Crochet Update

I'm making the fluffiest afghan in existence.

This is what the pattern's image is lol. I'm working on the middle rn. It is so fucking fluffy.

Also I don't think I showed the finished scarf I was making 🤔

This lil guy. Yes. It was very good practice.

I've also been working on a double crochet scarf (?) with yarn thats so small it might as well be thread hfkshfkd. It has a rly nice texture & I'm enjoying the pattern that's showing on it. Nice and crisp. Very different from the undefined fluffiness of the WIP afghan lol, though they both use double stich crochet. The afghan is turning the double stitches into V stitches though, so there are holes in it. Such is the way of an afghan, I suppose 🤔

Everywhere I've seen has cautioned against using dark yarn as a beginner bc it's hard to see your stitches with it. And Yeah, it sure fuckin is, but I've been getting by through sheer stubbornness bc I Love the color black. So I am Making black things. As is my RIGHT!!!!

Y/N should’ve just walked away when 230 approached her. She should’ve just ignored him, but the man he was with… he was too pretty to not stare. Thanos tilted his head with a smile, “distracted, senorita? I know.. I bet you didn’t think you’d be joining Thanos World today but, here you are!”

Y/N snapped out of her daze and faced him, “oh uhm.. no thanks I was just-“ “Nam-su.” Thanos said, gesturing to the pretty guy behind him. “It’s Nam-gyu.. actually.” The man said, presumably Nam-GYU. “Right, right.. anyway. See to it senorita is protected in the next game. Welcome to the Thanos world~” Thanos smiled, kissing Y/N on the hand.

She pulled her hand away, “I.. guess so? So which game would each of you wanna do?” Y/N asked, gesturing to Nam-gyu, Thanos, the edgy but cool girl, and this shy guy with her.

Y/N got stuck with Ddakji, she was always good at it as a kid and got it first try. Then there was Se-mi, you’d now learned her name, with flying stone. She did pretty well to say the least. Min-su with ggongi, and then Nam-gyu with spinning top.

Thanos erupted happily, “You got this Nam-su—!” “Nam-gyu.” Y/N interrupted, correcting him. Thanos looked confused as Nam-gyu looked over at her, seeming surprised, before throwing the spinning top perfectly first try! Finally there was Thanos with the jegi, it took him a few tries but eventually he got it.

As they went back to the sleeping space and y/n felt a tap on the shoulder, she turned around and blushed softly seeing Nam-gyu. “You remembered my name.. I’m surprised.” He said, seeming confused. She smiled awkwardly, “y-yea I.. guess I did hehe…”

“…thank you.” He said calmly. “What?” Y/N asked, confused.

“For remembering I guess.. he gets it wrong all the time and no one seems to care so— thanks.” Nam-gyu nodded, feeling somewhat bashful.

“Oh— oh! Yea.. you’re welcome.” She smiled gently. Nam-gyu stood there for a moment awkwardly, “for what it’s worth.. I will protect you for the next game.” He said, softly placing a hand on her shoulder. Y/N blushed profusely and nodded before walking off.

You were stuck there anyways. Your brother wouldn’t come pick you up earlier enough and all your friends left already so you found no point in wanting to leave and sit outside in the hot and humid weather where you’ll probably just end up with mosquito bites and sweaty skin. 

The song played in your earphones as you lazily flipped through the Spider-man comic. It was your newest hyperfixation and you had difficulties getting copies but you were getting there. 

Suddenly an intrusion popped in front of you as you got to the good part, but you paid no mind to whoever it was. 

Besides, who in their right mind would want to make small talk with a stranger in the damned detention room?

The music was dull but you could hear the sound of someone clearing their throat. Sighing, you put down the comic and looked unamused at the boy in front of you. 

Park Sunghoon. Rich, smart, pretty boy who lived up to all the stereotypes that clung to his personality while also hanging out with the same sort of people. Not a stranger you thought. 

You wondered how you missed seeing him and…Park Jonseong? (If you remembered correctly) walk in. Perhaps you indeed were too focused in your daydreams. 

Now amusement flickered in your gaze as you looked up at him. 

He definitely did live to his pretty boy name you mused as you took in the moles on his face, the shade of his pink lips, the messy yet perfectly sitting hair of his. 

He gulped under your calculating gaze, not knowing why he felt nervous all of a sudden when it was his idea to tell you not to say anything to Mr.Kim for when Jay and him would ditch the detention they got that day. He confidently told his friend he would threaten you if you didn’t comply, perhaps maybe bribe you a bit and surely it would do the trick.

