Yeah i have :D I’ve been thinking about making a faesona but i haven’t gotten around to it because i don’t know enough about it yet. And fae at all for that matter.

Though the concept has always intrigued me the rules for interacting with fae confuse me alot 😅. Id probably get snatched right up if i ever encountered one. It would probably be because I say thank you too much.

Also, I realized recently that it's totally fine to have an AU that doesn't pay equal attention to everyone. I was trying to do that a lot here with this one, but I've since decided to let it focus on Wind, because obviously he's the cool one here. Man I love this version of Wind SO MUCH I want to SQUISH HIM.

DISCLAIMERS AND NOTES ETC.... I'm Pākehā, meaning I am not of Māori descent. I hold so much respect for Māori people, for their values and traditions, and for the fierce pride with which kapa haka is performed. I thought if I was going to design a Māori Miku, it makes sense to dress her in a kapa haka kākahu, as her whole thing is singing and dancing!!! The moko kauae is not based off any real person's. I referenced the temporary moko kauae a lot of kapa haka performers wear!! Was tricky finding out whether or not depicting her with a moko kauae was a good idea, so I went the safe route- showing an aspect of Māori culture without stepping over any boundaries!! Brown eyed Miku is everything to me shout out brown eyed Miku.... I referenced like seven different outfits to put hers together!! I really hope this looks accurate or at least passable. Thanks to adorkastock for the pose ref!!

I am not saying that zuko is sokkas substitute for kya. or they look in any way similar! The whole concept here is that something was happening at the moment, be it how they were laying in bed, how the hair pooled over the pillow, or how sokka was able to hold onto it. It just brought sokka back. It triggered a memory, and suddenly he relived a brief memory. Making him suddenly miss his mother again. hope you enjoy!
