard was created by your own mind." Yunho glares at him.
"Did you?" Seora looks up at her dad, chin pressed against his chest while she keeps her arms around him.
"It was just a team dinner, is all."
"Sure." Seora sarcastically says before unwrapping herself from him and walking off to the bathroom. "It's fine or whatever, you know!" She shuts the bathroom door.
"See you've managed to talk to Seora about a lot."
"Sorry, it kinda slipped out." Seonghwa chuckles and Yunho mocks him. "Besides, she was just grilling me about Yoori."
"How did that happen?"
"Yoori texted me earlier asking if I wanted to come over while ace was putting in her order. She was scolding me right before you walked in. That girl is way ahead of her time."
"Been knew that." Yunho chuckles.
"How'd it go? Did you and Ara do anything?"
"Anything as in dinner, yes?" Yunho is confused, even though he knows exactly what Seonghwa is picking at.
"Okay.. and?" Yunho sighs and shakes his head.
"Kissed her but didn't go very far." He mumbles lowly.
"Why not?"
"I just wasn't feeling it, honest to god. I didn't wanna do that to her." At this point, Seora swings the door back open, causing both Seonghwa and Yunho to turn their attention down the hall before looking at each other.
"We'll talk about this later." Hwa chuckles a bit. "Should've gone all the way." He says barely above a whisper.
"No." Yunho almost scoffs while he grabs his things and prepares to head out. "Get out." Unbelievable.
"On my way, boss." Seonghwa laughs. "Let me go say bye to ace." He walks down the hallway, giving Seora another big, tight hug before heading out. Yunho gives him one last final goodbye before shutting the door and locking up for the night, heading in to catch up with Seora and hang out with her before the night ends.
"So, really dad. How did your team dinner go?" She smirks as she comes back outside and plops on the couch. Yunho chuckles a bit before shrugging.
"The usual. It was.. good bonding time."
"Hm." She hums. "That's good. What did you guys get to eat?"
"Ramen."
"A fine choice for this cold evening." He laughs.
"Wanna continue a few episodes before we call it a night? I'm just gonna change."
"Sure. Do you want me to grab you a bowl of ice cream? I made Uncle Hwa buy me some strawberry ice cream after picking up our burgers. Ice cream is the best when it's cold out."
"That sounds good, ace. Thank you." She smiles while getting up to grab a bowl of ice cream for her dad, excited to finally spend the rest of the evening with him all to herself.
"Dad! My friends are waiting." She pouts a bit, staring at her father as she stands near the passenger door, watching as he slips into his shoes.
"Seora, I promise you I'm coming." Yunho pats his jeans down before doing one final check around the house to make sure everything has been shut off post-breakfast. Meanwhile, you've parked your car near your parents' front gate, grabbing your bag from the front seat before looking at the house and letting out a sigh. You'd give your parents some time today, accompanying them to buy groceries and while running other errands. You knew it'd be a long day, but you did owe it to them.
You needed to do better, you reminded yourself.
Just as you're about to make your way towards the gate, a familiar face comes popping out of the next door house— causing you to pause in your motions and furrow your brows in pure, utter confusion.
Yunho?
"Hi?" You look at Yunho [clearly confused] as he hurries along to the driver's seat. He does a quick double take before pausing briefly, also giving you the same look you gave him a few seconds ago.
"Hey?" He says. "You're—"
"Yeah. My parents."
"Dad, please—" Seora swings the door open. "Oh my god— we're gonna be so late." He lets out a small sigh as he checks the time and realizes they won't be late— his daughter is just eager to get to her friends per usual.
"Seora." He calls her name once more. "You're not gonna be late, okay? Relax." He turns to you with a small smile. "Sorry. Gotta run. I'll talk to you later? Say hi to your parents for me." You give him a small nod before he slips in. You watch him talk to his daughter while slipping on his seatbelt, wasting no time to pull away and drive off shortly afterwards.
"Hey you!" Your mom says, coming down to unlatch the gate.
"Hey. Yunho is your neighbor?" Your eyes are still on the road.
"Yeah, you've met him before at work? I didn't think you two ever crossed paths at the hospitals."
"We don't, but we're working on a big project together now." Your mom smiles from ear to ear.
"He's a good man. Seora, she's growing up to be such a lovely young lady. They're sweet. Such peaceful neighbors. Cutest duo I know." She drags you inside. "Go say hi to your dad, he's in the sunroom watering his plants. Tell him we should eat so we can go." She starts prepping the servings. "Where's Wonwoo?"
"Busy." Your mom gives you a look. "But, we're coming back next weekend. He just made plans already and can't flake."
"I'm sure his friends would've understood if he told them he was visiting his parents."
"Mom. We're coming back next weekend, okay? Please let him be" Your mom gives you a look before setting the food down for a late breakfast while you greet your dad and give him a big hug.
"So, sounds like you met Yunho?" Your dad asks as you both walk back inside to finally before heading out to run errands.
"I did. Well, during a work meeting. Then, I just ran into him not too long ago. Looks like him and his daughter were in a rush to leave somewhere."
"He's taking her and her friends out shopping."
"And how do you know that, Miss Ma'am?" You look at your mom while she places a bowl of rice down in front of you.
"I pop in to check on them from time to time. I dropped off some of this food earlier so they could eat it later."
"Do you always bring them food?"
"Most of the time."
"Your mom cooks with them in mind." Your dad adds.
"Oh, hush. I feel bad for the two sometimes. Yunho's been doing it all by himself." Your mom clicks her teeth, mainly out of guilt and worry. The three of you continue to eat away at the food your mom prepared, getting some fuel in to save money on food. "His wife passed away when Seora was just 4 years old."
"Honey." Your dad says. "Can you not tell his whole life story?"
"Why not? I wanna know."
"Then ask him." Your dad says, suddenly getting protective of Yunho. "I know you feel bad, but you should let him tell his story if he wants to."
"Your dad is such a grump."