But how his words seemed to bite right back at him because suddenly his mouth felt drier and tongue heavier under your gaze. For a brief moment, he wondered how he had never seen you, otherwise, he knew he wouldn’t be able to forget a face like yours. 

“Now now,what ever have I done to have the Park Sunghoon right in front of me?” You grinned teasingly at him and fuck you had dimples. He swore he might have died in that moment and reached heaven.

He felt a shove that snapped him out of his thoughts.

“Uh-yeah um we- wait you know me?” You raised a brow at his words, the amusement only growing as you saw the tip of his ears getting red.

Was he flustered…by you?

“ ‘course I do, it would seem weird if I didn’t at least to you people.” You murmured the last part, darting your eyes to his friend who seemed to roll his eyes.You weren’t sure if it was because of you or because of Sunghoon.

“Can you get to the point idiot-”

“Hey! Shut up, yeah? I’m talking-”

“All I see is you acting like a huge fucking si-”

They whispered to each other, almost making you giggle at the way they both seemed to be arguing over something, you figured you were somehow involved. 

“Well see- the thing is we’re going to ditch this.” You furrowed your eyebrows in confusion, tilting your head a little as you leaned forward in your chair, placing your head on one hand.

“And? Does that concern me?”

“We don’t want you snitching, that’s what he meant. You can ditch too, Mr.Kim’s known for never coming back to his detentions once he leaves.” 

You shook your head, “I’m fine here, I have to wait anyways, you can-”

Suddenly a thought occurred to you, “Hmm, the snitching on you both part sounds tempting, I might even get brownie points, struggling with his class anyways.” 

No,he was not supposed to find your smirk cute, nor the mischievous glint in your eyes.

“What’s in it for me?”

“Wha- what’s in it for you?! You can ditch too! Didn’t I say that already-”

“Wait. I might have something.”

Jay stared at Sunghoon in both disbelief and annoyance while you looked at him curiously. He set his bag down and opened it, pulling out something.

“Here.”

You couldn’t believe your eyes. The newest edition of the Spider-man series. You’d been trying for ages to get it, but held yourself back when you saw the triple digit price point. 

Of course he’d have this. 

You gasped in disbelief, looking in awe as you grabbed it and flipped through the pages. Sunghoon found it absolutely cute the way your eyes lit up. 

He was concerned about how enduring he already found you in the span of approximately 10 minutes. 

“It’s too expensive, I can’t-”

“Who said I am giving it to you? I’m letting you borrow it so you won’t rat us out.”

It seemed the tables turned and it was your turn to be flustered under his teasing gaze and he did in fact have a cute grin. Shit-eating one but adorable. 

“I’ll take it to my grave.” You hugged the comic to your chest and did a zipping your mouth motion, throwing away the pretend key. He let out a chuckle at your actions and the sound absolutely did not do something to your heart ( You think it might have burst ). 

Jay had been observing the interaction and he knew why exactly Sunghoon did what he was doing. Seems like the supposed ‘ice’ prince was melting at your mere presence. Oh he was so going to spill everything to the rest of his friends and tease him for the life of it. 

Sunghoon’s gaze moved towards your phone, seeing it was still unlocked he took it while you yelped in alarm, “Hey! I said I won’t say anything!”

You had stood up from your chair and now only realised just how much taller he was than you when he began to type something with his hands raised above you. 

“Here. My number and I rang it to have yours. Call me when you’re done reading, I expect to get my comic back soon enough.” He held your hand and plopped your phone in it, while you remained frozen at his bold moves. Even the blonde next to him was surprised at his actions, that probably said a lot to you. 

He swung his arm around Jay who had an amused grin as he shook his head, waving bye to you, pausing for a moment when he realized something as he looked back at you.

“What’s your name?” 

“Uh-oh um,” You were still in a trance at what just happened as you said your name, not as confidently as you wished and you cursed yourself mentally for already being so hung up on his actions. 

He repeated it as if testing it out, “See you soon then,” He grinned at you as you just chose to wave back, thinking you might just say something stupid. 

Looking down at your phone, you saw his number and back at the comic book that laid on the desk, you grinned bashfully, shaking your head as you laughed.

Maybe just maybe, Park Sunghoon wouldn't have to wait until you finished the comic for you to see him.

He was built like a man — perfect in every way with his chiseled body & god-like strength — but he had the innocence of a child. And y/n loved that about him. He was the purest person she knew, embracing every new experience & every new discovery with such wonder. And she loved that she got to share so many firsts with him.

