ken! that means you are his barbie <3 he likes joking around with this name and you do too!

well it is true, he would do anything for you like how ken does anything for barbie.

if you like to watch barbie movies/series he’ll gladly watch them with you too. i feel like yukki is also the type of guy who isn’t afraid to wear pink in public he’s ALL for it.

he’ll only respond if you call him ‘tabi’!!!

and only from you!! like if his friends call him ‘tabi’ he’ll ignore it because it’s special and only for you to use.

the two of you were playing around with words and you somehow managed to connect the word ‘tiramisu’ to his full name.

the ‘t’ is taken from ‘tabito’, and ‘tiramisu’ rhymes with ‘karasu’ hence this ridiculous but funny nickname came to be.

i guess it’s also an easier way to say ‘karasu’ it’s basically just shortened to ‘krasu’ y’know!

he frowns a little when people call him this but he doesn’t stop them. it’s like a playful name for ‘otoya’.

sometimes people confuse his name as ‘toyota’ like the car too so!

i guess there are two pronounciations for this. it could be “ginnie” with a g, or like “jinnie”!!!

Haha studying International Studies while being a Hetalian is so much fun. I actually survived many subjects thanks to Hetalia 😂

To me, international politics and history become very close and easy to understand if you are a Hetalian. I also volunteered for some diplomatic events in my country a few times and the atmosphere in those events made me think of our characters a lot.

This is a major (at least for me and my friends) that I think will give students a great self-study attitude because the basic knowledge of politics or history is assumed by teachers that you have had since high school, so they will teach you more about other more specific things. If you enjoy connecting events and thinking about different perspectives, I think you will enjoy this major.

At the same time, I also feel that foreign affairs in general allows you to meet many people that you only see in the media before. I once attended a class taught by a teacher who worked at the United Nations for a few years and he told many insightful and also very funny stories about the world situation (very Hetalia) 😭

Also @dykesferatu has a big brain beautiful interpretation where kadaj contains elements of cloud (the insecurity, desire for (motherly) validation, desire to prove himself etc) and is proof that seph contains elements of cloud the same way cloud contains elements of seph (s cells and stuff) I LOVE IT A LOT... THEYRE MIXED UP..... They're forever leaving scars and parts of themselves inside each other... Guh....

its been such a long while since ive been able to draw anything and post (excluding last post which was for interrogation room day lol) but ive been on the drawing grind as of late and i did this references for my royal trio which some headcanons on the side (i take them so seriously, they are practically my ocs atp gjskfj) i plan to do the rest of the pts later when i have the energy and ability to do so, i think i was only able to draw them out as how i see them without hating it immediately bc of how much ive drawn them these past 2 years lmao

also did a chart sorta thingy for how i see younger akechi & akira (i take my trans hcs wespecially for akira very seriously lol) i also drew them and how i view their furry counterparts (i rly wanna get better at drawing furries!) and i think both came out rly well, im extremely proud of the chart thingy and how i drew akira there and even the hcs and stuff i added bc i think it sums him up rly well and is like very very close to how i viewed it in my head, which is also smth to be proud of. i wish i wouldve included more hcs/details for akechi but oh well it is what it is, i dont think his backstory is as important as akira’s bc we can pretty much infer for him unlike with akira who we are given no lore on (which i rly dont like but at the same time i love it sm lolol) but yea, then after that i drew a wonder to accompany it all. i see him as the shuake divorce child although i did NOT know p5x took place in 2026 which blew my mind i hope we NEVER see the pts older its gonna read the arthur future ep so bad 😭 i dont even WANNA know what they envision for them (also seeing makoto police officer in actuality will js. break me what a horrible path for her, so out of character too)

“I need to run Toru,” you mutter.

"You don't need to run. You need to give it a break, you idiot!"

“No I do,” you clench your jaw, “and you certainly don’t get to tell me what to do when it was your fault.”

He slams his hands on the table.

“Can you not cause a scene?” You roll your eyes.

He leaned back with a frustrated sigh. He grumbled quietly under his breath. You continue looking out the window in silence thinking about middle and high school when you used to run with your old best friend, Kageyama. It’s one of the few things you have left that you can do that makes it feel like he’s still around. The routine is a small comfort, but a comfort nonetheless and certainly a necessary one. Oikawa watches you go quiet and look out the window. He could practically see the thoughts rushing through your head.

“I need to go,” you mutter, standing up.

He panicked a bit as he watched you get up. He quickly grabbed your wrist to stop you.

"Wait, where are you going?!"

“I can't be around you right now.”

His grip on your wrist tightened. He had a worried look on his face.

"What do you mean you can't 'be around me' right now? Where are you going?"

“Somewhere personal, don't worry I won't run there,” you practically spit the words at him.

He flinched at the venom in your words. 

"Y/n, just tell me where you're going. Please?" he spoke pleadingly.

“It has nothing to do with you so drop it.”

He clenched his jaw. He was getting frustrated again. 