"Okay, no. He's kinda right." You agree before getting way too ahead of yourself. It is a sensitive subject, and it shouldn't be told by anyone else other than Yunho himself.
"He's a really good guy, though. You should get to know him. Wonwoo, too. Maybe you two will learn a bit more about discipline and spending time with your loved ones before it's too late." You roll your eyes even though there is truth to the statement.
"Anyway, enough about that. Where are we going today?"
"Well, we have a bunch of groceries to grab. I also need to stop by the pharmacy to pick up my medicine."
"We need to stop by the furniture store too. We've been planning to replace the couch in the living room because of the wear and tear. I think it's time." Your dad reminds your mom.
"Do you guys know what couch you want already or are we gonna shop there?"
"Gonna shop there."
"I do need to find a new shelf for my room."
"See, spending time with your parents can be beneficial."
"Dad, can you please tell her to stop?"
"Honey. She's here, okay? Your son is coming next weekend. All is well."
you: she's doing it again
wonwoo: sorry dude 😖 i'll be there next weekend to take it all
wonwoo: where are you guys going?
you: groceries, pharmacy, furniture shopping
wonwoo: actually sounds kinda fun
you: yeah? then why aren't you here, dumbo
wonwoo: i'm currently in a cabin near the south end 😎 living in peace
you: bye
While you've managed to peacefully eat the rest of your meal with your parents before heading out, Yunho and Mingi are walking around the department store while the girls go from floor to floor, section to section. They managed to snag some coffee before heading in, Yunho already exhausted from picking up Seora's friends to fighting over parking in the already-full mall garage. He's glad he finally gets a moment to chill out for a second, despite the girls squealing and being loud about how cute certain clothes or items are. He's already bought some of her stationary needs, along with a new color-way of Nike dunks she had been eyeing since release.
His wallet will be crying even more in due time, but it's all worth it if Seora goes home happy and content.
"Seora." She turns to look at her dad. "Not too far, okay?"
"Okay, we're just going over there to the juniors section!" Yunho and Mingi watch them speed off to the other corner before browsing the mens section nearby, Mingi already eyeing a jacket near the front racks.
"So."
"Just ask, Mingi." Yunho spits, making Mingi laugh.
"I see your date with Ara didn't go too well?"
"It wasn't even a date. I just went out to dinner with her and it was fine. We had a good time then, it was what happened after that didn't go well."
"Okay, so? What happened after?" Mingi sips his iced americano while the two of them continue to walk around the store, keeping the girls in eye view ahead.
"We went back to her place, she invited me in." Yunho shrugs. "We were watching stuff on her TV and things kinda escalated. Started kissing her then she tried pushing it further."
"And you said no?"
"Mingi." Yunho looks at him. "You know I'm not like that. Even if I wanted to, I couldn't do it to her. I just can't if I'm not emotionally tied to someone." Mingi nods.
"Nah, that's fair. And probably the right thing to do."
"Probably? It is the right thing to do."
"Right." Mingi responds, a bit distracted by the fine women passing by as they continue to walk around the store. "No, you're right. Sorry." He brings his attention back to his bestfriend. "Assuming Seora didn't know you went out with a lady friend?"
"I don't know, Hwa might've let it slip and I think she believed it but doesn't wanna ask. Or maybe, she doesn't even care." Yunho chuckles.
"I think she'd be fine with you going out on dates, you know? Maybe you don't have to lie to her about it. At some point, she'll need to know especially if you get serious with someone again."
"I'll open up to her about it when I get there. I'm in no rush, though."
"Fair."
"Randomly speaking, I finally saw one of Auntie Love and Uncle Po's kids today."
"Oh, really?"
"She works with me at the hospital. She's at the pediatric unit, though."
"Is she hot?" Yunho clicks his teeth and looks at him.
"Do you ever think about anything else?"
"I'm genuinely asking." Mingi smiles.
"She's pretty."
"What's her name?"
"No."
"Why won't you tell me?"
"Because you don't even know her."
"You want her for yourself, huh?" Yunho just pauses to look at his bestfriend, causing Mingi to smirk while continuing to project. "Selfish son of a bitch."
"I'll deck you—"
"Dad." Yunho and Mingi turn their attention to Seora and her friends, who each have a few clothing items hanging on their arms. "We're gonna go try these on." She points to the dressing room in the far corner behind the juniors section.
"Okay. Uncle Mingi and I will head over in a bit." He subtly elbows Mingi near the rib, causing him to let out a small 'ow.'
"Good, cause I wanna show you how it looks so hurry." She says, turning on her heel to rush over to the dressing room with her friends without batting an eye at her dad and uncle's antics.
"The fuck was that for? Seriously, do you have your eyes on Auntie Love and Uncle Po's daughter?" Yunho glares at Mingi again as they slowly head over to the dressing room.
"I don't know, okay? I barely know her." Yunho sips on his coffee. "We're gonna be working together quite a bit from now on though because of that new department."
"Interesting."
"Interesting?" Mingi gives him a look. "Why are you giving me that look? It was both you and Hwa who told me to put myself out there."
"Yeah, I'm very aware. And that's great! I just wanted to know if she was cute or not." Mingi laughs. "So, what's her name?" He asks again, making Yunho rolls his eyes and let out a sigh.
"Y/N."
"Pretty."
"That's all I'm telling you."
"Mhhhm." Mingi hums and laughs. "Hope it works out."
"Whatever happens, happens."
"Speaking of things happening— are you and Ara still friends?"
"I think so. We didn't end the night entirely on a bad note. At least, I don't think so. I felt bad and kept apologizing, but she said she understood and it was fine."
"You know it's never just that."
"Well, I'm aware I hurt her to an extent. I'm not gonna lie and try to brush that off."
"You think she'll talk to you if you run into her on Monday?"
"Maybe. I hope so. I really do want us to keep being friends."
"Of course."
"And who knows, maybe now just isn't the right time. It could work out later."