Y/n always smiled to herself when she remembered the first time he told her he had feelings for her. Or tried to, at least.

They were sitting in silence on a roof in Knowhere, people-watching. They’d come there every afternoon since meeting after the defeat of the High Evolutionary. Having lived in Knowhere with the Guardians before the attack (his attack, ironically), y/n knew all the spots for when you needed a moment alone, & when they’d met, she could tell he was someone who needed that space to just be.

So she introduced him to her spot, & they’d been coming ever since. But Nebula had needed their help with a few tasks that afternoon, so their daily retreat was pushed later into the evening. By this time, the community was out in the streets, dancing & playing & having fun. Music & laughter filled the air, & the faint scent of liquor presented itself as everyone began to drink the night away. It was getting late & y/n was getting tired, so she scooted closed & rested her head on his shoulder.

Y/n felt him tense at the initial contact, before quickly relaxing and melting into it, laying his head on hers. After a couple minutes he spoke.

“Y/n, I… feel something.. when I’m with you.”

She looked up at him without moving from her position, raising an eyebrow in confusion. “Hm?”

“Something.. warm. Tingly? I-I don’t really- how do I- it’s hard to explain…”

Y/n giggled at his flustered attempt to explain himself.

Adam sighed & tried again. “I.. care about you. A lot. But it’s different from the way I cared about my mother. Or Blurp. Like, I want to be with Blurp all the time & hug him & cuddle him, and I want to do the same with you, but in a different way. But I can’t explainhowit’sdifferentitjustknowthatits-”

“Adam!” y/n said with a laugh, stopping his rambling. She lifted her head from its resting place to look at him, amused. “Slow down!”

“See! When you smile at me like that I feel it!”

Y/n bit her lip to restrain the smile spreading across her face, her brows furrowed in thought.

“Can I try something?” She asked. Adam nodded.

“Do you feel it when I do this?” Y/n gently brushed a lock of hair away from his face. He nodded again, slower.

“What about.. this?” Y/n brought her hand down to his shoulder & dragged it down slowly to rest on his chest. She felt his heartbeat quicken.

“I feel it more now.”

Using her other hand, she grabbed his arm to raise it between them, and then placed her hand on his, gently interlacing their fingers. “This?”

His heartbeat quickened again and he nodded. A curious smile spread over his lips.

“I feel it right in my stomach.. almost like it’s.. like it’s fluttering. Like-”

“Butterflies.” Y/n said, finishing his sentence.

Adam nodded again, excitedly, like she’d just solved a puzzle he’d been stuck on for days. “Like butterflies!”

Y/n leaned in closer, resting their intertwined hands in his lap. “Adam, you like me,” she said with a teasing smile on her lips.

“Well yeah, you know I like you. I like most people. Except the ones I need to fight, which used to be you & our friends but now I like you guys.”

She chuckled and pressed her head against the nook of his neck, back resting on his chest, pulling his arm around her, fingers still locked together.

“No, Adam. I mean you like like me. Like, romantically.” She tapped his torso with her free hand. “That’s why you feel all warm and gooey inside when you’re with me, or when I touch you. You having feelings for me. Romantic feelings.”

“Romantic…,” he whispered to himself, then paused shortly. “Do you like me too? In the romantic way?”

Y/n felt his chest tense as his breathing hitched, anticipating her answer. He may not understand his feelings yet, but he knew he wanted her to feel the same way. She squeezed his hand softly in reassurance.

“Mhmm. I like you a lot.”

He eased beneath her & then was quiet for a moment, as if deep in thought, processing the new feeling he had just discovered.

Then he held her tighter, and she felt him smile as she melted into his embrace.

“I like liking you. It feels nice.”

It's warm. Yeonjun is panting against your bare chest, hands struggling to hold himself up after a particularly strong orgasm. Drool begins to fall from the corner of your lip, but Yeonjun swipes it clean with his thumb before shoving it into his mouth.

He can't hold himself up any longer. He collapses on top of you. Warm skin against skin, heavy breathing, the stickiness on your thighs transferring to his own.

It's messy, so messy.

"Yeonjun." You call out for him after you both recover.

Yeonjun makes a muffled "hmm?" sound. He's still panting, taking deep whiffs of your scent.

"We need to clean up, Jun. Can you roll over? I'll get some towels."

He doesn't have the energy to protest and whine this time, he just rolls over, finally facing the ceiling and relaxing in the soft comfort of your bed. Yeonjun’s eyes are shut tightly, trying to remember the warmth of your skin, your pretty noises, your—

You close the door to your bedroom as you seek some towels. It snaps him out of his daydream. Yeonjun’s eyes open, and he’s in an empty room, an empty bed.