"I'm not going to just 'drop it'. You might be going off to somewhere dangerous. I'm worried about you!"

“That’s new,” you scoff, “I’m just going to the park... there's a hidden cove through some trees where I…” you pause contemplating saying that you went there with Kageyama but decide against it, “spent a lot of time in high school. Can you let me go now please?” You tug your arm away from his grasp.

“Just...promise me you won't do anything dangerous. It's not safe to go to isolated places like that on your own, y'know?"

“Yeah, whatever Toru.” You walk out of the café.

He was about to protest, to stop you from leaving, but he didn't. He just watched you walk towards the exit with a conflicted expression on his face. He was worried about you, but he didn't know what to do. The last thing he wanted was for you to push him away again.

"Hey, wait-"

He let out a sigh. He was too slow. You were already gone.

Ok, so in your last post, you mentioned how you love Harvey and dont care for Elliott and Shane that much, so I'm morbidly curious what your thoughts on the SHE trio (Shane Harvey and Elliott) are?

I'm a firm believer that the three of them are bros and drinking buddies. I know a lot of people headcannon that they all hate each other but for me, I can so easily envision them having a bromance as the 3 older bachelor men.

Like, Shane starts hanging around Elliott on the rare occasions he visits the saloon, mainly because Elliott is a goofy drunk, which adds entertainment to the otherwise boring atmosphere. Shane finds it funny to watch this seemingly put-together gentleman drunkenly fumble over his own long legs, and forgetting how to spell 3 letter words despite being a writer. The next time they hang out, Elliott would invite Harvey to drink with them. Naturally, Harvey would become the straight man of the group, trying to keep the other two in check and failing miserably, only to eventually give up and embrace the drunken chaos.

When they're sober, its a more subtle of a bromance. Like, Shane and Harvey show up to Elliott's book reading, even though niether of them like romance novels. And Harvey and Elliott would probably make an effort to drink less often when Shane gets sober, in an act of solidarity. Tbh they probably don't hang out that much coz theyre all so busy with their own adult lives, but they show their friendship through small gestures and the occasional boys night out.

Overall I think its such a great trio, and its a shame its so underrated!

all the young dudes by mskingbean89 (completed, 527k words, wolfstar & jily): this is THE marauders fic for most ppl, and i just think of it as what happened canonically. no fic is perfect, but this should be every1’s first marauders era fic imo (you might’ve read this already cuz it’s SO popular). its from remus’ pov and it follows him throughout hogwarts and until (i think) poa or ootp

the wolf’s tail by myheadsgonenumb (wip, 457k words, no ships yet but prob wolfstar & jily): this one’s pretty underrated imo, and it’s SO WELL WRITTEN!!! this also follows remus throughout hogwarts. however id say the diff between this and atyd is that (so far at least) it focuses more on the war side of the marauders era, even when they are still young and at hogwarts. so if you’re interested in how actually dark and dangerous the times were back then, even for children, you will like this one! the only thing ill say for this is that its kinda very descriptive at points (ex. there’s a lot of newspaper clippings, book quotes, interview transcripts etc) but you can just gloss over them if you think they’re not that important. rn i think their 5th year just started, so keep that in mind (its gonna be a long one)!

the cadence of part-time poets by motswolo (completed, 980k words, wolfstar & jily): AAAAAAHHHH this one is my ALL TIME FAV (marauders era) FIC <33333 this is a muggle au, so no magic! this is also a remus pov (😭) and he goes to hawkings (which is basically hogwarts) in his (i think??) 4th year? or younger? smt like that :,). this fic also has my fav oc (tomny) hehe. as the tags say, its a band fic/au, but i’ll spoil no more!

the making of the map by fox_pitch (completed, 79k words, wolfstar & jily): this is a shorter one, but its also rlyyy good. pretty sure this starts and ends in their sixth year, but as the title suggests, its how the marauders map come to exist! its also how wolfstar gets together and its very cute and wholesome. the ending is kinda ambiguous in the sense that it doesn’t give any hints as to if anything changes in this fic’s universe’s future, but id assume not.

choices by messermoon (completed, 624k words, jegulus, wolfstar & jily): i kinda assumed you wanted the “canon” ships (aka jily and wolfstar) but if you’re interested in jegulus (james potter/regulus black) then this one is prob for you. i personally haven’t finished this fic, but ik its a jegulus classic/canon, just like atyd is for jily (& wolfstar). this one follows james, and it doesn’t start on his first year i think. it has alternating povs as well! however, as the tags warn, it is canon compliant, aka reg dies in the end, so do w that what you will :,)

only the brave by solmussa (completed, 646k words, jegulus, wolfstar, dorlene, rosekiller & pandalily): this is another jegulus fic! it has started being considered a classic and if you read it, you’ll understand why. this also does not start from their first year, and this one also has alternating povs! i love the writing and just general concept/plot of this one; i don’t love jegulus but i was still HOOKED w this fic, so yes. its rly good. and as you can see w the tags, this is a happy ending (aka, reg lives)!!!!! mwah love those.

art heist, baby! by otrbs (completed, 219k words, jegulus, wolfstar, dorlene, alice/frank longbottom - idk their ship name): i also have not read this fic, but ive only heard good things about it (and some sobs but that’s what you get for “major character death” : ) )! i know the ending of it tho, and it is kinda sad, so prepare yourself. it is a muggle au, and they basically wanna pull an art heist? yup lets go w that simple explanation.