"Yeah, maybe. But also, if I can be frank, you really don't seem all that into her. I feel like that dinner would've gone way differently if you were set on her." Yunho shrugs.
"It's not her fault. She didn't do anything wrong."
"I mean, it's fine. You probably can already tell you aren't compatible, plus I know you're thinking about how Seora would get along with her, too."
"Mmyeah. I think she woud've liked Ara, but I think you're right. I don't think we'd be compatible."
"Isn't it kinda early to say that, though?"
"Dunno. You tell me. I'm just going off of my gut feeling. I can't force myself to feel a certain way."
"Touché." Mingi sighs. "It's alright, my guy. We still have time. You'll find someone. Maybe it's Y/N."
"Shut up." Mingi laughs before sipping on his coffee, distractedly heading back to the menswear to grab the jacket he had been eyeing this entire time. While he tries it on and pays for his item, Yunho sits near the dressing room while scrolling through his phone. He finds your Instagram page being recommended to him, which he finds to be somewhat uncanny now that he's been talking about you and running into you [despite being assigned to the same project at work]. He can't help but be nosey, clicking onto your page to scroll through your pictures.
You are pretty.
"Dad." Yunho shifts his attention from his phone to Seora, who is standing in front of him in beige cargo pants and an oversized baseball jacket that looks just like the one he's wearing at the moment. "What do you think about the jacket and pants?" Yunho smiles and nods.
"That looks good, ace."
"I really like that jacket of yours." She points and he nods.
"Why didn't you tell me? I would've bought one for you at the time." She shrugs.
"I didn't think too much about it before. Now I want it." He laughs.
"It looks good."
"Okay, I'm gonna try on this one other shirt and sweater and I think I'll be good. Can I buy them?"
"If you promise me you'll wear it more than once."
"I promise!"
"Swear? I better not find it in your donation pile in the next few weeks."
"Dad, I pinky promise. For real."
"Okay then."
"Yay!" She turns her attention to her friends who are also coming out to show each other what they've been trying on. "Oh my god, that's so cute—" She says, heading back into the fitting room and leaving Yunho alone to your instagram page. He continues scrolling through slowly, peeking at your pics from your travels.
You and your friends that he recognizes from the hospital.
Your selfies where the natural light hits you perfectly.
Your candid photos where your smile is genuine and contagious.
You and your brother, your parents that he and Seora adore.

Doctor! Male! Reader X Batfam (part1, part2, part3, part4.....)
.................................................................................
Part4
It's rare for Y/N to show weakness, only in front of the kids, but in front of others? He would be sarcastic, laugh and joke around and wouldn't show the slightest weakness, but now Y/N wonders what he did wrong to have such a bad day. What happened?
Well... It all started in the morning while Y/N was doing morning exercises with the kids. "1....2....99..." Y/N said while doing push-ups. "Hey! You're cheating! How did you get to 99 in a second?!" One of the kids sitting next to Y/N said.
"Well... How am I supposed to get to 99 with all of you on top of me like this? I can barely move my arms!" Y/N grumbled and complained as he carried three kids on his back.
"How can you protect us when you can't even carry us!" said a little girl who was also on his back.
Y/N's arms gave out from exhaustion so his face fell to the ground. "Maybe I should cut down on giving you sweets...". While the kids were arguing with Y/N, one of Y/N's assistants walked in. "Y/N... even though I hate it when kids stop you from hitting you, you have an appointment with someone..." Y/N looked at his assistant with a hurt and betrayed look. "You're so evil Sammy... hmm? I'm sure my schedule is clear now, is there a new appointment?" Y/N looked at Sammy in confusion. "Yeah, I would have rejected him if he wasn't from the Wayne family." Sammy said as Y/N froze for a second. "Huh? Is Bruce Wayne here again?" Y/N said in surprise. "Um, no, actually it's Tim Drake." Sammy said as he looked at Y/N who started to get up from the floor and carry the kids off his back. "Where is he?" Y/N headed out of the kids' playroom. "In your office, Doctor." Sammy walked right behind Y/N as they headed towards Y/N's office. Y/N entered his office to find his current guest or patient sitting in front of his desk.... Calm, and looking like a prestigious figure, black suit, styled hair, even his sitting was elegant! "Sammy bring me an orange juice please." Y/N said to his assistant who left immediately, Sammy knew very well what it meant to bring me orange juice, it meant that Y/N would have a severe headache after this. Y/N entered the office and sat in his chair.
Y/N leaned back in his chair, arms crossed as he watched Tim Drake, who sat perfectly still, exuding an aura of intelligence and sophistication. Y/N raised an eyebrow, unimpressed.
“So, Mr. Drake, what do I owe you the honor of visiting? Are you here to tell me that I won the Wayne Family Lottery or something?” Y/N smiled.
Tim chuckled lightly, adjusting his tie. “Not exactly. I’m here on behalf of Bruce. He wants you to join us for dinner at the Wayne Manor.”
Y/N let out a laugh that echoed throughout the room. “Dinner? At the Wayne Manor? Do I look like someone who fits all the tableware and formal dining etiquette?” He shook his head. “No, thanks for the offer, but I’m fine here in my humble little life.”
Tim remained unfazed, a knowing smile playing on his lips. “No need to make a quick decision. It’s just dinner. No pressure.”
Y/N raised an eyebrow in doubt. “Well, sure. Dinner with a billionaire and his seven kids sounds pretty cozy.” He leaned forward on his desk, resting his chin on his hand. “Let me guess, there’s a secret agenda behind this, right? Let me save you the trouble: I’m not interested in any family strengthening sessions or talk of inheritance. I like my life as it is.”
Tim watched Y/N carefully, noticing his relaxed demeanor and cheerful tone. He decided to change his approach. “Well, no family strengthening talk. But… what if I told you there would be cake?”
Y/N froze. His wry smile faded for a split second, but he quickly covered it up with a wry laugh. “Oh, please. Do you think a simple cake would be enough to tempt me? I’ve survived years of hospital cafeteria food; I’m practically immune to temptation.” How did he know I liked sweets? That’s suspicious.