He doesn’t like feeling this way. He knows he can’t do this, can’t date you, can’t love you the way he wants to. It wasn’t what you both agreed on. It just wouldn’t be right.

Yeonjun doesn’t even know if he’s ready for that sort of commitment. He’s fucked around with people before you, yes, but he hasn’t had a serious relationship. The fact that his heart and mind yearn for you in ways that go beyond hookups terrifies him.

But now, all he wants to do is hold you, caress your skin, have your hair tickle his neck as he sets his head on top of yours, safe and secure in his arms. He wants your warmth to invade every crevice of his body, swallowing him whole in what he can only describe as love.

Yeonjun allows you to help clean him up when you come back. The warm, damp cloth leaving wet trails on his skin.

“Can you stay for breakfast, at least?” Yeonjun asks you. It surprises you a little— he hasn’t ever asked that before.

“That’s new. I can stay if you want to, but you know I have work.” You reply. Yeonjun sighs in response. “Oh, no. It’s okay. You shouldn’t be late to work.” He assures you, but maybe you’d be willing to, for him. He holds out hope that maybe you’d just stay.

“You’re so sweet, Jun. I might stay next time.”

Oh. Well, if not tonight, maybe next time. Waiting for the next time he gets to have you shouldn’t be so bad.

He’s lying. He’s desperate to have you stay, even if it’s the only time you’ll sleep in the same bed for a night.

“You know, I can cook. Used to cook for my friends when we went to the States. I made some damn good eggs. I can treat you to a good breakfast, promise.” Yeonjun offers. He’s certainly a sight, because he’s still very much naked aside for the fact theres a blanket covering his lower half. It flusters you a little. “I’m sure you’re great at it, Jun.” You sigh out.

“Seriously though, can you just stay? Just for tonight?” He pleads.

Yeonjun’s eyes were hopeful, glimmering while he waits for an answer. Your gaze softens, lips parting as you come up with a reply.

He’s cute. It wouldn’t hurt to stay. Wouldn’t break the… thing you both have going on.

“I’ll stay.”

Perhaps it was when you were wrapped in his arms, his comforter covering the both of you as your head rests against his chest, his heart beating against your ear, that you felt something more.

Gaty was standing in the corner, alone, with a singular red solo cup keeping her company. Her eyes darted around the room, seemingly looking for something— er— someone.

“Uh.. T-Two?” She weakly called out, her head spinning in all directions, trying to find her best pal.

She then walked a little further from her original position, nudging what seems like hundreds of people, trying to find her best friend.

Gaty recognizes a little green guy sitting on the couch in the corner, seemingly taking a nap. Dozens of red solo cups are scattered next to him, reaching the floor.

She quickly walked over to them, some purpose in her step.

The periwinkle gal sat down on the couch, before placing her hands on Two’s shoulders and shaking them.

“Two!” The girl exclaimed, the deep concern for her friend prominent in her voice.

Two’s eyes quickly batted open at the sound of their friend calling their name, eyes widening at the sight of Gaty, seemingly worried for this friend of hers.

The periwinkle purple tried to lift the number up, her intentions being clear. “Oh-kay.. time to sober up, Two.” She muttered under her breath.

As Gaty tried to get Two to their room, she blinked and boom. They were both there, in Two’s bedroom, with Two already in their night cap.

To say Gaty was shocked was an understatement.. but it was a pleasant surprise. Hey, at least it was easier for her now.

“Alright..” She mumbled to herself, searching around the room for something that could help her friend sober up.

Two quietly admired Gaty’s features, how pretty she looked in the dim lighting of their bedroom. Even though their vision was— well— not so great, they could still tell that their best pal looked amazing, as always!

“You’re prettyyy..” Two drunkenly blurted out, giggling nonstop.

Gaty almost immediately stopped what she was doing. A soft, pink powder crept upon her face, averting her gaze to the host infront of her.

Gaty knew that Two didn’t really mean what they meant. They were in a drunken state. Only stupid people believe whatever a drunk person is saying.

But that thought didn’t stop Gaty from wishing that Two did mean it.

Gaty continued to care for the green guy, trying to get them to freshen up.

She pressed the bottle’s opening to their lips, watching them slowly drink their milk. Watching as they slowly started drifting off into slumber.

“Are you feeling alright, Two?” Gaty asked, tilting her head to the side.

Two yawned, their eyelids slowly dropping. “Mhmm.. am’ mkay’..”

