Drawing a character will really make you take note of their character design.
Like, for example, Jericho.
I just realized that his hat in both designs are very wide. Like sir, why does you hat need to cover your shoulders. And also Jeri has some more stuffing in ‘im in his new design. Likewise, tho, his old design seems more…idk, human? Like, he has an actual neck and shoulders. And his head is a more normal-ish shape, rather than the empty burlap sack it is in his new design. Idk, it’s the little things

It's FINISHED!!!!!
TA-DAAAAA!!!!
AND I MADE HIS *SS GLOW IN THE DARK!!!!!!!
So what possessed me to make this was that I went into a comic shop that me and my dad stop at when we get the chance because it's a little out of the way and as I'm at the counter paying for my manga haul that I managed to get away with, I look at the counter and buried under some candy was these Kaiju Number 8 stickers! They had the whole set and it was the only ones that they had, but they were 5 bucks a piece. I spent, like, a whole 30 seconds debating if I wanted to tack on another 30 bucks onto an already expensive haul before my brain went, "Uh, you can't break up a set, dumb*ss." So I ended up bying them anyway 🤣
I then ended up with Sticker Indecision (tm) and I couldn't commit to placing them anywhere. My laptop is already full, and my journal that I have for DnD is getting there + the stickers are kinda big so I don't think I could have fitted them on there anyway. I almost contemplated putting them on the side of my bookcase that faces my bed which led me to the bright idea to be an overdramatic idiot and make a WHOLE *SS TAPESTRY to house these stickers.
Sooooo..... yeah. My family thinks I'm insane now.

Year abroad declaration of intent due in 12 days and I'm kind of freaking out about it 😭
#this isn't my official application but it's telling my uni what i intend to do and somewhat committing to a path#the reason i'm stressing is that teaching assistant is my first choice of option but if i get rejected from that (not unlikely if they can't#find a school able/willing to accommodate my stammar) then i won't have an easy time getting into study abroad as a backup#but if i list study abroad as first option then i can't apply for teaching assistant#so if i get rejected from teaching assistant then it's very likely i'll end up in a uni i wouldn't have chosen in the first place#it's only a year of my life. worst case scenario i'll stick it out and be done with it#besides the real point is to improve my french so as long as that happened then it's grand#but idk there's so much hype about the year abroad and former students saying it was the best thing ever that i'm very scared i'm gonna be#disappointed when i struggle#one again having thoughts of Maybe I'm Too Disabled For This. which is obvs stupid because many people in france have stutters too#idk man i'm so so grateful my french tutors are all going above and beyond to support me in class and for my year abroad application#but it feels very isolating being the only one in my cohort going through this and even though my friends are understanding it's.....yeah#i'm tired of putting on a brave face about it. i'm so scared and i feel so incompetent. i don't wanna be an inspiration#well for other people w speech problems wanting to do languages yeah. but not for able bodied people (aka my family 'you're overcoming so#many challenges')#i know they mean well but i'm tired. i'm so tired. i wish i was able bodied i wish [redacted] didn't happen so i wouldn't talk like this.#ellis exclaims

is anyone else a little annoyed at the official doctor who accounts? they keep pointing out every single tiny thread for the season arc like we're all five, like rtd's been slick or smth going "that woman is just another actor haha our giant disney budget simply wouldn't allow for more actors".
it's not fun to have every possible opportunity for theorizing thrown out the window bc they can't stop making videos jerking themselves off for having a fucking season arc. its so obnoxious, "did you notice????? hey guys did you notice that woman that ruby said she recognized everywhere is everywhere??? did you notice her yet??? here!!! look!!! aren't we so mysterious????"
and the CONSTANT TEASERS are getting on my nerves. i don't need 50 tiktoks telling me what to expect from the next episode bc my monkey brain attention span can't comprehend the one week wait. the teaser at the end of each episode is fine, i don't need jemma redgrave telling me to expect unit tower in the next episode, or for ncuti gatwa to tell me to expect "the truth revealed". its a finale. that you've shown to take place in unit tower. i have eyes.