Tim leaned forward, his voice calm and confident. “Not just any cake. Alfred’s cake. Triple-layer chocolate with ganache filling and caramel drippings.” He paused for effect. “It’s legendary.”
Y/N’s mouth twitched. His resolve began to waver. He coughed, trying to sound nonchalant. “Pfft. So what? Cake is just sugar and flour. I’m not the sweet-toothed type, you know.”
Tim tilted his head, his gaze sharp. “Are you sure about that? I heard from some of the kids here that you have a stash of candy hidden in your office.”
Y/N gasped dramatically, placing a hand on his chest. “My parents betrayed me! How dare they reveal secrets!”
Tim smiled, realizing that he had tightened his grip on him. “So, what do you say? Come for the cake. Stay for… well, whatever you want. No strings attached.”
Y/N leaned back in his chair, arms crossed, trying to maintain his composure. But the thought of a rich, luxurious cake was hurting him. His stomach betrayed him with a low growl.
He groaned, leaning forward in mock defeat. “Fine. You win, Mr. Suit. I’ll come for the cake. But don’t expect me to stay long or play nice with your little army of siblings.”
Tim smirked, triumphant. “That’s all we ask. I’ll tell Alfred to make an extra slice.”
Y/N gestured at him, muttering under his breath. “The rich and their schemes. I’ll bring my own fork.”
As Tim stood up to leave, he looked back with a sly grin. “Oh, by the way, can I have this lollipop?” Tim was looking at the glass case full of lollipops that sat on Y/N’s desk, specifically at a certain coffee-flavored lollipop.
Y/N laughed and smiled softly this time. “You can have one, feel free.” Tim took the coffee flavored lollipop and then walked out, leaving Y/N to mentally prepare himself for what was sure to be a very... interesting evening at Wayne Manor.
Sammy entered the office moments later with an orange juice. “So, is everything okay?”
Y/N took the juice and sipped it slowly. “I’m not feeling well… I gave in to the cake.”
♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤♤
That night, Y/N was standing in front of the mirror trying to pick out an outfit for the Wayne Manor dinner, with one thought in his head: “Can I take some cake home with me?”
Maybe the next part about Dick or Damian... or both with Bruce...

Okay, so you know those AUs where Older Stans meet Younger Stans? What about one where Grunk Stans accidentally get transported back to the 1960's and see their little selves out with Filbrick, who's being...well Filbrick.
They arrive just in time to see Filbrick berating like 9 year old Stan for something, Stan crying and he walks off, leaving Ford to comfort Stan. Grunk Ford is PISSED and makes a move to chase down Filbrick, but Stan's already on him. Out of sight of the boys, Stan drags their father off and basically has an all out brawl with him because now he's got way more fighting prowess than their Dad, and he's been in many life or death fights. He's got a lifetime of being treated like shit by this man to make up for.
Meanwhile, little Stans notice their Father left them and start to panic, as kids do. Grunk Ford (against his better judgement) goes up to them and gently asks what's wrong. Stan's too distraught to say anything so Little Ford just says "Sorry Mister, but have you seen our Pa anywhere? I think he just lost us, and we're not sure how to get home from here..." Grunk Ford feels a familiar twinge of sadness. He desperately wants to hug the younger boys but doesn't. "I'm not sure that I have. Do you live nearby? Maybe I can help you get home." He of course knows exactly where they live, but he's trying not to be creepy. XD
Little Ford nods, wiping a tear from his face and tells Grunk Ford where they live. Ford pretends to think for a second. "Oh, is that where the Pawn Shop is? What a coincidence, I was just on my way there. Why don't I take you boys home?"
He takes them home and Little Stan and Ford thank him. Before he can leave, Little Ford grabs his arm and ushers him inside, despite his protests. Caryn is watching the store and greets him. Little Stan explains what happens, and Caryn comes out from behind the counter.
"Oh, thank you so much for bringing my boys home! I'm so sorry for the trouble."
" Oh, no trouble at all." Ford replies. Caryn holds out her hand to shake. Before he can figure out how to get out of it, Caryn grabs his hand enthusiastically, then gasps. She looks at him for a second, then tells the boys to go play in their room. They oblige and as soon as they're out of earshot, she drops Ford's hand and holds both hands to her mouth, tears welling up in her eyes. "...Stanford?"
Ford's eyes widen as he tries to figure out the best way to play this. In the end, he decides to just go with it. "How did you know? Was it the fingers?" Caryn shakes her head slowly.
"No, honey, I'm psychic, remember?" Ford scoffs.
"What? That wasn't real! You just used that as a scheme to get money." Caryn smiles.
"Well, THAT part's not real. But I have Psychometry, Stanford. If I touch something, I know everything about it. The only person who ever believed me was Stanley, and I swore him to secrecy." Ford rolls his eyes dismissively. He's too old to be taken in by his mother's cons now. She puts her hands on her hips and raises an eyebrow.
"You dated an alien with two heads and six arms? You haven't even told Stanley that. AND you have tattoos?! Stanford!" She chastises him. Ford stares at her and opens his mouth, but no words come out. Caryn's face softens again and her eyes well up with tears. "I'm so sorry about what happened to you, honey. I'm so sorry." She pulls him into a tight hug. He hesitates, then reciprocates. He missed how warm her hugs were. How comforting. She pulls back slightly, gripping his forearms.
"Where's Stanley?" Before Ford can answer, Stan comes into the pawn shop, hauling an unconscious and bloodied Filbrick. Stan barely has a scratch on him, save for his raw knuckles.
"Hey there Ma....m. Is this yours-" Before he can even finish, Caryn has him in a tight hug, tears streaming down her face.
"Oh, Stanley! My poor, sweet boy! I'm so sorry, Sweetheart. I'm sorry for everything you've been through." Stan looks at Ford and mouths "what the fuck" at him. Ford just smiles and shrugs.