FOR FUCKING REAL UGH mca giving us the Good ending but at the same time starving us horribly. like it only delivered on ayano and hiyori being alive 😭 but we dont even SEE hiyori we just pathetically point at her silhouette and then we see shinaya scene that seems to have gotten the whole budget in animation. there is something that irks me abt the shinaya scene in str being so damn pretty and then ayanos theory of happiness is. THAT. like when i remember ayanos theory of happiness in mca i lose my mind bc sometimes i cant believe that rly happened. kagepro is such a joke

WAIT THIS ISNT MCA BASHING ITS MEKATRIO TIME omg post str tateyama siblings♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ i think ayano feels insanely guilty for leaving them alone for so long and feels like a damn failure and well ayano's mental stability post str is something to be studied by scientists let's just say she's BARELY hanging in there. she's desperate to make up for lost time and so is the trio but the trio is more like hey WE are also there for u if u need it especially kido and seto to BOTH kano and ayano, like we dont want you guys to ever hide something like that from us again bc we are supposed to be a family and we're in this together ok??? especially now that their parents are gone gone. like kenjirou had been long gone since before properly dying but... it still hits different that he's REALLY gone for good.

but if anything this drives ayano to try to suck it up even more. she's not even relying on kano anymore because she sees how it's affected him that she did rely on him so much back then, and she's even MORE incredibly guilty over it. ayano would be helicoptering over all 3 and ESPECIALLY kano.

kido has been carrying the pressure of trying to be The Big Sister replacement after losing 2 big sisters of their own, seto is sort of projecting all his insecurities and pain onto helping mary and obsessing over how much worse she had it as if that somehow takes away his right to also be upset and kano is. (gestures at his whole thing) i think post str kano is the most messed up of them all and i mean ALL the dan, even more than ayano or shintaro LMAO

because while ayano and shintaro are sort of clumsily tripping and stuff in the way of healing they're still in that path while kano is actively spiraling down bc he's so used to being miserable and now he's gotten everything he's ever wanted and he feels so undeserving and guilty and lost and alone. and ayano is here BEGGING to be relied on and needed but kano KNOWS BETTER than to do that because he knows ayano is hurting too and in the same way she is sucking it up for his and their siblings' sake he is doing the same for her. its such a mess. i love emotional constipation.

kano is on his way to a very very VERY ugly meltdown like im talking about a sort of um maybe 💀 attempt. YKNOW WHAT I MEAN. erm... ayano too actually but i think she is most likely to seek help before it gets to that point especially since teehee she's. done that before. also ayano is sort of distracting herself with her relationship mess with shintaro bc that's ridiculous and its EASIER to be hurt about that than everything else. like somehow this silliness sort of saves her LOL not to sidetrack to shinaya but i think a big reason theyre so fucking messy is not only the obvious reasons but also they find comfort in that because that way they can be primarily worried about stupid shit like bwaaa u cuddle with ur asuna body pillow and not me instead of THE TIMELINES...WEVE DIED 1000 TIMES.... IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE IT HAPPENS AGAIN.... yknow what im saying!

i think she ends up breaking down to mekatrio and they all hold her while she cries the same way she held them while they cried when they reunited :(( i think when they reunite ayano is crying but Not sobbing while the mekatrio is like a fucking mess clinging to her and stuff. kind of like when shintaro goes get ayano like u dont have to fight alone anymore. ayano is like that to her siblings when they reunite she wants to be strong and let them cry like little kids again because they've been getting by alone for so long

i think breakdowns happen like. seto first, then kido second, then ayano, then kano (and kano's is UGLY like something very bad happens for this to take place)

also there is something so interesting to be explored in post str mary and ayano. ayaki is still the same person as ayano yknow, kinda... like everything ayaki does is something ayano in this route is capable of as well. and maybe in the worst part of her ayano resents mary even if she knows she shouldn't, and she's also troubled over seto obsessing over her so much instead of taking care of his own baggage. teehee.

surprisingly kido is the most put together of the 4 but theyre rather like a pressure bomb abt to go off LOL i think their breakdown begins through them getting REALLY REALLY MAD and exploding at everyone. it could start with something like kano putting the empty milk back in the fridge instead of throwing it away LMAO also kido's self steem is basically nonexistent and relies completely on trying to be this Cool Leader so a breakdown is absolutely forbidden. but it happens♥️ everyone needs therapy 👍👍👍