The green brit could barely see. Their eyelids were growing heavy, but they were trying to stay up for your best pal. And they could see that their best pal was not happy right now.

“Ohhh.. cmon’ Gatyy.. Smilee! Ya’ look nice when you do..” Two exclaimed, they really did think their best friend was beautiful all the time.

post game isat thoughts i have

what the title says i have thoughts in my brain and i want to share them

isafrin date thing pretty much immediately post-game: sif should get to be sick for at least a week. and the party fusses over them the whole time and it's adorable and then i think one night. sif should turn to isa and ask if he wants to hang out. hehe and sif brings isa to go look at the stars this time! and it's sort of like isa's friendquest but this time they are actually snuggling. and not just talking about isa, they're talking bout sif too some of the stuff isa says is reminiscent of the loops which freaks sif out a bit. but it just makes them happy to hear isabeau talk and he would share some things that happened in the loops-- wholesome things of course i think it'd still be a while before they opened up about the uh. the worse shit. but stuff like teaching bonnie to fight, finding out they were allergic to pineapple the hard way (isa would be freaked by this but sif finds it hilarious), maybe tell him about wish craft and color theory, the change god helping them out, bombing the king, etc etc. the nice stuff. AND THEN. I THINK THE ISA USING A SHOOTING STAR AS A DISTRACTION THING SHOULD HAPPEN-- BUT ITS REAL THIS TIME <3 like sif looks up and it's a whole freaking meteor shower... and isa tells them to make a wish, to which they respond "i'm not messing with that again for a looooong time" :)))) and i just think that should culminate in isa carrying a sleeping sif back to either the clocktower or the house, wherever the family has set up shop... njhgfcftyhujkuhgvfcdfty i love them they're so cute

LOOP THOUGHTS. i dont know if i am committing to this hc, but i think it would be cool if loop and siffrin became a system of sorts? i know very little about plurality so i dont really know what im talking about... if i get anything wrong please tell me! but ive got yet another scene in mind like right before the party leaves dormont to go pick up nille, sif visits the favor tree one last time. just. reminiscing. and mira would come along and find him and they'd have a talk! not specifically about loop, but loop would definitely come up in the conversation and then at some point sif says that loop mentioned that they'd be coming back and is like "i wonder when we'll see them again" and loop just screams HOW ABOUT RIGHT NOW and shoves siffrin out of front jhugtfcvfdxscfgthbnygvh i think loop should still get to have their own body and autonomy and stuff, i just think they should also be able to just show up in sif's head. and vice versa i think eventually sif figures out how to do it as well and they just get to constantly bother each other from a shared headspace dcgbnjuytfg

and. and then i think that can lead into a lot of sad wholesome moments where sif lets loop be siffrin for a little while. like the party is sitting around a campfire telling stories and being happy, sif notices loop hanging around in the headspace, and lets them drive for a bit. i dont think they'd do it very often or for super long or anything but. hgfcdxcfgybhnj. they should get to be siffrin every once in a while too. as time goes on and they become more of their own person they do it less and less, but for the first few months to a year or so it's comforting to be able to be surrounded by versions of their past family, if only for a bit as i said. i dont know what im talking about really so if i said anything badly or if any of these ideas are bad please let me know

time craft shenanigans i think sif (and loop) should get to keep time craft powers after the loops end not to like. the extreme that the loops were. but like how sif will loop back like five minutes if they screw something up socially-- i think they should get to keep that EXCEPT. the party learns to pick up on what time craft feels like. so if theyre ever talking to sif and boom weird time craft feeling and sif is in a wildly different emotional state they can just go "sif. did you loop back. what happened." i think it would be a good. like. starting therapy point? them having a toxic coping mechanism for when things go badly and the rest of the group helping him work through those situations instead of avoiding avoiding avoiding and i think loop should keep it for the memes (and trauma reasons. but mostly the memes.)

it would get better with time, as siffrin (and loop) gets more and more comfortable with being uncomfortable and messing up and learning to work through the anxiety and and and then that could lead to a big situation a few years in the future when the group splits up. and sif is TERRIFIED that the loops will start again i dont think the group would ever split up for good though. they're a family!!! they're not gonna just leave each other behind after another few months of traveling!!!! that just means all the suffering sif went through was for nothing!!!!! and yeah, they cant stay together forever. i know. but even after splitting up they'd still definitely have family reunions like every other tuesday