Billy has a fever🌡️
♦-♦-♦-♦-♦-♦-♦-♦-♦-♦-♦-♦-♦-♦-♦-♦-♦-♦-♦-♦-
Well, it's official. He doesn't have much luck today. Well, he hasn't had much luck in recent years. He was barely eleven years old (ten years and seven months) and was delirious, alone, in his small corner of the world.
Billy had been proud of having avoided getting sick until this point because he already knew what would happen next: he would have to turn himself in to social services so they could take him to the hospital and then he would escape again. Complicated. Not many had luck in that last part of the plan; he had friends who, after that, couldn't escape the system again.
The problem was that he barely had enough strength to move an arm, he couldn't get up, much less go out into the streets in search of a police officer or a precinct. This left him with two options: call the League on his communicator or use his chalk to open a portal.
The cold December wind whipped against his window hard enough to drown out his thoughts. But one broke through strongly enough to make him decide.
How was he going to bring one of his colleagues to the little hole he tried to call home?
Well, is the portal.
Billy had an emergency circle that would take him to a beautiful island hidden somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. Titan Gaia had entrusted him with that place if he fell ill, and now was the time. He could barely distinguish the symbols the chalk left behind, but he was sure he had written beloved caretaker of green life. What he wasn't sure about was if he had properly delimited the spatial jump.
Maybe that's why he was looking at a redheaded woman before passing out instead of a thirty-foot-tall humanoid mountain.
"Well, this isn't something you see every day... Who are you, kid?"
Billy can't respond, and the next thing he knows is that he wakes up in a warm room, fortunately without windows being battered by intense snow. Very clean, clear walls, drawings of plants on the walls, but it wasn't the hospital.
Then he notices that he was in a bed shaped like a giant bunny, no, it really looked like a giant bunny plush with a mattress in the middle of it. A little madness.
A soft, warm, and fluffy madness.
By this time, Billy notices his fever has disappeared. Yes, his head hurts slightly and he has an IV connected to his arm, but he feels strong enough to patrol for a couple of days.
"How do you feel, little fern?"
Billy: Little fern?
"We've taken care of you like a fern, and Harley wanted to nickname you that until we knew your name."
Billy: Thanks, I'm Billy.
Pamela: Good, I'm Pamela, and soon you'll meet Harley, she's my wife. She's a bit energetic, so I apologize in advance for the noise, but that's how she shows her affection.
Billy doesn't know quite what to do or say. If the portal had failed and brought him in front of this woman, it would be hard to explain how it was possible, and escaping would be a bit complicated until he could call the captain.
A wonder indeed was his situation.
Pamela: Don't think too loudly, Billy, we're not going to turn you over to social services or the police.
Billy: Really? * he said a bit confused * Why?
Pamela: We're not exactly lovers of that side of the law, but we know how to recognize a kid in trouble who needs a hand.
Billy grabbed the soft, fluffy sheets that covered him tightly. It was time.
Billy: Thank you very much, really. If you give me a couple of hours, I'll be gone and you'll never hear from me again. I promise.
The woman raised an eyebrow in disbelief, possibly, Billy wondered if he had said something wrong, but he didn't understand exactly what. Was a couple of hours too much? He could really leave in just twenty minutes.
Billy: But I can leave earlier if...
Pamela: Sorry, kid, but it's too soon for you to get out of bed. You came to me with a 103° fever, delirious...
Before Billy could ask about what he might have said, a door was heard slamming not far from the room where Billy had slept and, a few seconds later, a sing-songy and shrill voice made them look. Blonde with a high ponytail, the one and only Harley Quinn. Billy finally put the pieces together, so that's why the names and appearances seemed familiar. Don't blame him, he didn't associate Pamela with Poison Ivy, maybe because he associated the color with Martians... it was strange. He was so exposed to extraordinary and impossible things that he was indifferent to being excited by mere skin color or an ex-supervillain in front of him.
Harley: I'm glad you're okay, little lost boy.
Billy: Uh... Th-Thanks.
The black-haired boy was being hugged tightly by the blonde woman in one of the sincerest embraces Billy could ever remember.
Pamela: Let him breathe, love, Billy still has the IV...
Harley: Oh, right! Sorry... Is your name Billy? Hi, I'm Harley Quinn. Do you want a big plate of waffles with ice cream, toast, strawberries and cream, and maple syrup?
Maybe it was the residual effects of his fever, the hunger of possibly four days, or the warm hug, but Billy nodded his head in affirmation, feeling that if he opened his mouth, he wouldn't be able to avoid crying in front of this warm couple.

He notices them following him around. Part 1. (Yandere! Poly! Twisted Wonderland x Male Reader)
Malleus and Leona: It was one day later in the cafeteria that M/n saw them again. They were together and they kept glancing at M/n and then whispering to each other. It made M/n uncomfortable and wonder if he did something wrong. After 5 minutes of this he decided to take his lunch and leave the cafeteria to go eat with his brother in solitude.
A couple hours later he saw them again starring at him. He was on a walk in the gardens and they definitely following him around. He'd made 5 turns in less then three minutes and they still were behind him. He did not know what to do with the lion beast man and the dragon far following him around.
He decided to go back to Scarabia where they could not follow him finally. While back Scarabia he managed to convince himself he was just going crazy and they were not actually following him. He was disillusioned from that when he left Scarabia for classes though. They were waiting outside his homeroom and then later all of his other classes.
He tried talking to his teachers and brother about it. However they only rolled their eyes and told him it was just Malleus Draconia and Leona Kingscholar, two of the 7 dorm wardens at NRC, and they probably just wanted to talk to him about something due to being new and he should probably just talk to them. M/n felt in his bones though that they were wrong about that and he should not approach either of them ever again.
In the end though he was not given a choice though as he found Leona and Malleus waiting outside the bathroom for him after lunch. No one else was around and M/n immediately felt the urge to flee from them. He pushed the idea away though. "May I help you both?", he says.
