Now that's my version of Kaiju No. 8.2 and since theres not much detail in the new chapter its basically just made up by me plus assumptions...

1. I love the theory the white skin from the last manga pannel is him molding and he sorta turns a bit darker again

2. 4 arms, full on mechamp mode here. I feel he will still kinda be an aestethic counterpart to meireki/#9 so this would make sense. #9 got more buff and gained more arms as well in all his level-ups.

3. Black stripes - but they still keep glowing underneath

4. Full on godzilla spikes are on display, maybe an hommage to the franchise

5. Not full on standing anymore due to his mass. LISTEN I WANT HIM BIG, OK!!! LIKE a human would be the size of his toe (i forgot to do a reference here...)

6. Maybe EVEN bigger horns!!!

7. FUCKING. TAIL.

Kafka Hibino likes women who are tough, but cute. Might even go for tsunderes. In general, he likes people who go along with his antics, so that, too. He'll be attracted to noble and selfless ladies who like to help others, whether they're physically strong or not.

Mina Ashiro likes the classic femme type. Classy, elegant, feminine. Even so, she likes a bit of edge in a lady's personality. I see her as the type to like it if a woman has no fighting skills but will still try, lol. It's the principle of the thing, she thinks. Her type is much like Kafka's but softer.

Reno Ichikawa likes shy, sweet girlies. Women he could sit in comfortable silence with are his favorite. He also likes if yoyre receptive to his (secretly) sappy personality. Romantics suit him well. Probably into quiet nerdy girls. Defends himself when people say he's boring with "but the quiet ones are often kinda freaky" lol

Soshiro Hoshina likes a classy lady. Witty, intelligent, confident, and capable women are his preference. He doesn't mind whether you have combat abilities or not, as long as you're kind and have basic decorum. Funny women are good for him, too.

Iharu Furuhashi definitely goes for the manic pixie girl type. Adventurous and pure of heart. Finds it really hot if you are smarter than him which isn't hard to be sometimes, lol. Aesthetically I think he's likely to go for goth/punk/alt girls.

Gen Narumi likes feisty women who kinda scare him. You have to be able to roast him, tbh. He likes confidence. Loyalty is important to him, he's a sucker for serial monogamists even though he won't say it. Please take interest in his weird games.

Rin Shinonome has similar taste to Gen; she likes a girl who can challenge her. But unlike Narumi, she likes praise, not roast battles. Enthusiastic cheerleader types. Sporty girls with a lot of attitude. She's not much for the sweetheart types; she wants to fight for dominance tbh.

happy to see that one of my questions was (kind of) answered: kafka has parents & grandparents, and it seems that they survived the kaiju attack. chapter 120 only says that their property was destroyed, not that anyone died, which he surely would have mentioned in a situation like this if it were true, so i think it's safe to assume they were alive throughout his childhood. by this logic, we can probably assume that mina's family also survived since only her cat is mentioned - woohoo!!

Kn8 + illness.

Kafka Hibino is a pretty healthy person. His immune system is strong, at least; he's rarely ever sick. Because of this, he's pretty useless when you're sick. The first few times, at least. He remembers what his parents used to do for him, but not much else. The type to Google your symptoms.

Mina Ashiro also gets sick pretty rarely, but when she does it hits hard. She's catatonic for a few days when sick, meaning she mostly sleeps it off. You'd think she was unconscious. When you're sick, she piles blankets around you and makes sleepy time tea, and puts on your favorite show or movie. She's honestly hoping sleep works for you, too. If it doesn't, she's kind of at a loss and just encourages you to see a doctor.

Reno Ichikawa was a frail kid, and got sick often in childhood. He's especially prone to colds. His immune system has improved since then, enough that he can be on the defense force, but when he does get sick, he knows exactly what to do, unless of course he becomes delirious from the amount of medication he takes. When you're sick, he kinda goes into mom mode. Nags you about staying hydrated. Still, you feel better pretty quickly since he's an expert.

Soshiro Hoshina never gets sick. He's just meticulous enough about everything hygiene that he successfully avoids most viruses. However, if he does get sick, it's mild at first. He just keeps on living as if he's not sick and makes himself sicker. By the time he collapses in the training room, you've already yelled at him twice. However, he's great when you're sick. Again, meticulous; he's already called your doctor by the second sneeze.

Iharu Furuhashi is a giant baby when he's sick. Acts like he's dying the second he sniffles, and DEMAMDS cuddles despite being contagious. On the other hand, when you're the sick one, he tries to be the hero about it. Likewise, acts like YOU'RE dying as soon as you sneeze. "Nooooo my baby my princess omg are you ok my beloved?!?@ also bless you" lol. If it gets bad enough he's in hysterics. Calls your mom AND his own mom instead of the doctor because he's clueless.

Gen Narumi acts dead when he's sick. He's not as dramatic as Iharu but does say things like "goodbye cruel world" and "can't believe in gonna die before I finish [insert game here]." Like Mina, he sleeps a lot, but probably even more than she does. When the tables are turned, he dotes on you. It seems out of character until you realize he's secretly glad it's not the other way around this time. Still, he does care. And his soft side is soft.

Rin Shinonome is another one who prides herself on never getting sick. When she does, she has a tendency to take too much medicine and start tripping balls in training. Which is bad Narumi kicks her ass so hard and laughs. She's embarrassed lol. Anyway. When its you, though, she's not as reckless and tries to take care of you. Another clueless one but she's really empathetic and probably cries if you throw up and/or cry.
