and no it's not just restricted to a lack of notochord bcus lampreys are absolutely honorary bugs. so are sea squirts and amphibians. obvs if im ACTUALLY referring to specific animals i use bug in reference to true bugs only, but casually? anything is bug. lemurs are bugs.

I see a lot of definitions of what exactly constitutes a bug, so I want to know what you guys think makes a bug.