The Lion beast man, Leona, snorts. "Sure, herbivore. You can help us by doing what we want.", says Leona. M/n felt his chest tighten in fear.
"What do you want?", says M/n. Leona smirks and Malleus, the dragon fae, smiles. "We want you to go on a date with us.", says Malleus. Terror seizes M/n. He doesn't see any route to escape so he nods. "Perfect. We will pick up from Scarabia Friday at 6 pm, child of man.", says Malleus. Finally the Lion and Dragon walk away from the human.
Kalim and Jamil: It took M/n nearly an entire month to realize he was being followed by Kalim and Jamil. They be waiting outside his room when he woke up and walk him back to his room at night too. His classes were all the same as theirs too. They hardly ever were far from him. Even if he went to bathroom it seemed that one of them followed him.
At first he brushed all of this off as coincidence. It wasn't until one brave soul, a student from Scarabia, actually spoke to him and told him it was kind of creepy how they followed him. Jamil and Kalim quickly scared off the other student from but the seed was already planted in M/n's mind and he suddenly couldn't have unnoticed their weird behavior even if he wanted to do so.
M/n started going out of his way to try and avoid them as much as possible but nothing worked. Kalim and Jamil were stuck to him like glue and scaring off anyone who dared talk to him, even teachers. M/n tried writing home to his parents to ask for help but letters mysteriously disappeared while texts and emails refused to send.
M/n was utterly terrified to leave his room after a week. Then he woke up to them both in his room standing above him. He tensed but managed to squeak out, "He-hey, guys. Can I help you with something?"
Kalim grinned broadly while Jamil narrowed his eyes at M/n. "Hey, man. We just wanted to ask you to go on a date with us.", says Kalim cheerfully but M/n could tell it was a demand rather then an ask. He nodded out of fear of the consequences.
Jamil smiled. "Perfect. We'll be here Friday at 6 pm.", he says. Then Jamil and Kalim left while Kalim chatted away about what they should do with M/n Friday.

SPOILERS FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON
Casting
Making famous rapper Choi Seunghyun/TOP play a failed rapper is some perfectly ironic casting 😂
(I know it wasn't intentional. I just thought it was funny)
Fuck Myunggi
Junhee! Kick him to the curb and keep him there! That guy is definitely gonna be a deadbeat dad.
(And, not to get too moral policing here, but it was cruel of her to keep the baby when she knew she was in heavy debt. No child should be born in poverty)
EDIT: somebody misunderstood what I meant by the above paragraph. They thought it was "classist. Every child deserves to live. If the mother decides to have a child, then it's her choice. It's wrong to tell a mother that she should've gotten rid of her baby just bcs she can't provide a perfect life for her child" (not verbatim, but this was the gist). They removed their replies, so let me clarify for anyone else who's confused.
Children are expensive. They will need things or want other things. They might lose a school book or rip their coat or catch an illness or want a toy. All things that need to be fixed, and all of them cost money. And I just don't think it's something children need to be worried about. You might give them an allowance to teach them financial responsibility, but no child should be worried about the income of a household. They shouldn't fear losing or ruining anything bcs they already know that replacing it will be a financial strain on their family. They shouldn't fear the resulting medical care of (being born with/experiencing) poor health bcs they know it'll be (heavier) debt for their family. Children should only worry about childish things, not the potential collapse of their family.
It is not classist to not want a child to be born in poverty. You don't need to provide a "perfect" life for your child. But you wanting a child is not a reason for them to suffer the effects of the life you're currently living.
TLDR; if you can't be comfortable with your child being a little clumsy or careless or sick bcs any of those might be a financial strain, then you shouldn't have children.
I get that Junho didn't want to admit that his brother was the sociopathic Front Man, but he could've just said, "I saw his face but didn't recognise him." People's lives are at stake here, you pig. Smh cops are just useless.
In Junhee's case, we can only hope that she has other friends who'll help her with the baby. Her debt is most likely in the millions, and she already lost both her parents. I'm sure you can ask any parent and they'll tell you that a newborn needs lots of attention. So either she'll need to outsource that vital childcare while she works (bcs I doubt a government check would be enough for both of them) or she needs work that allows her to bring her baby.
STOP KEEPING VITAL INFO TO YOURSELVES FFS
And Jungbae, oh my God. Five seconds to just say "(Youngil) killed someone" and Gihun might've known to be on alert around him. It doesn't take a detective to work out that, "Hey, this guy is going kinda crazy. He might kill us if he needs to. Maybe I should tell someone." Buddy, even if you think he only turned to murder out of a need for survival, he still can't be trusted.
TRAITOR
Y'all I fucking knew that ship captain Park was Suspicious, with a capital S!
+ they made it a point that Wooseok said "which of you got drunk and spilled the intel?" Only to later show him drinking and spilling intel
The very moment he was questioning Wooseok in that restaurant and saying shit like, "I didn't believe him at first," and, most importantly, "so everything (Junho) told me was true?" He was on my impostor radar. Idk how to explain it too well. Like, yeah, I believe Junho would've told him some stuff but telling him "everything"? or enough for him to make a sudden turn from "this is baloney" to "I 100% believe you and in no way do I think all these men are just part of the same cuckoo conspiracy group."
Also, now that it's confirmed that he's a measly fucking rat, I just wanna circle back to the fisherman who said that he was given "leftover bait" by some guy. Who would just have that shit on hand? Fisherman captain Park. Who was "interested" in the drones and how good surveillance is these days? Captain fucking Park. Bastard.
Gyeongseok and Noeul
Do we think Gyeongseok (the dad) is still alive? I think so since they focused on his character but haven't really expanded on his story line + I didn't see a corpse and he wasn't shot in the head so it's pretty suspect + Noeul avoided shooting him in the first game too (for his hair flying. yall, was he supposed to control the wind??) and I'm pretty sure she's the soldier (that shot him) since she was also the only one connected to him outside the game
Add. Note: I really hoped that Noeul had a chance to shoot those rapist bastards during the shootout. Y'know, disguise it as a "why would the players do this? 😔" moment
Death flags 🏴
Hyunju, those fake friends didn't deserve you 😭. I love her. She's been a boss all season.