BUT SIF AND ISA NEVER SPLIT UP EVER. NOT EVEN FOR FIVE MINUTES they get bonded and go on to open a boutique/trinket shop <3

let’s go to delulu land! im building this opinion since khaotung said he loved first as kant, and how he always says that. Sometimes i think is just his way of trying to say to first to act more like kant, i don’t know how kant is but just by the trailer i can say he is very into physical touch and maybe khaotung is just craving this. First already said that khaotung never let go of his hand when they were filming, holding even when were screamed “cut”. At the same time, i think first is afraid to be much touchy with his bestie and casually fall in love (they already are) he seems like someone who will hold his feelings and never do anything about it (when it comes to liking his bestie friend who is also his coworker). And khaotung, by saying all this stuff waits to first do something so he can react and loose himself in him.

im really delulu, i feel like they are just like akkayan in some aspects but maybe thats just me. tell me your insights about all of this!!!

But I don’t blame you, THK era has highlight even more how our boys are so sticky with each other (for the lack of better term).

From the boys casually sitting on top of each other (as evident by the many BTS videos/photos taken by others) to their Polycat concert shenanigans plus Jojo pretty much giving up and saying “I don't know what to tease you two about anymore” during the THK wrap up party; clearly these 2 are no longer as shy in displaying their close relationship (and I'm all here for it!) - so, I'm not exactly sure what you meant by KT craving more touch (from First) because it seems they are already all over each other (highlighted even more so with the recent THK Press Tour! - so adorable!!!!).

I also mentioned in a previous ask that when these 2 are excited/can't control their emotions/feel comfortable with their surroundings, they really do treat each other bodies like an extension of their own. The casual touch and gesture with the other party just accepting it is so fascinating to me (cause I'll tell you now, I don't even like my own family members touching me most of the time). I am also taking the opportunity to shout out to Joong/Dunk being FK adopted sons (or if in Dunk/Khao case, the latter being everyone's sunshine baby to the point even the THK admin pointed this out...🤭)

We already know KT adores First as Kant (he has said countless of time he finds Kant the best character so far out of their series, which I still find funny, cause I think the interviewers/host from KT party was actually asking him what's his fav role to date and he just goes off tangent and promote his soulmate instead hehe). Is it because Kant is meant to be this flirtatious, suave tattooist who pulls all the move to make sure Bison (and by default KT as well hehe) trapped in his allure? Who knows? Maybe! But, we all know, it is Bison who really holds the power in their relationship (at least in the bedroom anyway, 😆). I get the impression though, while Kant may have fallen for Bison first - once Bison commits to a person, he will be fiercely protective (and murderous, 😅) on behalf of his loves ones (so, when Bison finds out of Kant's deception, all hell will break loose)

Either way, since both boys are method actors, I have no doubt that there are some element of their characters seeping into their real life persona a little bit (especially KT, where FK admits KT always take longer to come out of character) - so, him clingy to First and refuse to let his hands go even after they finish filming, oh yes? This tracks nicely! Also that recent comment by First saying the KT he has to deal with at 6am is very different with the KT he deals with at 7pm??? (which ahem, also tells me, these 2 are TOGETHER pretty much 24/7. I mean we all expected this but its nice to have confirmation).

Look, I truly don't know whether these 2 are in a romantic relationship (in my delulu world, these 2 are in a comfortable spot where they know themselves what they meant for each other but is just letting everyone else make assumptions 😏). Either way though, I am eagerly waiting for Khaotung (or First) to casually drop a bombshell they are now cohabiting in KT's brand new house (whenever that will be completed) - because you just wait, they will drop this random fact suddenly or might pull a EarthMix move 😉

November 8 - Friday

Whew! Caught up at last!! (took me long enough)

Today was actually pretty good. I called Angel before school which made me really happy!! (I love him sm ill sob rn actually). My class wasn't toooo bad. The teacher talked sooo much ugh, but I drew the whole time so it was fine. I made my oc thinnn n pretty, love him. Also we had to go around the room and talk to people for like 30 minutes. 30. (did yk you have 30 minutes??)

It was so nerve wracking, especially because I was unprepared lol. I bet I looked like such a total weirdo with the lack of eye contact I was making, but at the time I was just trying not to break a nervous sweat LMAO.

Then, after my class I went to the library (on call w/Ange) and did an assignment. I went home afterwards because my phone was gonna die, and I needed my charger.

After a bit at home, I went to my next class, and I had a test in this one. It went good I think! We studied beforehand which I'm really grateful for.

We had a break in this class, so I went to walk around for a minute, and during this my mom texted me with:

"Eli

What did u eat today"

...

nothing. So, I said "I had some chicken nuggetss after my class hehe"

to which she responded "No fries no pop. How many nuggets"

GURL. So i was like "I did get some fries lol? and i got 10 why?"

and she just CONVENIENTLY NEVER RESPONDED. UGH.