Gihun saying he'll outlive Jungbae was probably the biggest death flag I've seen so far. But I thought for sure that old guy (10B won in debt) and that shaman were gonna die. I mean,,, telling other people they're gonna die (and you're gonna live) is an ironic death flag.
EDIT: just gonna add that Jungbae also said, "we're both gonna make it out of here" to Gihun + he was the only person to know the "true nature" of the antagonist so that's three different death flags for him 😭
Side note: I found out that the actor for said old guy (Song Youngchang) is a convicted sex offender/rapist. Maybe that's why I wanna see him die so badly.
Hyunju! And Daeho
And I feel sorry for Daeho. I thought he was lil too peppy for a soldier and I was right(?) The guy's never seen live combat.
I just know that your wife, who would've died to bring a life into this world, would be fucking disappointed
HWANG INHO YOU BASTARD
God. The worst part of the whole plan was the fact that they actually got so fucking close, if only they hadn't let that bitch join their ranks

Some disparate thoughts after yingdu ep 1 (not rewatched or read anyone else's thoughts yet but had seen the pre-release pvs etc)
some time travel mechanics questions answered and some more raised. It's now confirmed what happens if you stay beyond the 12 hours (you're stuck forever). This had been speculated before but this is definitely the first confirmation. Now, in terms of questions? Was lu guang just using his powers normally during the scene at the con and didn't want the others to see? If so, is what we saw as the audience what *he* sees? That would imply he gets rather more context than we'd previously thought. Could just be letting the audience know the backstory though and has no impact on how his powers work. Net zero info ig.
speaking of that backstory, you can tell this arc has brought in more fans behind the scenes. The animator backstory was pretty on the nose and some of the early aspects were very... well, a specific flavour of fanservice, shall we say
also, wow, everyone was thinking lg's fashion sense was awful when we got the first previews but it was cxs to blame all along
so, romance scammer parallels, huh? Taking this on two levels. one) the shiguang level of "don't dig yourself deeper" when lg is... busy digging himself deeper (plus the whole thing about "if you'd just been honest from the start") two) the aspects of "taking advantage of someone when they're at rock bottom" mean I'm now lowkey expecting a similar dynamic to appear once we reach yingdu (perhaps xia fei in the role of the 'victim' as his relative is missing? pure speculation but hey)
confirmed lg can supposedly see into the future with his power. Not taking this at 100% face value considering how dodgy lu guang is around their powers and the fact he's keeping track of timings so thoroughly but at least at this point, he's claiming it's the case, so.
makes me wonder if his notes on timings are from previous loops or if he's just spamming photos when he's worried about something and noting down the timings (hospital-boat arc???)
so many xia fei cameos. I wasn't counting but there were at least three and curiously he appears plenty *before* anyone is even in yingdu (and we know he's got plenty of billboards over there). He's got some global reach for someone who appears zero times in s1 and s2 (which could just be down to them not having written him yet but does make his absence previously more obvious by comparison)
somehow there's *more* prominence on clocks/watches than even normal link click (makes sense as lu guang himself has such a focus on them and we're way more in his pov now). Interestingly though, I don't *think* we saw the time at the beginning when cxs was in the dark room
oh also! when lu guang expects cheng xiaoshi to ask how he "divined" the answer and cxs essentially says he'll wait for lg to tell him + him mentioning he'd sensed lg was hiding something from the very start. sth sth works on a broader scale than just the initial power reveal
also gdi no homura fan lu guang reveal. he gets his time travel stories from other anime, smh
belated realisation edit: lu guang clapped his hands when he checked the photo at the con. This *could* indicate cxs-style diving but I somewhat doubt this both because lg is implied to now be stuck in this time and also because time passes parallel between the inside and outside of a photo so he couldn't speedrun a full dive in the few seconds he took? in which case, is he just clapping because he himself doesn't realise yet he can activate his own powers without clapping? would fit with this reading as an earlier lg. hard to decide what happened there for sure without more info though tbh

ok so we always get reader was fan of driver BUT
let me introduce driver was a big big fan of reader !! so basically reader is a driver and has been for awhile now (like sebs age range) anyway so the driver has been a fan of reader for a long time (reader was probably drivers gay awakening) and now they’re driving together and like the celebrity crush evolved into real feelings
-🐝(can i claim this one?)
yes you can! i've added it to the claimed list :) done this with oscar because i love him <3 mentions of reader winning a championship but not mentioned which year bc i couldn't choose who to screw over, mild suggestive content, + minor implications of manwhore!reader but yk all of them were in the early 2010s so ...
you've been a formula one driver for a while.
the early 2010s were ... well, nobody could say you didn't have fun. it was a time when a few of the drivers decided to experiment a little. you being gay was a bit of an open secret among the drivers. if they wanted a night of fun to find out what they liked, you were the one they went to. which meant many of the podiums and cool-down rooms you were in were ... somewhat charged, shall we say.
the day you won your championship was no different. what you didn't know, though, was that your celebrations caused a young oscar piastri to realise something pretty fundamental about himself. you were easily the youngest of the older drivers—you'd just gotten into f1 when you were barely eighteen—which (perhaps unrealistically) convinced oscar that he was allowed to hold onto his crush on you. the age gap wasn't that big, right?
when oscar got a seat in formula one and realised he would be competing against you, he was thrilled. he knew his manager, mark, wouldn't approve ("i raced against him, oscar, that means you're too young"). that didn't stop oscar's daydreaming. he'd always told himself he had no idols. it was true to an extent, but that didn't mean he didn't idolize you just a little bit.
over his rookie season, he actually got to talk to you and get to know you beyond the personality you had in front of the cameras. slowly but surely, oscar's idolization gave way to genuine feelings for you. his daydreamed version of you grew closer to the actual you. his daydreams morphed from you becoming so instantly enamoured by him that you'd bend him over into romantic dates and waking up next to you and maybe even having kids ...