After my class ended I went home and got ready for work. I was otp w/Angel (because seriously when am I not?) and he was playing minecraft. It was so peaceful and entertaining to watch and listen to him play- I loved every bit of it. Then, we talked about how we should play together (I ltrly will do anything to idc).

Work was actually ehh, not toooo bad. My dad and friend and her mom stopped by which was nice, and also my hairdresser LOL. They both tipped really well (obviously my dad did but yk).

I went home after what felt like one billion years, I was so so so happy. When I got home I just said a few things about my day like I usually do, and made sure to slip in the fact that I got a free meal at work. Which isn't wrong, I did, but I didn't get anything. I actually am just gonna let my friend get something tomorrow. but they don't have to know all that shhhhhhhh.

Then my mom stopped in front of me and was like what did you eat? and so i repeated myself bc no one listens to me <3

(I told her fried chicken tenders, fries, mac and cheese for context, a very 'me' meal tbh or at least it was)

Then, she was like "how many chicken tenders?" "no drink?" "did you finish it? all of it?" "so then you ate 2 full meals today?"

oh. my god. like. genuinely.

why. is. she. interrogating. me. pls. fucking. leave. me. alone. IM GENUINELY MORTIFIED AND HONESTLY IM SO AGGRIVATED. LET ME STARVE IN PEACE HOLY FUCK.

I tried to act like a normal person and be like ??? why are you interrogating me? BC WHY ARE YOU (as if I'm not literally starving myself)

She was just like "because I need to make sure you're getting nutrients." ok girl.

Then, I went to my room and she went to bed. I cleaned my room a bit and did a homework assignment, so I'm pretty proud of myself.

Also if you couldn't tell by now I fasted today. I was gonna either 48 hr fast or do 2 24 hr fasts back to back, but I think I'm just gonna do around 36 hrs. I wanna eat in front of my mom tomorrow so maybe she'll start leaving me alone (I seriously doubt it).

It just gets really frustrating when every meal I have she thinks isn't enough, even when I'm genuinely full. I can't eat like I used to like I physically cannot, she has to get that.

Anywho, I was thinking of making some cucumber boats tomorrow, I think it'll be fun.

when you unlock the door, you can’t stop your eyes from softening at the sight of changbin seated on your couch, his head tilted back and eyes closed in mellow ease, a serene expression gracing his face. you could tell that he wasn’t sleeping but was rather waiting for you to come home, your suspicions being confirmed as his eyes fluttered open at the sound of your keys jingling.

he momentarily ignores his exhaustion when he stands up to greet you with a cheeky smile before quickly embracing you and groaning into your neck, whining and playfully grumbling about how long you took and how he ‘might’ve died from worry!’ you know he’s only joking when you pull his head back to look at him, and his cheeks are rosy, a giddy grin plastered upon his mouth which begins to attack your face with kisses.

his face would shortly bury itself in your neck once again and his hands would firmly grip your thighs before picking you up and carrying you to your shared bedroom, snickering at your loud squeals. thus the cuddle session begins and all he does is tease you in his annoyingly cute high-pitched voice and gush about how he’s so glad his y/n is home, how he’s too obsessed with you so you better not stay out that late again!!!

his teasing eventually passes when he yawns and decides to brush strands of loose hair away from your face, softly asking you if you had fun, eagerly listening to you recount your day with a sleepy grin. it’s hard to not squeeze his cheeks and kiss him silly as he presses small pecks onto your jaw while listening to you talk, asking keen questions before eventually falling asleep with his head buried in your chest </3

OK THIS ONE.... i almost died irl trying to remember this shit, even before i started and i was still viewing the covers i was like there is no way in HELL im remembering this shit for vol 10. and i was right

like. Purple. White Mask. Antlers. WILD layered clothing. at first i drew the mask as an actual deer skull but later had a straight up epiphany and redrew it like that which... still not correct but I MEAN.... IT'S PRETTY GOOD

i cant believe most of the purple is the bg oughgh his clothes are WHITE..... this is fucked up. i DID remember the stick tho, bells and everything!! actually bells and nothing else!!!

annyeong! i am Dropping By to say that yes I'm still alive. and i know this won't get notes, i just wanna get smthn going bc ill be posting smthn soon!

january has been a wilddd wild month to say the least. the highlight i think most of y'all will care about is the svt con in my country that i WASN'T able to go to but my friends did so i lived vicariously through them and their fancams hehe. as a major E, i'm rly just happy to spend time with them and all.

but i'm not gonna lie when i say that it was a pretty tiring experience, physically and emotionally bc well what else happens when u invest so much on 13 men who make you happy?

being a kpop stan takes a lot. along with actual personal Life commitments, it does take a toll on a person.

to all my wips, i still see u and u will see the light of day somehow! just....lemme breathe haha

but anyway i think i'm back to semi-regular programming. i really do need to do good on my promise to write and make progress writing everyday because i also think it'll do me good.

i also have to remind myself that i am doing all this for passion and fun. sure, i spend time and effort on something that won't pay me (yet???????), but reading and creating stories has always been something that fills the cup in my heart. meeting amazing people who understand is really just the cherry on top.

so again, another reminder that right now, i am doing this for the pure sake of making art and stories to also make me happy. it's hard not to feel pressure amongst amazing writers on here, but i came across this great quote that i believe can help not just me, but also others: "write as if no one will read it."

WILLIAM:

I like 2 think he wears a LOT of body armor especially if his power involves leaving his physical body vulnerable. i think he'd take every precaution possible to protect it w armor/the majority of his costume being darker in color. since his powers wouldn't require direct contact with other people PLUS he's really the only one on the team with close direct family members to protect with his identity, he'd keep the majority of his skin covered/concealed and use loose bulky clothes + the cape to change his silhouette. bold of him to have fire motifs in his costume design and not actually have fire based powers <3 I'm totally bullshitting the classification numbers but I think his breaker level would be higher than the master level since he doesn't always have the greatest control over the wisps (they do their own thing sometimes it's fine)

DAKOTA:

I REALLY like the idea that at first glance everyone EXPECTS him to be a brute. but hes not. he's just insane about martial arts training and has built up a lot of muscle because of it. has the least protective costume. VERY little armor on him, doesn't like the restriction/weight of armor. has a ton of scars from a combination of that lack of protective gear + putting himself in front of teammates in danger + the insane amount of training he does, basically pushes himself to the limit constantly. has a lot of big pockets in his pants, usually keeps things like extra bandages and snacks in them :] belt around his waist is like a karate black belt. doesn't wear shoes, keeps hands and feet bandaged basically at all times.

VYNCENT:

also keeps a lot of bare skin showing in costume, mostly on his arms in order to use his powers. has a lot of belts that look pretty useless/only for aesthetic reasons but uses them to hide a lot of little concealed weapons in case his powers backfire and he can't use them immediately. pretty well trained in melee combat. the most lax with his identity, but is still somewhat careful about it. the highest power rating on the team, but also the one with the least amount of control over his powers. it takes him a while to get used to using someone else's powers, so it's general knowledge among villains that you DONT want to fight him more than once in close succession (and if you do, to stall the fight/draw it out as long as possible because he can only use his powers in short bursts. gotta wear him out). he's the most comfortable with using williams and dakotas powers (and on rarer occasions, tide's) but still can't fully control them

SIDE NOTES:

- when asked who the leader of the team is, william will say it's dakota, dakota will say it's william. vyncent will say either of them depending on the day

- I like 2 think tide kind of takes the role of director piggot ? since she seems the most like their caretaker/mentor. except it's different with tide, he's a little more directly involved with them 1) because he genuinely cares about them and they care about him and 2) because he's also a cape, he can more directly kind of teach them the rules (?)

- ashe joins the team way later and there's a little but of strain because of it. this is mostly from william, who gets jealous easily and doesn't generally do well with new people (he defends himself by saying putting two masters on the team makes them unbalanced, really he's just a little jealous that ashe is master 8 and he's only master 5) HOWEVER. eventually they end up being the ones that hang out the most out of costume <3

- THINKINGGGGG A LOT. ABOUT HOW ASHE JOINS THEM BTW. I think I need 2 read more worm before I actually decide. learn how the prt responds to certain things. i.e. how does this kid with a villain dad end up on the wards (right now im considering a chariot situation where he originally joins as a mole . but then decides he likes them <3 this could also contribute to why william doesnt like him at firsr because hes the most likely to figure that out. )

- thinking a LOT about the leviathan fight. i don't exactly know how to put those thoughts into words rn but. tide gets OFFICIALLY sent to the leviathan fight bc of his water powers and i think maybe. they follow him when they're not supposed to. but then they get to stay because they're already there and the rest of the heroes are not gonna turn down more hands in the fight. (somewhat similar to the meatball planet situation)

- extreme ghostkicks codependency. that is all