it takes almost two seasons, all of oscar's courage (and more than a bit of alcohol) for him to confess to you. you're not about to take advantage of him while he's drunk, so you take him back to your apartment and let him sleep in your bed while you take the couch.
he's so embarrassed when he wakes up, but he doesn't take back what he said. he is in love with you. he's been in love with the idea of you for years, and he's now been in love with the real you for over a year as well. he's so sure you'll reject him because he's too young for you. but you don't. you just lean forward and kiss him softly and admit that you feel the same. you were scared he'd think you were too old for him.
yeah, the age gap is controversial and people certainly have their opinions ... but you and oscar are happy. you both know nothing happened until oscar was well and truly old enough and you never pressured him into anything. if anything, you tried to push him away from you.
who knows?
maybe the two of you were just ... meant to be.

I read your reading about enhypen's view on marriage, and I really liked it. Now could you talk about enhypen's vision in relation to children?
Interesting question, wasn't sure how to answer this, but I just asked what they think of children or having them? This is my interpretations of the cards I got, no facts.
Heeseung (The World/5 of Pentacles) Aww, he would feel complete. This is maybe something he wants to fulfill or accomplish in his life, so I see him wanting children. The problem is he sees it cost money, and he is not financially stable for one. Ya'll with think with their fame and success, he got money, but nah, these companies probably give them crumbs.
Jay (Knight of Cups/King of Cups/8 of Swords) Aww, he is cute. He would love children and definitely be emotionally invested in them, which is nice, but he can't really take action on that, or do anything with that right now, makes sense. But he wants kids.
Jake (4 of Wands/2 of Swords/7 of Wands/The Tower) How do he go from the 4 of Wands, happiness and Joy to conflict, drama and destruction at the end wtf dude. This energy is weird. I mean, he would be happy to have children but definitely sees the downsides of it. I keep hearing, it would ruin his career. I mean, he isn't lying. Being an idol is a busy life, kind of hard to be a Father when he will never be around, so this should happen later in life when he isn't as active.
Sunghoon (8 of Swords/King of Cups/2 of Wands) I can see him being emotionally invested in wanting children, maybe even thinking about how to go about it. This is interesting, because the KOC's, which I see as him, is looking away from the 8 of Swords, so he doesn't care too much about the restrictions he may have on him, so if he wants children. He may go for it. Interesting, because I expected him to be more cautious. He seems a bit more carefree. I will be real, he needs to be careful with this energy dude, use protection boy. Yo, I was expecting this energy from Jake. I mean he gave me a bit of that too, but I feel this dude enjoys practicing for having children, if you know what I mean lol I wonder if this will pop up in his love reading, but I think I saw this energy for his view on marriage I think. This strong sexual energy he has.
Sunoo (Judgment/Ace of Cups/Queen of Swords) He feels children will help him grow as a person. He will feel great joy and emotions with having a child. I am not sure if the Queen of Swords is the Mother's energy or his. Is he going to be more stern, intellectual, strong-minded, but also open-minded and communicative or is this what he wants in the mother's energy regarding how they raise children, who knows. It could be both.
Jungwon (King of Wands/The Devil/5 of Cups) Yikes, I don't like this energy. He will seem to be pretty dominate and strict, not very loving from what I see. I see him being it is my way and that is it. The child may not have much say. Jungwon I love you, but even if you my fave, this ain't it sweetie.
Ni-Ki (King of Cups/2 of Wands/6 of Swords) Okay, wasn't expecting this energy from him, didn't think this dude had sexual energy or desires that much, but hey, he is a dude. I can see him being a loving and compassionate father. Love seeing the KOC's in these reading. It shows emotional availability to the child. Like Sunghoon, he enjoys practicing, but this 6 of Swords is weird, it is like if he has kids, he will have to change things, okay maybe the 2 of wands isn't sexual energy, because the keyword is decisions, so he may have to decide things, or figure out things regarding his kids. I feel he would want to do things that is best for the child.

friends i am begging you, if you want to get a dog and have never had one before, DO YOUR RESEARCH ON BREEDS.
i was working with a lady the other day who was telling me she wanted a puppy and had never had one before, so she went and adopted a 7 month old husky/border collie mix from the shelter after being denied at [pet store] for working too many hours. i'm pretty sure she got this dog because it has complete heterochromia and is a very tidy black and white, like a standard border collie.
please. do NOT do this. look into what dog breed will BEST fit your lifestyle. if you work long hours, do NOT get a working dog breed. maybe even don't get a dog. maybe get a less affectionate cat. i do not give a single FUCK if the dog is pretty. do both yourself and the dog a favor and get the dog that fits your life!!! do not get a working dog and stick it in an apartment or house and wonder why it's eating your furniture and destroying your house!!!
#i was just. i wanted to tell her 'this was a horrible decision.'#i was telling her that both of those dog breeds are breeds that need jobs. that were bred to work for HOURS. that they're so so smart.#she got it on friday and went back to work monday and worked 14 hours.#fwiw she wasn't supposed to work 14 hours but the nature of our job and all.#i didn't want to tell her to give the dog back but that's honestly what i was thinking#just. as someone who has grown up around dogs. and as someone who's family had dogs we had no business owning#dogs we had to grow into deserving of them. as someone who's watched people who love their dogs but definitely don't do right by them.#please. for the love of god.#do not get a dog just because it's pretty. make sure it fits what you're wanting in your life.#if you want a couch potato dog do NOT get a german shepherd or a malinois or a husky or aussie#do NOT get a working breed dog because they're cool#even couch potato pups need exercise#if you're not willing to put in the time and effort any dog takes do not get a dog#fun fact: apparently someone where i live decided it'd be a good idea to breed a malinois and a golden/poodle#so now a rescue has a litter of golden/poodle/malinois mixed pups. can you say neurotic basket case with too much intelligence and energy?
